The article discusses the role of the disciplinary approach in the study of historical memory. In the modern research field, the methodological status of an interdisciplinary approach is becoming more and more popular. It is connected with the problems of the new ontology formation, where the general foundations between nature and society are investigated. Many sciences use the of interdisciplinary methodology to understand the interaction of the natural sciences and the humanities. Today, the organization of interdisciplinarity is actively criticized, which does not take into account the interconnection between natural sciences and humanities. The absence of this relationship is manifested in the problems of historical memory. Therefore, the idea is being advanced to justify the fundamental status of historical memory, it is necessary to change the organization of scientific knowledge.

Wilhelm Dilthey initially studied theology in Germany but later shifted to philosophy and history. He tackled the specific nature of human sciences in relation to natural sciences and initiated a debate on the connection between understanding and explanation in scientific knowledge. In addition to his own school, he exerted influence on fellow philosophers Martin Heidegger, Helmuth Plessner, and Hans-Georg Gadamer. This chapter explores the formation of Dilthey’s philosophical views, including the principle of phenomenality, the theory of human sciences, and the role of inner experience as the main source of cognition in human sciences. It also discusses his later work and his arguments concerning empirical factuality, congealed objectivity, and processual reality. Finally, the chapter examines how ideas similar to those of Dilthey have influenced organizational culture and dynamics.

The disciplinary differentiation of sciences attracted Leibniz’s attention for a long period of time. From nowadays prospects it looks very well grounded as soon as in Leibniz’s manuscripts a modern scholar finds clue ideas of any research field which would tempt him to consider Leibniz as one of the founders of this particular discipline. We argue that this is possible only in retrospection and would significantly distort the essence of Leibniz’s epistemology. Our approach implies, in contrary, the investigation of the Leibniz doctrine of signs on the background of the related philosophical problem, that of expression. The choice of semiotics is justified by the fact that it took a central place in his theoretical constructions, both those of natural sciences and of philosophy. In Leibniz system of knowledge the concept of notes (notae) and sings (signa) served a theoretical foundation of his most important and long-life aspiration to build up practical science of universal characteristics (characteristica universalis). In his eyes this practical science was the science of sciences (Scientia scientiarum), and we can consider it as the matrix for all possible scientific knowledge.

This paper explores the main philosophical approaches of David Hilbert’s theory of proof. Specifically, it is focuses on his ideas regarding logic, the concept of proof, the axiomatic, the concept of truth, metamathematics, the a priori knowledge and the general nature of scientific knowledge. The aim is to show and characterize his epistemological approach on the foundation of knowledge, where logic appears as a guarantee of that foundation. Hilbert supposes that the propositional apriorism, proposed by him to support mathematics, sustains — on its turn — a general method for the treatment of the problem in other areas such as natural sciences. This method is axiomatic. Broadly speaking, we intend to recover and update the Hilbert’s philosophical thinking about the role of logic for scientific knowledge.

In the late 1940s and early 1950s, the place of physiology in the structure of the Soviet scientific knowledge as well as in the system of its popularization changed. The process of raising the role of the natural sciences in the USSR using them for central ideological aims related to the triumph of materialism was marked by loudly propagated scientific events of greater political significance. Such an event was the so-called Pavlov’s Session in Moscow in 1950, whose decisions influenced the scientific institutions in Soviet Union as well as in the Eastern Bloc countries. The school of the Soviet physiologist of Armenian origin Levon Orbeli was criticised and rejected. A Pavlov’s Committee was set up to control the implementation of the Pavlov’s teaching. The aim of the article is to present the influence of the Pavlov’s session of the development of the Institute of Physiology of the Academy of Sciences in Yerevan in the early 1950-es when its experimental and research work became subordinated to the " Pavlovization " of physiology and political and propaganda tasks were added. The institute staff and activities grew, but institutional life was traumatized by the persecution of Levon Orbeli 's school, which reflected on his adherents like the Institute director Ararat Alexanyan who was pressed to leave the position in 1953 during the power struggles were disguised by the session's rhetoric.

For the 20th century, during which cryology took shape, there was a typical situation of a gap between the natural sciences and philosophy. At the beginning of the 21st century, the rapid knowledge accumulation and the growing intra-subject differentiation in natural sciences led to the need of combining disparate ideas about reality and recreate a holistic scientific picture of the world on a new basis. The discovery of a variety of extraterrestrial cryogenic objects, as well as a large range of scales and rates of cryogenic processes, expands the understanding of cold. The establishment in 1991 in Tyumen of the Earth Cryosphere Institute, SB RAS can be considered the key to the development of holism in the study of the world of cold. Over the past 30 years, in the process of forming the Institute scientific team, the researchers were following the main task of implementing an interdisciplinary approach to the object of study. The realization of the principle was intented to build a holistic scientific picture of the world of cold, in the way of a specific form of the scientific knowledge systematization, which includes the construction of ontological models of systems of some objects, processes and phenomena, as well as the analysis of their connections. The application of a holistic approach to the study of the cryosphere contributed to the generation in the scientific picture of the World of new contexts of understanding the role of cold in the variety of physical phenomena on Earth and in space. These include such new concepts as cryogenic resources, cryologic time, cryodiversity, cryodeterminism, as well as the latest areas of cryology — cryotrasology, cryoheterotopy, etc.

Innovation is seen as a competitive advantage that many companies use to ensure the continuity and success of your business.NP 4457:2007 is the Portuguese norm that supports management, based on a model of innovation backed up by interfaces and interaction between technical/scientific knowledge, its specific mechanisms and the overall society.Our paper aims to analyse innovation activities and the involvement of human resources in Portuguese firms certified by NP4457 and associated to the implementation of Research, Development, and Innovation (RD&I) management systems. We have collected the data through IPAC’s database, using a survey administered to all firms.Our results suggest the existence of a Human Resources (HR) involvement policy, customers and suppliers. The involvement of stakeholders with innovation activities results of its acceptance as a mechanism able to generate wealth, with benefits for both firms and the community.

In the presented study, the authors raise the question of the need to include in the educational process of a preschool institution to familiarize children with some philosophical categories. The educational system in which the child is included, starting from preschool childhood, provides him with the opportunity to gradually and continuously enter the knowledge of the world around him. It is in preschool childhood that the child is exposed to various relationships, values of culture and health, diverse patterns in the field of different knowledge. This contributes to a broader interaction of the preschooler with the world around him, which, in turn, ensures the assimilation not of disparate ideas about objects and phenomena, but their natural integration and interpenetration, which means understanding the integrity of the picture of the world. The authors prove the idea that the assimilation of philosophical categories by children contributes to the understanding of the structure of the surrounding world. The analysis of research is presented, proving that children's fiction in an understandable and accessible language, life examples and vivid images is able to explain to children the laws of the functioning of nature and society, as well as to reveal the world of human relations and feelings. Fiction surrounds the child from the first years of his life. It is she who contributes to the development of thinking and imagination, enriches the sensory world, provides role models and teaches you to find a way out in different situations. Philosophical categories such as "love and friendship", "beautiful and ugly", "good and evil" are represented in children's literature very widely, and the efficiency of mastering philosophical categories depends on the skill of an adult in conveying the content of a work, on correctly placed accents.
