Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi marketing dan rangkaian kegiatan yang digunakan dompet dhuafa dalam hal kepercayaan muzakki dan peningkatan donasi setiap tahunnya. Peneliti ini menggunakan model S-O-S-T-A-C, model ini pada dasarnya merupakan teori pemasaran yang dijelaskan tentang poin-poin berikut: situasi yang berkaitan dengan keberadaan dimana dan bagaimana sebuah lembaga atau instansi. Objektive yaitu yang berkaitan dengan visi dan misi serta target pencapaian sebuah lembaga.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Implementasi Dompet Dhuafa berkontribusi melalui empat bidang Program yaitu Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Sosial Development, Ekonomi dan program incidental di bulan Ramadan. Dari program tersebut terlihat perkembangan jumlah donator setiap tahunnya.  Hasil dari Penelitian ini adanya peningkatan yang dilakukan oleh marketing Dompet Dhuafa dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan muzakki dengan menggunakan strategi yang telah dirancang oleg marketing dompet dhuafa.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa dompet dhuafa yang berhasil menjalankan tugasnya dalam menambah jumlah muzakki dan donasi, telah merancang strategi dari marketing dan peningkatan kepercayaan muzakki di kota bandung. Hal ini tercermin dari misi yang dilaksanakan oleh marketing dompet dhuafa terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan muzakki. Dari proses rekrutmen, sleksi, pelatihan, pembinaan dan motivasi telah dilaksanakan sesuai strategi yang dirancang marketing. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy and the series of activities used by Dhuafa wallet in terms of muzakki trust and increased donations each year. This researcher uses the S-O-S-T-A-C model, this model is basically a marketing theory which is explained about the following points: situations related to where and where an institution or agency is. Objective, which is related to the vision and mission as well as the achievement target of an institution. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Dompet Dhuafa implementation contributes through four program areas namely Education, Health, Social Development, Economics and incidental programs in the month of Ramadan. From the program, the number of donors is seen every year. The results of this study are the improvements made by marketing Dompet Dhuafa in increasing muzakki trust by using strategies that have been designed by marketing dhuafa wallet. The conclusion of this study that dhuafa wallet that succeeded in carrying out its duties in increasing the number of muzakki and donations, has devised a strategy of marketing and increased muzakki trust in the city of Bandung. This is reflected in the mission carried out by the dhuafa marketing wallet towards increasing the muzakki trust. From the recruitment, slection, training, coaching and motivation processes have been carried out according to the marketing designed strategy

<p>The concept of fostering Hizb ut-Tahrir and its impact on youth morals in the city of Bogor. This study discusses the concept of fostering Hizb ut-Tahrir and its impact on adolescent morals in the city of Bogor. The research objectives are (1) to find out the concept of coaching Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia for adolescents in the city of Bogor, (2) to find out the propaganda activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia in adolescent moral development in the city of Bogor, (3) to find out the impact of the coaching conducted by Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia on the morals of adolescents in the city of Bogor. In this study using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. In this study researchers used interview techniques in data collection. Interviews were conducted directly and in depth to and use snowball sampling. The results obtained that the concept of coaching carried out by the Hizb ut-Tahrir DPD in the City of Bogor towards adolescent moral development is tastqif hos and tastqif amm or general coaching and special coaching. Tastqif hos is a special coaching for the members and sympathizers of Hizb ut-Tahrir while tastqif amm is coaching for the general public and holding demonstrations to broadcast Islam to the public and to criticize non-Islamic policies. Hizb ut-Tahrir's activity is to carry out Islamic da'wah to change the condition of a damaged society into an Islamic society, by turning ideas into Islamic ideas, so that they will become public opinion in the community, and become a perception for them, which will encourage and implement it in accordance with the demands of Islam. Of the nine respondents who were the object of research, the authors found that the concept of coaching carried out by Hizb ut-Tahrir was very effective. Because the data from the nine respondents the researchers got, all the respondents felt a very positive impact when attending coaching on the Hizb ut-Tahrir<em>.</em></p><p><em></em><strong>Abs</strong><strong>trak</strong></p><p>Konsep Pembinaan Hizbut Tahrir Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Akhlak Remaja Di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Konsep Pembinaan Hizbut Tahrir Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Akhlak Remaja Di Kota Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui konsep pembinaan Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia bagi remaja di Kota Bogor, (2) Untuk mengetahui kegiatan dakwah Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia dalam pembinaan akhlak remaja di Kota Bogor, (3) Untuk mengetahui dampak dari pembinaan yang dilakukan Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia terhadap akhlak remaja di Kota Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara dalam pengumpulan data. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung dan mendalam untuk serta menggunakan <em>snowball sampling</em>. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa konsep pembinaan yang dilakukan Hizbut Tahrir DPD Kota Bogor terhadap pembinaan akhlaq remaja adalah tastqif hos dan tastqif amm atau pembinaan umum dan pembinaan khusus. Tastqif hos merupakan pembinaan husus bagi para anggota dan simpatisan Hizbut Tahrir sedangkan tastqif amm adalah pembinaan yang dilakukan untuk masyarakat umum dan melakukan unjuk rasa untuk mensyiarkan Islam ke publik dan untuk mengkritisi kebijakan yang tidak Islami. Kegiatan Hizbut Tahrir adalah mengemban dakwah Islam untuk merubah kondisi masyarakat yang rusak menjadi masyarakat Islam, dengan merubah ideide menjadi ide-ide Islam, sehingga akan menjadi opini umum di tengah-tengah masyarakat, serta menjadi persepsi bagi mereka, yang akan mendorongnya untuk merealisir dan menerapkannya sesuai dengan tuntutan Islam. Dari sembilan responden yang menjadi objek peneltian, penulis menemukan bahwasannya konsep pembinaan yang dilakukan Hizbut Tahrir terbilang sangat efektif. Karena data dari sembilan responden yang peneliti dapatkan, semua responden merasakan dampak yang sangat positif ketika mengikuti pembinaan di Hizbut Tahrir.</p>

The Madurese ethnic is known as one of the diverse ethnic groups in Indonesia for having a high business ethic. The only question is whether their business ethic due to religious factors, environmental values which forced them to work hard or because of both factors as a result of the dialectical process that eventually forms the Madurese ethnic. Therefore, this true of academic question is to be understood in this study. The object of this study is Madurese ethnic who live in Malang, both from santri and non-santri. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological and descriptive analysis method. Data mining techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the dialect that has occurred gradually in a relatively long time formed the Madurese ethnic in the city of Malang as a hard worker. It indicates that both santri and non-santri are not separated because motivated by religious teachings and moral values that exist locally. However, the santri groups seem more motivated by religious teachings compare with non-santri groups which more motivated by local wisdom value.

Abstrak. Desa Trusmi merupakan sentra batik sekaligus kuliner di Kabupaten Cirebon. Banyaknya pemegang usaha di bidang produksi batik mengakibatkan persaingan dagang diwilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)  di salah satu usaha batik milik H. Edi Baredi atau sering dikenal dengan EB Batik Tradisional melalui inkuri terbimbing. Analisis meliputi profil usaha, aspek produksi, aspek tenaga kerja, aspek pemasaran dan aspek keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif analisis. Berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal analisis SWOT, strategi yang  dilakukan oleh EB Batik Tradisional yaitu menghindari kehilangan penjualan dan profit yang disebabkan banyaknya persaingan dagang di kawasan sentra batik Trusmi dengan munculnya inovasi baru. Penguatan karakter pada produksi batiknya dapat mengatasi pesaingan dagang dan menambah daya tarik pembeli. Kata Kunci: SWOT, Inkuiri Terbimbing, dan Kegiatan Ekonomi Abstract. Trusmi village is a center of batik as well as culinary in Cirebon Regency. A large number of business holders in the field of batik production has resulted in trade competition in the region. This study aims to analyze SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) in one of the batik business owned by H. Edi Baredi or often known as EB Traditional Batik through guided injury. The analysis includes the business profile, production aspects, labor aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Based on internal and external analysis of the SWOT analysis, the strategy carried out by EB Traditional Batik is to avoid losing sales and profits due to the high level of trade competition in the Trusmi batik center area with the emergence of innovations. Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.

Jama’ah Mastūrah refers to a congregation of women division of Jama’ah Tabligh. As is the case of the male counterpart, Jama’ah Mastūrah also takes part in Islamic missionary activities. However, this group does not carry out da’wah in an open space or in front of the congregation. This study aimed to analyze the method of da’wah carried out by Jama’ah Mastūrah in raising women religious awareness in Aceh Besar. The study used qualitative approach and the descriptive analysis method. Data were collected by interview and documentation study. The results showed that the da’wah method carried out by Jama'ah Masṭurah was the method of da’wah bi al-lisān,  bi al-kitābah and bi al-hāl. The bi al-lisān method is carried out by inviting the surrounding community to invite people to pray, wear a headscarf, recite the Qur'an and attend ta'lim activities in their homes. The bi al-kitābah is a method of da’wah by means of written materials, such as books, billboards, banners, bulletin boards,  or pamphlets, containing messages of da’wah to mad’ū. The bi al-hāl method is carried out by showing noble morals, maintaining the limits of the genitals and avoiding meeting with men who are not mahram.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. Abstract: Fatahillah Park in front of Fatahillah Museum is part of Jakarta Kota area (called Kota Tua, Old Town) which is a conservation area. Fatahillah Park currently serves as a public open space surrounded by historic buildings on four sides. As a public open space, Taman Fatahillah is visited by people from various regions in Indonesia and foreign tourists, so there are various activities in it. This paper describes the results of research on the pattern of human activity (visitors) in Taman Fatahillah. The research used qualitative approach and descriptive analysis method. As a result, as a public open space, Taman Fatahillah is accessed by anyone and within the timeframe from morning to evening. Activities that take place in Taman Fatahillah are dominated by secondary actors (visitors) while the primary actors (traders) are limited by a certain place and time. The activity on the path space forms a linear pattern and on an open field forming a random pattern.Keywords: public open space, activities, area, conservation, urban designAbstrak: Taman Fatahillah di depan Museum Fatahillah adalah bagian dari kawasan Jakarta Kota (disebut Kota Tua) yang merupakan kawasan konservasi. Sebagai ruang terbuka publik, Taman Fatahillah didatangi orang-orang dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dan wisatawan manca negara, sehingga muncul beragam aktifitas di dalamnya. Tulisan ini memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang pola aktivitas manusia (pengunjung) di Taman Fatahillah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasilnya, sebagai ruang terbuka publik, Taman Fatahillah diakses oleh siapa saja dan dalam rentang waktu dari pagi hari hingga malam hari. Aktivitas yang berlangsung di Taman Fatahillah didominasi oleh pelaku sekunder (pengunjung) sedangkan pelaku primer (pedagang) dibatasi oleh tempat dan waktu tertentu. Aktivitas pada ruang jalan membentuk pola linier dan pada lapangan terbuka membentuk pola acak.Kata Kunci: ruang terbuka publik, aktivitas, kawasan, konservasi, rancang kota

This study aims to examine the effectiveness, contribution, local retribution on local revenue and the level of independence of Kota Pariaman. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. This method is a method of analysis by using the calculation of the financial data obtained to solve problems in accordance with the research objectives. The average level of regional independence in Kota Pariaman during 2014-2018 is 6.09% with a pattern of instructive relationships. It can be seen that the level of regional independence of Kota Pariaman is very low, only around 6% during 2014 to 2018 with a pattern of instructive relationships. This means that the city of Pariaman is very dependent on financial assistance from the center. the role of the central government is more dominant than the independence of the regional government.

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

Design thinking has become one of the model approaches that can be carried out by a business entity. The design concept approach model is widely chosen because it has several stages and thought lines that are systematic, mutually sustainable, understanable and applicable. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the use of design thinking approach models in business entities, which are the research locus, namely in Smartnesia Educa. This research used a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach. The data collected was secondary and primary data in the form of interviews and supporting documents in Smartnesia Educa. The results of this study indicated that Smartnesia Educa had applied the design thinking in its operational business processes to become heterogeneous tutoring and could be accepted by all levels of economic and social markets.
