AbstractThis research is motivated by the low investment interest of millennials in Garut City, this is assumed because of the lack of socialization regarding investment in the capital market for millennials. So that the researcher has the aim to analyze the effect of Islamic capital market knowledge and investment motivation on the investment interest of Garut millennials in the Islamic capital market. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Then, the data used comes from collecting questionnaires or research questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study is the millennial generation in Garut, with a sample of 112 respondents. The results obtained are that the knowledge of the capital market has a significant influence on the investment interest of Garut millennials. However, it is different from the influence of investment motivation which does not have a significant effect on the investment interest of Garut millennials. Finally, together, capital market knowledge and investment motivation have a significant influence on the investment interest of Garut millennials with an influence contribution of 17.7%, meaning that 82.3% of investment interest is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: Sharia Capital Market Knowledge, Investment Motivation, Investment Interest AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh, rendahnya minat investasi kaum milenial Kota Garut, hal ini diasumsikan karena minimnya sosialisasi mengenai investasi di pasar modal untuk kaum milenial. Sehingga peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan pasar modal syariah dan motivasi investasi terhadap minat investasi kaum milenial Garut di pasar modal Syariah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Kemudian, data yang digunakan berasal dari pengumpulan kuesioner atau angket penelitian dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial di Garut, dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden. Hasil penilitian yang didapatkan adalah pengetahuan pasar modal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat investasi kaum milenial Garut. Namun, berbeda dengan pengaruh motivasi investasi yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi kaum milenial Garut. Terakhir, secara bersama-sama pengetahuan pasar modal dan motivasi investasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat investasi kaum milenial Garut dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar sebesar 17,7 %, artinya sebesar 82,3% minat investasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Pasar Modal Syariah, Motivasi Investasi, Minat Investasi

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

One of the strategy that can be use in increasing consumer buying interest is by increasing the attractiveness of advertisements on Instagram, one of them is the endorsement strategy. The study aims to determine about the selebgram credibility and power to increase purchase intention on online store in instagram, as well as to see how much the influence of credibility and power of selebgram to purchase intention partially or simultaneously. The method use in this research is descriptive verificative and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. Research result obtained show that credibility, power and purchase intentions of online store on instagram in the good category.  The magnitude of the effect of credibility and power on purchases intention on instagram by Rachel Vennya after testing simultaneously and partially have a positif and significant influence. This study aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City Simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is all civil servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, which numbered 44 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Organizational Culture influences the Performance of Civil Servants at the Education. Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (4.896 > 2.02108). Competence influences the Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (2.493 > 2.02108). Placement influences the Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (3.477> 2.02108). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, which can be proven by F arithmetic > F table (33,203 > 3.15). The influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City Is 79%. While the remaining 21% is explained by other causative factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

<p class="Default"><em>This study aims to find out (1) the influence of job stress on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana, (2) The influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana, and (3) The influence of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana. The collecting data methods used in this study were interview, questionnaires, and literature studies. The scale of questionnaires used agree-disagree scale with 10 point scale. The sample in this study were 60 Sales employees of PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression showed that job stress had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Job stress and job satisfaction given contribute 30.4% to turnover intention. That means that 30.4% turnover intention was explained by job stress and job satisfaction, while 69.6% was explained by other factors not examined in this study.</em></p>

Brand loyalty is one concept that plays a very important role in marketing strategies to maintain customers who are loyal to the brand. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of bran reliability and brand intention as brand trust’s dimension on brand loyalty in the Muslim clothing House Of KAGE Sukabumi. Tehe method that use in this research is descriftive associative and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. Result of the research shows that the magnitude of the influence of brand trust on brand loyalty in the Muslim clothing House Of KAGE after testing simultaneously and partially have a positif and significant influence. It’s amounted to 11.8%, while the remaining 88.2% are influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keyword : Brand Trust, Brand reliability, Brand intention, Brand Loyalty.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Tax evasion is a tax deductible scheme that is owed by violating the provisions of taxation (illegal). Tax evasion is usually done by the company by making false invoices, not recording some sales, or preparing fake financial statements, but the practice of tax evasion like this is often caught, thus the mode of tax evasion is now changing. Perception is the response of something or is the process of knowing some things through the senses. This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.
