The research was aimed at finding out the influence of internal control on zakat funds management at the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) in Gorontalo Province. The method employed in this research was a quantitative method. The population of this research was the whole of employees at the National Zakat Board in Gorontalo Province, which amounted to 91 employees. In addition, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the numbers of samples as much as 30 people. The technique of data collection applied simple linier regression analysis. The finding showed that the internal factor positively influenced zakat funds management at the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) in Gorontalo Provinces. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 36,3%.

<p><em>The aim of this research was to determine how much influence application leadership and environment work in </em><em>the office of </em><em>Gunung Kerinci regency with </em><em>performance </em><em>of employee.This research used quantitative method since researcher wanted to determine the measurement of X and Y variable. Population in this study is 32 people. Sampling technique used is a </em><em>full sampling</em><em> as many as 17 people. </em><em>Data analysis techniques in this study ismultiple regresion analysis and coefficient of determination analysis.Questionaires were used as a tool in data collection method. The findings show that all hypothesis were proved to be significant </em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>have a positive and significantinfluence with </em><em>performance of employee</em><em>. The implies that played as important role</em><em>leadership and environment work </em><em>(individualy or simultaneously) in developing performance </em><em>of employee.</em><em></em></p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting understanding level, cost perceptions ofintentions to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification with motivation as a moderatingvariable. This study uses a quantitative method of associative and verification approaches. The object of thisresearch is the S1 Accounting Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The studypopulation was 406 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of102 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests,moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Data were analyzedusing SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The accounting understanding level did notsignificantly influence the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 2) Perceptionof cost had a significant effect on the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification, 3) Motivation was able to moderate the relationship between the level of accounting understanding of intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 4) Motivation was able to moderate the relationshipof perceived cost to intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification.

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects who were choosen by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study uses instruments which has been adapted based on from Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linier regression analysis one predictor. The result shows the score of F count 27,704 > F table 3,94 with significant value 0,000 (p > 0,05). It means, there is significant effect of job demands on burnout in public special school teachers. The effect of job demands on burnout is 18,3 %.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of selling prices and sales promotions on the decision to purchase SONY brand home theater products. This study uses data collection methods by publishing questionnaires with samples taken from 75 respondents. The data of this study are Home Theater consumers at Hypermart Karawaci stores on electronic counters for 3 months from October to December 2016. The sampling used was purposive sampling technique which was takenfromthepopulationforasampleof150people.Thedataanalysistechniqueuses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially the selling price had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase SONY brand home theater products. Sales promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase SONY brand home theater products. Selling Prices and Sales Promotions simultaneous have a significant effect on the decision to purchase SONY brand Home theater products with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.258. Research contributions show that Selling Prices and Sales Promotions can confirm marketing theories, selling prices and sales promotions.

This study examines the effect of the marketing mix to the decision to use members of Musharaka financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Seruni Pontianak. This type of research is descriptive method, data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The study population was all the members who use the product Musharaka financing. The sample of 100 respondents drawn through a non-probability sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 people. The analysis tool is Regression Simple Linear, Correlation, Determination and Test F. Regression analysis yields the equation Y = 1.399 + 0,605X. From the results of correlation (R) obtained at 0.421. This value can be interpreted that the influence of marketing mix to decision of selectingmembers Musharaka financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Seruni Kota Pontianak is a strong positive. The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained was 0.178%. From these test results that the marketing mix is significantly have influence on the consumer decisions, and these test results that the marketing mix is significantly have influence on the decision of members. Test regression modelscalculated F value of 21.159 with a significance value (sig) of 0.000, meaning that the value of significance (sig) is much smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, work discipline, and education level on the performance of the head of affairs in villages in the District of Puring. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and a total sample of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques, t-test, f test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS for windows version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that recruitment partially does not significantly influence performance, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, education level partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Recruitment, work discipline, and education level simultaneously influence performance.

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research
