The article analyzes the structure of the university lecturer image consisting of basic competencies, a social status and professional competencies – didactic skills, conceptual training, and professional-Self. The article considers the factors affecting the professional image of the universities’ teaching staff, nowadays, such as: the transition to a skills-oriented education, the Russian employers’ requirements for university graduates, the commercialization of higher education, and the students’ audience specifics of the represented by generation “Z”, preferring the Internet resources as the main information sources. The article highlights the professional image of the teaching staff both in the eyes of the administrative structures of universities and students. A pilot study of the teaching staff professional image perception as seen from the students’s perspective was carried out the department of industrial policy and business administration of Kazan National Research Technological University. Due to the conducted research, it became possible to establish the most important characteristics of the internal image of a university lecturer from the students’ point of view and the significance of his/her external image.

The paper proposes a model for managing the distribution of university graduates from the point of view of meeting the demand of the population for educational services and providing the regional economy with specialists with higher education, formalizing the task of employing a university graduate in a specialty, defining the nature of the functional dependence of the university's throughput on the student's professional self-determination, using real data to obtain a system of production rules, which makes it possible to formulate recommendations for adjusting the professional self-determination of prospective employment of future graduates.

Введение. В условиях быстрых изменений в общественной и профессиональной сфере актуальным становится вопрос о том, как организовывать процесс профессионального самоопределения и эффективного трудоустройства выпускников вузов. В этой связи рассмотрено содержание организационно-педагогических условий содействия профессиональному самоопределению студентов педагогического вуза. Цель – поиск и определение содержания организационно-педагогических условий содействия профессиональному самоопределению студентов педагогического вуза. Материал и методы. Использованы теоретические (изучение, анализ, обобщение литературы, изучение статистических данных, моделирование) и эмпирические (анкетирование, опрос, апробация) методы исследования. Обоснование комплекса условий строится на основе эмпирического обобщения деятельности центра содействия занятости студентов. Обзор литературы. Представлены подходы современных исследователей к дефиниции «организационно-педагогические условия». Выделена группа ученых, рассматривающих организационно-педагогические условия как совокупность факторов. Описана позиция исследователей, считающих, что организационно-педагогические условия – это комплекс каких-либо мероприятий. Отдельно проанализированы научно-исследовательские работы ученых, считающих, что в дефиниции «организационно-педагогические условия» выделяются две смысловые составляющие: организационные условия и педагогические условия. Результаты и обсуждение. На основе анализа литературы и обобщения эмпирического опыта уточнено, что под организационными условиями в работе будут пониматься факторы, которые обеспечивают управление процессом, а под педагогическими – факторы, включающие в себя содержание, методы, приемы, формы обучения, воспитания, обеспечивающие достижение педагогических целей. При этом объединение организационных и педагогических условий в один комплекс, подчиненный общей цели, будет являться организационно-педагогическими условиями. На основе этого на базе Томского государственного педагогического университета определен и апробирован комплекс организационно-педагогических условий содействия профессиональному самоопределению студентов. Заключение. Предложено уточненное определение организационно-педагогических условий содействия профессиональному самоопределению обучающихся педагогического вуза, в том числе студентов с низкой мотивацией на педагогическую профессию, которое может быть использовано в качестве основы для деятельности вузовских центров по трудоустройству выпускников. Introduction. Under rapid changes in social and professional spheres urgent appears the question of organizing the process of professional self-determination and effective employment of university graduates. In connection with it, the article will cover the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Aim – to search for and define the content of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university. Material and methods. Such methods of analysis as theoretical methods (analyzing and summarizing what is in literature, analyzing statistical data, modelling) and empirical methods (using surveys, questioning, testing) were applied. Stating the set of conditions is based on summarizing empirically the activities of the center for students’ employment. Modern researchers’ approaches to defining “organizational and pedagogical conditions” are presented. Apart from others is the group of researchers analyzing organizational and pedagogical conditions as a set of factors. Also, the article reveals the point of view of researchers who think that organizational and pedagogical conditions are a set of some schemes. Separately we analyze research works by scientists who think that in the definition of “organizational and pedagogical conditions” there are two sensible components: organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions. Results and discussion. Analyzing issues and summarizing empirical experience, it was specified that under organizational conditions we will mean factors that guarantee controlling the process and pedagogical conditions will be understood as factors including content, methods, means, forms of teaching, upbringing that provide achieving pedagogical goals. In such a case, putting together organizational conditions and pedagogical conditions into one set used for achieving one mutual goal will result in organizational and pedagogical conditions together. On the basis of it in Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Tomsk State Pedagogical University” we made up and tested a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to students’ professional self-determination. Conclusion. There has been put forward the definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to the professional self-determination of students of a pedagogical university, including students with low motivation for pedagogical profession, that can be used as a basis for the activities of university centers for students’ employment.

A modern university answering the challenges of the society does not remain aloof to introduce certain inclusive practices. Currently, the legislation of the Russian Federation clearly distinguishes between the concepts of “Disability”, “Special health opportunities “and” Special educational needs”. However, there is a demand to combine all three terms into one, that is “Special educational needs”. The author considers this substitution to be unlawful. The article attempts to analyze each term from the point of view of prospects for each group of students to get higher education, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development. In addition, the author reviews some difficulties (insufficient technical equipment of the classrooms, learned helplessness of students, lack of knowledge about various nosological groups of disabled people, etc.) and ways to overcome these and other problems such as development of an adapted educational program, compliance with the principles of health conservation, psychological readiness of the teaching staff to work with such students. The author draws the conclusion that only training of teachers and the creation of a special educational space, the inadmissibility of a formal approach to the integration of students with special educational needs can contribute to the successful provision of their right to education.

Tourism has become one of the major players in ‎international commerce and represents one of the main income ‎sources for many developing countries at the same time. These dynamics have turned tourism into a key driver for socio-‎economic progress.‎ This article described the potential of tourism attraction and factor affecting the development of marine tourism area in the utilization zone of Manusela National Park. Semi-structured interviews, in-depth interviews and participant observations were conducted with respondent (n=110) in Bellarizky, Air Belanda, Ora Beach and Lizar Bahari resort. The potential of tourist attractions in the utilization zone of Manusela National Park is as a snorkeling, diving and point of view. Factors affecting the development are service, transportation, supporting facilities and tourism attractions.

Современное состояние и развитие уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации диктует необходимость овладения будущими специалистами комплексом определенных знаний, умений и навыков, позволяющих им эффективно решать служебные задачи. Одним из путей повышения профессионального уровня специалистов является формирование и развитие профессиональной культуры. Проведенный в статье анализ понятия «профессиональная культура» позволяет констатировать сложность его содержания, что связано с особенностями профессиональной деятельности сотрудников УИС, многообразием решаемых задач. Автором подробно исследуется процесс формирования профессиональной культуры в вузах ФСИН России, рассматриваются особенности работы в данном направлении профессорско-преподавательского состава, командиров строевых подразделений, сотрудников отделов по работе с личным составом, приводятся возникающие при этом проблемы и предлагаются возможные пути решения. Отмечается, что успешность формирования профессиональной культуры курсантов зависит от их профессионализма, дисциплинированности, инициативности, настойчивости и личного примера сотрудников. В заключение подчеркивается, что высокий уровень профессиональной культуры сотрудника УИС является условием успешной служебной деятельности и целью дальнейшего профессионального самосовершенствования.The current state and development of the criminal Executive system of the Russian Federation dictates the need for future specialists to master a set of certain knowledge, skills and abilities that allow them to solve official tasks effectively. One of the ways to improve the professional level of specialists is the formation and development of professional culture. The analysis of the concept of «professional culture» in the article allows us to state the complexity of its content, which is associated with the peculiarities of professional activity of employees of the UIS, the variety of tasks to be solved. The author studies in detail the process of formation of professional culture in the universities of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia, examines the features of work in this direction of the teaching staff, commanders of combat units, employees of departments for work with personnel, presents the problems arising in this case and suggests possible solutions. It is noted that the success of the formation of professional culture of cadets depends on their professionalism, discipline, initiative, perseverance and personal example. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the high level of professional culture of the employee is a condition of successful performance and the purpose of further professional self-improvement.

This article reveals the specifics of developing a corporate strategy using portfolio analysis, taking into account the current market situation, which has created a number of factors affecting labor produc-tivity, internal and external policies of organizations, using the example of the work of the "Vishnevii sad" theater. The information about portfolio analysis in the development of corporate strategy is presented from the point of view of strategic management. Both theoretical and practical data are given, including different ways of constructing portfolio analysis, rules and methods that can be implemented. Proposals for modifica-tion and improvement of internal processes taking into account the influence of extraneous factors, possible goals and results are presented.

This paper studies the impact of factors affecting on business strategy implementation of Vietnam garment companies. A total of 192 questionnaires were administered to respondents chosen from 82 Vietnam garment companies. The findings indicated that there is a significant positive relationship between 05 factors: Strategy formulation-Human resources-Communication-Corporate culture-Organizational structure and business strategy implementation from the sample point of view.

The study aimed to identify the necessary requirements needed for employing e. learning in the (teaching staff) in the faculty memberof education, from the point of view of the teaching staff. In this study the researcher employed the analytical descriptive method and the size of the sample in which the study was applied was (127) individualsof the teaching staff with a degree of Assistant Professorand above The researcher has employed questionnaire technique as a study tool. The most important findings of the study are: The study has come to the fact that the majority of the researchers managed to answer the study areas which are summarized in (the requirements needed for employing e. learning by the teaching staff، which was specified by this study، these requirements are vitally important from the point of view of the teaching staff. The most important requirements for the use of e-learning in the university faculty member. It consists in possessing the competencies of preparing courses electronically, which means designing the content or electronic curriculum in accordance with the principles of educational design. The most important recommendations of the study are: Providing all the requirements needed to put e. learning into practice (for the teaching staff members) which was determine by the study to employ e. learning in the institutions of the higher education in Sudan.

Abstract The research aimed to determine the impact studied factors represented by (people’s activities, government activities, natural factors) on the deterioration of natural pastures in the Governorate of Al-Muthanna the point of view of agricultural employees in the governorate. The research included all agricultural employees with a preparatory scientific qualification in agriculture and above in the governorate their number is (94) employees. A questionnaire was prepared to collect the data necessary to achieve the objectives of the research. It consisted of two parts. The first part included the factors related to the employees, which are (term of service, academic achievement, participation in extension activities, job position and work location). The second part included a measure to identify the agricultural employees’ the point of view of on the factors affecting the deterioration of natural pastures. It consists of (46) section spread over (3) field covered by the research. The results showed that government activities have the most impact on the deterioration of natural pastures, it was found a statistically significant difference in the respondents’ point of view about the influence of the studied factors according to their personal characteristics. The researchers concluded the necessity of agricultural expansion in pasture lands and industrial investments, as well as the importance of personal factors in assigning employees who can work in the development of natural pastures, and the researchers recommend activating government laws for the protection of natural pastures to prevent abuses (people’s activities, government activities) that contributed greatly to the deterioration of vegetation cover in the research area and taking into account the factors studied in the selection of workers in the development of natural pastures in the research area.
