The article considers the place of the book in modern media information society, its changing role in the system of education. The book is represented as an information phenomenon (a source and means of transmitting information) as well as an artifact of culture, reflecting the values of the society of the current historical period. The essence of the information-cultural approach for the formation of scientific knowledge and its application in the educational environment in the form of educational literature is revealed. The modern definition of the book as a cultural phenomenon, a means of communication and scientific knowledge is given. The article analyzes the situation of creating and functioning the textbooks for bachelor and magister programmes, parallel existing of manuals in printed and electronic forms. The textbook as an academic manual is a unique phenomenon of educational environment represented simultaneously in accord to the sphere of spirituality and technology which is the essence of information and culturological approach.

Based on the understanding of the doctrinal principles of law as socially significant ideas formulated by scientists, practitioners, politicians in scientific works and other texts, as well as in public speeches and have not found a normative consolidation, the peculiarities of the doctrinal principles of law are highlighted. It is proposed to delimit the doctrinal principles of law from legal axioms and normatively enshrined principles of law (principles of positive law). The similarity between the doctrinal principles of law and legal axioms is that they are ideas. It is substantiated that their differences lie in the fact that legal axioms are always ideas that are socially important and tested by historical experience, and doctrinal principles can be absolutely any, including new ones, coinciding or not coinciding with the needs of society; doctrinal principles are always not normatively fixed (this is their main specific feature), and legal axioms may or may not have normative consolidation. The main differences between doctrinal and normatively enshrined principles of law are highlighted. Three ways are established for the implementation of doctrinal ideas to the level of sectoral, inter-sectoral or general legal principles. The position is substantiated that doctrinal principles have enormous social significance and play an important role in the legal system of Russia, since are the basis for innovative changes in law, are a driving force for the development of legislation, based on the level of development of scientific knowledge and the needs of society in a specific historical period.

In Posterior Analytics 71b9–12, we find Aristotle’s definition of scientific knowledge. The definiens is taken to have only two informative parts: scientific knowledge must be knowledge of the cause and its object must be necessary. However, there is also a contrast between the definiendum and a sophistic way of knowing, which is marked by the expression “kata sumbebekos”. Not much attention has been paid to this contrast. In this paper, I discuss Aristotle’s definition paying due attention to this contrast and to the way it interacts with the two conditions presented in the definiens. I claim that the “necessity” condition ammounts to explanatory appropriateness of the cause.

Partisanism is a special social phenomenon that occurs in almost any protracted military conflict. Despite the fact that the term partisanism arose in the XVIII century, to this day quite conflicting meanings are invested in its concept, the meaning of which largely depends on the historical period of their use. The realities of the modern world order, which led to the loss of relevance of the classical wars, which in turn led to the destruction of the classical partisans, made even more confusion in the definition of partisanism and the formation of its image. The article is devoted to the socio-philosophical understanding of the image of classical partisanism based on the works of famous researchers of the partisan movement. As a result of the analysis, the main images of guerrilla warfare were revealed, depending on the belonging of the partisan movement participants to regular formations, as well as on the goals and objectives of the partisan war.

Abstract This study examines journalistic, publicist, and critical discourse in relation to the popular genres in the Italian cinema of the 1960s and 1970s in Czechoslovak film and non-film periodical press. Of interest are mainly comprehensive texts that analyse Italian popular genres as a genre system and a specific corpus of films that belong to the same genre. Czech and Slovak translations of foreign studies and texts (with the exception of some examples), interviews with Italian filmmakers, short glosses, or informative texts are beyond the scope of this research. This study reflects critical, journalistic, and publicist interpretations and views by Czechoslovak press of popular genres in national Italian cinema in the selected historical period. Research is divided into two parts that develop specific aspects of these analytic questions. The first part analyses texts about this subject matter in various film a and non-film periodicals, including newspapers and journals with emphasis on long studies and interpretations of a few categories of popular genres viewed in the extensive context of their national, socio-cultural, iconographic, and industrial aspects. The second part deals only with the popular genre of western all’italiana (western in Italian style), which represented an international cinematic and socio-cultural phenomenon in the 1960s and 1970s and was of the greatest interest to Czechoslovak critics, journalists, and publicists in relation to popular genres of Italian cinema in general.

Introduction: in article the problem of psychology of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations, identifications of the factors contributing to the development of resilience of the personality is discussed. Today in psychological literature there is still a lack of researches of resilience of the personality, the factors, such as the external and internal ones, the factors influencing the development of person’s resilience are insufficiently studied. An important point in understanding of formation of mechanisms of resilience of the personality is studying of a role of the educational environment as a factor of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations. In this regard it becomes necessary to generalize the saved-up material in works of the Russian and foreign researchers on a problem of influence of the educational environment as a factor of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations. The results of foreign researchers on the problem of studying of influence of specially organized safe educational environment on the resilience of the personality to difficult life situations are presented in the article. Materials and methods: the article is an analytical review where the attempt of systematization of scientific psychological knowledge of a problem of psychology of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations is made. The main method of studying of resilience of the personality to negative life situations in the conditions of the educational environment is the method of the theoretical analysis of scientific psychological foreign and domestic sources. Subjective approach is the methodological basis for studying of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations. Results of a research: consideration of theoretical provisions of resilience of the personality and empirical researches of foreign authors of influence of the educational environment on the resilience of the personality to difficult life situations in the context of researches of psychology of safety, subject approach, the intra-resources and Inter resources helping to cope with a difficult situation. The authors offer a definition of resilience of the personality in the course of exiting from difficult life situations. The scientific proof of the importance of formation of safe, subjective and positive educational environment when developing resilience of the personality to difficult life situations is consistently provided. Discussion and conclusions: the conclusion about undoubted relevance of the questions connected with a research of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations and existence of foreign psychological researches on this issue is proved. Taking into consideration the results of scarce psychological research carried out by domestic and foreign authors the need for further studying of psychological structure of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations and also factors and conditions of its formation is proved. At the same time the significance and the importance of formation of safe, subject and positive educational environment in development of resilience of the personality to difficult life situations is emphasized.

Данная статья посвящена исследованию систем дистанционного обучения в вузах Чувашской Республики, определению основных функций систем управления дистанционным обучением. Проведен анализ систем дистанционного взаимодействия со студентами в федеральных вузах Чувашской Республики. С целью формирования требований к функциям современной единой универсальной платформы дистанционного взаимодействия в университете проведен анализ корпоративной платформы, объединяющей в рабочем пространстве чат, встречи, заметки и вложения MS Teams, позволяющей организовывать дистанционное обучение. На примере веб-ресурсов для поддержки организации дистанционного обучения государственных университетов Чувашской Республики, таких как система управления курсами, использующая лицензию GNU GPL Moodle, системы видеоконференций Big Blue Button, рассматриваются их функциональные возможности и недостатки, выявляются ключевые особенности построения единого информационного пространства вуза на основе идеи использования инструментов образовательных платформ в обеспечении электронной поддержки дистанционного обучения. Представлены преимущества интеграции систем LMS Moodle и MS Teams для построения интерактивного формата обучения на примере построения единой образовательной среды в ЧГПУ им. И. Я. Яковлева. Рассмотрено внедрение единой учетной записи для организации принципа единой точки доступа к информационным системам дистанционного обучения для построения единой электронной образовательной среды университета на базе технологии OpenID Connect. This article is devoted to the study of distance learning systems in universities of the Chuvash Republic, the definition of the main functions of distance learning systems. It presents the analysis of systems of distance learning interaction with students in federal universities of the Chuvash Republic. In order to form the requirements for the functions of a modern unified universal platform for distance learning interaction at the university, the authors analysed the corporate platform that combines chat, meetings, notes and attachments of MS Teams in the workspace. Using the example of web resources to support the organization of distance learning of state universities of the Chuvash Republic, such as the course management system using the GNU GPL Moodle license, the Big Blue Button video conferencing systems, their functionality and shortcomings are considered, the key features of building a unified information space of the university based on the idea of using the tools of educational platforms in providing electronic support for distance learning are identified. The advantages of integrating the LMS Moodle and MS Teams systems for building an interactive learning format are presented on the example of building a unified educational environment at I. Yakovlev CHSPU. The introduction of a single account for the organization of a single point of access to information systems of distance learning for the construction of a single electronic educational environment of the university based on OpenID Connect technology is considered.

The article presents a constructive model of training bachelors in cybersecurity in an educational-digital environment. The concepts of "model" and "modeling" are analyzed. The meaning of the definition of "construct" as a whole, distinguished from other entities of a certain area, which is inaccessible to direct observation, but hypothetically deduced and / or constructed logically on the basis of observed features, with a sufficient degree of experimentally and logically validated, is verified. the concept used to represent it. The scientific position in relation to the conceptual field of the model of preparation of bachelors in cybersecurity in the conditions of educa-?ional-digital environment is determined. Based on theoretical analysis, the constructive model is able to reflect the spatial pedagogical relationships between the elements of the object under study. It is determined that the conceptual model of training bachelors in cybersecurity in an educational-digital environment consists of five constructs. Each of the five model constructs is characterized, namely target, conceptual, content, activity-technological and result-corrective. The purpose of the model is defined to form the readiness of bachelors in cybersecurity in the educational-digital environment for professional activity. It has been found out that the result of constructive model of preparation of bachelors in cybersecurity in the conditions of digital educational environment is the formed readiness of bachelors in cybersecurity for professional activity. Today it’s not possible to deny the approach of the new epoch – the epoch of the information society. The high technologies have infiltrated the total scope of the everyday life of modern people. In 2020 our civilization confronted the new, but for a long time anticipated, challenge, - mass introduction of distant education in schools and universities. We still will have to comprehend the results of this social experiment in the nearest future. Still one fact arises no doubts: information nowadays is the product that is widely and easily (perhaps, too easily) accessible, but real knowledge remains the lot of the few, and even tend to marginalize. Forty years ago the stated problems became the issue of the studies of the Swiss philosopher Denis de Rougemont. His conclusions turn out to be more and more relevant with the acceleration of the process of culture, communications and education digitalization. His article “Information Isn’t Knowledge” has been published in Russian for the first time. The article deals with the issues of information technologies integration into the human cognitive activity, its influence on the thinking process and cultural, ethic and spiritual values formation. Denis de Rougemont step by step reveals the definition of information technologies, their application in various areas of human existence, their ability to compete with personality and the consequences of their integration in everyday life. These speculations become especially valuable in the era of the triumph for information society and global computerization.

S. Matyash's book is preceded by years of research. The author appears equally interested in individual examples of poetics and in typology. Findings concerning the function performed by enjambement in works of a particular poet are accompanied by definition of its structure and are considered in the context of the principles guiding the use of enjambement in a given historical period. In her definition of enjambements Matyash relies on gradation of the density of syntactic relations, a rule proposed by M. Gasparov and T. Skulachyova, and later M. Shapir, and suggests the use of this rule to avoid inaccurate definitions of enjambements and to discover new ways of their classification. Despite O. Fedotov's argument that syntactic relations should be considered jointly with metrical ones due to their mutually complimentary nature, the system used by S. Matyash to define enjambements can be viewed as an achievement in the fields of prosody and poetics.
