This study aims to find out both partially and simultaneously the relationship of Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) with the Incidence of Degenerative Diseases (Y) among the residents of Housing Kanjuruhan Asri, Malang City. The study uses a purposive proportional random sampling survey method. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire that has previously been validated by the Pearson’s Product Moment validity test and Spearman Brown’s reliability test (Split Half). Data were analysed using the Spearman’s Rank and Multiple Correlation techniques. The results showed that Regularity of Exercise (X1 ) had a correlation coefficient of 0.881 and Diet (X2 ) a correlation coefficient of 0.963 with the Degenerative Disease Incidence (Y). Also, Regularity of Exercise (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) had a simultaneous relationship with degenerative disease incidence (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.966. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2 ) test of 0.932 explained the contribution of the influence of the variables Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) to the variable Degenerative Disease Incidence (Y) of 93.2%; which is quite high. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship both partially and simultaneously between Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ), and the Incidence of Degenerative Diseases (Y) among the residents of Housing Kanjuruhan Asri, Malang City. This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

This study sought to determine the influence of grammar and vocabularies mastery on the  students ability of  translate in the Kudus Islamic University. The approach articles used in this study is a quantitative approach because researchers wanted to test the hypothesis that shaped assosiative hypothesis (is the hypothesis that asks a relationship between two or more variables). This approach is said to be a quantitative approach because the existing data in the form of numbers and statistics used in analyzing it. Meanwhile, the method used is research Correlation, because the correlation study researchers wanted to uncover the relationship of variations in the correlation coefficient. The results of this research are: 1) the effect of gramatikan mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as 0.4925 rhitung score greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant correlation while the coefficient of determination between X1 and Y of 24.25303%. 2) the effect of vocabulary mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as a score of 0.605 rhitung greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant relationship coefficient of determination between X2 and Y amounted to 36.62499%, 3) The calculation Ry.X1X2 0.589, ryx1 0.492 and 0.605 ryx2 greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows that there is a relationship multi positive correlation between mastery of vocabulary and grammatical to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University and acceptance of the hypothesis.

This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y).  Keywords: Creativity, Self Efficacy,  Entrepreneurship Intention

This research was conducted in January 2020 in the waters of the Sembilan Dumai River which aims to determine the concentration of nitrate and phosphate on the primary productivity of phytoplankton. The research method used in this research is the survey method while the determination of the research station was done by technic purposive sampling. The results showed that the average nitrate concentration ranged from 0.0194 - 0.0749 mg/l and the average phosphate concentration ranged from 0.1452 - 0.8502 mg/l. There are 6 classes of phytoplankton found in the waters of the Sembilan Dumai River, namely Bacillariophyceae, Cocinodiscophyceae, Chroococcophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Cyanobacteria and Xanthophyceae. The results of phytoplankton abundance calculations ranged from 74.07 - 280.09 Ind/L. The primary productivity value of phytoplankton for gross primary productivity ranged from 62.5 - 104.16 mgC/m2/jam, respiration values ​​ranged from 20.83 - 41.66 mgC/m2/jam and the net primary productivity value ranged from 41.67 - 72.91 mgC/m2/jam. The results of the multiple linear regression test for the relationship between nitrate and phosphate on the primary productivity of phytoplankton at each station are shown by the mathematical equation Y = 60.18 + (-233,19,35) x and Y = 60.18 + 30.44x with the coefficient of determination ( R2) = 0.140 and (R2) = 0.226 and the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.631, the mathematical equation states that the relationship between nitrate and phosphate on the primary productivity of phytoplankton is strong.

The objectives of this research are to obtain information the relationship of hemoglobin concentration and lung vital capacity with VO2 max at Indonesian national athletes either separately or together. This study was conducted at Indonesian national athletes by using survey method with regression and correlation techniques analysis. The number of 50 athletes  from 550 populations as a sample is selected purposive random sampling, The research findings there are 1). There is a relationship of hemoglobin concentration with VO2 max, equation of regression ,used T test (α= 0,05), tvalue = 10,25,  ttable = 2,00, correlation coefficient ; rxy1=0,719 and determinant coefficient (r2) = 0,517, 2). There is a relationship of lung vital capacity with VO2 max, equation of regression , used T test (α= 0,05), tvalue = 7,48, ttable = 2,00, correlation coefficient; rxy2=0,733  and determinant coefficient (r2) = 0,538 , 3).  There are a relationship of hemoglobin concentration and lung vital capacity are together with VO2 max, equation of regression , used T test (α= 0,05), tvalue = 87,28,  ttable =1,59, correlation coefficient ry1-2 = 0,734 and determinant coefficient(ry1-2) = 0,539   Keywords; Hemoglobin concentration, lung vital capacity and  VO2 max

This research was conducted at PT Honda Motor Indonesia, with the title: Relationship Career development with employee performance at PT Honda Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development and employee performance at PT. Honda Motor Indonesia. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a correlational approach where in the process of collecting data a direct observation was conducted on the company in the form of observation and questionnaire distribution. Career development is an employee activity that helps employees in planning their future careers in the company so that the company and the employees concerned can develop themselves to the maximum. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is the desire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. The linear regression test is y = 51.82 + 0.656X and the correlation test is 0.458 which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 20.97% and the remaining 79.03% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic = 3.573 and t table 0.279 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a strong enough relationship between career development with employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of training in improving employee performance and internal staffing relationships in improving employee performance and how the relationship of training and internal staffing in improving employee performance. The research method used is a verification method of research with multiple linear regression models, processing data using multiple correlation analysis and using the F test and t test. The total population taken was 58 permanent employees and a random sample of 50 respondents and the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From the calculation of the multiple correlation coefficient between training and employee performance resulted in a positive number of 0.98 which means that employee performance is greatly influenced by training. This shows the relationship of training with employee performance is very strong. These results are supported by significant test results t (t arithmetic = 1.36> = 1.30). This means that training makes a meaningful contribution; while internal staffing (tcount = 0.009 <ttable = 1.30) showed less significant relationship in improving employee work performance, even though it had a correlation coefficient (ry2 = 0.98). Training and internal staffing on employee performance have a very strong relationship as evidenced by a variance of 96.52%. and the remaining 3.48% is caused by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online library services and attitudes on student satisfaction. Either partially or simultaneously. Using a survey method with correlational techniques. Respondents were 300 students taken from 20 universities, using quota sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire, Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of online services on student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.275. This shows that the strength level of the relationship is weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0.073. This means that the effect of variable X1 on Y is only 7.30%. (2) There is no influence of student attitudes on satisfaction, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.005. This shows the level of strength of the relationship is very weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0,000. This means that the variable X2 has no effect on Y (0.00%). (3) There is an effect of online library services and attitudes simultaneously on student satisfaction, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.271. This shows that the level of strength of the relationship is simultaneously weak. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.073, which means that the simultaneous influence of the variables X1 and X2 on student satisfaction is only 7.30%. The results of this study are very useful for the improvement and improvement of online library services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic in Riau Province. The conclusion of this research shows that student satisfaction cannot be fulfilled properly if only seen from the aspects of online services and attitudes.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the pastor's leadership style and the welfare of serving on the motivation to serve Sunday school teachers in GBI sector 1, East Jakarta. The method used in this study is a correlational survey. The research sample was 35 people who were taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in collecting data was a questionnaire. The validity test used the Pearson Product Moment formula, and the reliability was analysed using the Alpha Cronbach formula. Based on testing the significance of the multiple correlation coefficient, the coefficient is 46.911 with a P-value of 0.000. Because the P-value is less than 0.05, it is very significant, then H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the leadership style of the pastor and the welfare of serving together with the motivation to serve with a multiple correlation coefficient (Ry.12) of 0.864. The coefficient of determination (R2y.12) is 0.730, which means that 73.00% of the variance in serving motivation can be explained by the pastor's leadership style and the welfare of performing together.
