This research aims to determine and describe the relevance of the study of prophetic feminism in the Scappa per Amore duology by Dini Fitria with literature learning in senior high schools. This research is a descriptive-qualitative research to explain a problem with word description. The data in this research were collected using literature review and interview techniques. The research data were sourced from the literature and manuscript interviews. The results of the interview serve as the primary data in this research while the literature was used as the secondary data. The informants in this research were Indonesian language teachers in senior high schools in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model which consists of four stages namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that there is relevance between the study of prophetic feminism in Dini Fitria's Scappa per Amore duology and the literature learning in senior high schools in terms of three aspects; they are 1) the study of prophetic feminism is suitable with the material in basic competence of interpreting the author’s view; (2) the study of prophetic feminism in the duology novel Scappa per Amore can be used as a teaching material in learning literature; and 3) the study of prophetic feminism influences scientific activities in senior high schools.

<p><em>This research aims to identify changes in people's consumptive behavior, especially the millennial generation during the Covid-19 pandemic and digital investment as a solution to reduce consumptive behavior. This research is qualitative research using a narrative review writing technique. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation from secondary data sources. Researchers download secondary data from the internet in the form of journals, research articles, government agency reports, survey results, and books. The collected data were then analyzed using an interactive analysis model with the stages of analysis including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, or data verification. The results of this study indicate that changes in consumptive behavior in the Covid-19 pandemic can be seen based on four things, namely: consumptive purposes, differences  in factors that affect consumptive behavior, media, and transaction tools. Meanwhile, solutions to reduce consumptive behavior based on factors owned by investment and consumptive behavior create millennials.</em></p>

Management is a tool to achieve the desired goals, with good management it will facilitate the realization of the goals of a company or organization. The effective and efficient use of elements in management owned by a business will be able to bring advantages to businesses and consumers. The management elements consist of Material, Method, Man, Machine, Money, and Market, known as 6M. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of 6M at Artebo MSMEs. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, namely research in the form of words, sentences, schemes, and descriptions. The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Primary data comes from information, statements, and information from informants. Secondary data comes from documentation review. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself with the aid of a mobile recorder; observation sheet; and interview sheets. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is checked by triangulation, namely checking the validity of the data using something other than the data concerned for checking purposes or as a comparison. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The stages in data analysis taken in this study include data reduction; presentation of data; validation test; and verification. As for the results of the study, namely MSME Artebo has implemented the elements of 6M management effectively, this is adjusted to the conditions of the micro-business being run. The man that is owned is one person, namely the owner. Money used in production activities can be explored because the material is easy to use and affordable. The materials used mostly comes from nature, namely wood. The machine used is a simple machine because of the limited resources that can be utilized. The method used is a traditional method. And the market that is used to sell products is done in a Word of Mouth manner.

This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.

The research aims to reveal, describe and analyze about the Form of Presentation of Silek Axe as a Culture of Community Tradition in Kanagarian Padang Laweh District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. The data type uses primary data and secondary data. The main instruments are the researchers themselves and are assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of literature, observation, interview and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that Silek Kapak is a tradition of Padang Laweh people. Silek Axe was performed by 2 players, which was displayed in the courtyard of Rumah Gadang during the day. The form of presentation of Silek Axe in Kanagarian Padang Laweh Sub-District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency is representative. Elements of Silek Axe Presentation Form as follows: (1) opening greeting motion, amuak kapalo, amuak dado, pata tobu, klotiak and closing greetings. (2) Silek Axe floor pattern uses a straight line pattern or horizontal line. (3) Silek Axe's accompanying music consists of: talempong, drums, gongs. (4) the costume used by the player in Silek Axe taluak balango in black, black pants, asamping and deta. The research aim is to comprehensively reveal the construction of Islamic wasathiyah values developed by Integrated Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (IMI) of Ar-Roihan and how these values are internalized into their members. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The methods used to collect data are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model, which included four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. In order to obtain valid data, researchers used source triangulation techniques, triangulation methods, and extension observations. The results showed that the values of wasathiyah at IMI of Ar-Roihan were built based on the contents of the letter ‘Abasa verses 1-10 and the theory of multiple intelligences. This result is by the IMI Ar-Roihan condition, which has a high plurality, which includes the characteristics and needs, intelligence, religious background of students. Based on these two main foundations and plurality, IMI of Ar-Roihan developed eight main wasathiyah values, namely equality, justice, progress, brotherhood, openness, balance, moderate, and tolerance. The eight values are internalized through three curriculum components, namely intracuricular activities, extracurricular activities, and hidden curriculum.

Cultural issues are the ones often discussed today, especially in the effort to preserve them. In the Tanah Ai community, it is very important to maintain ancestral heritage in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony. This research was conducted in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Tanah Ai Tribe. This study aims to determine the values contained in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony and the effort to preserve cultural values ​​in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods using ethnographic methods. The data sources in this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data included customary leaders, community leaders and youth, while secondary data included documents and photos of documentation. The techniques of collecting data used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis technique included data collection, data education, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the values ​​contained in the Neni Uran Wair ceremony were religious, cooperation values, brotherhood values, social values, and economic values. Meanwhile, the conservation efforts includes the involvement of the local government and the young generation by forming a customary group and location (Nuba and Mahe), and cultural revitalization.

The purpose of this study is to formulate appropriate strategies in strengthening the role of Islamic universities in encouraging the development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. Researchers took the object of research on three PTKI in Makassar.  The type of research is qualitative analysis of phenomological approach. Data is obtained from primary data in the form of statements and attitudes, then secondary data in the form of relevant literature and support the discussion of research, documentation. Techniques of collecting data in the form of observation, documentation, interview (Interview) directly with the parties concerned. Then the technique of processing and data analysis is done through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result shows that Islamic University has great potential and role in supporting the development of Shariah financial institutions in Indonesia both in terms of human resource needs, as well as the marketing potential of syariah financial products.

Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the choreography of Piriang Bakencak dance at Sanggar Tuah Sakato in Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. This research instrument is self-research and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that Piriang Bakencak dance was a group-shaped creation that used the composition of the group, and was directed by a lift in the Koto Anau tradition. This Bakencak dish dance is a development of tradition with a choreography approach. In Piriang Bakencak dance There are elements of dance composition consisting of theme, motion, top design, floor design, dramatic design, music design, process, equipment and choreography group. It was concluded that Piriang Bakencak dance was directed by planning choreography by the fact. Because Piriang Bakencak dance in the start of an idea that is present from the tradition, and was directed in a form of a clear, then directed again with more new movements. Keywords:    choreography, Piriang Bakencak Dance, Sakato Classes Workshops Dance

The lifestyle of the Indonesian people has experienced the development of becoming more modern which is more practical and wants ease in all its activities. This study aims to explain and analyze changes in women's consumptive lifestyles in using online shops. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method, namely research that seeks to describe the object being examined and also dig up as much information as possible about the problem that is the topic of research based on facts that exist in the field, using key informants and informants as data sources. The data presented uses primary data and secondary data through in-depth interviews, field observations, references relating to this research and internet data. Data analysis in this study refers to the interactive analysis model of Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. The results of this study that it can be concluded, Women in using online shops that have been active become increasingly consumptive in terms of shopping online to meet needs based on the desire to maintain appearance as a form of self-identity. The women used to buy items such as clothes, hijab, bags, shoes, cosmetics and accessories on an online shop on the basis of supporting the appearance to look beautiful and attractive, fulfilling a more trendy and current lifestyle, then buying the product because of the appearance of judgment that good products or high-priced products will create high self-esteem. They say that products that are purchased online all this time are their main need to maintain their appearance. But in reality unwittingly tends to be excessive and is an elaboration of understanding the theory of consumptive behavior.

This study aims to determine the mechanism of cooperation between the business of broiler chicken in Blang Raleue Village, Simpang Kramat Subdistrict. Overview of the Islamic Economy on the mechanism of cooperation between the business of the three-broiler chicken in Blang Raleue Village, Simpang Kramat Sub-district. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. To obtain data the author uses observation and interview techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained directly from the business owner of the three-piece broiler chicken in Blang Raleue Village, Simpang Kramat District. Secondary data obtained from notes, books, journals and others related to the problems that the authors examine. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative, namely data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the contents of the cooperation contract in the three-broiler chicken farm in the Blang Raleue Village of Simpang Kramat Subdistrict have not fully complied with the syirkah concept. But there are also some contents of the cooperation contract that are in accordance with the concept of syirkah.
