Abstract: This study aims to determine and assess the level of cardiovascular endurance and agility of futsal extracurricular members. The research design used a quantitative descriptive survey method which was conducted on futsal extracurricular members at SMP Negeri 9 Malang. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the level of cardiovascular endurance (VO2max) of futsal extracurricular members at SMP Negeri 9 Malang is an average of 30.23 ml / kg / minute in the classification is very low, while the average agility level is 20.33 seconds. in very poor classification.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat daya tahan kardiovaskular dan kelincahan peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan kepada peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Negeri 9 Malang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2max) peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 9 Malang yaitu rata-rata 30,23 ml/kg/menit dalam klasifikasi sangat kurang, sedangkan tingkat kelincahan rata-rata 20,33 detik dalam klasifikasi kurang sekali.

ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate is one thing that really needs to be considered in an organization because after all the organizational communication climate has an influence on the sustainability of an organization, in order to make an organization that is in accordance with what is expected and aspired by the organization and includes members in it. Therefore, the researcher took the title "Analysis of Communication Climate in Employees (Quantitative Descriptive Survey on Employees of the Archives and Library Office of Kuningan Regency)". This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Archives and Libraries of Kuningan Regency, amounting to 42 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the overall communication climate went well, as seen from the 16 items dominated by the number 4 scale with 11 items and the number 3 scale with 5 items. Then it can be seen from the interval class test which is divided into 5 interval classes in the "good" class because there are 36 (85.7%) who are in the interval class range from 55 to 67 who fall into the "good" class and are one class level that is the highest is "very good". The research also shows that there is a good level of closeness between employees. The results of other studies were found on the values of participatory decision making which were seen as lacking. This is because all employees are not involved in decision making, especially when it comes to the top.Keywords: Communication Climate, Organization, Survey, Quantitative Descriptive  ABSTRAKIklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan pada sebuah organisasi karena bagaimanapun juga iklim komunikasi organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi, guna menjadikan suatu organisasi yang sesuai apa yang diharapkan dan dicita-citakan oleh organisasi dan termasuk anggota di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil judul “Analisis Iklim Komunikasi Pada Pegawai (Survey Deskriptif Kuantitatif Pada Pegawai Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Kuningan)”. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakan Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklim komunikasi secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari 16 item didominasi oleh skala angka 4 sebanyak 11 item dan skala angka 3 sebanyak 5 item. Kemudian terlihat dari uji kelas interval yang dibagi kedalam 5 kelas interval berada pada kelas “baik” karena terdapat 36 (85,7%) yang berada pada range kelas interval dari 55 sampai 67 yang masuk kedalam kelas “baik” dan berada satu tinggkat kelas yang paling tinggi yaitu “sangat baik”. Dari penelitian juga memperlihatkan kedekatan pada tingkat baik yang terjalin di antara para pegawai. Hasil penelitian lainnya ditemukan pada nilai-nilai pembuatan keputusan partisipatif yang dilihat kurang. Hal itu dikarenakan tidak dilibatkannya seluruh pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama saat menyangkut pada bagian atas.Kata Kunci: Iklim Komunikasi, Organisasi, Survey, Deskriptif Kuantitatif

This research aims at investigating the influence of e-WOM and product quality on buying interest through the customers’ trust. This research used a quantitative research design with survey method. This research employed descriptive and verification research methods. A path analysis was conducted to analyze the interval data in this research. The result of data analysis and hypothesis testing revealed that e-WOM and product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on the customers’ trust in online shops, product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, while e-WOM, product quality, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on buying interests in online shops, product quality had an influence on buying interests in online shops, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops.

ABSTRAK stra Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2018 yang berlokasi di Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner pembentukan karakter kerjasama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali peserta turnamen Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang berjumlah 1000 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, yaitu yang dijadikan sampel adalah orang tua atau wali dari peserta liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League yang peneliti temui secara kebetulan sebanyak 368 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Instrumen yang telah tersusun tersebut dikonsultasikan kepada ahli, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dengan hasil rtabel 0,254 dan rtotal 0,66 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,84. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kerjasama melalui sepakbola usia dini pada liga Indonesia Junior Soccer League berada pada kategori rendah atau buruk sebanyak 16 orang (4,35%) terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 192 orang (52,17%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sedang atau cukup terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama, sebanyak 147 orang (39,95%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi atau baik terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama dan sebanyak 13 orang (3,53%) memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat tinggi atau baik sekali terhadap pembentukan karakter kerjasama.   Kata kunci: Pembentukan Karakter, Kerjasama, Sepakbola, Usia Dini   ABSTRACT                 This study aims to find out how far the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league of Indonesia Junior Soccer League. The research was conducted from March to May 2018 located at Jakarta Japanese Club Sports Community Sentul Bogor, Bogor District. The method used in this research is survey method, that is by using questionnaire forming character of cooperation. The population in this study is the parents or guardians of the participants of the Indonesia Junior Soccer League tournament which amounted to 1000 people. The sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling, which is taken as sample is the parent or guardian of the Indonesian league participants Junior Soccer League who researchers meet by chance as much as 368 people.               This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument that has been arranged was consulted to the expert, then tested the validity with the result rtabel 0,254 and rtotal 0,66 and reliability equal to 0,84. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis with percentage.                The results showed that the formation of the character of cooperation through early soccer in the league Indonesia Junior Soccer League is in the category of low or bad as many as 16 people (4.35%) on the formation of cooperation character, as many as 192 people (52.17%) have knowledge of being or enough to form the character of cooperation, as many as 147 people (39.95%) have a high knowledge or good on the formation of character cooperation and as many as 13 people (3.53%) have a very high knowledge or excellent on the formation of the character of cooperation trak Keywords: Partner Character, Teamplay, Football, Early Age Birds

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

The background of the pedestrian in Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street which conditions are not comfortable for pedestrians to pass, so as to improve the comfort of the pedestrian, in this study try to understand street furniture needed for pedestrian comfort in pedestrians on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that men prefer to walk than women, the time when people decide to walk most choose when they go to exercise, the distance traveled by people when deciding to walk is 300-600 meters, street furniture is very much needed for pedestrian comfort in the pedestrian on Urip Sumoharjo Yogyakarta street are street lights, bins, seating, and public toilets. While pedestrians are needed enough are traffic signs, shelters, bollards, and road guardrail. Pedestrians need less is flower pots, fountains and warnings, and waste containers.

Abstract: The research design used was survey research with quantitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 100 futsal extracurricular participants in public high schools in Kediri City District. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis used was the percentage technique. From the results of the data analysis, 3 conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) Intrinsic motivation, namely 66 students, 66% were in good category (2) 50% extrinsic motivation of students is in the sufficient category. (3) The overall motivation, namely 70 students, was in the good category.   Abstrak: Rancangan penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan jenis penelitian disktriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Kota kediri. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik persentase, dari hasil analisis data diperoleh 3 kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Motivasi intrinsik yaitu 66 peserta didik 66% masuk kategori baik. (2) Motivasi ekstrinsik 50 peserta didik 50% masuk kategori cukup. (3) Motivasi keseluruhan yaitu 70 peserta didik 70% masuk kategori baik.

This research is to find out students’ motivation in physical education and sport physical education through online learning in class X Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi 2019/2020 Academic Year. This study uses a descriptive survey method with a questionnaire for data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were five majors of class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi in the 2019/2020 Academic Year with a total of 112 students so they were conducted in class X SMK Negeri 3 Sukabumi with a validity coefficient of 0.890 and reliability of 0.891. This research analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive through the form of a percentage. The results of this study indicate that students’ motivation in physical education sports and health via the online learning system class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi 2019/2020 Academic Year is in the “high” category with a percentage of 11.61% 13 students, “moderate” 76.78% 86 students, and “low” 11.61% 13 students. It can be concluded that the students’ motivation in physical and sports physical education subjects via the online learning system class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi 2019/2020 Academic Year is in the category of “medium”.Keywords: Learning Motivation, PJOK, Online Learning System, Class X Students. AbstrakPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan melalui pembelajaran daring kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif metode survei dengan instrumen angket kuesioner untuk teknik mengambilan data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah lima jurusan kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah 112 siswa sehingga disebut penelitian populasi, dan uji coba dilaksanakan di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Sukabumi dengan koefisien validitas sebesar 0.890 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.891. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan via sistem pembelajaran daring kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 ada pada kategori “tinggi” dengan jumlah presentase 11.61% 13 siswa, “sedang” 76.78% 86 siswa, dan “rendah” 11.61% 13 siswa. Islamic Banking is a banking institution that runs with the principles of sharia. In every business activity, Islamic banks always use the laws of Islam listed in the Qur’an and Hadith. This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions of beliefs, and profit sharing perceptions of interest in saving. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population in this study are Surabaya students who are saving in Bank Sharia. Instrument test, classical assumption test, and data analysis test in this study using SPSS. From the results of the study, it is known that the perception of belief has a positive and significant effect to the interest of saving, and the perception of the results have a positive and significant impact on interest in saving.

The research was distributed by certain important factors to decide to save or invest. Clients also pay attention to service and savings products offered by the bank so that the customer would like to use it. Clients always want products that canmeet their needs, and asked the bank to provide the best service. Those factors are one of the things that affects the interests and needs of the behavior of customers. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the quality of service, product quality, and profit sharing the results against the interest of saving the customer at BCA Bank Syariah in Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The number of samples as many as 100 respondents, this research instrument in the form of an online questionnaire. Test instruments, test the classical assumptions, and test data analysis in this research using SPSS 20.00. The results of this study showed that the quality of service (𝑿𝟏), quality savings products (𝑿𝟐), and profit sharing (𝑿𝟑) jointly have a significant influence on relations and against the interest of saving the customer (Y) with the value F of 106.989 with the value significance of determination coefficients and 0.000 (𝑹𝟐) worth 0.763 (76.3%).

This research aimed to examine whether there is the influence of entrepreneurship orientation on relationship with buyers, suppliers, and complementary products and implications on business performance. The research method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with a sample size of 200 respondents, namely entrepreneurs Bandung City Distro. Data analysis method used in this study are SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with data processing software LISREL 8.30.
