Abstract The objective of this research is to find out the direct-indirect effects of religious motivation and PAI (Aqidah-Ibadah) learning outcomes on the attitude of tolerance. The method used in this research is path analysis. Subject of this research is selected randomly of 60 students from Muhammadiyah Senior High School Ciputat South Tangerang. The research findings are: (1) there are direct effects of religious motivation to Aqidah-Ibadah learning achievement; (2) there are direct effects of Aqidah-Ibadah learning achievement to the attitude of tolerance; (3) there are no direct effects of religious motivation to the attitude of tolerance; and (4) there are indirect effects of religious motivation to the attitude of tolerance through Aqidah-Ibadah learning achievement. These findings come up with a conclusion that students’ religious motivation affect the attitude of tolerance if they go through religious learning, It is because both the direct effects of religious motivation on religious learning achievement and the direct effects of religious learning on the attitude of retolerance are high. Therefore, all of students’ religious practices will be better if they go through religious learning and students’ religious learning will be better if they have high religious motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi beragama dan hasil belajar PAI terhadap sikap toleransi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analisis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara acak yaitu 60 siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Ciputat Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menemukan: (1) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi beragama terhadap hasil belajar PAI; (2) ada pengaruh langsung hasil belajar PAI terhadap sikap toleransi siswa; (3) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi beragama terhadap sikap toleransi siswa; (4) ada pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi beragama terhadap sikap toleransi siswa melalui hasil belajar PAI. Pendidikan agama memegang peranan penting dalam sistem pendidikan nasional di Indonesia sehingga pelajaran agama menjadi wajib untuk diajarkan dalam setiap jenis, jalur dan jenjang pendidikan di Indonesia. Meskipun penting, namun kualitas pendidikan agama di Indonesia belum optimal, hal ini ditandai dengan masih rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam belajar agama. Sementara itu, tes hasil belajar memegang peranan yang penting dalam memperoleh gambaran tentang kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyusunan sebuah tes hasil belajar yang baik, mengetahui bagaimana tes hasil belajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dalam belajar agama. Tes hasil belajar yang dilaksanakan penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dalam belajar agama yang akan berdampak terhadap mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Hasil kajian, menunjukkan bahwa tes hasil belajar akan memberikan manfaat jika dilakukan dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip penyusunan tes. Kemudian tes hasil belajar yang dilaksanakan secara teratur  akan dapat memotivasi peserta didik dalam belajar agama dengan menyediakan tujuan-tujuan belajar jangka pendek untuk peserta didik. Religious education plays an important role in the national education system in Indonesia so that religious education becomes compulsory to be taught in all types, lines and levels of education in Indonesia. Even though it is important, the quality of religious education in Indonesia is not yet optimal, this is indicated by the still low motivation of students to learn in studying religion. Meanwhile, learning outcomes tess play an important role in obtaining a picture of the quality of education. The purpose of writing this article is intended to examine the things that need to be considered in preparing a good learning achievement tes, knowing how the learning achievement tes can increase student motivation in religious learning. The learning achievement tes carried out is important to increase student motivation in studying religion which will have an impact on the quality of education in Indonesia. The results of the study, showed that learning outcomes tess will provide benefits if done by paying attention to the principles of tes preparation. Then a tes of learning outcomes carried out regularly will be able to motivate students in religious learning by providing short-term learning goals for students.

This research is carried out to examine the developed circular motion physics module in a cooperative learning setting for students of Grade X Science Senior High School in Banjarmasin. This study's general objectives are to produce a circular motion physics module integrated with gumbaan local wisdom in cooperative learning settings and describe its feasibility. Moreover, this study's specific objectives aimed to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the module. This study utilizes the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) development design model. The instruments used consisted of module validation sheets, students’ questionnaire responses, and learning outcome test. The results of the study indicated that: (1) the validity of the module, based on the content and display, obtained a score of 3.20, which fell in the "good" category, (2) the practicality of the module, based on students' questionnaire responses, obtained a percentage of 64.92% which is categorized as “good”, and (3) the effectiveness of the module, based on students' test scores, obtained a score of 0.44 which belonged in the "moderate" category. It is then concluded that the circular motion physics module, which integrated gumbaan local wisdom contents in cooperative learning settings, is proven feasible for learning and teaching and can be used as an alternative reference in improving the quality of learning, especially to improve the learning outcomes of learners. This module can be used as a reference that teachers can use in learning at senior high school.

LEADERSHIP AND TRUST ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON THE SCHOOL COUNSELORS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. The objective of this research is aimed at obtaining the information that related to the effects of leadership, trust and the organizational commitment, of the teacher of junior high school in Pasar Minggu District, South of Jakarta. The method used ia a survey by structured interview with a sample of 22 school counselors of junior high school in Pasar Minggu District, South of Jakarta. The data collected were processed by path analysis. The result proved that the trust was directly affected by leadership. There are direct effects of the leadership on organizational commitment and there are direct effects of the trust on organizational commitment. However, there is an indirect effect of leadership on organizational commitment through trust. The result can be concluded that two factors should be considered in the improvement of the organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the condition of ethnic Chinese Muslims in organizing Islamic religious education in the city of Padangsidimpuan. The Muslim Chinese community participated in moving Islamic religious education in the city of Padangsidimpuan The research method uses qualitative. Instrument for collecting data on observation, interview and documentation. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic religious education developed in several centers of religious learning activities. The dynamics of the implementation of ethnic Muslim Islamic religious education in the city of Padangsidimpuan carried out in a variety of containers and facilities. The organization of religious education is based on groups and individuals.It was concluded that the Muslim Chinese ethnic studied religious learning material on aqeedah, sharia and morals. Learning methods build communication between educators and students. Educators and students come from various scientific backgrounds, Islamic and Indonesian.

MI teachers especially those who teach Islamic Religious Education will have to do with the morals of students, where the benchmark of the final results of PAI education is the application of PAI in the daily lives of students, the success or failure of students in PAI learning can be seen from the attitudes of students, research using the research method of literature by using content analysis techniques from the literature. PAI teacher must know the characteristics of MI students, know the change in behavior from learning outcomes, learning achievement, teacher competence, and also must be able to understand and learn about how a good PAI teacher, so that when the PAI teacher already knows and even masters it, the PAI teacher can improve its quality, so that it can be used as a foundation to sustain the change in attitude of students in primary schools especially the scope of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Sport participation is an important means for adolescents to achieve moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA), yet most high school students including athletes do not achieve the 60-minute daily MVPA guideline. As psychosocial factors influence athlete engagement and physical activity during sport, the perceived environment created by coaches could play a role in this influence. Guided by self-determination and achievement goal theories, this four-month prospective study examined the direct and indirect effects of perceived coach-created environment on high school athletes’ MVPA and sedentary behavior (SB) during sport. During the third to fourth week of a sport season, 225 high school athletes ( Mage = 15.24 years) completed a survey assessing perceptions of coach-created empowering and disempowering climates as well as psychological need satisfaction and frustration. Four months later, their MVPA and SB percentage times (%) during sport were measured using accelerometers. Path analyses partially supported our hypothesis, indicating significant direct effects of a perceived empowering climate on need satisfaction (β = .41) and need frustration (β = –.29), and direct effects of a perceived disempowering climate on need frustration (β = .38) and MVPA% (β = –.28). No significant indirect effects on MVPA% or SB% were found. Findings support and provide new insights into the important role of disempowering beyond empowering climates in predicting high school athletes’ PA. Specifically, when coaches display ego-involving and controlling behaviors, high school athletes may disengage during sport and achieve less overall MVPA. Further examination of these relationships using a longitudinal design across more diverse samples is warranted.

A study of the perceptions of learning technologies of a group of high school teachers was undertaken. Underlying the study was the research-based notion that enhanced learning outcomes are likely only if learning technologies are perceived as a means for students to seek the meaning of the subject material. The teachers were interviewed about their perceptions at the beginning and end of a two year period. The interview transcripts were analyzed using phenomenographic research approaches to identify critical variation in perception. The teachers' perceptions of learning technologies were found to have unrelated "what" and "how" components. The "what" component concerned perception of technology. The "how" component concerned perception of the nature of enhanced learning. The various perceptions were found to be inadequate with regard to the "how" component and unlikely to lead to enhanced student learning outcomes. The research findings lead to the suggestion that the teachers need professional development in the nature of enhanced learning and how learning technologies can be used in the classroom to facilitate better learning outcomes.

The research in this thesis is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects caused by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in presenting subject matter which is sometimes monotonous. Teachers are more likely to use the lecture method in learning, thereby making students bored. Therefore, researchers chose one of the cooperative learning models namely the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model to improve student learning outcomes. This model uses a grouping system with 4-6 members, which in the implementation phase includes the numbering, asking questions, thinking together and answering questions. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted at Sorong Public High School 2, which aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students by using the cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT). The subjects of this study were students of class XII Science 3 of SMA Negeri 2 Sorong in the odd semester of the 2015/2016 academic year totaling 22 people. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely the first cycle and the second cycle was held 2 meetings. Data retrieval is done using learning outcomes tests and observation sheets. The collected data were analyzed both quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated using the SPSS 16.0 formula. The results obtained after the action are given, namely: (1) the activeness of students during the learning process in the classroom has increased, (2) in the first cycle the average score of the Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes (PAI) of students is 71.91 are in the medium category and in the second cycle the average score of the test results of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students was 88.50 in the high category, (3) in the first cycle the number of students who thoroughly studied in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) was 11 people ( 50%), while in cycle II the number of students who have finished learning is 20 people (90.91%), and (4) the students' responses to the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model are 95.45%. From the results of this study, in general, it can be concluded that an increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) class XII students of Sorong Public High School 2 after applying the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model.

Path coefficient analysis was carried out in tropical pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata Duchesne) for yield per plant as a function of number of fruit per plant and weight per fruit, using phenotypic and genetic correlations from two diallels: one using five varieties (variety diallel) and a second using five S1 lines derived from the varieties (line diallel). A randomized complete block design with five replications was used to evaluate 15 genotypes from each diallel, not including reciprocals. Direct effects were 300 to 500% greater than indirect effects in the line diallel. In contrast, direct effects were only 17 to 68% greater than indirect effects in the variety diallel. Effects (direct and indirect) were greater (17 to 500%) when genetic correlations rather than phenotype correlations (42 to 440%) were used in the path analysis. Fruit weight showed a greater effect on yield than did number of fruit, with values between 3.2 to 4.9 times the residual effects. Fruit weight and number of fruit can be used as selection criteria to increase yield in tropical pumpkin.

This study aims to determine how the improvement of learning achievement of students in class X.9 SMAN Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung city on learning Islamic Education (PAI) through the implementation of Small Group Discussion method. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was done in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed an increase in learning achievement of learners. In the first cycle the average value obtained by learners of 62.65 with a percentage of mastery of 23.53%. On the second cycle there was an average increase of 72.94 with the percentage of mastery of 64.71%. Furthermore, in the third cycle the average value of student learning achievement again increased to 79.71 with a percentage of completeness of 91.18%. Based on this, it can be concluded that the implementation of Small Group Discussion method has an impact on the improvement of learning achievement of high school X students in Islamic Religious Education subjects.Kata kunci : Small Group Discussion, Achievement
