AbstractThe history of Islamic thought is inseparable from the transformation of knowledge from cultural thoughts outside of Islam, including Greek philosophy. The project was initiated by the Abbasids and reached its peak when power was held by the Caliph al-Harun Ar-Rasyid and al-Makmun. The most meritorious person and considered the first philosopher in the Islamic world was al-Kindi. This article discusses important matters in al-Kindi's philosophical thinking. With the aim to find out how the philosophical thinking of al-Kindi. This article uses library-based qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach and technical descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study show that al-Kindi was a philosopher who brought philosophy into the Islamic world. The things in al-Kindi's thinking are the relationship between Religion and Philosophy, divinity philosophy, philosophy of soul, mind, and spirit, infinity to the concept of reason.Keywords: al-Kindi, Philosophy, God, Spirit, and Intellect. AbstrakSejarah pemikiran Islam tidak lepas dari transformasi ilmu dari pemikiran-pemikiran kebudayaan di luar agama Islam, termasuk filsafat Yunani. Proyek tersebut digagas oleh Bani Abbasiyyah dan mencapai puncaknya ketika kekuasaan dipegang oleh Khalifah al-Harun Ar-Rasyid dan al-Makmun. Orang yang paling berjasa dan dianggap filosof pertama dalam dunia Islam adalah al-Kindi. Artikel ini membahas tentang hal-hal penting dalam pemikiran filsafat al-Kindi. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemikiran filsafat al-Kindi. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa al-Kindi merupakan seorang filosof yang membawa filsafat ke dalam dunia Islam. Hal-hal dalam pemikiran al-Kindi adalah hubungan Agama dan Filsafat, filsafat ketuhanan, filsafat jiwa, akal dan ruh, ketakterhinggaan sampai konsep akal.Kata Kunci: al-Kindi, Filsafat, Tuhan, Ruh dan Akal.

Of several problems in the Millennial era, one of them is the westernization of science, including Islamic education. So it is necessary to find a solution by Islamizing science as conceptualized by Ismail Radji al-Faruqi. This research is a library research using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data was collected from various kinds of reading sources in the form of scientific articles and books and other supporting references, then ancarried content analysis was in-depthout to find solutions to educational problems in the millennial era. The results of the research show that the concept of Islamic education Ismail Radji al-Faruqi is a leading Muslim intellectual who has responded positively to the development of science and technology, but he still puts the principle of tauhid in his idea of ​​Islamization of science. Through a work plan arranged systematically with five objectives and twelve stages al-Faruqi was able to realize his program. It is important to review the concept of education to be re-realized in the current millennial era.

Abstract This article discusses Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty. With the aim to find out how Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty. This article uses literature-based qualitative research (library research) with a qualitative descriptive approach and technical descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study show that Islamic economics during the Fatimid Dynasty progressed during the caliph al-Mu'izz, al-zAziz and al-Hakim. With several background factors such as the transfer of government centers from Tunisia to Cairo, extracting sources of economic income in all fields, integrated management of the fields of Agriculture, Trade and Industry, high exceptions to Science, harmonious relations with non-Muslims and tolerance which is very high for the community. The Fatimid dynasty experienced economic setbacks during the time of the Caliph al-hidAdhid until it was attacked by the Ayyubid dynasty led by Salahuddin al-Ayyubi. Keywords; Fatimid Dynasty, Progress, Setback, Economy  Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perekonomian Islam pada masa Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemajuan pada masa khalifah al-Mu’izz, al-‘Aziz dan al-Hakim. Dengan beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakanginya seperti perpindahan pusat pemerintahan dari Tunisia ke Kairo, penggalian sumber pemasukan ekonomi dalam segala bidang, pengelolaan bidang-bidang Pertanian, Perdagangan dan Industri secara terpadu, kepedualian yang tinggi terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan, hubungan harmonis dengan non-Muslim dan pemberian toleransi yang sangat tinggi terhadap masyarakat. Dinasti Fatimiyah mengalami kemunduran ekonomi pada masa khalifah al-‘Adhid hingga diserang Dinasti Ayyubiyah yang dipimpin Salahuddin al-Ayyubi.Kata Kunci; Dinasti Fatimiyah, Kemajuan, Kemunduran, Ekonomi

With th rise of the Western renaissance in the modern era and the subsequent advanced material civilization The intellectual struggle began between the West and the East, and Western intellectual production began to be concerned with Islam and Islamic heritage, And this production was found among the children of the Islamic world who are fascinated by this Western civilization One of the results of this civilization shock was that the Muslim modernists adopted the views of the Western Orientalists, and these oriental studies contributed to defining the positions of Muslim scholars, As some of them took a stance against the West, and some of them took this break with the Islamic heritage and adopted the positions of the West, And some of them revisited himself after this adoption and examined his assumptions with this thought, even if this examination was late, and this is the case of Muhammad Arkoun. The intellectual works of Muhammad Arkoun were known for their adoption of the approaches and axioms of Western thought, so that he called the group of his ideas what is known as criticism of the Islamic mind Considering that his modernist discourse is the intellectual alternative to the Orientalist discourse in Islamic thought, believing that his epistemological effort is an endeavor to enlighten Islamic thought, From this standpoint, the thought of Muhammad Arkoun faced a lot of criticism in the Islamic intellectual circles, and he was accused that his writings in their entirety are marketing the Orientalist discourse with a modernist vision, In contrast to this Islamic attack on Muhammad Arkoun, the reader may be surprised by his writings, especially the latter, when he finds him showing a kind of criticism of Orientalism, accusing him of shortcomings, and defaming him for the presence of the positivist and philological-linguistic approaches strongly in his studies, If we wish, we would say that Arkoun's recent books contain a desire to transcend the Orientalist discourse. This appears in his books such as: Islamic Thought, Criticism and Ijtihad, Towards a Comparative History of Monotheistic Religions, Islamic Thought, Scientific Reading, History of Arab and Islamic Thought... and other of his writings. Which makes a legitimate question about the nature of the relationship between Arkoun - as a model of the modernist school - with Orientalism. And about the real reasons that made him stand in a controversial position, Once, the Orientalist discourse adopts its evaluative approach and vision of the Islamic heritage, Once he criticizes him, accuses his approach of sterility, and blames him for failing to find solutions to the problems in which the Islamic world is stumbling.

Purpose -  The purpose of this study was to describe the Islamic counseling construction in the da’wah science structure.Method - This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis especially library research. The researchers examined the amount of literature relevant to the problem in this study.Result - The results showed that guidance and counseling are disciplines occupies a specific area of the human relationship in terms of the relationship that needs and helps each other. Relationship patterns like this, in reality, are built by a person or group of people based on different motives and values. One of them is the foundation of religious spirit in the form of awareness of the sacred mission as the basis for one’s activities in establishing relationships with other people. On this basis, the guidance and counseling activities are very appropriate when it is integrated with Islamic da’wah activities so that it becomes clear that the construction of Islamic guidance and counseling is in the structure of da’wah science.Implications – This study can be used to improve the skills performance of the Islamic counseling construction in the da’wah science structure.Originality - This research is the first study that used literature deeply about Al-Nadzariyah Al-Syumuliyah Al-Qur’aniyah in da’wah science.***Tujuan - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan konstruksi konseling Islam dalam struktur ilmu dakwah.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif khususnya penelitian kepustakaan. Peneliti mengkaji sejumlah literatur yang relevan dengan masalah dalam penelitian ini.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan dan konseling menempati wilayah tertentu dari hubungan manusia dalam hal hubungan yang saling membutuhkan dan membantu. Pola hubungan seperti ini pada kenyataannya dibangun oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang berdasarkan motif dan nilai yang berbeda. Salah satunya adalah landasan spirit keagamaan berupa kesadaran akan misi suci sebagai landasan aktivitas seseorang dalam menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Atas dasar itulah maka kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling sangat tepat bila dipadukan dengan kegiatan dakwah Islam sehingga menjadi jelas bahwa konstruksi bimbingan dan konseling Islam berada dalam struktur ilmu dakwah.Implikasi - Penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keterampilan konstruksi konseling Islam dalam struktur ilmu dakwah.Originalitas - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang menggunakan literatur secara mendalam tentang Al-Nadzariyah Al-Syumuliyah Al-Qur’aniyah dalam ilmu dakwah.

This article reviews the thoughts of KH. Hasyim Ash'ari concerning Islam and nationality. The method in this research is the library research method with a descriptive analysis study. The analytical study uses content analysis and descriptive analysis related to Islamic thought and nationality KH. Hasyim Ash'ari. The results showed that the problem that was found today was that a phenomenon had happened to the life of the Indonesian nation, with the re-emergence of groups that opposed Islam and nationality (Indonesian-ness). So, it is necessary to tune in KH. Hasyim Ash’ari about Islam and nationality, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari himself has proven that the two do not need to be contested because they are the realm of one concept of struggle. Islamic thought KH. Hasyim Ash'ari has a traditional Islamic style that focuses on the fields of Sufism, theology (ahlussunah wal jama'ah), and fiqh. Meanwhile, his national thinking about political ideas was used as a struggle to unite the people and confront confrontation with the Colonial as well as efforts to fight for Indonesian independence.Artikel ini menalaah kembali tentang pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari mengenai keislaman dan kebangsaan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan studi analisis deskriptif. Studi analisis menggunakan analisis conten dan deskriptif terkait pemikiran keislaman dan kebangsaan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa permasalahan yang didapatkan deawasa ini adalah terjadi fenomena yang menimpa  kehidupan bangsa Indonesia, dengan kembali munculnya golongan-golongan yang mempertentangkan keislaman dan kebangsaan (keindonesiaan). Maka, perlu menalaah pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari tentang keislaman dan kebangsaan, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari sendiri telah membuktikan bahwa keduanya tidak perlu dipertentangkan, karena keduanya adalah ranah dalam satu konsep perjuangan. Pemikiran keislaman KH. Hasyim Asy’ari bercorak Islam tradisional yang berfokus pada bidang tasawuf, teologi (ahlussunah wal jama’ah) dan fiqh. Sedangkan, pemikiran kebangsaannya mengenai ide-ide politik yang digunakan sebagai perjuangan untuk mempersatukan umat dan melakukan konfrontasi terhadap Kolonial serta usaha dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan Indonesia

The late Dr. Fazlur Rahman, Harold H. Swift Distinguished Service Professor of Islamic Thought at the Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago, has written this book as number seven in the series on Health/Medicine and the Faith Traditions. This series has been sponsored as an interfaith program by The Park Ridge Center, an Institute for the study of health, faith, and ethics. Professor Rahman has stated that his study is "an attempt to portray the relationship of Islam as a system of faith and as a tradition to human health and health care: What value does Islam attach to human well-being-spiritual, mental, and physical-and what inspiration has it given Muslims to realize that value?" (xiii). Although he makes it quite clear that he has not attempted to write a history of medicine in Islam, readers will find considerable depth in his treatment of the historical development of medicine under the influence of Islamic traditions. The book begins with a general historical introduction to Islam, meant primarily for readers with limited background and understanding of Islam. Following the introduction are six chapters devoted to the concepts of wellness and illness in Islamic thought, the religious valuation of medicine in Islam, an overview of Prophetic Medicine, Islamic approaches to medical care and medical ethics, and the relationship of the concepts of birth, contraception, abortion, sexuality, and death to well-being in Islamic culture. The basis for Dr. Rahman's study rests on the explication of the concepts of well-being, illness, suffering, and destiny in the Islamic worldview. He describes Islam as a system of faith with strong traditions linking that faith with concepts of human health and systems for providing health care. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of khilafah according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani, differences and legal basis. This study is a library model, with primary data sources, the Zhilalal-Qur'anic Tafseer and Nizham Al-Hukmi Fi Al-Islam and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The result is the thought of the concept of khilafah according to sayyid Quthub: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph, that who becomes the ruler of the choice of the Muslims, acts in absolute freedom, but that person gets the authority because he constantly applies the law of Allah Almighty. 2). The Islamic government system, the Supra Nasional government (the unity of the entire Islamic world). 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Justice of the ruler; b). People's obedience; c). Consultation between the people and the authorities. Thought of the concept of the Caliphate according to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani: 1). The concept of the ruler / caliph is a person who represents the Ummah in government affairs and power and in applying syara 'laws. 2). The system of government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of his Islamic government: a). Sovereignty in the hands of syara '; b). Power of the people; c). To appoint a legal Caliph fardlu for all Muslims; d). Only Khailfah has the right to carry out tabanni (adoption) against syara 'laws; e) The Caliph has the right to make constitutions and all other laws. The differences in the concept of khilafah are both: 1). According to Sayyid Quthub, if the ruler fails, then the ruler can be dismissed if the Muslims are no longer satisfied with him. This statement gives a signal that the people get rid of the rulers who no longer fulfill their functions (zhalim rulers). It is different from the opinion of Taqiyuddin al-Nabhani. An Amir al-mu'minin (Khalifah), even though he is responsible before the people and his representatives, but the people and their representatives are not entitled to dismiss him. Nor will the Caliph be dismissed, except when deviating from Shara law. The one who determined the dismissal was only the Mazhalim court. 2). The system of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub does not question any system of government in accordance with the system of conditions of society, but this government is characterized by respect for the supremacy of Islamic law (shari'ah). Whereas According to Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani that the system of Islamic government is khilafah. 3). The pillars of Islamic government according to Sayyid Quthub and Taqiyyuddin al-Nabhani, points three parts a and b at the above conclusions are: 1). Sayyid Quthub: a). Justice of the ruler; b). This study aims to reveal the relationship between Islamic philosophy and Islamic economic philosophy, both in terms of foundation, operation, and objectives. This library research (Library Research) uses documentation data collection techniques with data analysis, namely content analysis. Abstract The study aims to determine the policy of publishing identity cards for children in Semarang. The method of approach taken in this study is normative juridical. Data collection is obtained from the results of interviews and through library research. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the Regional Government of Semarang City in carrying out KIA issuance made PERDA No.4 of 2016, but its implementation was in 2017. Delay in the implementation of MCH due to the lack of coverage of ownership of birth certificates for children. The preparations made by the Semarang City Government in the context of the implementation of the MCH in 2017 are collecting data on children, discussing the additional benefits of KIA with several official agencies and the private sector, conducting comparative studies in regions that have implemented KIA and the basis of its arrangements. Preparation of the Regional Government of Semarang City in the issuance of KIA experienced several obstacles, among others, the unclear distribution of KIA forms, limitations and delays in budgeting, lack of competent human resources for the operation of SIAK. For ITU, the Semarang City Government made an effort to procure KIA sheets themselves, prepare computerized system training or SIAK, and make Mayor Regulations as technical implementation of Regional Regulation No.4 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Population Administration. Keywords: Child Identity Card, Policy, City of Semarang Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan penerbitan kartu identitas anak di kota semarang . Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah Kota Semarang dalam melaksanakan penerbitan KIA membuat PERDA No.4 Tahun 2016, namun pelaksanaannya pada tahun 2017. Keterlambatan pelaksanaan KIA karena masalah cakupan kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran anak yang masih kurang. Persiapan yang dilakukan Pemda Kota Semarang dalam rangka pelaksanaan KIA di tahun 2017 adalah mengumpulkan data anak-anak, membahas penambahan manfaat KIA dengan beberapa pihak dinas dan pihak swasta, melakukan studi banding ke daerah yang sudah melaksanakan KIA dan dasar pengaturannya.  Persiapan Pemda Kota Semarang dalam penerbitan KIA mengalami beberapa kendala antara lain ketidakjelasan pendistribusian blanko KIA, keterbatasan dan keterlambatan pemberian anggaran, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten untuk pengoperasian SIAK. Untuk ITU Pemda Kota Semarang melakukan upaya yakni pengadaan blanko KIA sendiri, mempersiapkan pelatihan sistem komputerisasi atau SIAK, dan membuat Peraturan Walikota sebagai pelaksanaan teknis dari Perda No.4 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan. Kata Kunci: Kartu Identitas Anak, Kebijakan, Kota Semarang
