The purpose of this study is to examine and find out the mediating effect of transfer motivation on the relationship between supervisor support and peer support on training transfers in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Semarang Timur and Selatan employees. This study took a sample of 130 employees by using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out by means of a survey, namely interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical tests and partial least square. The results of this study were accepted both direct and indirect effects (mediation). The conclusion of this study is that KPP Pratama Semarang Timur and Selatan employees must improve the implementation of training results to work and believe that the successful implementation of knowledge, attitude skills can improve their performance.

 This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Budget Participation on Managerial Performance, (2) Effect of Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance, (3) Effect of Organizational Commitment to Moderate the Relationship Between Budget Participation and Managerial Performance. The research data was collected using questionnaire techniques. The number of samples in this study were 42 respondents Structural Officials at one of the private universities in Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the analysis is carried out through three stages, namely outside model analysis, internal model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the effect of budgeting participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, the second hypothesis shows organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and the third hypothesis indicates that moderate organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant influence on participation participation relationships budget with managerial performance.

Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution.This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of mediation motivation in the relationship of compensation to employee performance at Wisma Prashanti Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Wisma Prashanti Hospital with a total sample of 83 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out is a saturated sample technique, the entire population is used as a sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) motivation mediates partially and positively and significantly on the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The implications of the results of this study indicate that compensation is found to be a major factor in improving employee performance.

The aims of research are to examine and to analyze whether workplace spirituality to turnover intention through the organizational commitment (the study of the employee non-nurse medical directorate RS. Al – Irsyad Surabaya). The sampling technique of research used proportionate stratified random sampling, with 86 respondents as sample. Statistical analysis method used partial least square (PLS). Based on causality test, showed that spirituality in the workplace has positive and significant on the organizational commitment.  Organizational commitment has negative and significant on the turnover intention. The value of the coefficient indirect effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention through organizational commitment is greater than the direct effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention. The result that organizational commitment as mediation of spirituality in the workplace to turnover intention.

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of rational motives and emotional motives on purchasing decisions with community advice as a moderating variable. This study was conducted on </em><em>biker as community adviser</em><em> in Jakarta. The number of samples is 75 data, obtained from the questionaire filled by the respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) test equipment. The results of statistical tests </em>revealed that the<em> rational motives and emotional motives </em>have<em> positive effect on purchasing decisions, whereas community advice has no positive effect on purchasing decisions, </em>it is<em> not able to moderate the relationship among variables. Producer and distributors are important to maintain the quality and reliability of products that rationally influence consumers to buy. In addition, efforts to maintain the credibility of the brand are also important to emphasize the consumer’s pride. </em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The concept of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is related to the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) which guarantees that the funds invested in the company are well managed and will provide adequate returns so that this can attract investors and indirectly can increase the company value. This research aims to analyze the indirect effect of GCG rating on company value through the disclosure of ISR and it also attempts to analyze the direct effect of GCG and ISR toward company value, and the effect of GCG towards ISR. This research used quantitative and descriptive approaches with secondary data. The state-owned enterprises in the manufacturing and mining sector listed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) were selected as the sample of the study. The method used in this study includes descriptive statistical analysis, partial least square, and mediation test. The result shows that GCG has a positive effect on company value and ISR disclosure, while ISR disclosure does not affect company value. However, GCG does not affect company value through ISR disclosure. This indicates that ISR disclosure has no mediation effect on the relationship between GCG and company value.

The world recently changed rapidly in all fields. Higher education is one of the sectors that cannot avoid these changing. An existed Higher education is able to survive at this time is a university that is always willing to make the strategy changing and culture of the organization. And it is also supported by the existence of a strategic leader in the organization. This study aims to know the impact of strategic leadership and organizational culture on changes in the organization of higher education in Surabaya, East Java. The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research population was 231 study programs with minimum accredited criteria B. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling,  so the sample of this research was 72 study programs. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square. The results showed that the strategic leadership and organizational culture each had a positive and significant influence on the changing in the organization of higher education in Surabaya, East Java.

Good human resource management in a company not only imposes leadership power on its employees, but how a leader can also wisely receive complaints or suggestions conveyed by his employees for the common good, so that employees feel at home and comfortable while working improving employee performance is through improvements in leadership and work environment. These improvements are expected to foster job satisfaction for employees. Increased job satisfaction is also expected to have an impact on increasing the performance of employees themselves. Leadership and work environment have an influence on job satisfaction and employee performance in the finance company PT. Adira Denpasar 1 Branch, involving a number of respondents. Respondent data will be processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the Smart PLS 2.0 M3 program. The results found that leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction but the relationship does not have a significant effect while the work environment has a significant and positive influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on performance but does not have a significant effect. The results of statistical tests that show no significance are caused by indicators of lack of leaders in carrying out their roles in carrying out their duties and ordering their employees to achieve goals.

The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the social, economic, and environmental impacts of MSMEs Partners after using digital applications (2) to identify the effects of the utilization digital applications on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where all members of the MSMEs partners who had used digital applications in their business were used as samples in this research. The data analysis method was descriptive statistics with SPSS program, and SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the highest mean value of descriptive statistics was the economic impact with a value of 3.94 and a standard deviation of 0.70. It stated the utilization of digital applications has an economic impact on MSMEs Partners Community Development Officier PT. KPC. The variables (impact) of the utilization digital applications that have a significant effects on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners are economic impacts and social impacts, while environmental impacts do not have a significant effect on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners. Keywords: Digital Applications, Empowerment MSMEs, Partial Least Square.

<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction BPJS users, analyze the service of administrative personnel to satisfaction, analyze the influence of the quality of medical workfor the user satisfaction BPJS.Kualitas service is a form of service provided by the service provider, in this case the hospital, with the quality of this service will impact on patient satisfaction. Research location at MH.Thamrin Hospital by taking samples of 100 patients using BPJS questionnaire. In this research using sampling technique using probabily sampling and data analysis method used in this research is PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. The result of this research is that the service of administration personnel is significant to the satisfaction of BPJS patient, the quality of the work of medical personnel is significant to the satisfaction of BPJS patient, the patient's trust is significant to the satisfaction of BPJS patient.</p><p>Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Trust, Work Quality</p>
