In this paper the author makes an assumption about a multidimensionality of the successfulness concept based on studies from the point of view of various theories. The author gives his own definition of the concept schoolchildrens success in the process of sports training. It is schoolchildrens sports skill that is successfully developed and continuously improving in the process of sports training, supported by a positive-self-esteem, accompanied by a sufficient level of motivation and positive emotional condition, as well as adequate social environment, all of which involves achieving positive sports results by schoolchildren. In addition, the author has identified the main components of students success in the process of sports training (physiological, psychological, moral, technical and tactical, cognitive), analyzed them and provided a description of each component separately. In this paper the author has also proposed a model for schoolchildrens success development in the process of sports training, focused on martial arts. The essence of this model is that when the organizational and pedagogical conditions proposed in this model are introduced into the process of sports training and their successive implementation, a teenager will achieve high indicators in the above components and will be able to achieve success both in sports and in other areas. This model is designed primarily to improve schoolchildrens qualities and adapt them to changing conditions of the modern world rather than to make them achieve sporting results. The author has determined that successful, effective and systematic sports development is necessary to solve some of the most important tasks. Due to the definition of the concept schoolchildrens success in the process of sports training as well as the development of the model for schoolchildrens success development in the process of sports training in the system of additional education the author plans to develop organizational and pedagogical conditions of schoolchildrens success development in the process of sports training applied exclusively in the system of additional education (wrestling, judo, sambo, boxing, etc.).

Interest in creativity as a subject of research has been growing exponentially since the second half of the 20th century in all areas of human history. A wide range of both domestic and foreign studies allows authors to assert that creativity is a personality trait, inherent to one degree or another. Whereas the development of such trait becomes an urgent necessity in the new reality. The entire evolutionary process of the social development illustrates its dependence on personal and collective creativity. The aim of this research is to study the phenomenon of creativity through the perspective of axiology, i.e. the science of values. Axiology allows us to consider the realities of the modern world from the perspective of not only external factors, circumstances and situations, but also of deep value foundations. Creativity has been studied quite deeply from the point of view of psychology: the special characteristics of a creative person, stages of the creative process, the relationship between creative and critical thinking, creativity and intelligence. Some psychologists emphasize motivation, creative skills, interdisciplinary knowledge, and the creative environment as the main components that contribute to the development of creativity. The authors of the article argue that values and value orientations towards cognition, creativity, self-realization and self-expression are the drivers of creativity. In a broad sense, values as a matrix of culture determine the attitude of society to creativity, to the development of creativity of the individual and the creative class, and to how economically successful a given society will be. Since innovation and entrepreneurship are embodied creativity. Thus, the study of creativity from the perspective of axiology combines the need for a deep study of this phenomenon and the subjective significance of creativity in the context of new realities

Since the role of the Asian countries is increasing in the modern world, their philosophical traditions attract more and more attention. Due to this trend, a more complete panoramic view of the development of world philosophy as a whole is accessible, and it has become possible to understand that any constructions of the human mind that have arisen in a particular cultural field of experience cannot be regarded as exemplary and absolute. The researchers of Asian philosophies concentrate mostly on studying the texts of individual thinkers. As a rule, they do not set themselves the task of examining these texts from the point of view of intercultural interactions and transformations of significant ideas and concepts in various cultural and historical contexts, defining the direction and mechanisms of cultural borrowing, as well as revealing new approaches and growth points. To achieve these goals, the research should focus at the problem of the self-determination and development of philosophy as a separate science in non-Western cultures, which are based on intellectual traditions with different origin than Greek and Judeo-Christian traditions. This article deals with the consideration of some topics that elucidate the features of the development of philosophical science in Japan, including the emergence of the concept of “philosophy” in this country, the definition of its subject, the formation of philosophical terminology, and various interpretations of what the term “Japanese philosophy” means. The author pays special attention to the characteristic of the main periods of progress of Japanese philosophical thought. In the conclusion, the author argues that the most important characteristic feature of the Japanese philosophy is its involvement in intercultural dialogue throughout its history.

Abstract The international economic environment is witnessing a series of radical transformations, particularly in the marketing field. The liberalization of markets and the international marketplace integration have led to qualitative developments of the economic entities at various levels especially from the technological point of view. These transformations have affected most of the modern world, and Algeria is no exception to that phenomenon. Its economy is witnessing several modifications in order to move towards a modern market economy compliant with the current definition of freedom of exchange. This is the goal that Algeria seeks to reach by adhering to the World Trade Organization, whose rules are based on concept of free market, lawful competition as well as the lifting of major customs barriers. Companies have to exploit all the possibilities and strategies to improve their productivity, management and overall workflow in order to rise above the challenge and succeed in establishing themselves strongly in such a market. In this instance, the supply chain becomes the main symbol of the link between production sites and consumption locations thus making supply chain management one of the most progressive forms of dynamic and integrated management and is considered a main driver of competitive. In this paper, we attempt to prove the importance of the aforementioned concept of supply chain management under the form of a case study that assess the competitiveness of the AURAS mills in Algeria to determine the various elements that are the main contributors to the improvement of the overall position of the company on the market as well as the drivers behind the continuous progress and innovation in management of the dynamic components of the company. We expect to prove that a shift in the structure of the company towards the creation of an autonomous supply chain department will improve the competitiveness of AURAS mills as well as provide a clear development and amelioration path for the overall functioning of the company.

The definition of “transfer” of learning is so broad that it encompasses most realms of psychology, making it difficult to arrive at agreed-upon criteria for classifying different types of transfer. Research findings indicate great difficulty in achieving distal transfer, even when effective didactic principles, such as metacognition, are used. In studies where transfer was achieved, it was limited, relative to levels of investment and expectation. It has appeared mostly in laboratories, with little evidence of maintenance over time. The author proposes that we should examine the products and processes of transfer from the learner’s point of view. This perspective rests on a distinction between transfer potential, which relies on a network of schemas in memory storage, and the transfer process itself, which occurs in working memory. This analysis reduces the number of transfer characteristics and suggests description of transfer as effective and justified use of principles, relationships and strategies, in tasks that are distal from the learner’s point of view. The article leads to the conclusion that to be achieved, transfer must become a curriculum’s central goal (what to teach). The principles and methods of reaching this goal (how to teach) rest on four main components: (a) well planned curricula, (b) training teachers for transfer expertise, (c) “learning communities” and challenging environments, and (d) use of advanced technology.

Currently, competitiveness is a priority indicator for any country and in order to secure achieving its high level, some measures were developed aimed at formation of favorable conditions for the creation and implementation of innovations. It is the implemented innovative projects that have a positive impact on the economic status of the state. Innovati v e potential is considered the “foundation” for innovation, since its structure includes all the fundamen- tal components, facilitating the passage through all the stages of the innovation cycle. The country’s indicators are formed from a set of economic indicators of the regions, so the policy of local self-government bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation should be aimed at innovative development and, in partic- ular, at building up the innovative potential of the region. The article analyzes various interpretations of the definition of “innovative potential of the region” and considers its structure and main components . Also based on the difference in approaches to the definition, a terminological classification is compiled from the point of view of Russian and foreign scientists who are engaged in research in the field of innovation. It is known that high practical results can be obtained when there is a necessary theoretical basis for that, in which the essence of all terms is revealed.

Summary: My comment is basically restricted to the situation in which less-able students find themselves and refers only to literature in German. From this point of view I am basically able to confirm Marsh's results. It must, however, be said that with less-able pupils the opposite effect can be found: Levels of self-esteem in these pupils are raised, at least temporarily, by separate instruction, academic performance however drops; combined instruction, on the other hand, leads to improved academic performance, while levels of self-esteem drop. Apparently, the positive self-image of less-able pupils who receive separate instruction does not bring about the potential enhancement of academic performance one might expect from high-ability pupils receiving separate instruction. To resolve the dilemma, it is proposed that individual progress in learning be accentuated, and that comparisons with others be dispensed with. This fosters a self-image that can in equal measure be realistic and optimistic.
