Quotient on the work readiness of students both partially and simultaneously. This research was an ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 874 strata-1 students of the Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. The sample size was 275 students taken by using the proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.  The results  showed  that:  (1)  soft skills  and adversity quotient together had a positive and significant effect (p = 0,000), the simultaneous contribution of the two variables to job readiness by 33% and 67% was influenced by other variables not examined. (2) soft skills have a positive effect on work readiness (p = 0,000) with a contribution of 22%; (3) Adversity quotient has a positive effect on work readiness (p = 0,000) with a contribution of 11%. The results of this study can be followed up by  providing learning that emphasizes improving soft skills.

The problems in this research are students difficulties in using e-learning, students interest in learning is still low and student learning behavior is not good. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the use of e-learning and interest in learning on the learning behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Stambuk 2017, State University of Medan. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Medan State University, which is located on Jl. Willem Iskandar Pasar V Medan. This type of research is ex post facto. The population of this study was 629 students with a sample of 86 students using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Before being used, the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Then the data was collected and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using multiple regression. From the results of the partial test analysis between the use of e-learning (X1) on learning behavior (Y) from the value of  >  (4.274 > 1.663) with a significance value smaller than the 0.05 level (0.000 < 0.05) and for the significance value between learning interest (X2) and learning behavior (Y) from the value of  >  (8,575 > 1,663) with a significance value less than 0.05 level (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously (F test) the value is shown that  >  (121.105 > 3.11) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of the use of e-learning and interest in learning has a positive and significant influence on the learning behavior of students of the 2017 Stambuk Economics Faculty, State University of Medan

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the teaching factory on readiness to work through the competence of students. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Mojokerto. This research is an ex-post facto research. The population of this study were students of class XI and class XII of the catering service program at SMKN 2 Mojokerto, totaling 193 students. The research sampling technique was simple random sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula, so that the number of research samples was 130 students. The data analysis technique used path analysis. Research data collection uses a questionnaire instrument on the variables of teaching factory implementation and readiness to work, while for competence using tests and observation sheets. Before being distributed to research respondents, a validation test was first conducted on each research instrument. In line with the objectives, the results of the study show that: (1) the implementation of the teaching factory has a positive effect on the competence of students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto; (2) The implementation of the teaching factory has a positive effect on the readiness to work of the students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto; (3) The competence of students has a positive effect on the readiness to work of students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto; and (4) the implementation of the teaching factory has a positive effect on the readiness to work of students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto through the competence of students.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

This study aimed to find out the effect of: (1) industrial work practice, (2)guidance intensity of industrial side, (3)vocational competence, and (4) industrial work practice,guidance intensity of industrial side, and vocational competence on the working readiness of students of Vocational High School (VHS) PerBankan Pekanbaru. This research was ex-post facto research. The population was all students of class XII Program of Banking in the academic year of 2017/2018 which comprised 106 students who followed industrial work practice. A sample of 83 students was processed using the Proportional Random sampling technique. Prior to doing research, the instrument first validated the expert. After validated experts tested the validity and reliability to determine the valid and reliable instrument items. Data analyst technique used is descriptive research method, prerequisite test, and regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) industrial work practice (x1) has a positive and significant effect on students’working experience (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,414 > 1,98) contribution of 27,63%; (2) the guidance intensity of industrial side (x2) had a positive and significant effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,822 > 1,98) contribution of 21,03%; (3) vocational competence (x3) had a positive and significant effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by thitung ≥ ttabel (2,348 > 1,98) contribution of 2,46%; (4) industrial work practice, guidance intensity of industrial side, and vocational competence simultaneously had a positive effect on students’working readiness (y) evidenced by Fhitung ≥ Ftabel(16,235 > 3,11) with contribution of 51,12%. The rest 48,88% was determined by other factors.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for Clear brand shampoo, (2) the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions up to Clear brand, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorse and brand image on Clear shampoo shampoo purchase decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach bycollecting data through survey methods. This study also uses a purposive sampling technique based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 people of the Wenang sub-district of Manado city. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Celebrity endorse has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of t count of 2.186 with a significance value of 0.031, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.340; (2) Brand image has a positive effect onpurchasing decisions, evidenced from the value of t count of 4.346 with a significance value of 0,000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.749, and (3) Celebrity endorsers and brand images have a positive effect against purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of F count of 29,446 with a significance of 0,000. The adjusted R square value of 0.378 indicates that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 37.80%, and the remaining 62.20% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

This paperaims to knowthe quality indicatorsof the financial statements which consist of profitability, solvency and reputation of Registered Public Accountant (KAP)to the audit lagwith company size as a moderation variable either partially or simultaneously in LQ45 companies. This research is a comparative causal research with ex post facto approach. Purposive sampling technique is used in this research and there are 18 samples collected by this technique from LQ45 in Indonesia Company Issueryear 2010-2016. The data analyzed research is 126. Data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the Application ofEviews Software. The study concluded thatstudy showed that solvency, reputation of the public accounting firm and company size had a significant effect on Audit Lag, while profitability had no significant effect on Audit Lag. The size of a company able to moderate the effect of independent variablesto the Audit Lag and not haveto moderate the effect of the profitability to the Audit Lag.

The rapid development of the business world has resulted in increasingly fierce competition, so that various ways are used by business actors to maintain and develop a competitive advantage with its competitors. In the era of modernization like today, a practical and instantaneous lifestyle has developed which affects almost the entire human population in the world. Instant lifestyle is a lifestyle that prioritizes practicality, speed and time efficiency. For some people, fast, practical and efficient have become the main needs in their daily activities. This certainly has an effect on business competition, which is then responded by most manufacturers in designing products that suit the needs of people's instant lifestyles. A business that is influenced by people's lifestyle is the restaurant business of PT. Sari Melati Kencana Pematangsiantar. Data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The population in this study was 40 people and the number of samples in this study was 40 people because the sampling technique in this study was the census method. The data analysis technique used was the instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely normality tests and hypothesis tests, namely multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that: (1) price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of tcount> ttable (4.452> 2.026) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (2) service quality has a positive effect on the decision. purchases with tcount> ttable (7,401> 2,026) with a significance value of 0,000 (sig ≤ 0.05), (3) price and service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (49.320> 3, 25) with a significance value of 0.000 (sig ≤ 0.05)

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This study was undertaken in order to assess the acquisition of information questions by the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar in academic year 2009/2010. The undertaking of the study was motivated by the fact that information questions are the fundamental basis of good communication skills in English. This study was intended to answer the research question: To what extent is the acquisition of the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar in constructing information question in English. This study made use of an ex-post facto research design. The population of the study was the eleventh grade students of accountancy department which consists of two classes with the total students of 79 altogether. They were considered to have homogeneous characteristic. In this study, only 40 students were determined as the objects by using quota random sampling technique with lottery system. The data obtained in the study which were in the form of raw scores showing the subjects’ acquisition of information questions of the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar, were analyzed with norm reference measure with five standard values. It clearly showed that: (1) there are 5 subjects (12.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got excellent ability in asking information questions in English, (2) there are 11 subjects (27.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got good ability in asking information questions in English. (3) there are 13 subjects (32.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got sufficient ability in asking information questions in English and (4) there are 11 subjects (27.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got insufficient ability in asking information questions in English. In general these research findings revealed that the acquisition of information questions by the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar is remarked as good, where the number of subjects who got insufficient acquisition in information questions were under 50% or half of the number of subjects understudy. The number of students who got insufficient acquisition in information questions is only 11 subjects or 27.5% out of 40 subjects understudy. The findings of the study have limited validity and reliability, because it made use of an ex-post facto research design. Therefore, the research findings should be carefully depended upon.

This research is an Ex-post Facto research with a quantitative approach and a comparative causal research design. This study aims to determine whether there is a parenting effect toward students mathematics learning achievement on grade VII students of SMPN 4 Sungguminasa. The population used in this study were all students on grade VII of SMPN 4 Sungguminasa, there are 349 students. The sample in this study was 64 students. Sampling using a random sampling technique. Data collection used the questionnaire and documentation method. Before data analysis, first do testing of the analysis requirements includes the normality and homogeneity tests. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is Analysis  Variant (ANOVA) with one way type (One Way Anova). The results showed that there was a parenting effect toward students mathematics learning achievement on grade VII students of SMPN 4 Sungguminasa. This is indicated by the value of Fcount (31.375)>Ftable (3.32) and the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05 which means that there are significant differences in mean of all parenting groups.
