The article discusses the problem of modeling the functional dependence of the volume of loans issued and the growth rate of the Russian economy. The relevance of this study is due to the need to identify the factors affecting the growth of the indicator of real gross domestic product. The analyzed domestic and foreign sources do not provide a single set of factors affecting the growth rate of the national economy, highlighting financial mechanisms, production processes, lending volumes to individuals and legal entities, investment activity, etc. The article notes the problem of the formation of a multifactor model of the influence of various parameters on the indicator of the growth rate of the national economy. The process of modeling the functional dependence of GDP on the elements of the influence vector is complicated by the specifics of statistical data. In order to avoid such problems associated with series cointegration, a vector error correction model was proposed. The model was tested on statistical data of organizations in the banking sector and enterprises of the real sector of the Russian economy. It was revealed that under the existing conditions of organizing the lending process, the banking system works not so much to increase production volumes as to maintain the level of the financial condition of economic entities (maintaining the level of liquidity and increasing financial investments), while not contributing to a change in the overall structure of the Russian economy. The developed vector model of error correction makes it possible to measure deviations from equilibrium and the rate of its recovery, which indicates the greater efficiency of this technique. At the same time, the above results allow us to conclude that in the presence of a positive relationship between the volume of lending and the main indicators, the degree of influence of lending on economic growth is generally insignificant

Introduction. The spread of obesity in the world is currently a severe problem. WHO considered it possible to view obesity a “non-communicable epidemic of the XXI century.” Obesity in the adolescent generation is a determining factor in the development of diseases in adulthood. The paper analyzes the prevalence of adolescent obesity in the Russian Federation as a whole and the regions of the Federation and various countries of the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the prevalence of obesity in adolescents and assess the dynamics of the spread of this disease in Russia and the world, as well as factors affecting it and issues of prevention of this pathology. Methods. The authors used analytical and statistical methods and performed the study and generalization of experience and comparative analysis. This study was retrospective and was conducted using statistical data from the Rosstat database and who databases. Histograms were used to illustrate rank distributions and dynamics of indicators. Calculated growth coefficients and chain and basic growth rates were used as statistical indices of disease dynamics. Results. The paper deals with the dynamics of adolescent obesity in the world and the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the factors that affect obesity and issues of prevention of this pathology and determine the need to take urgent preventive measures to reduce the incidence of obesity. Conclusion. The spread of obesity globally, which is already close to an epidemic, is a severe problem. Obesity in adolescents is the leading risk factor for developing obesity in adulthood. In this way, the state can create conditions that will help contain and possibly reduce the increase in the incidence of adolescent obesity.

The aim of the paper is to analyse the municipal waste state (MW) in the Nitra region at 2002-2018, and selected factors affecting the state of MW in the Nitra region, comparing the years 2002 and 2018. The amount and composition of waste depend on factors such as population, population density, size, type and function of settlement unit and degree of the block of flats housing. We used standard processing methods based on a comparative analysis of the development of statistical data, graphical and tabular expression of the issue. The results show that the number of inhabitants in the region is decreasing annually, but the amount of municipal waste increases. The amount of MW may be related to population density, especially if concerning larger urban municipalities and districts and it was shown in 2011. Regarding to size and type of settlement unit, decreases in the number of inhabitants in individual municipalities of the region may be related to the decrease in the amount of MW, which occurred in 2004, 2012, and 2013. The most significant contribution to the total employment rate in this region has industry, wholesale, retail, and the last were the economic activities of construction, building, and agriculture.

Abstract Subject and purpose of work: The objectives of the elaboration are the following: 1) to analyze the regional changes (at the level of poviats) in the number of farms involved in milk production over the period 2002-2010; 2) to present the main factors affecting the ongoing changes in Polish farms oriented at milk production; 3) to determine the impact of the measure 121. “Modernization of agricultural holdings” under the RDP 2007-2013 and the applied system of direct subsidies for the development of farms oriented at milk production. Materials and methods: The work has been prepared on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of the source literature, statistical data collected and the author’s own reflections. Results: In Poland, in the years 2002-2010 there was a distinct regional differentiation in the pace of the ongoing changes in the dairy sector. The regions, where we observe the development of milk production, include almost the entire Podlaskie Province, the northern part of the Mazowieckie Province and the south-eastern part of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. Conclusions: Within the RDP 2007-2013, significant funds were allocated to support the modernization of agricultural farms. Mainly under the measure 121 “Modernization of agricultural holdings” the investments were carried out in relation to the purchase of mobile equipment, they represented 89% of all investments. This was partly due to the actual demand and administrative procedures that stimulated these types of investments.

The article considers the problem of population’s income inequality in the Russian Federation and detection of the factors affecting it. Population’s income differences demonstrate both intrinsic and unavoidable differences among individuals and their groups in terms of their participation in the social processes, and the governmental efforts aimed at reasonable and fair distribution of the national wealth among the citizens. The research objective was to identify the dynamics of the Gini index as acknowledged indicator for population inequality in terms of income and to analyze the factors defining such dynamics. The research was carried out based on the national statistical data. The authors detect close connection between the downturns in economy, especially decrease of the dynamics of average income per capita, and the level of population inequality in terms of income. However, contrary to expectation, the correlation is direct which means that during the periods of slowing of the income growth the values of Gini index being the avowed income inequality indicator also reduced. On the other hand, the authors point out that such connection exists only for time series. While studying the static populations’ income differences in various regions no correlation between the income size and difference values was found. Based on the research results the authors draw the conclusion about undesirability of violent fluctuations in the dynamics of the population’s effective earnings, as well as about justifiability of the efforts of national and regional authorities aimed at the improvements of the income policy.
