The research explains about the resilience condition of flood victims before following group counseling, to increase the resilience of flood victim children after following the group in Baleendah. The method used in this research is descriptive by using qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, direct interview with children of flood victim, mentors/ school counselors of Rescue and headmaster of Rescue, clarify the data and the result of this research describes that group counseling services done by Rescue school in Baleendah evacuation, have an effective result and very influential on resilience condition of the children in the place.   Penelitian ini mengungkapkan tentang kondisi resiliensi anak korban banjir sebelum mengikuti konseling kelompok, konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan resiliensi pada anak korban banjir, kondisi resiliensi anak korban banjir setelah mengikuti konseling kelompok di Baleendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara langsung dengan anak korban banjir, pembimbing/ konselor sekolah Rescue dan kepala sekolah Rescue, mengklarifikasi data dan menarik kesimpulan serta dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok yang dilakukan Sekolah Rescue di pengungsian Baleendah, memiliki hasil yang efektif dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi resiliensi anak-anak korban banjir di tempat pengungsian.

Ukhuwah Islamiyah is an equivalent term for good social interaction between individuals in Islam. The concept of ukhuwah or brotherhood can be realized through guidance and counseling efforts. In the "world" this guidance and counseling effort is known as group guidance services. This paper aims to examine group guidance in improving ukhuwah Islamiyah through a gestalt approach with discussion techniques at Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory (MAL) UIN North Sumatra Medan. This research is focused on how the group guidance service efforts with discussion techniques in improving ukhuwah Islamiyah at MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan and what factors support and hinder the process. For this reason, a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method is appropriate to uncover empirical truths of research. The results of this study indicate that group counseling services with discussion techniques can improve student ukhuwah Islamiyah at MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan. This is indicated by (1) good interpersonal communication between students; (2) students' familiarity in finding solutions to shared problems; (3) tolerance of differences in argumentation; and (4) empathy for the situation felt by peers.

This study aims to determine the process and counseling services performed by guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in coaching the students’ character, with the method descriptive qualitative approach. Guidance and counseling are services of assistance given to students to develop their potential, alleviate the problems, and shape the character of the students in accordance with the norms that exist in the neighborhood. The character building of students can be done through guidance and counseling services that are prevention, alleviation and development. The results showed that the process of guidance and counseling was done not in accordance with established procedures and the implementation of observation and data identification to understand the needs within the framework of the preparation of BK program. Besides, the prevention activities were carried out by providing knowledge about the character of the students through information services, content mastery and group counseling as well as involving students in religious activities at school.

The training and workshop activities are carried out based on the phenomenon of the many problems that have arisen in the global era with sophisticated and modern technology today, one of the events experienced by many junior high school students is sexual harassment both physically and verbally. For this reason, counselors and counselors must make various counseling and counseling services, one of which is group guidance services, including efforts to prevent sexual harassment among students. Group counseling services can be done with a variety of approaches, one of which is the approach and techniques of expressive therapy counseling. The expressive therapist believes that individuals are different in expressing what is in themselves, there are individuals who are more open to express what is felt in him, including communicating the anxiety he feels. The results show that there is an increase in understanding and knowledge of school counselors / school counselors, especially in terms of implementing counseling in schools. During this time in school, counseling teachers carry out counseling with traditional methods, namely asking with special techniques, but after this training the counseling teacher can conduct counseling with an expressive therapy approach.

<em>Guidance and Counseling Services is one of the services that can play an active role in the midst of this co-19 pandemic so students can adjust to conditions, in accordance with the rules set by the government, keep the spirit of learning and can control their stress and anxiety in a healthy manner. In this case the role of the BK teacher / school counselor is very important. However, various obstacles may arise in the learning process due to pandemic conditions that cannot be ascertained when it will end. This is a formidable challenge for school counselors / school counselors. ABSTRAK Remaja merupakan fase penting dalam masa perkembangan terutama mengenai kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan pilihan karir masa depannya. Keputusan karir akan mudah dicapai apabila peserta didik memiliki kematangan karir yang baik. Konseling kelompok merupakan layanan yang dapat membantu peserta didik mengatasi hambatan dalam kematangan karir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang didukung oleh data-data dari beberapa artikel, buku-buku sumber, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menerapkan layanan konseling kelompok untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah karir. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam rangka membantu kematangan karir peserta didik dalam konseling kelompok adalah pendekatan yang berfokus untuk mengubah pikiran negative dan keyakinan maladaptive (CBT) yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Theraphy (CBT) secara efektif dapat membantu dalam mengatasi permasalahan karir peserta didik. Kata Kunci: kematangan karir, konseling kelompok, terapi perilaku kognitif ABSTRACT Teenage is an important phase in the developmental period, especially regarding the ability to make decisions about his future career choices. Career decisions will be easily achieved if students have good career maturity. Group counseling is a service that can help students overcome obstacles in career maturity. The research method used is a literature review that is supported by data from several articles, source books, and other supporting documents. Guidance and counseling teachers can apply group counseling services to overcome career problems. One approach that can be used in order to help the career maturity of students in group counseling is an approach that focuses on changing negative thoughts and maladaptive beliefs (CBT) that are owned by students. The results of the study showed that group counseling services with the Cognitive Behavior Theraphy (CBT) approach can be effectively help in solving the career problems of students. This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services based on rational emotive behavior therapy with cybercounseling approach on students' self-control. This research design is pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test research design. The Participants of this study was 8 students recruited using the criteria of sampling technique. The data was collected using a psychological scale that was developed based on indicators from other studies which analyzed using the Wilcoxon analysis technique. The results showed that the level of self-control of students who were given group counseling services group counseling services based on rational emotive behavior therapy with cybercounseling approach increased by 23.36%. This study also proved that group counseling services based on group counseling services based on rational emotive behavior therapy with cybercounseling approach affect students' self-control.

The implementation of Generation Plan (GenRe) Program developed by BKKBN requires supporting methods in order to be implemented appropriately. One method that has been launched by BPPKB is the delivery of information called INCAR (Smart Information for Teenagers) to deliver positive information in attractive and modern ways. This study aims to look at the benefits of INCAR in the implementation of the GenRe (Generation Plan) Program. The method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis, this program involves teenagers/children of the same age as "GenRe Ambassador". Teenagers are given information by their peers about reproductive health and life skills, as well as counseling services through digital technology. As a result, various digital information media and social networks were formed, such as: the PIK Teen Blog, youth communities on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram and others. Constraints to the implementation of GenRe Program especially in the outermost regions of Indonesia are geographical factors and transportation problems. In conclusion, INCAR, in the GenRe Program has helped BPPKB in delivering information to the teenagers, especially in difficult-to-reach areas so that they can get the latest information as soon as possible. While for the community, especially for schools and parents, the benefits are that teenagers can channel their activities in a positive and easily monitored manner so that the school and parents no longer worried about promiscuity. Keywords: GenRe, INCAR, youth Abstrak Pelaksanaan Program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) yang dikembangkan oleh BKKBN memerlukan metode pendukung agar terimplementasi secara tepat. Salah satu metode yang diluncurkan oleh BPPKB adalah penyampaian informasi yang disebut INCAR (Informasi Cerdas Ala Remaja) untuk menyampaikan informasi yang bernilai positif namun tetap dalam kemasan menarik dan modern. Kajian ini bertujuan melihat kemanfaatan INCAR dalam pelaksanaan Program Nasional Generasi Berencana (GenRe). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, program ini melibatkanremaja/anak sebaya sebagai “Duta GenRe”. Remaja diberikan informasi oleh teman sebayanya tentang kesehatan reproduksi, keterampilan dan kecakapan hidup, serta pelayanan konseling melalui teknologi digital. Hasilnya, terbentuk berbagai media informasi digital dan jejaring sosial dalam bentuk Blog PIK Remaja, komunitas remaja di Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram dan lainnya. Kendala pelaksanaan GenRe, khususnya di daerah terluar Indonesia adalah faktor geografis dan masalah transportasi. Kesimpulannya, INCAR dalam Program GenRe telah membantu BPPKB dalam penyampaian informasi kepada remaja khususnya di daerah sulit dijangkau sehingga para remaja dapat meng-update info-info terbaru. Manfaat yang dirasakan masyarakat khususnya sekolah dan orang tua adalah tersalurkannya kegiatan remaja dalam wadah yang positif dan mudah dipantau sehingga pihak sekolah dan para orang tua tidak lagi merasa khawatir dengan pergaulan remaja. PROFIL OF PEDAGOGIC AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS IN BANDUNG CITY. This study aims to get a profile and description of pedagogic and professional competencies of guidance and counseling teachers (counselor) in Bandung. The research used the quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this research is 127 counselors of the senior high school in Bandung. The Instrument was the development of Permendiknas No. 27 Tahun 2008 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Counselor Competencies with ten aspects related to pedagogic and professional competencies. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the profile of counselors is in the competent category but in several aspects need some developed. The result of the research can be used as a need assessment for supervisor in understanding counselors competencies so that it can be used as a basis to provide guidance and counseling services effectively and efficiently.

This research aims to find out (1) the description of needs toward the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills and (2) utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi to improve students’ social skills. This research applied the development research proposed by Borg & Gall. Small group testing was conducted to 12 students. Data collection technique used in this research was interview and social skill scale. This research employed descriptive statistic and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results point out that (1) students were indicated to have low social skills, so school counselors need social guidance and counseling services so that the video-based model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi was developed to improve students’ social skills (2) the validation test with 3 (three) experts shows that utility, feasibility, and accuracy in the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi based on video were suitable to improve students’ social skills. The observation result from the limited group explained that the model of Lulo dance of Southeast Sulawesi could be accepted well by the students.

An elementary school counseling department used data-informed practices in an effort to provide more effective school counseling services. This article provides a summary and evaluation of a girls’ relational aggression small group in an elementary setting. Results indicated that integrating friendship, conflict resolution, and self-affirmation into small group counseling affected behavior and social/emotional development. The school counselors were able to address preexisting relational aggression. This article offers implications for school counselors.
