The aim of this work is to investigate learning motivation peculiarities of rural unemployed people that are unready for labor market. Research object – learning motivation. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, anonymous questionnaire survey, qualitative and statistic data analysis. Chi square criteria (χ2), significance level p < 0.05 are applied for comparison of results. 76 people unready for labor market in Šakiai region participate in this research: 32 of them are young people under 25 years of age, 18 – returnees from imprisonment, 26 – disabled persons; 36 men and 40 women. Majority of respondents have secondary education, however, only 11.1 % of all returnees from imprisonment are in this group. The researched of all the three groups give preference to the second – modern definition of career. Labor Exchange Office or their own decisions have impact on the respondents mostly. It is worth pointing out that Labor Exchange Office has stronger impact on the disabled (57.7 %) while the youth under 25 tend to decide themselves (53.1 %). Other factors do not have significant influence. The first four learning motives are the most significant to all the three groups of the researched, the least attractive motives are „I am studying for prestige“ and „Random circumstances determined intention to study“. It is unexpected that the motive „I intend to go to further education “is of little importance for the young people. People with disabilities and former prisoners have stronger motivation to learn than unemployed young people under 25 do. Hypothesis is only partly approved – the differences between the groups are not significant and statistically unreliable.

Abstract The employment level vulnerability - a subject of interest to specialists, and also lately there is an increasing attention of European organizations in this regard by means of directives and regulations .Vulnerable groups are groups without support. The main groups with a higher risk of being affected by some form of exclusion from the labor market are young people, women, the disabled, the elderly, roma people, rural population. In our country one of the characteristics of democracy is that men and women are equal in rights. Young people are exposed to an endogenous risk that reflects their inexperience and also to exogenous risks related to the fields they’re frequently working in. The purpose of this article is to show that the forms of vulnerability generate economic and social imbalances in both the individual and the country. The working hypothesis of this article is that young people and women are the groups most exposed to vulnerability, and this also influences the employment levels.

The research method used was experimental. This study used a population of 36 students. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with the chi square formula. The results of the analysis obtained the value = 12.462 while the chi square value in the table with db = 4 with a significance level of 5% = 9.488 so that the value of the chi square analysis is greater than the value of the chi square table (12.462> 9.488). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of sigil-based e-module learning media on student learning motivation in graphic design subjects in class X Multimedia at SMKN 1 Lingsar.

Background: Equestrian athletes (horse riders) are at high risk for head injury, including concussions. Materials & methods: Adults riders were recruited via social media posting to complete a branching survey collecting data on demographics, riding experience, helmet use, injury history and concussion symptom knowledge. Results are reported as frequencies and percentages, with associations tested using chi-square with significance level p < 0.05. Results: Of the 2598 subjects, about 75% reported always wearing a helmet. Of those who did not, the most common reasons were that helmets are unnecessary (57.4%) or do not fit well (48.6%). Many indicated improper storage conditions and/or did not follow manufacturer’s replacement recommendations. Most (75.4%) reported a high level of comfort with recognizing concussion signs, with half experiencing a prior head injury. Conclusion: This information suggests opportunities for intervention to improve helmet use through increased fit, while the responses indicate a need for further education on proper helmet use.

Persons with disabilities enter and progress in the labor market much as do other minority group members. However, some have not only to cope with the discriminatory practices of employers but also with problems of self-management which stem directly from their disability. Employers tend to hire the best persons available. They view job applicants as risk carriers, and feel little moral responsibility for their employment. In large measure they are quite satisfied with their hiring policies and practices. Finally, for some disabled persons there may exist a conflict between social and self acceptance because of the social pressure to become what they cannot become non-disabled.

The article considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of determining the effective employment of young people in terms of modern market transformations in the country. It is determined that this issue is especially relevant in the context of changing the labor market paradigm under the influence of the global pandemic and the active development of new forms of employment (separate work, mixed schedule, use of interactive employment), which to a greater extent affects the interests of young people as the most active part of the labor market. The main approaches to the definition of «effective employment» are analyzed and it is emphasized that such employment, along with economic, also reflects the socio-economic and socio-psychological performance of labor, its environmental aspects. The main aspects of the definition and indicators of evaluation of effective employment at the level of the state, enterprise and individual are studied. It is determined that regardless of the level of measurement of effective employment, it should combine social and economic efficiency for both society and the individual (youth). Based on a study of opinion polls conducted in different years among young people, it was concluded that for this category of population to achieve effective employment is important and, given the significant human potential at the beginning of working life, necessary. Considering the achievement of effective youth employment from a practical standpoint, the necessary skills to realize the human potential of youth and success in the labor market were studied. The advantages and obstacles for young people in the labor market in the process of achieving effective employment are considered. The analysis of various factors influencing youth employment is carried out. It is determined that depending on the connection with the external environment, the factors influencing the effective employment of young people at the regional level can be divided into external and internal. The influence of external factors is analyzed. The main directions of youth policy on effective employment are formulated.
