This study aims to determine transparency and accountability in the implementation of the Village Income and Expenditure Budget in Ngasem Village, Batealit District, Jepara Regency. Because in Ngasem Village, Batealit Subdistrict, Jepara Regency, the Village Budget has always increased. In the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget, priority is placed on village infrastructure. The data used in this study were obtained from data collection and carried out by direct observations in the field with interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with data processing methods with triangulation techniques. This interview technique was conducted directly with the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Consultative Body, and Village Communities in Ngasem Village, Batealit District, Jepara Regency. The results of this study indicate that the Ngasem village has carried out transparency and accountability in the Village Budget of the 2018 budget year. In general the transparency and accountability in Ngasem Village has been in accordance with the provisions and has run well and smoothly.

Kedonganan beach is located in the village sub-district of Kedonganan Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali. Kedonganan beach has had a great revolution in the tourism development. Therefore, tourists always come to visit this beach. With a lot of tourists come, make the owner of tourism bussiness in the beach Kedonganan should be able to regulate and maintain the attitude in providing services to tourists. The purpose of this research is to know the approach of seafood culinary tour manager in providing services to the tourists. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, and literature study and the method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is the managers of the 4 selected cafes have different approach in providing services to tourists. The approach are such as service procedures , language learning and environmental cleanliness. From all of the approaches, although there is similar approach but they have different ways for the service provided. With the best services provided to tourists it is certain that Kedonganan beach will not lose tourists and can survive for long periods of time. Keywords : Management, Culinary Tourism, Hospitality

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tata cara pelaksanaan upacara Reba dalam budaya masyarakat Kampung Luba   Desa Tiworiwu Kecamatan Jerebuu Kabupaten Ngada, mendeskripsikan makna simbol-simbol bahasa ritual Reba di Desa Tiworiwu. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan masukan bagi masyarakat Luba   dalam memaknai nilai-nilai upacara ritual Reba, sebagai bahan untuk memperkaya kekhasan kearifan lokal bangsa sebagai suatu nilai luhur yang dianut oleh masyarakat Ngada pada umumnya dan masyarakat Luba   Desa Tiworiwu pada khususnya, sebagai bahan informasi bagi peneliti lain yang ingin mengkaji lebih lanjut masalah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, sebagai informasi untuk membangkitkan dan menumbuhkan rasa cinta kearifan lokal lokal. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu suatu analisis yang menggambarkan secara rinci hasil-hasil temuan di lapangan yang menggunakan pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mewawancarai dan mengobservasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upacara ritual Reba pada masyarakat Luba   Desa Tiworiwu Kecamatan Jerebuu mempunyai tata cara atau pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada saat upacara ritul Reba seperti didalam nilai-nilai tersebut  antara lain: nilai religius, nilai filosofis, nilai kesenian, nilai moral, nilai magis, nilai ekonomi, nilai sosial, nilai hukum,dan nilai pendidikan.Ritual Reba merupakan sebuah acara yang patut dilaksanakan selama setahun sekali  perlu ditaati sejak dari  leluhur pada zaman dahulu kala dan harus terbawa terus sampai anak cucu. Apabila disia-siakan ritual Reba ini maka segala usaha tidak terkabul oleh perlindungan leluhur karena leluhur inilah yang membentuk budaya adat ritual Reba sehingga dikembangkan oleh generasi penerus. Dengan adanya upacara Reba dapat mengingatkan pesanan yang telah ditinggalkan oleh leluhur (Sili Ana Wunga) sebagai pioner pertama penyelenggara budaya Reba. Perayaan adat Reba merupakan upacara ritual magis karena seluruh tahapan upacara Reba wajib didahului dengan pemberian sesajian Roh  arwah leluhur agar dapat menguasai alam sehingga perayaan Reba dapat berjalan dengan baik.      Kata Kunci: Makna Simbolik Bahasa Ritual Reba  ABSTRACTThe background of this research is very important for the community as a ritual ceremony Luba   Reba embrace the values of the humanitarian nature that need to be maintained for the younger generations are relevant to the procedures established by the ancestral ceremonies. With the ritual Reba, Luba   people still believe in good faith that is not extinct and still retain its own culture and do not care about foreign cultures. The purpose of this study is to describe procedures for Reba ceremony in the village of Luba   culture Tiworiwu Jerebuu Ngada District, describes the meaning of symbols in a ceremony at Village Tiworiwu Reba. The benefits of this research is as an input for the Luba   in meaning values Reba ritual ceremonies, as a material to enrich the cultural distinctiveness of the nation as a virtue embraced by the community and society in general Ngada Luba   Village Tiworiwu in particular, for information for researchers others who wish to further examine the problems associated with this research, as information to generate and foster a love of local culture. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis that describes in detail the findings in the field who use the questions. This study uses data collection techniques that is by interviewing and observing. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.The results showed that in the ritual ceremony at the Luba   Village Reba Tiworiwu Jerebuu District has procedures or operations to be carried during the ceremony ritual Reba like in those values among others: the religious, philosophical values, artistic values, moral values, the magical , economic value, social value, legal value, and value education. Reba ritual is an event that should be implemented over a year since it need to be adhered to from ancestors in ancient times and must be carried on until our children and grandchildren. If the ritual Reba wasted this then all the effort is not granted by the ancestors for protection of ancestral indigenous culture that has shaped so that Reba rituals developed by future generations. With the ceremony to remind Reba orders that have been left by the ancestors (Sili Ana Wunga) as the first pioneer of cultural organizers Reba. Reba is the customary celebration of a magical ritual for all phases of the ceremony must be preceded by Reba Spirit giving offerings to ancestral spirits can control nature so that the celebration of Reba can run well. Keywords: symbolic language meaning of the ceremony Reba

Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) Leadership of Village Heads in Betao Village, Pitu Riawa Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) Community Participation in the Development Planning Conference in Betao Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang District. (3) Government Leadership towards Increased Community Participation in Delivering Development Planning in Betao Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive analysis. The population in this study were 72 people, namely BPD (Village Consultative Body), PKK Members, Hamlet Heads, Farmer Groups, Religious Leaders, Youth Figures, and Community Leaders. Sampling uses saturated samples for sampling techniques if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques in this study used (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale with the help of the frequency table and the SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 16.0.The results showed that the leadership of the Head of the Village in Betao Village, Pitu Subdistrict, the District of Sidenreng Rappang with a percentage value of 49.46% with a category of "Fairly Good".While the indicator of community participation with a percentage value of 62,6 % with the category “ well implemented” Then government leadership on increasing community participation in Betao Village Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang with value t count> t table, or 9.850> 1.99 with a significant level of 0.00 or smaller than 0.05 or categorized as significant.   Keywords: Community Participation and Leadership.

AbstractThe objectives of this research are: 1. To find out the general description of the Village Fund Allocation management in the physical development of Karang Sari Village, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. 2. To determine the effectiveness of the management of Village Fund Allocation in the physical development of Karang Sari Village, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency.This research uses field research and library research. Data collection in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this research were several Village Consultative Bodies and village communities who understood the allocation of village funds in Karang Sari Village, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis and inductive analysis.The results of this research can be concluded that the physical development of Karang Sari Village, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun District has been said to be effective. The physical development of Karang Sari Village has been carried out based on mutual agreement and deliberation. As well, Management of village fund allocation has been based on the principles of planning, implementation and supervision.The suggestion of the results of this research that the Karang Sari Village Government needs to develop some future development and socialize the allocation of village funds to all levels of society in Karang Sari Village, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency

This study aims to identify the relationship between the village head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the use of village funds in the village of Karang Jaya, Namlea District, and explain the influence on the development of village communities. The problem is focused on the use of village funds which should be a stimulus for development in each village, but, in management, there are often problems that hinder village development. This study seeks to see and get deeper into the relationship that has been built between the village head and the BPD in the village of Karang Jaya. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The number of informants who will be interviewed is 15 people taken purposively, considering that respondents are regarded as related parties to achieve the research objectives. Researchers used observational data collection techniques and in-depth interviews to obtain data on the implementation of the village fund program. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis following the concepts given by Miles and Huberman, and Spradley. This study concludes that the parallel relationship pattern between the BPD and the village head in the management of the village government as regulated in the legislation, it turns out that in its implementation, there is enough response so that the working relationship becomes harmonious and leads to a pattern of cooperation and shows a tendency to share tasks that are parallel between the heads. <p><em>Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world that has abstract beliefs based on the value of taste in each individual. Hinduism is based on the three basic frameworks that consist of: Tattwa, Ethics, and Events. Hindu life is never out of tradition. Tradition is a practice passed down by ancestors and passed down from generation to generation and preserved by society because it is considered to have important functions and meanings. Similarly, Hindus in Songan Village Kintamani District Bangli regency has a very unique tradition that is the tradition of Nyebel Desa on the Birth of Baby Twin Buncing. The village administration system functions as a guard, guide, mobilizer and service. Village communities need services to meet needs that cannot be fulfilled by themselves. This study aims to determine public perceptions of the performance of the village government of Bomo Blimbingsari Banyuwangi in providing services to community members. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a phenomological approach. The subjects in this study consisted of the village administration and members of the Bomo village community. Data collection is done by observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used is interactive analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that community perceptions of the performance of the village government of Bomo, Blimbingsari Banyuwangi sub-district in providing services to residents 76 percent of people consider that it is good enough and satisfying. This is evidenced by friendly, fast, and timely services, while 24 percent consider it less satisfactory because they must go back and forth in completing the file. The types of services provided are 1) Death Certificate; 2) SKCK Cover Letter; 3) Birth Certificate; 4) Certificate of Disability (SKTM); 5) Family Card Cover Letter; 6) Certificate of Change of Name; 7) Electricity Installation Certificate, Capable of Disadvantaged Communities; 8) Certificate of Moving House Address and Coming Certificate; 9) Certificate of Marriage (SKUN); 10) Letter of Establishment; 11) KTP Cover Letter

Indonesian people to have a habit of cleaning themselves by bathing with cold water. Hot climate and pollution make our activity in a bath twice a day, morning and afternoon or evening. The bathing habits depending on environmental circumstances in which they are located, whether in the village or in the city. Changes affecting the bathing habits of the interior design of a bathroom and shower. The interior design of the house, especially the bathroom and the toilet is required by the city people have different lifestyles with villagers. Social status to be a difference urban life, lifestyle became a standard acknowledgment to upper-income level. Lifestyle change the habits of a shower and bathroom design, as well as supporting facilities. The bathroom becomes a space of relaxation after a full day of activity outside the home. The interior design and product design into healthcare solutions which have the power sanitary technology based on human needs and activities in the bathroom. By using the approach of beauty through the interior design and lifestyle. This study, using qualitative descriptive analysis using literature data, photos, and direct observations in the field.

The Purpose of the this study was to determine the propotional management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) originating from the Regency APBD, which comes from the portion of the central and regional financial balance funds received by the Regency which is distributed through the village treasury for the empowerment of village communities. Research locations (ADD) are villages located in North Bengkulu Regency, Kec. Padang Jaya with a item of 12 villages. The research was conducted for 4 months, starting from April to July 2020. The sample in the study included 12 village officials in he district. Padang Jaya. Data collection technique using documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive and qualitative descriptive data. The results of the research conducted, stated that all villages in the district. Padang jaya, with a total of 12 villages, has implemented the princples of management (ADD) in a transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly manner and budgetary discipline. There 1 village not accountable, as evidenced by the LPPDes Bank book that must be reported to the regent.

This research emphasizes on elaborating the feasibility of the media of the bandwagon educational game on the creativity of children aged 5-6 years. To obtain the research objectives, this researcher conducted research and development using the 4D model developed by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The subjects in this research trial were five children aged 5-6 years and 30 ECE teachers. The data collection instrument used a structured interview technique and an online questionnaire through a google form accompanied by a video of the implementation of the bandwagon educational game. The data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. From this research, it shows that the development of the bandwagon educational game tool that has been tested on a small scale is valid and feasible. This shows that this bandwagon game is effective and can be applied and has an appeal for early childhood in learning.
