Summary This exploratory study deals with biological parents’ involvement in residential placement in Israel from the point of view of 79 youth who left care. It presents youth’s retrospectives on their parents’ involvement in care and the degree to which the placement staff involved parents in reality. The youth functioning while in care and after leaving were also examined according to their parents’ involvement. Findings Results show that only a quarter of the youth reported that staff involved their parents on a regular basis. T-tests and chi square tests showed significant differences in functioning between young adults with high and low parental involvement. Youth whose parents were more involved had better educational achievement in care and after and reported significantly lower involvement in risky behaviors than those with lower parental involvement. However, no group differences were found regarding outcomes in adjustment to military service and financial status. Applications The findings emphasize the gaps in parental involvement in care by staff and the potential contribution of engaging biological parents in the lives of their children while in care and toward emancipation.

About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.

At the global level, due to the negative effects of over-exploitation of natural resources, numerous processes and initiatives for their conservation and sustainable governance have started. The beginning of the transition process, as well as political and economic changes that followed in the countries in transition, were in line with the new orientation of the international forest and nature protection policy. The transition process has caused, among other things, a redefinition of the role of government in managing natural resources. This meant a shift from ?government? to ?governance? concept. This concept refers to the change from the classical approach of ?command and control? to active participation of all involved parties and establishing rules for the division of responsibilities and benefits. The aim of the paper is to identify, analyze and systematise the current concepts of sustainable governance in forestry and nature protection, their characteristics and the principles on which they are based, with a main purpose of preparation of a research platform for more detailed research in this area. The paper gives recommendations for the application of the principles of governance in forestry and nature protection, as well as recommendations for future research in this area.

The influence of distillery stillage doses on the yield of wheatgrass hay on agrochemical properties of soils in general is considered in the article. The most effective dose of distillery stillage under existing conditions is revealed. Nitrogen is the decisive factor for the yield of the crops. Widespread deficiency of nitrogen represents scientific and practical interest for the agro-chemistry studying transformation of nitrogen in soil-fertilizer-plant system for the purpose of increase in efficiency of crops quality in the biological relation. Increase in the main production of distilleries and conse-quently in waste products of the spirit industry, low demand from cattle breeders on the distillery stillage (feeding of cattle with distillery stillage is precisely connected with seasons, i.e. it is fed, mainly, during the stall period) has led to the fact that nearly 50% of it could not be sold. Development and deployment of new waste-free technologies of production of alcohol will demand a lot of time and expenses, and the unused stil-lage comes to ponds stores daily which are gradually overflowed that endangers the ecological condition of croplands and open reservoirs, adjacent to distilleries. Moreover, long storage in ponds leads it to spoiling, stratification and formation of a ground deposit. Therefore the problem of stillage utilization is very actual now and demands an integrated approach to its consideration as it has to be considered in the economic point of view, and from compliance to requirements of the nature protection legislation. One of the solutions of the problem stillage utilization is its application in agriculture as fertilizer. In Ukraine, the grain bards resources are quite significant, given the volume of alcohol SE Ukrspirt. The volume pislyaspyrtovoyi bards on modern technology is per 1 dm3 alcohol 11 ... 13 dm3 bards. However, it can be stored quickly sour, costly transportation to the consumer. Reset distillery bards in the river leads to significant environmental degradation. It solids accumulate in water pipes and riverbeds, decompose and pollute the environment. To build bards were repositories (filtration fields), which naturally occurs mechanical, chemical and biological treatment of waste. In bioshari formed in a layer of filtration load, the sewage draining into the ground, organic matter biodegradable. This mechanism is similar to the process of composting cut vegetation, household food waste and so on.

Tourism is one of the activities carried out by humans that has a purpose as entertainment. Human who travel are referred to as tourist. West Sumatra Province is one of the regions with the best tourism is sea tourism and land tourism. Marine tourism consists of beach tourism, island tourism and lake tourism, while mainland tourism consists of tourist panorama, mountain tours, hill tours and others. However, only a portion of West Sumatra's tourist attractions are known to tourists, because of this information is obtained so that there are still many tourist attractions in West Sumatra unknown to tourists from outside the West Sumatra region. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can be used to support the electoral decision-making process in West Sumatra. This system is built on the Web, using the PHP programming language and Laravel Framework and MySQL as a Database. The method used in this system is the Elimination of Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The use of Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite (ELECTRE) can help provide information in West Sumatra, which is in accordance with the wishes of tourists according to the specified criteria. With the help of this system, the information obtained will make it easier for tourists to find tourist attractions.

Ability is a social construction that influences the access to recognition of people in the field of physical activity and sports (PASS) and in PE in particular. However, the notion of ability is defined in a simplistic and traditional manner and, consequently, experiences of symbolic violence are visible for those with specific body and tastes that do not match the dominant normative and hegemonic discourses embedded in the field. This study focuses on the narration of my own experiences of symbolic violence and “capital-dependence” as an “able” woman in the field of PASS. Through the analysis of critical moments from a retrospective point of view, I try to explain the evolution of my way of understanding the notion of ability and the circumstances that have contributed to the transformation of my discourse based on the socio-cultural perspective. I conclude that it is necessary to promote reflective practice in preservice teacher education programs as a way to increase awareness of embodied discourses’ influence in and from the different fields of PASS towards the construction of more inclusive movement contexts.
