The research problem addressed in this paper is to substantiate the most optimal forms and methods of teaching the law disciplines both in Russian and in English in a law school in the context of the introduction of digital forms of learning into traditional educational environment of a law school. The research applies the methods of the concept of professional training in advocacy. Professional training in advocacy is one of the practice-oriented areas of advocacy that includes the methodology of training students in a law school covering the statistical method, systematic method, historical and legal method, method of participatory observation, method of analysis and synthesis. The paper describes new areas of work and new opportunities that have become available to students in 2020–2021, including new master’s programs and additional in-person and online courses of students’ practice-oriented training. The paper examines how students of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) can acquire necessary knowledge and practice skills in order to pass the qualification examination for the status of an advocate and be able to practice law in the Russian Federation and abroad. The authors of the paper believe that the development of digital technologies has made it possible to move to a qualitatively new level of teaching. Along with classical teaching methods, the faculty have started implementing digital technologies in the learning process, focusing on practice-oriented types of work, including practice-oriented projects. A partial transition to distance learning has contributed to creation and development of the common educational environment that will enable international cooperation in student education and development of other digital environments, such as an integrated information system for the Russian Advocacy as well.

Based on the analysis of the labour market and the rapid development of the educational process are determined by the priorities of the new educational methods of computer graphics, developing the potential of students, their creativity, innovation and professionalism. The search for new methodological approaches to training of a competent specialist, rationale and implementation components of the methods of teaching computer graphics, development of guidance and manuals for studying of the discipline «Computer graphics» – all that remains open and requires further implementation. In the study the following methods were used: analysis and studying training programs and plans, manuals, monographs, training and regulatory documentation, psychological, pedagogical, methodological and special literature, articles, conference proceedings, and periodicals to determine the status and prospects of the research problem, the conversation with scientists and students, observation during the learning process; the generalization of private teaching experience.The article is scientifically justified methods of teaching computer graphics, which includes items related to the selection of appropriate methods and forms. The analysis, systematization and classification of means of studying two-dimensional vector graphics editor in the process of professional training of future teachers of vocational training. The study of this topic suggests that the provision of the developed technique of training of computer graphics provides advanced training for students from the perspective of the requirements of the education region, which will improve the efficiency of formation of subject competences, the development of aesthetic taste, spatial imagination and creative abilities of future teachers.Key words: method, model, methodology of teaching, information and communication technology, visualization.

The paper analyzes the evolution and changes involving clinical legal education (CLE) in Belarus. The author tends to create a historical overview of the 22 years’ experience of clinical legal education in Belarus. It will be possible to answer some questions mostly based on the inside view and 12 years of clinical experience with goals to bring some inspiration in a global context and to leave a mark on history. It focused on the new role embraced by legal clinics in Belarus and contribution to the creation of a new formation of legal practitioners. Additionally, the author shares the technological insights about clinical legal education. Thinking about the future it is important to make an overview of achievements and opportunities of going forwards. There is a great number of opportunities to implement clinical methodology to both academic studies and professional training. The research problem addressed in this paper is to substantiate the most effective forms and methods of teaching law disciplines both in Russian and in English in a law school in the context of introduction of digital forms of learning into traditional educational environment of a law school. The author carries out an analytical review of law clinics in historical perspective and how the work of law clinics is implemented in both academic curricula and professional training in Belarus.

Today an electronic educational environment is an integral innovative component of vocational education functioning. The construction of electronic educational environments in Russia is supported by government initiatives in the context of the modernization of the entire educational institution, taking into account global trends. Today, our country has accumulated a certain experience in the development and use of electronic educational resources in the educational process, which needs analysis and systematization. The research problem: what are the mechanisms of using electronic educational environment of a university in the professional training of future psychologists and social teachers? The purpose of the research is to substantiate the expediency of using electronic educational environment in the professional training of future psychologists and social teachers. The research methods used are synthesis, systematization, desk research, generalization. The research results are the following: the relevance of using the electronic educational environment of a university as an innovative resource in the professional training of future psychologists and social teachers has been confirmed; the components of the electronic educational environment of a university have been characterized; electronic resources used in educational activities for the purpose of resource and information support of psychological and pedagogical disciplines have been disclosed Key conclusions: digital service is viewed as an additional, promising innovative educational resource in the professional training of future psychologists and social educators; the components of the electronic information and educational environment of a university are the official website, an electronic library, electronic an educational environment; the effectiveness of professional training of future psychologists and social teachers is possible with the additional use of Moodle, Zoom, YouTube, Google electronic resources.

The problem and the aim of the study. The transformation of the educational environment identified the following development priorities for the didactic system: support for lifelong learning; personal orientation and taking into consideration the individual students’ personality structure; use of digital technologies to provide training of the sought-after professionals of the future. The authors propose to implement these requirements with the means and capabilities of modern information technologies that maximally take into account the characteristics of personification. Research methods. Theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization of fundamental scientific works on the research problem, processing of test results, problem solving, student’s choice (digital technology, appropriate software, functionality, sequence of tasks) were applied. The pedagogical experiment was attended by 101 students (35% of girls and 65% of boys) of the Law Institute of Vyatka State University of Kirov, Russia. The Fisher's criterion (angular transformation) was used as a statistical processing method. Results. The essence of the concepts "personal educational trajectory", "personal educational route" has been clarified. The challenges associated with the digital educational environment and a focus on training of the required professionals of the future were taken into account. The problems of personalization of learning (awareness of choice, determination of characteristic factors of the educational model, gradation of the task system) are identified, the content of which is described from the standpoint of the formal scheme of information interaction. An example of designing a personalized educational model is presented by studying the technology of processing spreadsheets (a system of educational problems that guide the trajectory of cognitive performance). At the control stage of the experiment, statistically significant differences were revealed between the experimental and control groups in terms of the level of formation of digital skills and skills that are in demand in the information society (φcrit=1.64<φemp=2.492). Conclusion. Work with digital technologies offers the opportunity to take into account the orientation of the modern educational space towards personalization, the continuity of learning due to the implementation of the described formal scheme of information interaction between a teacher and a student in educational and cognitive activities; designing a differentiated system of tasks; supporting the student's informed choice; social and professional orientation of action.

The authors describe the significance of the problem of forming digital competence of future teachers. In the period of rapid technological development of a digital society and the introduction of digital technologies, the creation of a digital educational environment, there is a need to resolve the contradiction between the demand for teachers with developed digital competence and their insufficient training in the aspect of the digital component for the successful use of digital technologies in professional pedagogical activity. The formation of digital competence is carried out in the process of implementing educational programs of higher education, as well as advanced training and professional training programs. The authors of the article aim to identify the current state of digital competence of a teacher based on the analysis of empirical data obtained during a survey of current teachers and future teachers students of the pedagogical direction on the use of digital technologies in the educational process. Based on the analysis of the list of relevant digital competencies in the field of education, the authors develop the questionnaire questions. The authors analyze the results of the questionnaire and conclude that the level of digital competence of teachers, the degree of readiness and desire of teachers to use digital tools and services in the educational process suggest the need to develop issues of organizing effective online communication of participants in the educational process, productive feedback with students by means of digital technologies; forming a critical assessment of the behavior of students and adjusting their actions when working in a digital educational environment, control over the independence of students in completing educational tasks; applying the results of student digital footprint analysis to eliminate and correct educational deficits of individual students; using the potential of digital tools and services in organizing group work and project activities of students, communication and involvement of students, and others. The authors propose pedagogical tools for the formation of digital competence of a teacher.

The author’s definition of information-educational environment based on the results of the analysis of the concepts "information environment" and "educational environment". It is a synthetic systematic formation accumulating intellectual, cultural, programmatic, organizational and technical resources and involving the use of a wide range of traditional and new information technologies and their technical means aimed to education and development.

The article outlines the historical milestones of the formation and development of the problem of professional competence of future social educators on social protection of youth rights from the 90s of the XX century to the present. The scientific literature on the research problem is analyzed. Conceptual approaches to professional training of future social educators on social protection of youth rights (systemic, civilizational, sociocultural, personal, activity, professional, socio-pedagogical, methodological technological) are defined and their essential characteristics are revealed. The content and structural components of the professional training of future social educators on social protection of youth rights are characterized. The peculiarities of development of both the system of becoming a profession of social educators and the system of its professional preparation for practical activity in the social sphere are given. The essence of the concept of «social education» is revealed. The importance of the influence of social education in its various interpretations on sociology, which is the basis of the development of the culture of social thinking in the XX-XXI centuries, is revealed. The factors of influence on the formation of the outlook values of future social educators are presented. The modern tendencies of professional training of future social educators on social protection of youth rights (intensification and extension of university education, multilevel and variability of education, strengthening of psychological and pedagogical and general educational components, integration) are determined. In today’s competitive and rapidly evolving educational environment, the ability to implement appropriate and effective change is of critical importance to an international school’s ongoing success. This study examines leadership characteristics and styles that support the development and forward momentum of a change agenda within the context of an international school environment. Results from a mixed methods research design found that the leadership characteristics most frequently linked to effective change included: (i) being visionary; (ii) being committed to school/staff; and (iii) creating a collegial/supportive work environment. The paper analyzes these and other results through the lenses of: (i) setting directions; (ii) developing people; and (iii) developing the organization. Findings specific to the international school situation are also presented. Finally, suggestions for developing a framework for an international school ‘change management’ paradigm are presented.
