The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online library services and attitudes on student satisfaction. Either partially or simultaneously. Using a survey method with correlational techniques. Respondents were 300 students taken from 20 universities, using quota sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire, Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of online services on student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.275. This shows that the strength level of the relationship is weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0.073. This means that the effect of variable X1 on Y is only 7.30%. (2) There is no influence of student attitudes on satisfaction, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.005. This shows the level of strength of the relationship is very weak. And the coefficient of determination R Square (r2) 0,000. This means that the variable X2 has no effect on Y (0.00%). (3) There is an effect of online library services and attitudes simultaneously on student satisfaction, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.271. This shows that the level of strength of the relationship is simultaneously weak. The coefficient of determination R Square is 0.073, which means that the simultaneous influence of the variables X1 and X2 on student satisfaction is only 7.30%. The results of this study are very useful for the improvement and improvement of online library services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic in Riau Province. The conclusion of this research shows that student satisfaction cannot be fulfilled properly if only seen from the aspects of online services and attitudes.

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y).  Keywords: Creativity, Self Efficacy,  Entrepreneurship Intention

This study aims to find out both partially and simultaneously the relationship of Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) with the Incidence of Degenerative Diseases (Y) among the residents of Housing Kanjuruhan Asri, Malang City. The study uses a purposive proportional random sampling survey method. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire that has previously been validated by the Pearson’s Product Moment validity test and Spearman Brown’s reliability test (Split Half). Data were analysed using the Spearman’s Rank and Multiple Correlation techniques. The results showed that Regularity of Exercise (X1 ) had a correlation coefficient of 0.881 and Diet (X2 ) a correlation coefficient of 0.963 with the Degenerative Disease Incidence (Y). Also, Regularity of Exercise (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) had a simultaneous relationship with degenerative disease incidence (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.966. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2 ) test of 0.932 explained the contribution of the influence of the variables Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ) to the variable Degenerative Disease Incidence (Y) of 93.2%; which is quite high. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship both partially and simultaneously between Exercise Regularity (X1 ) and Diet (X2 ), and the Incidence of Degenerative Diseases (Y) among the residents of Housing Kanjuruhan Asri, Malang City. This study aimed to analyze how much influence service quality, customer value on the level of customer satisfaction. The sampling method used is Proportionate Random Sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 100 students of  Azzahra University, Jakarta.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation Y = 0.484+ 0021 0686 X1 + X2, where Y is the variable rate Student Satisfaction, X1 is a variable Quality of Service and Customer Value X2 is variable.Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect partially dependent variable Student Satisfaction.Quality of service partially positive effect on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.663, which means a strong relationship between them. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,439, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction of 43.9%, while the remaining 56.1% is explained by other variables.Customer value partially positive effect on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.832 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,692, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction at 69.2%, while the remaining 30.8% is explained by other variables.Then through the F test can be known simultaneously that both variables of service quality and customer value has a significant impact on customer satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.835 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.697, which means that service quality may explain the variable of student satisfaction at 69.7%, while the remaining 30.3% is explained by other variables.

This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa salah satu universitas di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat mutu layanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian lembaga perlu meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik agar kepuasan mahasiswanya pun meningkat.Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswaACADEMIC SERVICE QUALITY AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT SATISFACTIONThe aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. The result of the data analysis revealed that academic service quality was classified as middle category, also student satisfaction classified as middle category. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The hypothesis in this study proposed is that there is a meaningful relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District,Padang City. This type of research correlational with a kuantatif approach,which describes the relationshipof work motivation with the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The population in this study, with 82 teacher  who taught in kindergarten in Padang Utara Subdistrict,Padang City,and were sampled in this study,with 43 people taken using the stratified Proposional Random Sampling techninque. The instruments in this study are likert scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability and the result are valid and reabel. Data were analyzed using Produt Moment correlation formula with SPPS version 17. Based on data analysis,the coefficient of determination of work motivation was obtained at 0,512. The correlation coefficient between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers is 0,715.This means that motivation is 71,5% towards the performance of significant 5% kindergarten teachers. Based of these data it can be concluded work motivation has a positive relationship with the performance of  kindergarten teacher in Padang Utara District,Padang City.

The research aims to (1) reveal the work motivation teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, (2) reveal the teacher communication at SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, and (3) reveal the contribution of work motivation to the teachers’ performance in high school Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan. Sample withdrawal is done by probability sampling technique using total sampling method, with the number of samples used is 27 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale that has been tested with validation and its reabilitations. Data in analysis with simple regression techniques. The results of the first hypothesis analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the work motivation variable (X1) and performance (Y) amounted to 0.263 thus the relationship is relatively weak. Meanwhile, based on the above summary of visible coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the calculation of 0.069 which gives the meaning that the work motivation (X1) contributes to the contribution of 0.069 x 100% = 6.9% against performance (Y).

This study sought to determine the influence of grammar and vocabularies mastery on the  students ability of  translate in the Kudus Islamic University. The approach articles used in this study is a quantitative approach because researchers wanted to test the hypothesis that shaped assosiative hypothesis (is the hypothesis that asks a relationship between two or more variables). This approach is said to be a quantitative approach because the existing data in the form of numbers and statistics used in analyzing it. Meanwhile, the method used is research Correlation, because the correlation study researchers wanted to uncover the relationship of variations in the correlation coefficient. The results of this research are: 1) the effect of gramatikan mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as 0.4925 rhitung score greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant correlation while the coefficient of determination between X1 and Y of 24.25303%. 2) the effect of vocabulary mastery to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University as a score of 0.605 rhitung greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows a significant relationship coefficient of determination between X2 and Y amounted to 36.62499%, 3) The calculation Ry.X1X2 0.589, ryx1 0.492 and 0.605 ryx2 greater than 0.317 rtabel. This shows that there is a relationship multi positive correlation between mastery of vocabulary and grammatical to capability students of translate in the Kudus Islamic University and acceptance of the hypothesis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peranan suasana kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Hasnur Jaya Utama. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah Purposive Random Sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel secara acak sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ditentukan berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yang berjumlah 60 orang.  Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala suasana kerja, skala kepuasan kerja dan kuesioner keinginan pindah kerja. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0,759 artinya hubungan suasana kerja dan kepuasan kerja erat. Ditemukan juga koefisien determinasi (R2) yang menunjukkan peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 57,5% dan untuk analisis t observasi (8,882) > t tabel (1,672) menunjukkan  ada peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian, hasil analisis peranan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja ditemukan koefisien regresi R (0,680) artinya kepuasan kerja dan keinginan pindah kerja memiliki hubungan yang cukup erat. Selanjutnya, diperoleh juga (R2) yang menunjukkan peranan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja sebesar 46,3%  dan   untuk  analisis   t   observasi (-7,069) t tabel (1,672) menunjukkan ada peranan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja dengan signifikan negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa suasana kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar dapat meminimalkan keinginan pindah kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Suasana kerja, kepuasan kerja, keinginan pindah kerjaThis study purposed to determine whether there is the influence of the working atmosphere to intention turnover on employees. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Hasnur Jaya Utama. Type of sampling conducted in this study is Purposive Random Sampling is the selection of a random sample according to the characteristics that are determined based on the research goals of 60 people. The methods of data collection by using the scale of the working atmosphere, the scale of job satisfaction and intention turnover questionnaire. In this study analyzes the data using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the influence of working atmosphere to job satisfaction, the correlation coefficient R of 0.759 means that the relationship working atmosphere and job satisfaction is quite close. Also found the coefficient of determination (R2) which indicates the role of working conditions on job satisfaction at 57.5% and for the analysis of observation (8.882) > t table (1.672) which indicates means that the influence of the atmosphere to job satisfaction. Then, the results of the analysis of the influence of job satisfaction to intention turnover a correlation coefficient R (0.680) means that job satisfaction and intention turnover to have a close relationship. Furthermore, also obtained (R2 ) which indicates the role of job satisfaction to intention turnover of 46,3% and for the analysis of t observation (-7.069) > t table (1.672) which indicates means that the influence of job satisfaction to intention turnover with a significant negative . Based on these results it can be concluded that the working atmosphere and job satisfaction in employees need to be considered by the company in order to minimize intention turnover ob the employees. Keywords: The working atmosphere, job satisfaction, intention turnover.
