This article highlights the tendency of using prohibited substances by the athletes who participated in Asian Games. The study has utilized Secondary data and data were gathered from the text books and the relevant websites and the database of last eight (8) Asian games held. Descriptive research method was used to analyze the gathered data. Out of all the eight games, the athletes who participated in 1994 Hiroshima games have used the highest number of prohibited substances. Male athletes used prohibited substances more than the female athletes. The most used substance was DHIYDROTESTOSLE. There is a declination of the use of prohibited substances from the first Asian games to the last Asian games.

In banking industries, employees are entrusted with different roles and responsibilities, and training enables them to carry out these roles and responsibilities efficiently by let them to learn new things. Moreover, it will prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in the future. Therefore, this study focuses to analyze the employee perceptions on effectiveness of Training Programs in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB).  By using the descriptive research method, primary data are collected from the responsible persons and employees of MCB in head office, branches. Secondary data are gathered and scrutinized from relevant text books, records and annual reports from MCB. The research revealed that there are four kinds of training programs in MCB. Moreover, this paper revealed that MCB successfully delivered its training programs in year 2015 to 2018 and the trainees have positive perceptions on effectiveness of training programs in MCB. Based on these results, this paper pointed out the important facts that can give improvement actions for effective and efficient training programs in Myanmar Citizen Banks.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (a) untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Fungsi Intelijen Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Wilayah Hukum Polres Mamuju. (b) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Efektifitas Fungsi Intelijen Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Wilayah Hukum Polres Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriftif yakni penelitian yang mengkaji permsalahan dengan menggunakan data perimer dan sekunder dengan cara melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi langsung kelapangan serta menggunakan buku-buku, artikel melalui penelusuran internet termasuk peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektifitas Fungsi Intelijen Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Wilayah Hukum Polres Mamuju dapat dikatakan cukup baik dan hal ini dapat dilihat dari Efektifitas Fungsi Intelijen Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Wilayah Hukum Polres Mamuju melalui (1) fungsi penyelidikan, (2) fungsi pengamanan., (3) fungsi penggalangan. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi Efektifitas Fungsi Intelijen Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Wilayah Hukum Polres Mamuju juga dapat dilihat dalam tiga hal yaitu (1) Faktor sumber daya manusia, (2) Faktor Sarana dan prasarana, (3) Faktor kondisi wilayah. The research aims to know: (a) the effectiveness of the function of Indonesian Police Force Intelligence to create security and order in Law District of Mamuju Resort Police. (b) the factors that affect the effectiveness of the Function of Indonesian Police Force Intelligence to create security and order in Law District of Mamuju Resort Police. The research method used was descriptive research, a research that is used to collect primary and secondary data through interview, questionnaire and direct observation supported by the use of books and articles from the internet as well as the law and regulations in the Constitution related to the topic of this research. The result of the research shows that the effectiveness of the function of Indonesian Police Force Intelligence to create security and order in Law District of Mamuju Resort Police is quite well, which is proven by the effectiveness of the function  of Indonesian Police Force Intelligence to create security and order in Law District of Mamuju Resort Police through the function of (1) Investigation, (2) Security, (3) Coordination, while the factors that affect the effectiveness of the function of Indonesian Police Force Intelligence to create security and order in Law District of Mamuju Resort Police consist of (1) Human resources, (2) Infrastructure and (3) District Environment.

The objective of this research was to find out what factors underlie Daarut Tauhiid BMTcustomers in applying of murabaha financing. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study involve primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources, namely the unit head, account officer, and members of Daarut Tauhiid BMT as murabaha financing customers at the BMT. Secondary data sources involve modules, documents at Daarut Tauhiid BMT relating to the topic of research. The data analysis techniques are through the stages of data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that the factors that could underlie customer decisions in applying The results showed that the factors underlying the customer's decision in applying of murabaha financing at Daarut Tauhiid Baitul mal wa Tamwil (BMT) were images of the Daarut Tauhiid environment, reference groups, customer needs in certain situations, supporting personal work, customer perceptions of syariah compliance


In the quest to develop leaders who will foster a culture of equity and inclusion in the workplace, a critical factor to assess is Emotional Intelligence. EI (Emotional Intelligence) is a way for us to recognize our emotions as well as the emotions of other people. Individuals who are high in EI can recognize the emotions of others and are able to convey and regulate their own emotions. At organizations, work pressure, strain, anxiety, fearfulness, angstand depression are all related to Emotional Intelligence. These emotions could affect a person’s performance at workstation. Emotions can impact a performance, they can either create a high or crash the employee’s morale which will affect the persons performance positively or negatively. The research paper casts light upon the measurement of EI, and how it impacts an employee’s performance. The highlights the job performance, the importance of performance index. The main purpose of the research analysis is to understand the effectivenessEIin IT(Service Sector), and how it influences their performances. The research methodology used in the study is a hybrid approach that consists of exploratory and descriptive research methods. The exploratory research is considered as the primary research method, while the descriptive research method is considered as the secondary data. We will analyze the relationship between dependent variable and independent variables of factors affecting the development of emotional intelligence of employees. This research is conducted in IT organizations in Chennai, for feasibility purpose

This study aims to determine and analyze the analysis using SWOT analysis which includes Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats as one of the strategies to improve competitiveness in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. This research is a type of associative descriptive research using primary data that is collecting data for hypothesis testing and answering questions from research subjects by collecting through a list of questions with survey research instruments. This research uses triangulation method. The population in this study is Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews and observations. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis research method.The results of the study show that currently Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not fully utilized the opportunities available. The strategy implemented by Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not yet fully used a good marketing strategy, for that Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi must implement a suitable strategy to use in optimizing its competitiveness by managing hotels by evaluating and implementing the strategies that must be achieved. By improving marketing strategies and increasing hotel facilities so as to provide satisfaction and desire for patients in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi.

This study aims to find out, describe and explain the results of the application of analysis from the prediction method of bankruptcy of the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski models used in assessing and predicting the potential for bankruptcy with the object of research at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2014-2018. The method used in this research is descriptive research method using a quantitative approach, and the operationalization of the variables used is the independent variable, namely the bankruptcy prediction model with the dependent variable is financial ratios. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports (annual reports) PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2014 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that the Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski methods are able to measure and predict bankruptcy of companies with different portions according to the calculations applied in each of these analyzes.Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, and Bankruptcy

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and contribution of advertisement tax revenue to local revenue in Pekalongan Regency in 2014-2018. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial Management Agency of Pekalongan Regency.The research method used is descriptive method and data collection techniques. Observations were made using observation, interview, documentation and literature study techniques. The method in this study uses qualitative and descriptive research types.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of advertisement tax revenue during the period 2014 - 2018 has a ratio of more than 100% so it can be said to be very effective. The contribution of advertisement tax to Pekalongan Regency's Regional Revenue (PAD) during the period 2014 - 2018 with the contribution ratio is still below 10% so it is said to be very less. Keywords       : Effectiveness, Contribution, Original Regional Revenue

The State Property Management and Accounting Information System is a technology based apllication system implemented in the Class II Tahuna Immigration Office, with the aim of dealing with administration mainly covering state-owned assets. This study aimsto evaluate the performance of SIMAK BMN insupporting asset inventory at Tahuna Immigration Office. The research method is case study using descriptive research method. The data used are secondary data and primary data. With the technique of collecting interview data and documentation. The results of this study revealed that the work of SIMAK BMN can be viewed from the quality of information, Timeliness, ease of use SIMAK BMN and supporting and inhibiting factors. Of the four (4) points it is found that in the quality of information generated SIMAK BMN is very influential on the financial statements Immigration Office Tahuna, but there are still some factors that inhibit the work of SIMAK BMN from SIMAK BMN and SIMAK BMN which is often wrong in the error.  Keywords: Management Information System and Accounting of State Property (SIMAK BMN)

Objectives: The purpose of this research is to find out what is the average width and  bone density in the neck of a condylus, in female patient using a panoramic radiograph based on age. Material and Methods: Descriptive research method was used and the sample taken in this cross sectional survey was secondary data of digital panoramic radiographs taken from patients who sought treatment in RSGM Sekeloa, Bandung for the period of January 2017 to April 2017 which were 60 female patients. The samples were divided to two groups between age 26-45 and age 46 and above as many as 30 samples per group. Results: The mean for width of neck of condyle in female patients for age 26-45 is 9.12 mm and for age 46 and above is 8.79 mm. The mean for trabecular percentage of the neck of condyle in female patients is 34.11% for age 26-45 and 33.79% for age 46 and above. Conclusion: From this study, it can be concluded that average width and density of neck condyle of women's age more than 46 years seen decrease when compared with previous age group.

One important issue in the management of civil servants are Moratorium Acceptance CPNS. Since the 2011-2014 and 2015-2019 reign of discretionary moratorium CPNS caused by various things, impact of the moratorium on the placement of employees in local government and polemics consequences and need for a solution and response strategies in the redistribution of personnel and employee planning.This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach gained popularity depth interviews with informants, observations and secondary data analysis. Impact, occurrence Lost Generation that cause within a certain time difficult to regenerate for their miss a link on the generation / period. The addition of the workload of employees as a result of shortage of supply of labor civil servants, retired employee were not replaced, Minus growth means if in compare between employees incoming and outgoing, more employees are out of personnel expenditure would be reduced. So that in the possible procure Non civil servants without violating the moratorium policy is still valid.
