The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of selling prices and sales promotions on the decision to purchase SONY brand home theater products. This study uses data collection methods by publishing questionnaires with samples taken from 75 respondents. The data of this study are Home Theater consumers at Hypermart Karawaci stores on electronic counters for 3 months from October to December 2016. The sampling used was purposive sampling technique which was takenfromthepopulationforasampleof150people.Thedataanalysistechniqueuses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the selling price had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase SONY brand home theater products. Sales promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase SONY brand home theater products. Selling Prices and Sales Promotions simultaneous have a significant effect on the decision to purchase SONY brand Home theater products with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.258. Research contributions show that Selling Prices and Sales Promotions can confirm marketing theories, selling prices and sales promotions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, work discipline, and education level on the performance of the head of affairs in villages in the District of Puring. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and a total sample of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques, t-test, f test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS for windows version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that recruitment partially does not significantly influence performance, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, education level partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Recruitment, work discipline, and education level simultaneously influence performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This research was conducted at the Soppeng Polres Police. The Population is all 200 Police officer, because of the large number, Slovin is used, the result is 67 respondent who are sampled with a margin of error set 10% or 0.10. Data collection methods used are direct interviews with parties involved with the problem being discussed and giving questionnaires to Police in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using linear multiple regression analysis, T-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the analysis show that (1) leadership influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (2) competence influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (3) discipline that supports performance of the Police in Soppeng District Police; (4) leadership, competence, and discipline influence performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police.?

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

<p><em>The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in </em><em>the office of </em><em>Gunung Kerinci regency with </em><em>performance </em><em>of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a </em><em>full sampling</em><em> as many as 17 people. </em><em>Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant </em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>have a positive and significantinfluence with </em><em>performance of employee</em><em>. This research aims to explore the practice of book loan renewal service through Facebook social media at the Library of Faculty of Social & Political Sciences Gadjah Mada University. Type of this research is quantitative. Variable of this research is a single variable that is the utilization of loan renewal services through Facebook. The sampling technique in this research was accidental sampling. Samples in this research consisted of 4829 library users. Data collection methods in this research comprised observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis used a percentage formula and regression analysis to examine the results of the percentage of the data obtained The results of the study utilization of renewal service throughFacebook reached 64.43% and fine for overdue loan reached 13%. A test through simple analysis indicated r count > 0.723 0.576 table. So it can be said to be significant, which meant service throughFacebook was considered more beneficial. To conclude, theutilization of loan renewal service through Facebook social media was founduseful.

This research is conducted to analyze the influence of sales promotion on impulsive buying  at ABC Hypermarket in East Jakarta. The aims of this research is also to know the sales promotion that influence the impulse buying, supporting factors and how the problems take place. The descriptive-verificative method is used in this research. Data collection methods are literature and field studies. Field study covers observation, interview and structural questionnaires. The questionnaires are given to 45  consumers at ABC Hypermarket in East Jakarta. The sistematic sampling is used as sampling technique. Data are analyzed by qualitative analysis and correlation regresion analysis. The analysis confirms that there are influences of sales promotion on impulse buying at ABC Hypermarket in West Jakarta.  That is, if  sales promotion is carefully done, it will increase impulse buying

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting understanding level, cost perceptions ofintentions to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification with motivation as a moderatingvariable. This study uses a quantitative method of associative and verification approaches. The object of thisresearch is the S1 Accounting Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The studypopulation was 406 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of102 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests,moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Data were analyzedusing SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The accounting understanding level did notsignificantly influence the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 2) Perceptionof cost had a significant effect on the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification, 3) Motivation was able to moderate the relationship between the level of accounting understanding of intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 4) Motivation was able to moderate the relationshipof perceived cost to intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. The research was aimed at finding out the influence of internal control on zakat funds management at the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) in Gorontalo Province. The method employed in this research was a quantitative method. The population of this research was the whole of employees at the National Zakat Board in Gorontalo Province, which amounted to 91 employees. In addition, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the numbers of samples as much as 30 people. The technique of data collection applied simple linier regression analysis. The finding showed that the internal factor positively influenced zakat funds management at the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) in Gorontalo Provinces. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 36,3%.
