This study aimed to reveal the strategies implementation, supporting and challenging factors in singing learning strategies in Dharma Bahagia kindergarten school in optimizing children's musical intelligence. This research used a qualitative approach with case studies type. The research subjects included the school principal, teacher, trainer and 8 children aged 5-6 years. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with interactive models of data analysis. The results revealed that the strategy used was a demonstration strategy when the teacher taught children directly the steps to memorize lyrics and direct teaching guided by the teacher in memorizing songs and tones. The trainer role was limited to the training process outside the classroom. Some challenging factors that arised are the teachers’ lack of preparation and the dependence of the trainer's schedule and the lack of learning media facilities to support singing activities. It causes an unconducive learning atmosphere and lack of song lyrics memorization. The supporting factors found included high children enthusiasm in participating in singing activities, the teachers’ activeness in directing children, and that involving music activities and a conducive space to practice singing activities. The results concluded that a demonstration strategy and direct teaching can optimize musical intelligence in classroom learning.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

This study aims to determine the organizational control team of the TikaUdjo production program. The proposed research statement is what the organization controls on the TikaUdjo program production team. The theory that researchers use to obtain data uses organizational control theory. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a post-positivism paradigm. The research subjects are producers, assistant producers and broadcasters in obtaining accurate data, and the object of research is the control of the production team of the TikaUdjo program organization on Bahana Radio 101.8 FM Jakarta. Collecting data obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation conducted on key informants and informants. Other data were obtained from Key Informants, informants, and various other data sources. The results of this study indicate that the TikaUdjo program production team at Radio Bahana 101.8 FM Jakarta consistently implements four concepts of organizational control theory by Phillip Tompkins, George Cheney, and their colleagues. The conclusion of this research is that the production team performs the four control theory concepts quite well, and it can be accounted for in which these four theoretical concepts are the processes that the production team does in producing the event program.

The research aims to describe the Samin community's moral values, the moral education methods applied by elder Samin, and the obstacles to moral education. The study uses a qualitative approach to ethnographic research. Data collection techniques are through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data validated by source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research subjects were determined purposively, including Samin elders, the Samin community, and Klopoduwur Village Officials. The results showed that the Samin community had moral values of ancestral heritage categorized into three types: Panca Sesanti, Panca Wewaler, and Panca Peniten. The method applied is through oral traditions, wise words, habituation, role models, question and answer. Obstacles in moral education are negative stigma from other communities

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Littaqwa method in learning the Qur'an at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta and the karimah method at MI Nurul Karim Karanganyar and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is field research, with a qualitative approach. The object of research is SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta and MI Nurul Karim Karanganyar. Research subjects include the Principal / Madrasa, al-Qur'an learning coordinator, teachers who teach the al-Qur'an and several students. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was performed descriptively qualitative. The results showed that the main target of learning the Koran at SDIT Nur Hidayah was an understanding of the principles of recitation with the target of memorization of at least 2 juz (juz 29 and 30) and memorization of hadith, the learning method used was littaqwa by applying three learning models namely classical with the teacher, independent classical and one-on-one classics. Evaluations are conducted at the end of each meeting and evaluation of volume increases. While in MI Nurul Karim the target of memorization is owned by ± 5 juz graduates (juz 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30), learning using the karma method which has four teaching principles namely talqin, tikrar, tahqiq and tabyin. Evaluation of learning is done in 3 stages, namely the class exam, juziyyah and the peak is the best tahfidz school overall champion test. The implementation of al-qu'an learning has implemented a constructivism approach in choosing learning strategies, as an effort to create a learning process that is appropriate to the character of students.Supporting factors that encourage the implementation of the learning of the Qur’an include the standardization of qualified educators and workshops specifically Tahfidz teachers, innovation and strategies in delivering learning, using teaching aids and student handbooks that are easily understood, having Iad classes specifically for 1 grade of elementary school , has its own distinctive tone or hum. While the obstacles faced include students who are not fluent in reading the Koran, lack of guidance and support from families for children, and there are still children who lack concentration and attention when the learning process takes place.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan implementasi metode littaqwa dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an di SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta dan metode karimah di MI Nurul Karim Karanganyar serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah field research, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta dan MI Nurul Karim Karanganyar. Subjek penelitian diantaranya yaitu Kepala Sekolah/ Madrasah, koordinator pembelajaran al-Qur’an, para guru yang mengajar pelajaran al-Qur’an dan beberapa siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa target utama pembelajaran al-Qur’an di SDIT Nur Hidayah adalah pemahaman tentang kaidah ilmu tajwid dengan target hafalan minimal 2 juz (juz 29 dan 30) dan hafalan hadits, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah littaqwa dengan menerapkan tiga model pembelajaran yaitu klasikal bersama guru, klasikal mandiri dan klasikal satu-satu. Evaluasi dilakukan setiap akhir pertemuan dan evaluasi kenaikan jilid. Sedangkan di MI Nurul Karim target hafalan yang dimiliki oleh lulusannya ± 5 juz (juz 26, 27, 28, 29 dan 30), pembelajaran menggunakan metode karimah yang mempunyai empat prinsip pengajaran yaitu talqin, tikrar, tahqiq dan tabyin. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yaitu ujian kelas, juziyyah dan puncaknya adalah ujian juara umum terbaik tahfidz sekolah. Implemetasi pembelajaran al-qu’an telah menerapkan pendekatan kontruktivisme dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran, sebagai upaya menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakter peserta didik. Faktor pengdukung yang mendorong implementasi pembelajaran al-Qur’an meliputi standarsasi pendidik yang mumpuni dan workshop terkhusus guru tahfidz, inovasi dan strategi dalam penyampain pembelajaran, menggunakan alat peraga dan buku pegangan siswa yang mudah dipahami, memiliki kelas I’dad terkhusus untuk kelas 1 SD, memiliki nada atau senandung khas tersendiri. Sedangkan kendala yang dihadapi antara lain masih terdapat peserta didik yang belum lancar membaca al-Qur’an, kurangnya bimbingan dan support dari keluarga terhadap anak, dan masih terdapat anak yang kurang konsentrasi dan perhatian ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Caring is a nursing action based on the desire to understand, help and reduce suffering by taking the best actions for health. Caring behavior must also be given to Covid-19 patients. The research objective was to determine the adaptation of nurses' caring behavior in Covid-19 patients in the RSUD Dr. Isolation room. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, involving 10 participants as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and observations observing the caring behavior of nurses in providing nursing services to Covid-19 patients. Data analysis techniques include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation, which are then concluded. The results of the study were obtained, all the participants had applied aspects of caring, namely caring, responsible, friendly, calm, patient, always ready, motivating, empathetic towards Covid-19 patients and their families, even though there was worry and anxiety in themselves participant. Conclusion, nurses still have caring behavior in providing nursing care and can adapt to apply caring behavior to Covid-19 patients sincerely even though as individuals they have a sense of concern. It is suggested that the spirit of caring should always be turned on in nurses, this requires support from management in improving the physical, mental and spiritual health of nurses so that nurses can provide professional nursing services. Keywords: Adaptation, Behavior, Caring

This study investigates how and why the personal transformation occurred in former convicts in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and review of documents including social media as data collection instruments. Two former convicts serve as the research subjects, while five people among ex convicts’ family and friends serve as the research informants. To provide the study credibility, triangulation of data and resources was conducted, namely by examining data obtained from social media like YouTube that displays personal experiences some ex criminals who have transformed. Data were analyzed by using thematic analysis technique. The results showed that the process of personal transformation occurred throughout a long stage and did not occur shortly. It was also found that the personal factor (e.g. the understanding of personal experiences and social factors, especially intensive and prolonged interaction with religious leaders) was the main drive for personal change. Penelitian ini menguji teori Marx yang mengatakan bahwa dalam proses kapitalisasi, petani lahan kecil akan tergusur oleh petani lahan besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Menggunakan teknik observasi partisipasi di lapangan, studi ini melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap petani. Analisis data yang digunakan bersifat induktif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan, bahwa teori Marx tidak terjadi di malar Aman. Adapun penyebab menurunnya pertanian disebabkan menurunnya unsur hara tanah, mahalnya biaya produksi, alih fungsi lahan dan perubahan cuaca. Sedangkan strategi petani lahan kecil untuk mempertahankan kehidupan yaitu melakukan pola tanam tumpang sari, melakukan pekerjaan tambahan, dan mengatur keuangan.This study examines Marx's theory which says that in the process of capitalization, small land farmers will be displaced by large land farmers. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of Participatory Action Research (PAR). Using the techniques of participatory observation in the field, the study conducted in-depth interviews on farmers. Analysis of the data used is inductive. This study led to the conclusion that Marx's theory does not happen in Aman malar. The cause of the decline of agriculture due to declining soil nutrients, the high cost of production, land use and climate change. While the strategies of small land farmers to sustain life is to do the planting patterns of intercropping, do extra work, and manage finances.

Social media is a necessity for everyone in communicating and exchanging information. Social media users do not know the boundaries of age, generation, gender, ethnicity, and religion. However, what is interesting is the user among housewives. This study took the research subjects of housewives. Housewives are chosen as research subjects because they are pillars or pillars in a household. If the pillar is strong, then the household will also be healthy. Thus, if we want to build a resilient and robust generation, we will start from the housewives. A healthy household starts from strong mothers too. This study aims to find out the insights of the housewives of Kanoman village regarding the content on smartphones and social media and provide knowledge of social media literacy to housewives. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The results of the study showed that previously housewives had not experienced social media literacy. Then the researchers took steps to be able to achieve the desired literacy results. Researchers took several steps to make them become social media literates. They become able to use social media, understand social media, and even produce messages through social media.

AbstractThe politeness in language in ‘the Mata Najwa’ talk show on TransTV is interested to study due to contradictory opinions expressed by guests who ended up in disrespectful speeches and debates. In line with the background, this study was aimed at describing the violation of the Leech’s politeness principle in language in the Mata Najwa talk show on TransTV. To reveal the violation, a descriptive method and a qualitative approach are used. The research subjects in this study were the speeches of the politicians in the Mata Najwa talk show on TransTV. The data used in this study are words, phrases and sentences that violate the maxims of politeness in accordance with Leech. The data were collected by means of documentation, listening and note-taking techniques. The data were initially analyzed by selecting the data which are assumed to violate Leech’s principles of politeness. Then the data were classified based on the violations of politeness maxims. The results showed that the violations of politeness in language found in the program of Mata Najwa talk show on TransTV included the six maxims of politeness in language; namely the maxims of tact, generosity, approbation, modesty, agreement, and sympathy.  AbstrakKesantunan berbahasa dalam acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV menarik untuk diteliti karena pada acara tersebut pihak yang diwawancarai atau diskusi sering kali mengutarakan pendapat yang berbeda dan berujung pada tuturan dan perdebatan yang tidak santun. Sejalan dengan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini ialah menghasilkan deskripsi tentang pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa  Leech dalam acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV. Untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pelanggaran kesantunan tersebut digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah tuturan politisi di acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang melanggar maksim-maksim kesantunan Leech. Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data ada tiga teknik, yaitu (1) teknik dokumentasi, (2) teknik simak, (3) dan teknik catat. Kegiatan analisis data dimulai dengan penyeleksian data yang diduga sebagai bentuk tuturan melanggar prinsip kesantunan Leech. Kemudian data diklasifikasikan berdasarkan pelanggaran maksim-maksim kesantunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa yang terdapat dalam acara di acara talk show Mata Najwa di TransTV mencakup keenam maksim kesantunan berbahasa; yaitu maksim kearifan, maksim kedermawanan, maksim pujian, maksim kerendahan hati, maksim kesepakatan, dan maksim kesimpatian.
