Delay in the implementation of the project often occurs due to various risk factors that have not been identified during project implementation, so that the impact on project delays and unexpected costs increases. However, each construction project has different risks, becaused the environmental conditions of the project, so that it requires handling different methods of project implementation. This study aims to: 1) analyze the risks that could potentially occur during the construction of the log dock extension; 2) Appropriate Handling Methods for the Implementation of the Log Dock Extension Work. The research method is done by identifying the risks that occur in the field and with the interview method about the possibility of possible risks that occur. The results of the study indicate five high-risk categories according to the perception of service providers that most influence on project delays. These risks include unpredictable external phenomena, such as tidal elevations that exceed plan, resulting in changes in design and method of implementation. The conclusions of this study include that the application of risk management to the implementation of the log dock extension project at the port of Tanjung Emas Semarang needs to be applied to minimize delays and reduce unexpected costs.

Different sources of risk factors can occur in sustainable supply chain management due to its complex nature. The telecommunication service firm cannot implement multiple improvement practices altogether to overcome the risk factors with limited resources. The industries should evaluate the relationship between risk factors and explore the determinants of improvement measures. The purpose of the present study is to identify and analyze critical risk factors (CRFs) for enhancing sustainable supply chain management practices in the Indian telecommunication industry using interpretive structural modelling (ISM). Risk factors are identified through a literature survey, and then with the help of experts, nine CRFs are identified using a fuzzy Delphi method (FDM). The relationship among these CRFs has been analyzed using ISM, and the driving and the dependence power of those CRFs are analyzed. Results indicate that both “government policies (laws and regulations)” and “the impact of rapid change in technology” are independent or key factors that affect the sustainability of the telecommunications supply chain. In addition, results provide significant managerial implications, including enhanced sustainability, and the government should build justice, fairness, open laws, certainties, and regulations to prevent risk in the telecommunications industry supply chain; service providers should monitor the rapidly evolving technologies and focus on technical learning and organizational capacity development to overcome the impact of technological changes. The contribution of this study is using a novel approach to establish a hierarchical structural model for an effective understanding of CRFs relationships and to explore decisive risk factors that can help telecom service providers to better plan and design effective improvement strategies to enhance sustainability supply chain management.

In the work plan there are often operational problems that hinder the completion of a project such as lack of resources, improper resource allocation, delays in project implementation and other issues beyond the schedule in the work plan. The same happened to the mall development project experiencing operational problems. Project delays may come from service providers as well as from users of services or other parties. Therefore this thesis aims to analyze the factors causing the delay in completion of the mall development project. The method used in analyzing the problem in this project is house of delay which serves to analyze data of cause of delay. From the result of 5 delay events, 13 delay agents are then searched aggregate delay potential (ADP) value to determine 3 main problems causing delays in this project. Based on the analysis using the HOR method, found that the three main causes of the delay of mall development is the image changes, lack of coordination by the owner, and the addition of the scope of work. These 3 problems can be minimized by making good communication and coordination with the owner, creating procedures for making and changing pictures, creating a comprehensive check list.

Perinatal women enrolled in home visiting (HV) programs exhibit high rates of depression, substance use, and intimate partner violence (IPV). While HV programs have increasingly screened for these psychosocial risks, initiation and uptake of community-based services to address these risks remain challenging. This project used a community-engaged research approach to engage key HV stakeholders in developing the screening, referral, and individualized prevention and treatment (SCRIPT) model. We highlight how a group of key HV stakeholders—the SCRIPT Advisory Panel—collaborated with academic researchers to develop the SCRIPT model by reviewing literature on HV programs’ response to psychosocial risk factors and qualitative data obtained from mental health, substance use, and IPV service providers to whom HV programs referred clients. SCRIPT focuses on (a) screening for psychosocial risks, (b) developing partnerships with outside agencies to address these risk factors, and (c) establishing concrete and systematic processes for client referral and monitoring with outside agencies. SCRIPT provides a structured model for HV programs to systematically identify clients for key psychosocial risks and structure their referral and monitoring process when working with social service agencies. Future work should examine the impact of SCRIPT on mental health, substance use, and IPV service access and use by a vulnerable population.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of education administrasi in changing the accreditation of SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara, where it can contribute significantly to improving school accreditation. This research uses qualitative research method, by taking background in Tanjung Mutiara. Data collection methods used in this study are interview, observation and documentation. Interview method is used to determine the system of education administration and the process of implementation in the management or administration of education and it’s influence on changes in the accreditation of SMAN 1 Tanjung Mutiara, moderate method of documentation to know the history of school, geography, and result evaluation relating to the administration of school education. Educational administration is a determinant in the process of changing school accreditation, where the smooth administration of education in school will be a determinant of the success rate of schools, the administrative process is not going well so this will also hinder the process of changing accreditation, the impact of changes in school accreditation will also have an impact on student learning life, if school accreditation changes to a better direction it will be very useful for students to continue their education to college.

The study in this article identifies three major risk categories of high school dropouts and evaluates the impact of possible prevention strategies. As students accumulate these risks, they became more likely to drop out and prevention programs become less effective. Additionally, it was found that factors influencing the decision to drop out vary for different sources of risk, and thus there should be a range of prevention strategies offered to accommodate for this variance.

Twitter is one of the most accessed social media, especially by teenagers, with a high rate of anonymity. This phenomenon raises questions regarding whether any effects arise from the usage of anonymous accounts. This study aims to find out the impact of using an anonymous Twitter account on its users from the perspective of Derek Parfit's self-identity theory. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data is obtained through surveys and qualitative through interviews. The survey was conducted online on a population of 50 teenagers, with the sample criteria being at least 18 years old and being an anonymous account user on Twitter. The sampling was taken randomly from the population. The interview method was carried out on the same people and sample with a smaller quantity to strengthen the survey data. The results show that using Twitter anonymously is directly proportional to being more open (oversharing). The results of this study are in accordance with Derek Parfit's self-identity theory which believes that a person will tend to be more forthcoming if they do not know each other's identity. With the finding that using anonymous accounts seems to provide an incentive to express themselves more freely, it is hoped that this research can be a source of additional studies and create a more reflective attitude for all social media users in general. This study is limited to anonymous users of social media Twitter in the adolescent age range.

A project always has risks that can lead to project failure. In the project, a risk analysis is required to provide an evaluation for the project to proceed as planned. In the event of inadequate planning and ineffective control, it will result in irregularities identified as a risk to the project. This study aims to analyze the qualitative risk on Fiber Optic Installaion project in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia. In addition, risk assessment is undertaken on project implementation. Assessment of risk using the impact and probability to measure the impact of risk occurrence. The impacts are more detailed by classified by time impact, cost impact, quality impact, safety and security impact, proximity. The result is there are 36 risk that may occur and mostly risks are associaated by quality and safety&security impact.
