Emotional intelligence has been considered as contributing factor to students’ achievement in their academic life. Unfortunately, this intelligence seems to neglect on the part of students. In SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan/Vocational School)  Negeri 2 Pekanbaru, students had religious program namely Tadarus Al-Qur’an from 2013 until now but this program contributes less to their emotional intelligence. This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between students’ participation in extracurricular activities of Tadarus Al-Qur’an with their emotional intelligence. This study was quantitative and it applied correlational method. Data were collected through questionnaires and 232 students participated in this study. The results were analyzed by product-moment correlation test and linear regression. The results showed that based on the grouping of students’ answer scores for emotional intelligence as follows: high group of 9.57%, medium group 69.57% and low group, 20.87%. This is based on the product-moment correlation test results and linear regression test results, both at the 5% level and at the 1% level. It can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between students’ participation in extracurricular activities Al-Qur’an and their emotional intelligence.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV 2 and has spread very quickly. Several laboratory examinations were carried out on Covid-19 patients including molecular examinations, hematological profiles, and serology. This study aims to determine the relationship between leucocyte, d-dimer, hemoglobin and thrombocyte against procalcitonin in patients with Covid-19. This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. A sample of 50 was taken selectively at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital in November 2020 - January 2021. Multiple linear regression test results showed relationship between leucocyte with procalcitonin (b = -0.64; p = 0.426), d-dimer with procalcitonin (b = 2.702; p = 0.010), hemoglobin with procalcitonin (b = 0.656; p = 0.255), and thrombocyte with procalcitonin (b = 0.037; p = 0.002) . Based on the results, it is found that there is relationship between leucocyte, d-dimer, hemoglobin, and thrombocyte againts procalcitonin in Covid-19 patients.

Abstract - Galuh Anindita Hotel is a non-star hotel located strategically in the center of Yogyakarta. As a non-star hotel located not far from the center of Yogyakarta tourism, of course the challenge is greater because they have to compete with other hotels, especially star hotels, so various efforts need to be made to get the expected sale. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on sales at Galuh Anindita Hotel Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive by collecting data through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The questionnaire was distributed to visitors of the Galuh Anindita Hotel in Yogyakarta during May-July 2019. Analysis of the data used was linear regression test. The instrument test using validity and reliability shows that all items are declared valid and reliable so that it can be used for calculation analysis. Based on the results of the correlation test it was concluded that the relationship between marketing mix and sale was categorized strong with a correlation value of 0.728. Hypothesis testing shows that the marketing mix has a significant effect on sales as indicated by a probability value of 0,000 (<0.05) and t of 10.498. The magnitude of the effect of the marketing mix on sales was 52.9%. Keywords: marketing mix, sale, hotel Abstrak - Hotel Galuh Anindita adalah hotel non bintang yang berlokasi strategis di tengah kota Yogyakarta. Sebagai hotel non bintang yang terletak tidak jauh dari pusat pariwisata Yogyakarta, tentunya tantangan lebih besar karena harus bersaing dengan hotel lain terutama hotel berbintang sehingga berbagai upaya perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sale yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap sale di Hotel Galuh Anindita Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Angket disebarkan kepada pengunjung Hotel Galuh Anindita Yogyakarta selama bulan Mei-Juli 2019. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan uji regresi linear. Uji instrumen dengan menggunakan validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga dapat digunakan untuk analisis perhitungan. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antara bauran pemasaran dengan sale dikategorikan kuat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,728. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sale yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan t sebesar 10,498. Besarnya pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap sale sebesar 52,9 %. Kata kunci: bauran pemasaran, sale, hotel

This study conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence, personality variables (Big V personality traits, self-esteem, self-efficacy, optimism and proactive personality) and career adaptability of students. Data were coded on CMA software version 3.0. Product–moment correlation coefficient (r) was considered as the effect size measure for this study. Publication bias was assessed using Egger’s regression test along with Orwin’s fail-safe N, but no significant publication bias was detected. From the results of 54 studies, it was found that all variables of the study had meta-analytic correlation with career adaptability of students. For heterogeneity, subgroup analysis was conducted, and significant differences were found.

Emotional intelligence includes self-perception regarding attention to feelings, clarity of feelings and mood repair. The aim of this work is to study the relationship between emotional intelligence, self-concept, and self-esteem. The sample included 137 adolescents from Buenos Aires City, that attended middle school, with a mean age of 13.12 years old (SD = 1.79). Correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were performed. Results showed significant positive correlations between self-esteem and clarity of feelings on the complete sample and the female subsample, and between mood repair and self-esteem on the male subsample. The linear regression analyses showed results on the same line. It´s concluded that positive self-evaluation regarding emotions, emotion comprehension and recovery can minimize the effect of negative experiences.

In order to encourage rubber agribusiness activities, farmers need adequate information and reliable sources of information to achieve their goals. To meet information needs, farmers develop communication networks between farmers and their actors. This research aims to describe the sociogram of the communication network of rubber farmers in self-help patterns,and analyze the relationship between farmer characteristics and communication networks.This research conducted in Batu Bersurat Village XIII Koto Kampar District. The method used in this research is the census method and the study respondents were taken as many as 42 farmers.  The results of this research indicate that the structure of the communication network formed in rubber farmers approached the radial personal networkstructure .Based on the correlation test results indicate that the characteristics of rubber farmers related to locall centrality are, extent of land tenure, cosmopolity, intensity of counseling, and number of sources of information. Correlation test results indicate that the characteristics of rubber farmers related to globall centrality are level of education, extent of land tenure, cosmopolity, intensity of counseling, and number of sources of information.Correlation test results indicate that the characteristics of rubber farmers related to betwenness are extent of land tenure, cosmopolity, intensity of counseling, and number of sources of information.

This Research aims to find out the causes and impacts caused by delays in payment of trucking vehicle rentals at Perum DAMRI Logistik, especially on the company's operational activities. Data collection was carried out in 3 divisions in Perum DAMRI Logistics, namely the operational division, the financial division and the engineering division. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motivation on the interest in transacting using lazada application. The population used in this study is community using lazada application. The method of data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The testing technique used is validation and reliability tests and uses data analysis techniques in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests.. The hypothesis in this study was tested using t test and f test. The results of the study showed that all variables were declared free of interference from existing classical assumptions.From the results of multiple linear regression test results f obtained Fcount of 17.665> Ftable of 2.60 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between variables of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motive towards interest in using the lazada application. This research aims to know and analyze the effect of application of control valve Cooler 1 Based On atmega 2560 microcontroller for Moisture feed after mixing with bagging off at PT. JAPFA comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Padang. The type of research used is the study of surveys with the analysis of data used i.e. simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, testing of normality obtained the significance value of 0.200 with normal categories and R square test results worth 29.4%. The results of simple linear regression test partially with T test, Mempertlihatkan that the application of the control valve Cooler 1-Base atmega 2560 microcontroller system significantly affects the after-mixing Moisture feed with bagging off. The interpretation is that each temperature reduction of the resulting control valve cooler 1 Microcontroller-Based atmega 2560 in one unit affects the difference of moisture feed after mixing with a bagging off of 2.425.

The purpose of this research is to improve the objective and subjective career successlecturer at PTIS (private Islamic universities) by stimulating the emotional intelligence, intrinsicmotivation and competence. The population in this study consisted of three Islamic universities inSemarang, namely: Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA), University of Wahid Hasyim(UNWAHAS) and the University of Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS). Total questionnairesdistributed to as many as 69 respondents supported by SPSS version 20 as data processorand tools of statistical processing. This study analyzed by linear regression and regressionmoderation. The variables used are: independent variables such as emotional intelligence andintrinsic motivation, moderation variable such as competence and the dependent variable inthe form of objective and subjective career success.
