To break the chain of transmission of covid-19 outbreak, the public is expected to be honest in explaining chronological physical contact when treating to health facilities, especially if the patient experiences symptoms of covid-19. Honesty of patients indicated by COVID-19 is very important so that the chain of transmission of covid-19 does not expand and facilitate health workers in data collection. Denial, lies, even like the refusal of covid-19 corpses if it continues to be left, does not mean the countermeasures of covid-19 are increasingly stretched. This article tries to review the transparency of informed consent in relation to patient dishonesty, where transparent communication is expected by the patient to be honest and not to cover the perceived symptoms or various things related to covid-19. This research is normative juridical research. In normative legal research, library material is the basic data that in research science is classified as secondary data.

Pornography is a crime that is privacy so that enforcement against the eradication of pornography there are many difficulties. One of the factors inhibiting the eradication of pornography among others due to lack of cooperation from the public and the various parties in reporting this crime. Criminal law enforcement have a tendency to be influenced by the structure of society, that is a constraint that allows the criminal law enforcement can be run and can provide barriers that lead to the enforcement of criminal law can’t be started or can't be maximize. As happens to the pros cons on current legislation Law No. 44 Year 2008 concerning the Crime pornography. This research method using normative juridical approach. Normative juridical research also called legal research library research is done by checking library materials or secondary data. The results of the study refers to Article 34 in conjunction with Article 8 of Law No. 44 Year 2008 on Pornography, (1) that the elements of the crime of pornography consists of Subjective elements that error, which means intentionally or consent was committed and objective elements that act ( be) which means that objects or models that contain pornographic content. (2) In the process of criminal investigations conducted pornography remains based on Criminal Procedure unless otherwise provided in the Act No. 44 of 2008

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims for reviewing how the settlement of compensation as the consequences of the tenure <br />of land rights unlawfully in civil law Surakarta state court verdict number 106/pdt.g/2017/PN.SKT and <br />number 103/pdt.G/2006/PN.SKT where the court’s decision has a permanent legal force. This research is <br />a juridical normative legal research. The location of this research at Notary Office and PPAT Adib Sujarwadi <br />and the State Court Surakarta Class 1A Specific. Kinds and the sources of data in this research are <br />consist of primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection through interview and library <br />study. The analytical technique used by the author is by the method of syllogism that uses the deduction <br />mindset. Regarding the settlement of compensation due to unlawful tenure of land rights is a compensatory <br />damages, in the form of payment to the victim amounting to a loss that is actually experienced. Based on <br />the decision of the Panel of Judges. Regarding the non-granting of immaterial compensation because <br />the Plaintiff does not attach the appropriate evidence. After the verdict is declared incracht, outside the <br />court, the Defendant and the Plaintiff may hold deliberations to determine the amount of the indemnity or <br />the Plaintiff waived the indemnity obligation, but the Defendant must leave the land of the object of the <br />dispute voluntarily. In the case of still occupy it will be executed by the bailiff from the Court.<br />Keywords: Compensation; Tort; Tenure Of Land Rights.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penyelesaian ganti rugi akibat penguasaan hak atas <br />tanah secara melawan hukum pada perkara perdata Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Nomor 106/<br />Pdt.G/2017/PN SKT dan Nomor 103/Pdt.G/2006/PN SKT, dimana putusan pengadilan tersebut telah <br />berkekuatan hukum tetap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yuridis. Lokasi penelitian <br />yaitu di Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Adib Sujarwadi dan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Kelas IA Khusus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah dengan metode <br />silogisme yang menggunakan pola pikir deduksi. Penyelesaian ganti rugi akibat penguasaan hak atas <br />tanah secara melawan hukum yaitu dengan ganti rugi kompensasi, berupa pembayaran kepada korban <br />sebesar kerugian yang benar-benar dialami. Berdasarkan keputusan Majelis Hakim. Mengenai tidak <br />dikabulkannya ganti rugi immateriil dikarenakan Penggugat tidak melampirkan bukti-bukti yang sesuai. <br />Setelah putusan dinyatakan incraht, di luar pengadilan, Tergugat dan Penggugat dapat mengadakan <br />musyawarah untuk menentukan jumlah ganti rugi atau Penggugat membebaskan kewajiban pembayaran <br />ganti rugi, namun Tergugat harus meninggalkan tanah obyek sengketa secara sukarela. Dalam hal masih <br />tetap menempati maka akan dilakukan eksekusi oleh juru sita dari Pengadilan.<br />Kata Kunci : Ganti Kerugian; Perbuatan Melawan Hukum; Penguasaan Hak Atas Tanah.</p>

<p>Abstract<br />This  article  aims  to  explain  how  the  legal  protection  of  property  buyers  on  bankrupted  developer <br />companies based on Law No. 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Credits Obligations Postponement. This <br />research is a prescriptive normative legal research that uses the approach of legislation. Types of data <br />used include: secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary <br />legal materials. Data collection techniques conducted are literature research techniques or document <br />studies. The property selling mechanism as well as today’s flats, is familiar with the concept of selling <br />property that can be marketed before the property is completed. At that stage of development, people <br />can order or buy certain desired property and will wait within a certain time to be submitted to the property <br />purchased. The buying and selling mechanism is set forth in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB). <br />Often the property buyers of PPJB holders are harmed by the actions of the developer companies as <br />well as unable to finish the construction and end up in bankruptcy proceedings. This bankruptcy status <br />given by will enforce the uncertainty on debts payments for the property buyers.<br />Key Words: Bankruptcy; Law Protection; Real Estate Buyer.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menjelaskan  bagaimana  perlindungan  hukum  terhadap  pembeli  properti <br />atas kepailitan perusahaan pengembang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 37 Tahun 2004 tentang <br />Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum <br />normatif  bersifat  preskriptif  yang  menggunakan  pendekatan  perundang-undangan.  Jenis  data  yang <br />digunakan antara lain: data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, <br />dan bahan hukum tersier.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah teknik penelitian kepustakaan <br />atau studi dokumen. Mekanisme penjualan properti seperti halnya rumah susun, dewasa ini, mengenal <br />konsep penjualan properti yang dapat dipasarkan sebelum properti tersebut selesai dibangun. Pada tahap <br />pembangunan tersebut, masyarakat dapat memesan ataupun membeli produk properti yang diinginkan <br />dan akan menunggu dalam kurun waktu tertentu untuk dilakukan penyerahan terhadap properti yang <br />dibeli. Mekanisme jual-beli tersebut dituangkan dalam Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB). Seringkali <br />pembeli properti pemegang PPJB dirugikan oleh perbuatan perusahaan pengembang seperti halnya tidak <br />dapat selesainya pembangunan dan berakhir pada proses kepailitan. Adanya pernyataan pailit terhadap <br />perusahaan  pengembang  memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap pembeli properti atas piutangnya <br />kepada perusahaan pengembang.<br />Kata Kunci: Kepailitan; Perlindungan Hukum; Pembeli Properti.</p>

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims to know the use of cryptocurrency can replace conventional money as a means of  payment in Indonesia. This article belongs to the type of normative legal research that is prescriptive to produce a new concept in resolving the problems faced by supported by a legal approach and a case approach. The data used is secondary data with primary binding and fundamental material. Data collection techniques using library studies. The data analysis technique used by the authors is a silogism analysis. The results showed that cryptocurrencies are difficult to substitute for conventional currency use as a means of payment in Indonesia because there is no centralized authority governing as well as the value of a relatively unstable cryptocurrency from Conventional currency that has been circulating in Indonesia is the rupiah, it is difficult to use cryptocurrency as a means of payment at the least level of Use daily.<br />Keywords: Payment Tools; Paymeny Systems; Conventional Currency; Cryptocurrency.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan cryptocurrency dapat menggantikan uang  konvensional sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia. Artikel ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat preskriptif untuk menghasilkan konsep baru dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, didukung dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan kasus. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dengan bahan hukum primer yang sifatnya mengikat dan mendasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis merupakan analisis silogisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cryptocurrency sulit untuk menggantikan kegunaan mata uang konvensional sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia karena tidak ada otoritas terpusat yang mengatur serta nilai dari cryptocurrency yang relatif tidak stabil dari mata uang konvensional yang sudah beredar di Indonesia yaitu rupiah, maka sulit untuk menggunakan cryptocurrency sebagai alat pembayaran di tingkat paling kecil yaitu penggunaan sehari-hari.<br />Kata Kunci: Alat Pembayaran; Sistem Pembayaran; Uang Konvensional; Cryptocurrency.</p>

<p>Abstract<br />This article  has the main  problem  with  the causes  of banks  not allowing  copyright  as a Fiduciary  Guarantee in Banking Credit Transactions in Indonesia. Besides, this article aims to find out the solutions that must be done so that copyright can become a Fiduciary Guarantee. This article is empirical legal research and has a descriptive nature. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques used were interviews  and literature studies, then the technical analysis used was the deductive method . The results showed that several things cause copyright as a fiduciary guarantee  in bank credit transactions  not yet allowed by banks. The first cause is regulatory constraints, intellectual property rights assessment constraints such as copyright, constraints according to banking, constraints according  to the OJK, constraints  on people’s  evaluation  of copyright.  From  the various causes, the authors also describe solutions to overcome these causes so that there is a bright spot on Copyright Problems as a Fiduciary Guarantee in Banking Credit Transactions.<br />Keywords: Copyright; Fiduciary Guarantee; Banking Credit</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini memiliki pokok masalah tentang penyebab perbankan belum memperbolehkan Hak Cipta   sebagai  Jaminan  Fidusia  dalam Transaksi  Kredit  Perbankan  di Indonesia.  Selain itu artikel  ini bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  solusi  yang  harus  dilakukan  agar Hak  Cipta  dapat menjadi  Jaminan  Fidusia.  Artikel  ini adalah  penelitian  hukum  empiris  dan memiliki  sifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan  yaitu primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan  data yang digunakan  adalah wawancara  dan studi kepustakaan,  selanjutnya  teknis analisis yang digunakan  adalah metode  deduktif.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  ada beberapa  hal yang menyebabkan hak cipta sebagai jaminan fidusia dalam transaksi kredit perbankan belum diperbolehkan oleh bank. Penyebab yang pertama adalah kendala regulasi , kendala penilaian hak kekayaan intelektual seperti hak cipta, kendala menurut perbankan, kendala menurut OJK, kendala penilaian  masyarakat  terhadap hak cipta. Dari berbagai   penyebab tersebut, penulis juga memaparkan solusi-solusi mengatasi penyebab tersebut agar ada titik terang atas Problematika Hak Cipta sebagai Jaminan Fidusia dalam Transaksi Kredit Perbankan.<br />Kata Kunci: Hak Cipta; Jaminan Fidusia; Kredit Perbankan</p>

The purpose of writing in this study is the first, to know and analyze factors Some people in Tinanggea Sub-District South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi that has not yet had legal awareness in the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Second, To know and Analyze Efforts - Local Government efforts in awakening the community in District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi against the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. Third To know to be done in order to Maasyarakat in Tinanggea Sub-District of Konawe Selatan Regency in Sulawesi Teggara performs the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT.The approach method used in this research is empirical juridical. Juridically, this research is based on the rule of law of Basic Agrarian Law and Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 juncto Government Regulation Number 24 Year 2016. Empirically, this study aims to know about the rules related to the transfer of land rights with the fact that occurred that deviate from the rules that prevail in the District Tinanggea South Konawe Southeast Sulawesi. Specification of Research that is the object of research is the plot of land is the transfer of Rights to Land with the act of buying and selling of land ownership in the presence of PPAT conducted. Sources and Techniques Data collection is primary data obtained from interviews conducted by 30 respondents and secondary data obtained from the opinions of scholars and literature review. Then Theory in use is Position Theory, Authority Theory and Theory of Legal Certainty.From the results of research can be concluded that the legal consciousness of the people of Tinanggea Sub-District of South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi is related to the transfer of land rights due to the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of the First PPAT: Caused by lack of PPAT and PPATS in the community, which is set by the competent authorities, Caused by a very high kinship and Due to a very low legal community awareness. The second is the government's efforts in the form of socialization held by the local revenue agency related Value Object Tax (NJOP), Tinanggea sub-district office along with jejerannya Kelurahan and village appealed and made a place for reporting / consultation related to the transfer of rights of Sale and Purchase of Land, Cooperation undertaken by Tinanggea Subdistrict Sub-District and Village that make the Letter of Statement of Physical Land Mastery (SPPFT) that the letter is known by Kecamatan Kelurahan and Desa. The third is: The ideal concept of the author's research is the legal counseling to the public to grow knowledge to the public about the importance of legal awareness of the act of buying and selling land ownership in the presence of PPAT, Socialization of the sale and purchase of land ownership in the presence of PPAT. As a form of government service to the public in awakening the rights and obligations of the people in the eyes of the law and Data Collection and the making of Land Book is aimed to record and provide a legal protection for the community so that no land grab or land disputes.Keywords: Legal Awareness, Sale and Purchase, Tinanggea Sub-district.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap produksi petani padi di Desa Tellu Limpoe Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Tellu Limpoe Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara sedangkan jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini statistik deskriptif dan Skala linker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap peningkatan wawasan/pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan produksi petani padi adalah indikator 1) Peran penyuluh sebagai pembimbing petani, 2) Peran penyuluh sebagai teknisi lapangan, 3) Peran penyuluh sebagai penghubung antara lembaga dengan petani, dan 4) Peran penyuluh pertanian dalam meningkatkan hasil petani padi, semuanya sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan wawasan/pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan produsi petani padi dan juga peran penyuluh sangat penting bagi petani di Desa Tellulimpoe untuk dapat meningkatka produksi padi. The research aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in the production of rice farmers in Tellu Limpoe Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. This research is located in Tellu Limpoe Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews while the types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive statistics and linker scale. The results showed that the public perception of the role of agricultural extension workers to increase insight / knowledge in increasing the production of rice farmers is an indicator 1) The role of extension workers as farmers’ supervisors, 2) The role of extension workers as field technicians, 3) The role of extension workers as a liaison between institutions and farmers, and 4) The role of agricultural instructors in increasing the yield of rice farmers, all of which play an important role in increasing insight / knowledge in increasing the production of rice farmers and also the role of extension workers is very important for farmers in the village of Tellulimpoe to be able to increase rice production.

The goal is to determine the effect of Competence, Work Experience Internal Auditor, and Senior Management Support The Effectiveness of Internal Audit with Integrity Internal Auditor as moderating variable on Public Private Bank Prabumulih. The Merariq (Besebo) Marriage Tradition is a traditional marriage tradition in the Sasak Tribe, starting from the Memaling incident, also called stealing on the basis of the consent of a woman whose rights are still in the power of her parents, to prove as a form of chivalry as well as a form of the man's seriousness to marry the girl. Every Merariq profession has values ​​or morals of life that can become a guide for life for the community. The purposes of this study are to reveal the implementation of the merariq (besebo) marriage tradition in the Sasak tribe in East Lombok and the application of the merariq (besebo) marriage tradition according to Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The type of research used is Empirical Law research with a statutory approach and case approach. Data collection techniques in normative legal research are carried out by literature studies on legal materials. Sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique is done by analytical descriptive. The results of the study revealed that the merariq tradition in the Sasak Tribe area has a picture of the marriage tradition with various rituals, where the traditional rituals are able to provide social value, and a moral message that is very attached to the Sasak people in East Lombok.

<p>Abstract</p><p>This article explains the problem, firstly about the causal factors cause of the child sues the parent. Secondly, regarding law enforcement efforts against Article 46 of Law Number 1 Year 1974 on Mariage to prevent children from suing parents. This research is normative legal research is descriptive. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection techniques used is literature study, further technical analysis used is the nature of descriptive data analysis. The results of the research indicate that the factors causing the child to sue the parent is the existence of problems in the family and the provisions of the Article related to the obligation of the child to the parents has not provided assertiveness that the child who sues the parent is a violation of these provisions. The law enforcement effort against Article 46 of Law Number 1 Year 1974 regarding Marriage to prevent children from suing parents is done by settling family problems through deliberation  or through mediation and formulation of continued legal policy as the elaboration of such provisions.</p><p>Keywords: Sues Paren; Child Obligation; Law Enforcement.</p><p> </p><p>Abstrak</p><p>Artikel ini menjelaskan permasalahan, pertama tentang faktor penyebab anak menggugat orangtua. Kedua, tentang upaya penegakan hukum terhadap Pasal 46 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan untuk mencegah anak menggugat orangtua. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, selanjutnya teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah sifat analisis data deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab anak menggugat orangtua adalah adanya permasalahan dalam keluarga dan ketentuan pasal terkait kewajiban anak  kepada orangtua belum memberikan ketegasan bahwa anak yang menggugat orangtua merupakan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan tersebut. Upaya penegakan hukum terhadap Pasal 46 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan untuk mencegah anak menggugat orangtua dilakukan dengan penyelesaian permasalahan keluarga melalui musyawarah atau melalui mediasi dan perumusan kebijakan hukum lanjutan sebagai penjabaran ketentuan tersebut.</p><p>Kata kunci: Menggugat Orangtua; Kewajiban Anak; Penegakan Hukum.</p>
