Exercise is the right of every human being, and the government as stipulated in the law has an obligation to facilitate the community in exercising, therefore what the government has done should be evaluated to correct what policies are not true or lacking. This study aims to find out and evaluate: 1) availability of open space for sports in the metro city; 2) availability of sports human resources in the metro city; 3) the level of community participation in sports in the metro city; 4) level of people's physical fitness in the metro city; 5) sports development index (SDI) in the metro city. This research method using the quantitative method. The sample was 270 people from 3 sub-districts using cluster sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, as well as Multistage Fitness Test. The results of this study were: 1) the index of open space in the metro city was 0.712 in the SDI norm into the medium or enough category; 2) the human resource index in the metro city was 0.00104 in the SDI norms in the low category; 3) the index of participation in the metro city was 0.474 in the SDI norms in the low category; 4) physical fitness index in the metro city is 0.33 in the SDI norms in the low category; 5) SDI in the metro city was of 0.379 in the SDI norm included in the low category. That means the development of sports in the Metro city is still lagging behind or still very less, where there are 3 indicators in SDI is still low that is the availability of human resources sports, and community participation to exercise, and physical fitness of people who are still in the low category so that more attention from the Metro city. The availability of sports manpower is the lowest that is only 0.00104.

This study aims to determine and evaluate: (1) the level of physical fitness of people in Karanganyar Regency, (2) the availability of open space in Karanganyar Regency, (3) the availability of human resources in Karanganyar Regency in exercising, (4) the level of community participation in Karanganyar Regency ( 5) sports development index (SDI) in Karanganyar Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. Samples were 270 people from 3 sub-districts using cluster sampling techniques. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, and also the Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of this study are: (1) the index of physical fitness level of the Karanganyar Regency is 0.416 in the SDI norm in the low category, (2) the open space index in Karanganyar Regency is 0.346 in the SDI norm in the low category, (3) resource index humans in Karanganyar Regency are 0.00108 in the SDI norm in the low category, (4) the Karanganyar Regency community participation index is 0.425 in the SDI norm in the low category, (5) The sports development index (SDI) in Karanganyar Regency is 0.297 in the SDI norm in the low category.

<p><em>This research was based on the unked development of sports in Sambi Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, which was reviewed from the Sport Development Index (SDI). In SDI itself there are 4 indicators that are used as a tool to help how sports development in Sambi District Boyolali Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the availability of open space in Sambi Subdistrict (2) the availability of human resources in Sambi Subdistrict (3) the level of community participation in exercising in Sambi Subdistrict (4) the physical fitness level of the community of Sambi Subdistrict so that later known sports development index (SDI) in Sambi Subdistrict. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The approach used in this research is survey. The sample of this study amounted to 90 people who were distinguished into 3 age categories, namely children 7-12 years old, teenagers 13-17 years old, and young 18-40 years taken from 3 different villages in the district of Sambi which is representative of Catur Village, Sambi Village, and Canden Village. The collection of areas from cluster 3 villages is based on SDI guidelines where the 3 villages represent low, medium, advanced categories. Instrument test used in the form of questionnaires and Multi Stage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of this study are (1) the availability of open space in the district of Sambi Sudan is quite good and in the index of open space 0.726, (2) The availability of human resources in Sambi sub-district is relatively low with an index of 0.0024, (3) the index of community participation in exercising is quite good in view of the participation index of 0.522, (4) physical fitness of the community wilaah Sambi district gets an index of 0.292 which is in the low category. The conclusion of this study is the SDI index which includes Physical Fitness, Human Resources, Open Space Sports, Sports Participation in Sambi District of 0.385, and if seen from the norms of SDI, Sambi district is still classified in the low category.</em><em></em></p>

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the local government’s success in its development, especially in the field of sports from the aspect of open space availability, community participation, sport resource, and community fitness level (Sport Development Index) that an evaluative research approach is conducted in this study. The research employs both stratified random sampling and cluster sampling technique. The population basic characters used include; the differences of regional progress level, gender between male and female, age ranging from children aged 7-12 years old, adolescents aged 13-17 years old and adults aged 18-40 years old, while the basic cluster used is district and sub-district or village. The research results show that the open space index is classified in low category (0.180), human resource index in medium category (0.551), public participation index in medium category (0.572), and physical fitness index in low category (0.488). Simultaneously, the Sport Development Index of Banyumas Regency in 2010 is classified in low category (0.487).

This research was conducted to determine the effect of culture, human resources and religion on poverty, with a sample of 100 people in Pidie Jaya Regency. Sampling technique using cluster sampling method. Analytical tools used are multiple linear regression and analysis path using SPSS software version 24 for windows. The criteria used in the sample selection are based on statistical data of Pidie Jaya Regency which are grouped into 3 categories, namely agriculture as much as 50 percent, trade and services sector as much as 43 percent, and the rest in the industry 7 percent. This study found that the variables of human and religious resources have a significant effect on poverty, while cultural variables have no significant effect on poverty. Indirectly, cultural variables have a significant effect on poverty that is through the variables of human resources and religious variables. The results of this study indicate that together variables culture, human resources, and religion have a significant effect on poverty in Pidie Jaya regency. Islamic Economics provides solutions to alleviate poverty in Pidie Jaya through hard work, distributing wealth through the distribution of Zakat, infaq and alms and through wakaf and through the improvement of human resources, so that poverty in Pidie Jaya regency must be considered by the government, both local government and government center.

<p>Special Unit for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) is an institution established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 9 of 2013 on the Management of Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities. The task of SKK Migas is to manage the upstream oil and gas business activities based on cooperation contracts. The purpose of the establishment of this institution so that retrieval of natural resources of oil and gas owned by the State can provide maximum benefit and acceptance for the state to the greatest prosperity of the people. Based on these tasks and objectives, SKK Migas is responsible to the state and all Indonesian people to work properly, honestly, fairly, cleanly, transparently and competently in order to achieve good governance of state institutions. Therefore, internal monitoring (internal audit) and accountability of its human resources are required. This research has a purpose to test the influence of internal audit and human resource accountability to the achievement of good governance at SKK Migas institution. This research uses survey method with population of all staffs of SKK Migas. Sampling method used is sampling with purposive sampling technique. In this study, 145 samples were taken. Methods of data collection was done by using questionnaires containing several questions with the method of data analysis using multiple regression. The result of this research is to accept both hypothesis which is internal audit have positive effect toward the achievement of good governance in SKK Migas. And the accountability of human resources positively affect the achievement of good governance in SKK Migas.</p>

AbstractZakat is a means of worship that must be fulfilled by Muslims, where it involves a servant's horizontal relationship with God. The realization of the collection of zakat and infaq by BAZNAS in Yogyakarta in 2016 reached 4.38 billion rupiah. As for the purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the government and society in managing zakat, the performance of zakat institutions, and the influence of zakat on the welfare of those who have the right to receive zakat in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using survey methods through interviews using questionnaires. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis was carried out using the National Zakat Index using the Mixed Method. The results showed that the performance of zakat management in Yogyakarta was quite good with an index value of 0.4878.

Teachers’ mental health not only increases their efficiency, professional growth and development but also their effects their personality. Punjab education department established Monitoring education authorities to improve quality of education by monitoring quality indicators.  Monitoring practices of Education Assistants may affect the mental health of teachers on their workplaces which culminate in low performance. The objective of this study was to determine effect of monitoring education authorities’ practices on school teachers’ mental health. 300 elementary school teachers were selected for data collection through cluster sampling technique in District Sheikhpura. Data collection was done through survey questionnaire with 17 statements. Findings revealed that a significant correlation between teachers’ performance and motivational techniques used by their heads. A pilot study was conducted to validate cronbach's alpha 0.86 which statistically significant. Furthermore, following practices of Monitoring education authorities are effecting mental health index .On the bases of these findings that it is recommended that the government might  give training to MEAs  for  improving  their behaviours  during their visits in schools.

Indonesia is currently still experienced problems related to the high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). So that the government makes efforts to reduce MMR and IMR. In this effort, in 1994 the government issued the MCH booklet, which is one of the strategies in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates, this strategy involves empowering the community, especially families and communities. In order to ensure the use of the MCH handbook in the community, the implementation of the MCH handbook is coordinated directly by the respective regional health offices. During the pandemic postpartum mothers find it difficult to access health facilities because of the right to service. Therefore, to increase mother's knowledge, both about early detection of complications, health education, health promotion, it is hoped that mothers can support them through the KIA book that every pregnant and postpartum mother has. This study aims to determine the relationship between postpartum mother’s adherence to the use of MCH book as an education to prevent complications in the Pandemic Era in the Sebengkok Community Health Center. This type of research used analytical research with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who were in the working area of the pusksemas Sebengkok from January to June 2020. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Based on the chi square test, the value of ρ = 0.011 was obtained, which shows ρ <α (0.05), which means that there is a relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge of the use of the MCH book during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Analysis of Village Development Factors and Strategies Towards Independent Villages (Case Study in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency). This study aims to determine the Factors of Development of Batang Sangir Village and Strategies Towards Independent Villages. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are, the development factors in Batang Sangir Village include: (1) Natural Resources. (2) Human Resources. (3) Economy. (4) Public Services. (5) Community Participation. Batang Sangir Village applies a strategy towards independent villages from within, namely: optimizing the initiative or desire of the community to progress, optimizing the capacity / ability of the community, optimizing the capacity of the village head in organizing. Facilitate bureaucracy and facilitate constructive activities. Strengthening village officials' human resources through training and coaching and involving the community in development. Conduct village meetings which include community leaders, religious leaders. Determine productive businesses in Batang Sangir Village.
