Resumo: O artigo procura discutir as principais linhas de influência do pensamento de Nietzsche na formação intelectual de Monteiro Lobato. Para isso, utiliza a troca epistolar do autor com Godofredo Rangel, reunida em A barca de Gleyre. A intenção é demonstrar o lugar destacado que Nietzsche ocupa entre as referências do escritor. Em várias cartas, a interpretação de Monteiro Lobato é claramente equivocada, em outras, alinhada ao que havia de mais progressista. Ao cotejar depoimentos que cobrem quase 50 anos de atividade intelectual, a conclusão é que Monteiro Lobato considerava Nietzsche um modelo de liberdade e independência moral. Até o fim, Lobato permaneceu irmanado ao “seu filósofo”, como se referiu a Nietzsche mais de uma vez.Pavavras-chave: Monteiro Lobato; Nietzsche; filosofia; literatura; formação; influência.Abstract: The article seeks to discuss the main lines of influence of Nietzsche’s thought in Monteiro Lobato’s intellectual formation. For this, he uses the author’s epistolary exchange with Godofredo Rangel, gathered in A barca de Gleyre. The intention is to demonstrate the prominent place that Nietzsche occupies among the references of the writer. In several letters, Monteiro Lobato’s interpretation is wrong, in others aligned with what was most progressive. When comparing testimonies that cover almost 50 years of intellectual activity, the conclusion is that Monteiro Lobato considered Nietzsche a model of freedom and moral independence. Until the end, Lobato remained brotherly to “his philosopher”, as Nietzsche referred to more than once.Keywords: Monteiro Lobato; Nietzsche; philosophy; literature; formation; influence.

Introduction.  During the training of emergency specialists, the development of a clear, structured thinking is important.  And the mathematical disciplines themselves are aimed at activating the intellectual activity of cadets and students, the ability to think logically, consistently, and reasonably.  However, cadets and students consider mathematics to be a complex, inaccessible and not very necessary science.  Therefore, there is a need for continuous, continuous development of methods, technologies of forms of training that would increase interest, accessibility to mathematical disciplines and at the same time, were aimed at improving the quality of training of future rescuers. Purpose.  Identify the main stages of teaching higher mathematics for future civil defense specialists and substantiate their peculiarities. Methods.  The article used methods of scientific knowledge (general), methods used in the empirical and theoretical levels of research (transition from abstract to specific).  Results.  The basic stages of teaching higher mathematics for future specialists of civil defense are determined: motivation, research, assimilation, application.  The proposed stages are analyzed in detail.  The regularities that contribute to the increase of motivation (selection of educational material, system approach, creative approach, a variety of forms and methods of teaching, taking into account the specifics of the future profession, the use of innovative teaching technologies) are highlighted.  There are three phases of knowledge (curiosity, curiosity, theoretical knowledge).  It is determined that for the acquisition of knowledge it is possible to use the information - search type of classes with its microstructure.  Planning the microstructure of occupations in the first place should put the level of cognitive activity, awareness and independence in the performance of educational tasks.  It is noted that the process of assimilation is the process of internalization of knowledge, putting it into the inner plan of man, and the application is to extraorise knowledge, make it to the outline of human activity.  It was investigated that the stage of application of knowledge is divided into two parts (the first is the application of knowledge, skills in standard terms, the second - the transfer of knowledge, skills, skills in new, changed conditions).  Examples of applied tasks that can be solved in higher mathematics classes are given.  It is substantiated that only in combination of all stages is formed the need for knowledge acquisition and their application. Conclusion.  Stages of teaching higher mathematics - a cyclical process that requires constant improvement, hard work of the teacher.  Stages of motivation and application combine the same laws (selection of educational material, creative approach, taking into account the specifics of the future profession, the use of innovative teaching technologies).  And only in a logical, thought-out combination of these stages can one form the future need for civil protection specialists to expand the knowledge and apply it to practical application.

This statement is an attempt to reflect on my intellectual formation and how certain influences, both from home (a place suspended between Germany with the remnants of its Weimar culture and Britain as the place of exile) and from subsequent experiences, led me to adopt an historical approach to dance studies and to emphasise the context in which artistic activity unfolds. My education at Berlin's Humboldt University and the Comic Opera shaped my perspectives on theatre and performance. The East German milieu in general forced me to confront the immediate past and think about the political and ideological legacies of the cultures in which I grew up.

Subject. Currently, as the global economy evolves, its innovative components should demonstrate a tendency of accelerated growth as intellectual capital, information technologies, increasing knowledge and digitization of mushrooming production processes. Nowadays, intellectual capital is one of the economic development drivers. However, the economic community is found to have no generally accepted wording of the concept, thus laying the basis for this article. Objectives. The study sums up the analysis of approaches used by the Russian and foreign economists to determining the economic substance of intellectual capital. We also identify the importance of human capital as its components and specify the definition of the concept. Methods. The article overviews and analyzes proceedings by the most renowned authors, which substantiate how the economic substance of intellectual capital should be unveiled, and suggest its definitions. Results. We specified the definition of intellectual capital concerning the current economic development. We suggest integrating a new component into intellectual capital, such as intellectual property, which includes products of intellectual activity and intangible assets. They can be owned by the entity or other legal entities and individuals, including some employees of the entity. Conclusions and Relevance. The specified definition of intellectual capital will help address issues of sustainable economic development and ensure the competitiveness of the Russian entities nationwide and worldwide, since it directly contributes to intellectual capital and its components.

Abstrak: Dalam tulisan ini penulis berusaha mencermati karya-karya dari almarhum Pater Robertus Hardawiryana, SJ (1926-2009), salah satu teolog Indonesia yang terkemuka segera seusai Konsili Vatikan II. Berdasarkan karya-karya beliau terakhir yang sudah diterbitkan, yakni Pentalogi, tetapi juga memanfaatkan beberapa manuskrip yang belum diterbitkan, penulis memusatkan diri pada pandangan Hardawiryana tentang metode berteologi sejauh tercermin dalam tulisan-tulisannya. Pada umumnya, pandangan Hardawiryana tentang metode bisa dilihat pada awal karangan-karangannya, di mana tampak bahwa dia sangat sadar akan pentingnya metode dalam berteologi. Dalam hal ini Hardawiryana sejalan dengan arah-arah baru yang dibuka oleh Federasi Konferensi-konferensi Uskup Asia dalam pelbagai dokumennya. Meskipun demikian, sulit diharapkan suatu paparan teoretis yang menyeluruh dan sistematis tentang metode berteologi dari teolog ini, mengingat bahwa minat utamanya lebih tertuju pada pengupayaan suatu arah pastoral yang kuat pada tulisan-tulisan teologi, dan sebaliknya juga, pada pemberian dasar teologis yang kuat pada kebijakan-kebijakan pastoral. Selain itu, penulis juga memandang perlu untuk menilik sejenak pembentukan intelektual Hardawiryana agar lebih menolong untuk memahami kecenderungan-kecenderungannya kelak dalam berteologi. Kata-kata Kunci: Teologi, metode berteologi, pembinaan teologi, orientasi pastoral, inkulturasi, FABC. Abstract: In this essay the author attempts to explore the works of the late Fr. Robert Hardawiryana, S.J., (1926-2009), one of prominent Indonesian theologians in the wake of the Second Vatican Council. Based on this theologian’s latest published works, the Pentalogi, but also making use of some yet unpublished manuscripts, the author focuses on Hardawiryana’s view of theological method as reflected in his writings. In most cases, his view on method can be seen from the introduction he provides at the beginning of his articles, as he is highly aware of the importance of method in doing theology. In this way he concurs with the new trends opened up by the Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conference in its various documents. However, one can hardly expect a thorough and systematic theoretical exposition on theological method from this theologian, as his main interest lies elsewhere, namely, to bring a truly responsible pastoral thrust to theological writings, and vice versa, to provide sound theological foundation to pastoral policies. The author also considers that a glimpse at his intellectual formation would be of considerable help to understand Hardawiryana’s future leanings in theology. The article discusses information sources in assessing the effectiveness of innovations, types of cash inflows, cash outflows in the context of the organization's operational, investment and financial activities. The problem of insufficient relevance of accounting data in the analysis of the effectiveness of investment in innovation is reflected. The need for systematization of the current regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation to integrate information on the results of intellectual activity into a single mechanism for effective management of the development of innovative potential of the Russian Federation is noted. The experience of foreign companies in the investment and innovation sphere is summarized. The factors influencing the development of the scientific potential of Russian companies and the need to introduce economic incentives for innovation entities are presented. The functions of the RF authorities in the field of legal regulation of innovations for the successful development of mechanisms for interaction between business entities and the state, the protection of intellectual property and the growth of the effectiveness of the practical application of innovative developments are generalized.

An innovative view to theological texts as a literary genre has been established in research of the modern religions and designated as theopoetics, because, irrespective of whether a theological text is written in the poetic genre, in the form of a story or the style of a more dense, theoretical prose, it is based on the poesis: innovative, intuitive and an imaginary composition of the authors where the central figure is God. Therefore, approximately ten thousand recorded and published folk songs, as well as other Latvian folklore texts about God, are equal to theopoetics as a genre of creative writing with its specific expression tools. Folk songs are a product of purposeful human spiritual/intellectual activity and imagination, a typical cultural phenomenon of the relevant society, which helps to study the public’s views about the perception of God. To approach adequately to analysis and interpretation of such texts, in the late 20th century, a new method of research on religious texts – theopoetics – was established. Theopoetics is a method of analysing religious texts that encourages us to look at the ancient metaphors of God from another angle. It explores the language possibilities of figuratively creating God’s patterns, unlike the previous “scientific” God’s theories as the systematic attempt of theology to find God through the living (“incarnated”) God. Theopoetics theorists accept reality as a source of divine revelation as well as personal experience and metaphor-influenced divine understanding in various religions. This method allows to establish the essence and possible interpretations of the basic metaphors used in every individual religion: 1) critically weigh up the previous explanations of God; 2) study the interaction of applied metaphors, models and concepts within religion; 3) offers the potential of transformative, revolutionary models, using the language and metaphor layer that is widely understandable and used by people in everyday life. Research of metaphors does not impose objective or general criteria for assessing understanding of God; therefore, the aim of theopoetical discourse is not to prevent competing interpretations but to multiply the number of perceptions of God, to extend the emotional feeling, and to reveal new opinions. Folk songs figuratively represent God in metaphors and comparisons, but the theopoetics method has not been applied in the previous studies of God either because it is a relatively new methodological system, or because God’s perception in the folk songs has not been the focus of researchers of contemporary religions.

The article provides a comparison of the concept of homo œconomicus with the core theses of René Descartes’ moral philosophy. The first section draws on the work of the contemporary Western philosopher Anselm Jappe in which Descartes’ philosophy is held to be the cornerstone of the established view and current scientific definitions of homo œconomicus as the fundamental and indispensable agent of capitalistic relations. As opposed to this “common sense” position in the modern social sciences, the second section of the article builds upon Pierre Bourdieu’s Anthropologie économique (2017) to demystify the notion of homo œconomicus. The article then examines some aspects of modern philosophical anthropology that show odd traces of Descartes’ thinking and that are regularly applied in economic science as well as in the critique of economic thinking as such. These are the concepts of mutuality, giving, exchange and generosity, and they are regarded as central to the philosopher’s moral doctrine.The author concludes that the philosophical doctrine of generosity has very little in common with the bourgeois ideology of utility which implies an instrumental relationship between subjects: in Caretesian moral philosophy the Other is neither an object of influence nor a means to achieve someone’s personal goals nor a windowless monad. Generosity certainly has its economic aspects, but these do not include accumulating wealth in the bourgeois sense. It is more in the realm of the aristocratic practice of making dispensations. All throughout his life Decartes may be viewed as exhibiting a peculiar kind of nobility in which the desire to give, endow and sacrifice outweighs any selfish interest. The vigorous pursuit of well-being gives way to a quest for the leisure required to pursue intellectual activity, and care for oneself does not preclude attending to and loving the Other, whatever form it may take.

The Proper Order of Things demonstrates how early modern Ottoman territorial control, both in general practice and in the specific contexts of Greater Syria and occupied Hungary, was enabled through the creation of a particular web of textual authority. The book therefore focuses attention on an Ottoman paper trail of legal edicts, administrative reports, and reflective treatises that extended the jurisdiction of sovereign power through an evolving textual corpus. This corpus sublimated anxieties of fragmented regional power to assertions of imperial universalism. Formalized registers and circulated protocols fostered the development of a trifecta of imperial order: the emergence of an elite administrative class defined in and through an emerging court bureaucracy; the circulation of a documentary corpus of edicts that promulgated and registered imperial supremacy via a specific idiom of power; and the establishment of a dynastic linguistic and legal medium that defined the shape, even if it did not control the content, of intellectual activity, speculative inquiry, and literary stylizations. The Proper Order of Things thus argues that a link between territorial and textual authority also formalized a particular discourse that became the means by which the Ottoman establishment managed distance and organized diversity into an ordered system of state power. This discourse created a particular orientation to authoritative texts and bridged the divide between conceptual or ideological frameworks and administrative practices.
