Radical schemes for the implementation of section structures of the RADICAL language when modeling complex purposeful system

Complex artificial purposeful systems and their software and hardware are characterized not only by achievements, but also disadvantages leading to significant losses. Modern automation tools do not fully cope with the existing problems. To solve the problems of complex systems, new effective tools are needed, new modeling technology. This technology should cover all significant aspects of the problem area. It seems that such technology should be based on radical modeling and the universal language of radical schemes RADICAL. A radical is a system characterized by both active (working) and passive states. Being connected with each other radicals form schemes of radicals. These schemes are constructions of the RADICAL language. In the aggregate, these schemes realize radical environment – radical model of united problem area of complex system. That is, the problem area is represented by a single global scheme of radicals. The work with such a scheme is carried out using the universal language of radical schemes RADICAL, applicable to the problem area of any complex system by constructing sections of the RADICAL language, expressed by the schemes of radicals. The purpose of the work is to consider the use of radical schemes for the implementation of the structures of sections (sequences of sections) of the RADICAL language when modeling complex system. The results of the work are descriptions of some typical schemes of radicals intended for the implementation of the section structures of the RADICAL language when modeling complex purposeful systems. Something significant sequences of sections are considered. The practice of using of structures of cross-sections of the media of radicals, expressed by the schemes of radicals, indicates the expediency of they use for radical modeling of problem areas of complex purposeful systems, for the development and modification of software and information support of such systems.

<p><em>In this study, I have collected and summarized the functional aspects of a literary prize, contest, and rating, which indicate their affiliation with the marketing complex of the publishing house for the first time. For this purpose, I have analyzed and summarized the common concepts of the functioning of literary prizes and contests as advertising tools for publishing activity. Because the previous studies are only focused on the fact of the impact of the prize on the promotion of editions but do not explain it, these aspects have been considered and introduced by me from the book production’s point of view. I investigated that the prizes and the contests in the literary field are effective marketing tools, which meet many publisher’s needs at the same time and can be considered a non-profit form of capital. I have reviewed the works of other authors, who accept that the economic success of the book is rising if the author is a winner of the literary prize or contest. I have found out that the book prize activates the demand for the book, and the literary contest is a tool to track the reader’s reaction to a future publication. In this way, literary prizes and contests can be considered as a way of conducting a marketing dialogue with the target audience. I have focused on the information support of literary national and international prizes and contests by the media, which attracts attention to the book and forms the reader’s interest. The literary prizes and contests are also considered as a way of exploring trends and their changes, familiarization the popular genres among the target audience and fixation the current choice of modern readers. Literary prizes and contests motivate the authors to improve their literary excellence, are the source of new authors and works, and assist in increasing sales of books. With the development of information technology in particular in the field of multimedia in such rapid and the longer forms of media information more diverse so that more education institutions boast. Media information and promotion is currently used by SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang. The purpose of this research audio visual media into the media information and proper promotion, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual in order to convey messages can be understood by the public at large. Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang still use print media such as banners, posters and pamplet are considered less effective and efficient to use while simultaneously promoting the institutions with the best possible audio visual media so that it is selected into a medium of information and promotion of the right, by controlling hearing and vision in the form of audio visual. Because therein lies the message delivery process or how to visualize. At the same time listening and showing the contents of the message to the recipient with information through media menunjangnya, so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK PGRI 11 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. The article identifies specific features and suggests areas for improving the corporate culture of media enterprises. Dynamic changes in the economy due to digitalization require a revision of existing organizational forms and methods of management and the formation of a qualitatively new corporate culture at all hierarchical levels. The difficulty of solving this problem is the need to eliminate the negative elements in the Ukrainian corporate culture while adapting the development strategies of organizations to new economic conditions. The specifics of the formation of corporate culture of the media company is its special role, which is to implement the information product in order to obtain economic benefits and meet the social and communication needs of different segments of society. The article proposes changes in the organizational structure of media companies by creating a department for internal corporate communications in order to form a corporate culture that can increase the competitiveness of the company and form its positive image in the media space. This will form a highquality information support for internal communication of the enterprise, increase employee motivation and effectiveness of control over their work. The formation of a qualitatively new corporate culture of media enterprises also involves the transformation of the management system taking into account the need to focus on the use of creative work, increasing the level of knowledge, digital competencies, skills and professionalism, observance of system values of society. Ultimately, the formation of an effective corporate culture will have a positive impact on the process of creating quality information products

Existing problems, namely the medium used by the SMK SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang was a print media, in general the community more receptive of information via media interactive and communicative, so CMS Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang requires video media profile as a media of supporting information and promotion on the show to prospective students and students of SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang, or as a media information to the public , so the design of video media profile that displays the entire scope, advantages and facilities belonging to SMK Yuppentek 4 Ciledug Tangerang, can be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. The paper analyzes the potential impact of blockchain technology and smart contracts on the shipping industry. As the shipping industry represents a complex system of various actions that have to be controlled and registered, blockchain technology could serve as a tool to allow the streamlining of numerous processes, whilst at the same time taking the human factor out of multiple elements where trust between involved parties is an issue. The authors therefore first present how blockchain technology works and what smart contracts are, in order to give an  insight into their applicability in the shipping sector. After a general overview of the technological and legal characteristics of blockchain technology and smart contracts, the authors present examples of relevant subjects, relations, and contracts in the shipping industry. Based on the charter party, a key contract in the shipping industry, the authors present the existing problems which could potentially be solved using blockchain technology. Besides the benefits of blockchain technologies, the authors furthermore point out the existing deficiencies that still make blockchain technology hard to apply in legal relations within the shipping industry. Based on these insights, the authors highlight the current developments in this area and present the existing and expected regulatory reforms of blockchain solutions and smart contracts within the European Union.

The process of growth of corporations and groups of companies has slowed down in Russia since 2008-2009 but has not stopped. Nowadays, a group of companies is usually a poly-industry organization with the presence of none-core companies and companies of the social bloc that is often the result of a trade-off of large business and the government. The task of bringing out the groups of companies of the social bloc into the break-even zone in Russia became acute after 2014 due to a reduction in reserves of profitability growth in the main profitable blocs. It is very difficult for the management of the group of companies to differentiate external risks, some complex system and accidental internal factors of activity of a relatively large number of economic entities and not to lose control of the group as a whole. In the authors' opinion, the development of a methodology for informational support of policy decisions regarding the architecture of a group of companies can be based on well-known concepts (the concept of strategic management) and approaches (systematic and process approaches). Then, the management of the group of companies is presented in the form of a list of competencies with assigned managerial functions of information support of different levels developed by the authors and presented in the paper.
