The article deals with the meaningful content of educational disciplines of geoecological profile, which should ensure qualitative changes in the educational process and the introduction of innovative technologies for it to successfully implement the practical knowledge acquired by students of theoretical knowledge. Due to the increasing of the dangerous consequences of human activity and the complication of current geoecological problems, the geoecological profession and the ability of higher education institutions graduates to introduce the acquired knowledge in practical activity become extremely urgent. One of the main ways from theory to practice in the process of acquiring higher education is the geoecological approach to optimizing the spatial-temporal structural-functional landscape organization of the territory. The meaningful content of the three structural blocks of the academic discipline “Geoecology of Ukraine” for Master degree students should correspond to the general research methodology, the main geoecological problems and the application of research results to solve these problems. At different stages of studying the discipline, appropriate forms and methods of ensuring the educational process are used. At the initial stage, such forms are the organization of non-standard lecture lessons in the form of multimedia presentations, as well as seminars with tests, public speeches and student discussions. The main stage of studying the discipline is devoted to the analysis of modern geoecological problems of Ukraine. The disclosure of these problems should be based on the scheme “the influence of inefficient nature management – the change of geo- ecosystems components – violation of these components geoecological functions due to negative effects – ways to restore broken communications”. At this stage of discipline studies, it is advisable to combine classic traditional teaching techniques with creative search, application of innovative educational technologies, original didactic ideas. Introduction in the educational process a relatively new for Ukraine Method of projects allows students to not only better learn lecture material, but also learn to independently acquire knowledge in close cooperation with the teacher. The method provides an individual work according to the plan drawn up by the project team, and the results of this work will have theoretical, practical and cognitive significance. The offered algorithm of carrying out students’ project activity is: first of all, the essence of the problem is revealed; then the factors and causes of its occurrence are analyzed; after that, the ways of solving the problem are being developed and their effectiveness is evaluated. The approximate themes of student projects within the framework of the educational discipline are determined, as well as the forms of interaction between students and the teacher at certain stages of work on the project. The themes of the last, applied, section of the discipline are related to the practical aspects of geoecological research and may be selected by students independently, on the example of their city, district, and region. This is important for students to understand the project activity as an adaptive strategy for the arrangement of a comfortable people environment. Upon assimilation of all educational program themes, future specialists become trained in practical implementation of the geoecological approach to optimization of nature using in order to solve actual problems. Upon assimilation of all educational program themes, future specialists become trained in practical implementation of the geoecological approach to optimization of nature using in order to solve actual problems.

The development of new directions in both sports, physical education, and in the field of physical education teaching is an urgent and popular direction in modern pedagogy. This direction is aimed at fulfilling the tasks facing higher education, as well as at implementing state programs to promote the health of the nation. At the present stage of the development of education and science, it is important that state programs are combined with the requirements of Russian society, therefore teachers and methodologists are paying more and more attention to such a direction of health policy as yoga. The scientific and pedagogical study of yoga as an element of sports education is currently at the initial stage. Therefore, the information presented in the paper is of a unique nature: on the basis of a pedagogical experiment, the first conclusions were made about yoga elements integration into physical education and sports education in the new federal standard. The authors conclusions relate both to methods of solving the problem of motivating students in physical education, and to determining a set of universal competencies that it is advisable to form during the introduction of a new academic discipline based on yoga gymnastics into higher education. The paper emphasizes that the success of this task depends on the integration of the efforts of the state, higher education and fitness centers, which should become the basis for students to practice. The results of the experiment in the control and experimental groups of students give reason to predict that the wider use of yoga gymnastics in the educational process will significantly increase the effectiveness of physical education, as well as will also make graduates more competitive on the labor market.

One of the important problems of training competitive specialists in creative professions is the theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of the idea of integrating science and technology, education and production, searching on this basis for innovative approaches to creative education. Taking this into account, the problem of integrating knowledge in higher education acquires significance and has a number of advantages. The university is faced with the task of providing students with a holistic, scientific, flexible system of knowledge, which is modified depending on the profile and purpose of each type of educational institution. One of the most effective ways to achieve this goal is to integrate the content, forms and methods of teaching into the educational process.

Considering the strategic directions of modern higher education, dominant personality-oriented paradigm, which determines the rejection of understanding the educational process as a path which interns must comply, can be called This paradigm provides a variety of methods and tools that match the individual personality as a subject of education. The purpose of this work is the searching for new paradigms of educational reform and its new models and technologies, innovative approaches, learning and education. Employees of the Academy were customized modification techniques "competing groups" in training doctors ‒ dental interns, whose meaning is "doubles competition." At the same time, three main components of the concept of critical thinking were basis of the systematization of techniques and strategies within this methodology: cognitive (development of mental levels), communicative (development of interactions) and reflexive (the development of professional reflection). The process of learning by this methodology is carried out in three stages: The preparatory stage involves the definition of the purpose and the task of a substantiated motivation. The conditional clinical situation should be in line with the current standard of higher education, which presupposes the presence of normative disciplines. Intern doctors can propose a problematic situation for discussion, based on the great interest in this topic themselves (the theme of the course work, the specifics of the place of future work, etc.), they can choose their "opponent" independently. The condition of the business game is the planned agreement of one member of the group with the other, he must reasonably and correctly proves the opposite. The main stage takes place as an independent work of interns on their task. For a well-grounded objection, doctors-interns should propose a variety of modern methods of clinical, laboratory, instrumental research, the use of certain therapeutic options, hoping for its effectiveness. At this stage, an important work is going on: each intern must receive the data necessary for "competitiveness", find evidence or refutation based on a specific approach to the problem (subjective, facilitarial, holistic, and interactive), which may indicate the implementation of personality-oriented learning . The phases of work with the information are determined: 1) recognition of information; 2) its review; 3) determination of the main; 4) comparison of the main and secondary; 5) information analysis; 6) its synthesis; 7) information characteristics; 8) its application; 9) information evaluation; 10) personal attitude to information. The final stage is the report of each competitive pair, presentation of results and project protection. An important point is the discussion of the results in the presence of all interns in a specialty that is conducted under the guidance of a teacher or a working group. The use of the technique of "competitive couples" in the educational process of interns of dentistry significantly increases the quality of knowledge. Problematic clinical situations form the ability to self-organization cognitive activity, the ability to perform operations of mental activity. The element of competition, the opportunity to reveal its theoretical and practical potential greatly enhances the ability of young colleagues to think clinically. The introduction of stimulating, encouraging, exciting methods in the educational process can remove psychological stress from interns' doctors, encourage them to self-improvement. As a basis that determines the use of the methodology of individual creativity in the practice of working with young colleagues, the humanization of education, as well as self-improvement, is a necessary condition for obtaining the individually required knowledge and skills.

The article is devoted to topical issues related to the elaboration of modular educational programs, syllabi being their necessary components. The purpose of the article is to draw the attention of teachers and students in higher education institutions (HEI) to the problem of educational and methodological support of the educational process focusing on the content and meaning of a syllabus as one of the important educational and methodological instructional documents. The phenomenon “syllabus” is defined, its essence and objectives within the system of methodological support for teaching an academic discipline are revealed. A syllabus to the section of General Physics "Optics" intended for the specialty 104 (Physics and Astronomy) has been developed and introduced into the educational process, its most important elements have been singled out. Since, according to the authors’ viewpoints, the development of a separate syllabus for the laboratory workshop is inexpedient, one joint syllabus covering the theoretical part of the course "Optics", involving laboratory workshops within the study of this discipline, has been elaborated. The syllabus of optics consists of 16 sections as follows: title page; the contents of the syllabus; general characteristics of the discipline; prerequisites; post-requisites; discipline abstract; the purpose and objectives of the discipline; the results of the study; the organisation of training; course topics; academic calendar of discipline studies; knowledge assessment system; course policy ("Rules of the game"); policy of academic behaviour and ethics; recommended literature (references) for mastering the course. The syllabus is supplemented with a glossary of terms in the form of an appendix, which will undoubtedly be of service to the syllabus applicants. The results of the study revealed the content and importance of the syllabus for the educational process; its structure for the section of General Physics "Optics" was proposed which, in the authors’ opinion, fully meets the requirements of the credit-modular system of educational process. The authors hope that the designated syllabus will serve as an example for other sections of General Physics and some other disciplines. One of the authors has applied the structure of the developed syllabus with corresponding changes in its content for developing a syllabus of the discipline "Profession-targeted Foreign Language (English)".

The article presents the practical implementation of the module for calculating the individual schedule for mastering the materials of an academic discipline by students. The aim of the study was to calculate the complexity of the learner’s assimilation of the concepts of the studied subject area, correlate the calculated data with the actual ones and establish the applicability of the proposed methodology for calculating an individual schedule for mastering educational materials for planning the educational process. The generation of the sum of concepts for mastering was carried out on the basis of the concept tree of the subject area. The labor intensity of mastering an academic discipline is considered as the sum of the complexity of each concept. The calculation of the labour intensity of the concept was carried out taking into account the time of perception of information by students, the complexity of the concept and taking into account the type of activity. As a result, a program implementation of the algorithm for forming an individual schedule for mastering the materials of an academic discipline was made, the labor intensity of mastering each concept was calculated and the total labor intensity of mastering an academic discipline was obtained. When comparing the estimated labor intensity with the actual one, it was established that the difference is not more than 10 %. The generated sequence of concepts for study is sufficient to achieve the goals of training students in the direction of “Information systems and technologies”. The presented results are of direct practical importance and can be used to plan a training course and to build a dynamically changing individual schedule for mastering the materials of an academic discipline, taking into account the cognitive and physical characteristics of students, as well as taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of the learning process.

The author of the article proposes the development and implementation of a professionally oriented approach in higher education into the pedagogy of higher education. The professionally oriented approach provides for such a specialization of the general humanitarian, physical culture and natural science training of students, in which professional guidelines, theoretical and practical knowledge constructs, necessary for a future specialist in the field of activity being mastered, will be laid in the corresponding academic disciplines. A professionally oriented approach, on the one hand, based on general knowledge, gives a number of skills necessary in a future profession, and on the other hand, develops an additional interest in general educational disciplines in students due to the understanding that, in addition to the general outlook and development of the person, they they are also needed in their future profession. In the article, the professionally-oriented approach proposed by the author is considered on the example of physical culture and sports training of future teachers and coaches in physical culture and sports on the basis of pedagogical and physical education universities, which requires an art teacher to link his own academic discipline with the work profile of the university in which the teaching is conducted.

The article designs the system to form informational and legal worldview of cadets of the institutes of the National Guard of the Russian Federation (those who are trained in specialty 40.05.01. "Legal support of national security"). The main principles of the designed system are: protopostulates (they form the basis of the hierarchy of the main provisions of the designed system and represent those principles of philosophy that determine and control the course of research in pedagogical science); metapostulates (represent supportive assumptions for educational science); postulates (set the structure of the subject of study and the rules that must be followed in the process of solving the problem). As one of the main postulates of the system, the authors give the provision on the presence of two levels of information and legal worldview. The informational and legal worldview of the first level is interpreted as a subspecies of the professional worldview, and the informational and legal worldview of the second level is interpreted as a subspecies of the professional worldview. The implementation of the system is carried out on the basis of the application of the cognitive-evolutionary approach. The cognitive-evolutionary approach used in pedagogical research for the first time and it is based on the use of the cognitive-evolutionary theory of Piaget in the educational process of a military university. An example of the practical implementation of the system for the formation of an informational and legal worldview when conducting legal cycle lessons for cadets of higher educational institutions of the Russian National Guard troops is given. A feature of the described pedagogical experiment is the use of a cognitive-evolutionary approach in the educational process of a military university, based on the use of scaffolding technology. The application of scaffolding technology is carried out in an organic unity with the case method. The use of the case method, on the one hand, is a reflection of the currently actively developing plot-game paradigm related to topical problems of general and applied ontology, and on the other hand, it organically combines with the idea of identifying three phases in the process of forming an information and legal worldview - phase of prevailing accommodation, phase of choice of a mixed adaptive strategy and phase of prevailing assimilation.
