In addition to the well-known classification of long-term and short-term memory, we are also interested in distinguishing episodic, semantic and procedural memory in the areas of linguistic narrative and multimedial semantic deconstruction in postmodernism. We compare the liveliness of memorization in literary tradition and literature art with postmodernist divisions and reverberations of traditional memorizations through human multitasking and performative multimedia art, as well as formulate the existence of creative, intuitive and superhuman paradigms.
Since the memory can be physical, psychological or spiritual, according to neurobiologist Dr. J. Bauer (Das Gedächtnis des Körpers, 2004), the greatest importance for memorizing has the social role of collaboration, and consequently the personal transformation and remodelling of genomic architecture, yet the media theorist Mark Hansen thinks technology brings different solutions of framing function (Hansen, 2000). We believe that postmodern deconstruction does not necessarily damage memory, especially in the field of human multitasking that utilizes multimedia performative art by means of anthropologization of technology, thereby enhancing artistic and affective pre&post-linguistic experience while unifying technology and humans through intuitive empathy in society.

The world experience of most developed countries shows that the basis of their economic growth is the expansion of the spheres of activity of traditional sectors of the economy through the introduction of innovative technologies. In this regard, an understanding of the trends, characteristics and prospects of scientific and technological development will allow us to determine competitive advantages, identify bottlenecks, and set priorities in the development of long-term strategic documents for the development of not only the economy, but also the social sphere at the level of both the Russian Federation as a whole and individual territories. This, in turn, requires an assessment of the current state, dynamics and main factors of the formation of scientific and innovative potential. Since innovation potential is a multidimensional concept it is necessary, when assessing it and for comparing it between different territories, to bring it to a single integral indicator.

A detailed analysis of subspecies in Japan, SSA, France, Great Britain, Germany and Sweden has been conducted. For rubies, various methods of motivating staff are suggested. National Economics Companies presented the principles of independence: more personalized staff, long-term and hard work, and more generally work and professional relationships. In American companies, the motivation is based on stimulating activities. In France, the basic method of motivation for a full-time employee is to work for weeks, which means that working hours a week do not exceed 35 hours, and in Russia – 40 hours. At the same time, two modifications of the system are being introduced in Great Britain, depending on the companies involved: today, the basis for which the regulatory supplementation is fully implemented, the video is activated and the payment plan is established in the established earnings. In Germany, for many workers, the economic benefits of the eye mean a lot, and the study of local interest and determination places personalities in the social system. In Sweden, the most important thing is to be diligent - as a social collective, material and non-material motivation motivated by the background plan, in the context of the total management of organizations motivated to pay minimal attention. The article examines the terminological aspects of the concept of “consumer loyalty”, indicates the directions of further research on the application of a systematic approach to managingcustomer loyalty, in particular the formation of enterprise management systems focused on retaining consumers and increasing their loyalty. Loyalty reflects the whole system of relations at the level of the consumer, the group, and society and is the result of the interaction of the buyer with the environment and the social processes that occur in society as a whole. Loyalty is determined by a complex, indirect dependence on a number of factors. As part of relationship marketing, loyalty programs are used to retain customers through their complete satisfaction. By a loyalty program, we mean a set of actions organized in such a way as to stimulate consumers and meet their requirements, as well as to minimize losses, namely losses in the number of consumers, and increase sales. The main motive of loyalty programs is to provide customers with the benefits: material, emotional, psychological. Depending on the pricing system for rewarding customers, there are two main types of consumer loyalty programs: discount and bonus programs. Discount programs provide their members with a purely material benefit in the form of a return of part of the paid price of the goods immediately at the time of purchase. Discount programs are replaced by bonus programs to encourage consumers. Their essence is that the consumer, making purchases, receives prize bonuses. The content of the loyalty program as a marketing tool that helps to create and maintain long-term relationships with consumers is determined. Competitive advantages that create consumer loyalty for the company have been studied. The types of programs to increase loyalty and the benefits that the consumer receives in the process of their implementation are considered. Attention is focused on the need to direct the activities of domestic enterprises to maintain loyalty to their brands, increase rational components, emphasize the unique properties of the Ukrainian products.

The social-cultural approach to economic modernization processes is studied in the article. It states that the specific country-based modernization formula is required for the successful modernization policy, which takes into consideration the informal rules of the concrete country and is based on the competitive advantages coming from the characteristics of social and cultural capital. This approach, being implemented to study Russia and Kazakhstan cases, allows to make some important conclusions: first, about the connection between long-term macroeconomic trends and features of the informal institutions; second, about the opportunity to define general directions for the modernization policy; third, about the possibility to design concrete normative structures based on specific features of social and cultural capital.

This article deals with sensitivity analysis of real water consumption in an office building. During a long-term real study, reducing of pressure in its water connection was simulated. A sensitivity analysis of uneven water demand was conducted during working time at various provided pressures and at various time step duration. Correlations between maximal coefficients of water demand variation during working time and provided pressure were suggested. The influence of provided pressure in the water connection on mean coefficients of water demand variation was pointed out, altogether for working hours of all days and separately for days with identical working hours.
