Purpose of Study: This research is talking about the use of Webtoons comic in speaking on the recount. The aim of this research is to know whether this media is effective in teaching speaking on the recount. Methodology: It is pre-experimental research with one group of pre test - post test. Thirty students in X-5 class at Muhammadiyah 1 high school Surabaya become the sample. The treatments had been done twice, so there are two pairs of results. Results: The results are administered and calculated by using SPSS 21 for windows (paired T-test). The means of pair 1 are 31.93 (pre-test 1) and 34.77(post test 1). Meanwhile, the means of pair 2 are 32.00 (pre test 2) and 35.77 (post test 2). The sig value for pair 1 is .00 and pair 2 is .00. Based on these figures, it can be said that there is any different before and after the implementation of teaching speaking performance on a recount by using Webtoons. Even the improvement of students’ speaking competence on recount is not much, for the students. Implications/Applications: Webtoons is an interactive teaching medium which makes them more enthusiastic, comfortable and easily arrange their text to be told.

Tani Maju farmer group is one of the farming groups located in Rorotan Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta City Administration. This group has a lot of sheep and advanced management. Despite they manage their sheep well, they are not well informed on how to manage the sewage from their castles (faces and urine). So far, they just throw away the sewage or gave them to fellow farmers. This study aimed to analyze the level of farmers' knowledge in making use of sheep's urine to be degraded into bio urine in the Maju Farmer group. Data was collected through the pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed using paired t-test and Wilcoxon statistical software (IBM SPSS Statistics 25). The results of the study showed that farmers' knowledge in sewage (Urine) management increased; there is a significant difference in farmers' level of knowledge in bio urine production before and after bio urine extension.

Speaking in English is often a frightening spectre for students since it is complex and involves all language elements. Self-confidence is one of the factors that influencing speaking performance. The students’ self-confidence can be stimulated by using an interesting activity that promotes practice in relax situation. The use of social media such as YouTube may be the alternative to train the students’ self-confidence in speaking English. This research was aimed to improve the students’ self-confidence in order to overcome their problem in Speaking English by utilizing YouTube as the media. In this research, the students were assigned to post their speaking assignments on YouTube. This research was a quasi-experimental one group with pre and post-test research that utilized 43 students from English for Nursing 1 Class as the sample who were taken by using random sampling. The research data were obtained from the students’ verbal scores and self-confidence questionnaire which were compared before and after the project. The result of this research showed that there was an increase on the students’ self-confidence and speaking performance after they joined this project. Moreover, paired t-test proved that the increase was significant. Thus, it can be concluded that utilizing YouTube as the media to post the students’ work is effective to increase the students’ self-confidence as well as their speaking performance. This project should be continued and developed to maintain the students’ self-confidence and facilitate more practice for students in speaking English.

Genetalia hygiene is one of the efforts in personal hygiene that has an important role in the status of one's health behavior, to avoid interference with the reproductive organs.Genetalia hygiene is very important for woman because they tend to have urinary tract infection than man because they have shorter urination track. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counseling through media video on knowledge and attitudes about female adolescent hygiene genetalia at Dwijendra Junior High School Denpasar. This study uses a comparative analytic method with a one-group pre-test-post-test research design. The sample of this study was 80 and VIII grade students of Dwijendra Junior High School Denpasar with a total of 80 people. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire of 15 questions for knowledge, 10 questions about attitudes that have been valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used paired T-Test. The results of the study for the average knowledge pre-test were 70.92 and the post-test knowledge after receiving counseling was 90.58 while the pre-test for attitude was 35.25 da post-test after the counseling was 43.64. Paired T-Test and Wilcoxon test results obtained p value = 0,000 0.05 These results indicate there is a significant influence on counseling through media video on knowledge and attitudes about female adolescent hygiene genetalia. The school is expected to increase health promotion.

ABSTRAK Pengetahuan kebersihan diri saat menstruasi yang baik menjadikan perilaku remaja lebih baik. Hal ini dapat menghindarkan remaja dari berbagai penyakit reproduksi yang mungkin muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang kebersihan diri saat menstruasi di RT 01 RW1, Sruni, Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dengan Pre and post test without control yang menggunakan 22 sampel penelitian untuk menilai pengetahuan kebersihan diri saat menstruasi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pembelajaran video. Pengambilan data dilakukan dua kali pada saat sebelum perlakuan dan sesudah perlakuan. Data sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dianalisa menggunakan Uji Paired T-Test. Hasil yang diperoleh terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran video 4,27 dan rata-rata pengetahuan setelah dilakukan pembelajaran video7,13. Hasil uji statistik sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pembelajaran video pada remaja dengan menggunakan Paired T-Test diperolah hasil 0,00 yang berarti nilai p < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran video terhadap pengetahuan perawatan kebersihan diri saat menstruasi pada remaja RT01, RW1, Sruni, Boyolali.   Kata kunci: pembelajaran video, pengetahuan, kebersihan diri saat menstruasi       ABSTRACT Good self-hygiene knowledge during menstruation makes teenagers better in their behavior. It’s can prevent teenagers from various reproductive diseases that may arise. The present study aimed to improve adolescent knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation. This was a quantitative study using a Quasi Experimental design and involved 22 respondents of teenagers of RT 01, RW1, Sruni, Boyolali to know their knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation before and after giving of video learning. The data were collected twice before the treatment and after treatment. The data were analyzed using Paired T-Test. The results of analysis found there are significant differences in average knowledge before video learning 4.27 and average knowledge after learning video learning 7,13. The results of statistical test before and after video learning found a sig score of 0,00, and showed a p value of < 0.05. It was concluded that video learning variables has a significant influence on hygiene care knowledge during menstruation at adolescent RT 01, RW1, Sruni , Boyolali.   Keywords: video learning, knowledge, hygiene care during menstruation

AbstrakBayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) rendah merupakan berat badan bayi yang lahir kurang dari 2500 gram tanpa memandang masa gestasi atau usia kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu merawat bayi BBLR sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perawatan dasar BBLR. mengetahui tingkat keterampilan ibu dalam memberikan perawatan terhadap bayi BBLR sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perawatan dasar bayi BBLR. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan rancangan one-group pra-post test design dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam merawat bayi BBLR. populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi BBLR yang pernah melahirkan dan dirawat di RSUD dr.H. Koesnadi Bondowoso dengan total sampel 42 responden. Uji variabel menggunakan uji paired T test. Hasil penelitian dengan uji paired T test (α=0.05) sebanyak 42 responden menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat keterampilan ibu terhadap perawatan bayi BBLR memiliki nilai signifikan 0.000, P.Value kedua kelompok penelitian ini adalah ρ=0.000, pada tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan (α= <0.05). Ada peningkatan yang signifikan dari tingkat pengetahuan dan tingkat keterampilan ibu setelah diberikan edukasi perawatan dasar bayi BBLR. Kata kunci : Perawatan Dasar Bayi BBLR, Pengetahuan, keterampilan.The Effectiveness Of  Babies Basic Care Towards Knowledge and Maternal Skills Of LBW Babies  AbstractLow Birth Weight (LBW) is the weight of baby born less 2500 grams regardless of gestation or gestational age. The purpose of this research is to know the level of knowledge of mothers caring for LBW babies before and after giving basic care of  LBW babies. Knowing the level of maternal skills in providing care for LBW before and after giving basic care. This research method use sampling total with one-group pre-post test design with the aim of identifying the level of  knowledge and mothers skills in caring for LBW babies. The study population was the mother who had LBW babies who had given birth and treated at the RSUD Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso with a total sample 42 respondents. This variable test using paired T test. The result of this research with a paired T test (α = 0.05) 42 respondents indicated that the level of knowledge and the level of maternal skills towards LBW babies care had a significant value 0.000, P.Value of these two research groups was ρ = 0.000, at the level of knowledge and skills ( α = <0.05). There is a significant increase from the level of knowledge and the level of maternal skills after giving the basic caring education for LBW babies.Key words: the basic care of LBW babies, knowledge, Abilty

Salah satu aspek  yang perlu diperhatikan pada siswa sekolah  adalah percaya diri (self confidence), percaya diri merupakan salah satu modal dalam kehidupan yang harus ditumbuhkan pada  setiap siswa agar mereka dapat menjadi manusia yang bisa mengontrol berbagai aspek yang ada pada dirinya.masalah fisik, obesitas dan kurangnya berat badan, keterlambatan dalam menerima pelajaran dikelas, yang mengakibatkan seorang anak kurang percaya diri. salah satu metodenya yaitu dengan memberikan gerakan senam hook ups.  Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan senam hook ups terhadap peningkatan percaya diri anak kelas dua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu atau quasy eksperimen tanpa kelompok pembanding (one group pretest and post test), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 siswa/i kelas dua MIN Guwa Kidul. Pengumpulan data selama satu bulan untuk pre test dilakukan dengan responden mengisi kuisioner sebelum intervensi,  post test  dilakukan pengumpulan data pada minggu ke empat . Uji statistik dengan Uji Paired t – test dengan nilai t- post test 85.636 dan p Value 0.000.Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa  ada perbedaan tingkat percaya diri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam Hook Ups dengan nilai mean 0,32 dan menunjukkan ada peningkatan tingkat percaya diri setelah dilakukan senam Hook Ups ( p value 0,000).Kata Kunci          : senam Hook Ups, tingkat percaya diri.ABSTRACTOne aspect to note is the school student confidence (self-confidence), self-confidence is one of the capital in a life that must be grown on each student so that they can be a man who can control every aspect of the physical dirinya.masalah, obesity and lack of weight gain, delays in receiving lessons in class, which resulted in a child's lack of confidence. one method is to provide the hook ups gymnastics movement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of gymnastics hook ups to the increased confidence graders.The method used was experimental or quasi-experimental Quasy without comparison groups (one group pretest and post-test), with a sample size of 35 students / class i MIN Guwa two Kidul. The collection of data for a month to pre-test conducted with respondents fill out questionnaires before the intervention, post-test data collection at week four. Test statistics with the Paired t- test, post test  85.636 and p Value 0.000.Statistical test results showed that there are differences in confidence levels before and after exercise Hook Ups with a mean of 0.32 and showed no increase in confidence levels after exercise Hook Ups (p value 0.000).Keywords             : gymnastics Hook Ups, confidence level.

The problem of hypertension in adulthood is very important to be a concern because it can cause both acute and chronic diseases such as heart and blood vessel disease, Posbindu cadre training is an activity carried out as an effort to improve skills and knowledge of early detection of hypertension so that the presence of cadres who are the spearhead in health services in the community are able to detect hypertension early. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of posbindu cadre training on early detection of hypertension in adulthood. This research design uses the Quasi One Group Experiment pre-test Post Test with Paired T-Test. The population in this study was all people suffering from hypertension with a total sample of 84 people. The results showed that there was a change in the mean value before and after the training that was equal to 82 then to 87. The results of the Paired T-test analysis showed that there was an influence of the posbindu cadre training on the behavior of early detection of hypertension where the value (P = 0.001).

Abstract : Kind II of DM, Foot Excercise, Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) Value. Many Patients that go through complications of Type II DM. One of the complication is foot diabetik, its needed implementation to prevent of the complication. The implementation that be doing is exercise. Exercise that be doing is foot exercise that have function to increase the peripheral blood circulation. The Objective of the research is to know the effect of foot exercise to Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value of the type II of DM patient in unit of Persadia Dr. Moewardi hospital year 2015.Kind of the research is quasy experimental research. Design of the research is one group pretest post test design. The researcher conducted measurement value Ankle brachial index (ABI) before doing foot exercise and measurement Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value after foot exercise. The analysis by using pairet test t-test. Result of the research from paired t-test, the effect of foot exercise showed findings Sig value. (2-tailed) is 0,001 or ABI value p <0.05, with average change ABI value before and after is equal to 0.05211, So from the test result of paired t-test it can be meant that Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted. That have meaning there are effect of foot exercise to ABI value.

Abstract: Baby growth can be hampered if only given breast milk without getting breast milk supplementary food (MPASI) after the age of 6 months, because nutrients are not fulfilled for growth and development. However, if MPASI is given early it can cause negative problems in infants such as allergies and digestive disorders. One of the causes of malnutrition is due to the lack of knowledge of mothers about giving complementary feeding to infants. So that the mother provides complementary feeding at an earlier age and the type of food that is not suitable for the baby's age. This study aims to determine the differences in knowledge about complementary foods in mothers with underweight children aged 6-24 months before and after getting counseling in Mudung Village, Kepohbaru Bojonegoro Subdistrict. This study uses the pre-experimental method with the type of research using the one group pre test post test design. The sample in this study used a total sampling of 13 people. The data collection method used is a knowledge questionnaire. Data analysis was done by paired t test. Based on the results of the statistical test with paired t test obtained p value of (0.047) where the value of p value <0.05. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between mother's knowledge about MP ASI to children aged 6-24 months before and after getting counseling. It is expected that mothers can apply complementary feeding behavior to infants aged 6-24 months correctly and accordingly in order to improve the nutritional status of infants and follow-up health workers to further improve health counseling to further improve health counseling about complementary foods.Keyword: counseling,complementary feeding, knowledgeAbstrak: Pertumbuhan bayi dapat terhambat apabila hanya diberi Air Susu Ibu (ASI) saja tanpa mendapat Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MPASI) setelah berusia 6 bulan, karena tidak terpenuhinya zat gizi untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Namun, apabila MPASI diberikan secara dini dapat menimbulkan masalah negatif pada bayi seperti alergi dan gangguan pencernaan. Salah satu penyebab masalah gizi kurang karena tingkat pengetahuan ibu yang kurang tentang pemberian MPASI pada bayi. Sehingga ibu memberikan MPASI pada usia lebih dini dan jenis makanan MPASI yang tidak sesuai dengan usia bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan tentang makanan pendamping asi pada ibu dengan balita gizi kurang usia 6-24 bulan sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan penyuluhan di Desa Mudung Kecamatan Kepohbaru Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan jenis penelitian menggunakan rancangan one grup pre test post test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 13 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan paired t test. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji statistik dengan paires t test diperoleh p value sebesar (0.047) dimana nilai p value < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang MP ASI kepada balita usia 6-24 bulan sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan penyuluhan. Diharapkan ibu dapat menerapkan perilaku pemberian makanan pendamping ASI pada bayi umur 6-24 bulan secara benar dan sesuai agar meningkatkan status gizi bayi serta tindak lanjut petugas kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang makanan pendamping ASI. This research aimed at investigating whether there is a significant effect of Picture Word Inductive Model on students’ competence in writing narrative text. The design of this research was Pre-Experimental design one group pre test and post test. The population of this research was all first grade of class IPA of Senior High School 4 Wangi-Wangi. The sample of this research was class IPA 1 which consists of 20 students. The instrument of this research was writing test in narrative genre and the criteria of students’ writing were assessed from five aspects of writing, namely content, organization, language use, vocabulary and mechanics. The data were obtained by using two essay writing tests. They were pre-test and post-test. The pre-test was given before treatment and the post-test was given after treatments in order to know the students’ competence before and after treatment of Picture Word Inductive Model.  The data were analyzed by using SPSS in form of Paired Sample T-test. The result of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect of Picture Word Inductive Model on students’ competence in writing narrative text. It proved by the result of hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. The mean score of pre-test was 59.77 and mean score of post-test was 76.67. Moreover, as a result the probability score of .000 (p score) was less than the level of significance (p ≤ 0.50. Therefore, it can be said that using Picture Word Inductive Model gives significant effect to increase students’ competence in writing narrative text at class IPA 1 of Senior High School 4 Wangi-Wangi.
