Purpose of the study: This study will investigate how the implementation of the answer of three questions (1), the values of East Java local wisdom which suit to be integrated with material of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKN (2) how the teacher integrates East Java local wisdom in content of PPKn, (3) the citizenship attitude of the students which suit with material of PPKn based on the values of East Java local wisdom. Methodology: This research study using a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a method of interview, observation and research documentation. The location of this research is at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang. Data analysis techniques used consist of three threads of activity: data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal of conclusions/verification. Main Findings: The finding of results shows (1) there are so many values of East Java local wisdom which can be integrated into the material of PPKn, with the base of the philosophy concept is Character Education Strengthening (PPK). (2) there are no particular guidelines for teachers to integrate East Java local wisdom into the material of PPKn, neither in planning nor implementation. Teachers combine spontaneously, usually in apperception and reflection step. (3) The attitude of solidarity with the spirit of local wisdom must be emphasized. Applications of this study: This study is useful in assessing the teacher competencies in developing material of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) based on East Java local wisdom informing the citizenship attitude of the students. Novelty/Originality of this study: Integrating the lesson based on local wisdom.

The purpose of this study is to describe the character values ​​in the novel Anak-Langit by Mohd Amin MS and to foster and apply character to students of MI, because it is seen from the phenomena that occur in Indonesia today such as the occurrence of bad habits , fighting, cheating, dishonesty, and disrespect for parents. This study uses a qualitative approach, with content analysis methods. The type of research used is literature study. The technique of collecting data is documentation study, which means that the data used can be done by examining children's novels from heaven and looking for relevant documents or books and literature. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there are 18 characters in the novel Anak-Langit, namely religious, honest, responsibility, discipline, hard-working, creative, independent, curiosity, fond of reading, respect for achievement, democratic, social care, friendly. communicative, tolerant, spirit of nationality, love the country, love peace, and care for the environment. As for implementing these 18 characters, it is in activities or programs provided in the school environment such as extracurricular, intraculricular and other routine activities that can be used as a habit for MI. Keyword: Value of Character Education, Novel Anak-anak Langit, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang ada dalam novel Anak-anak Langit Karya Mohd Amin MS serta untuk membina dan menerapkan karakter kepada siswa MI, karena dilihat dari fenomena yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini seperti terjadinya kebiasaan-kebiasaan buruk, perkelahian, menyontek, tidak jujur, dna tidak menghormati orangtua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode analisis isi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumentasi yang artinya data-data yang digunakan dapat dilakukan dengan menelaah novel anak-anak langit dan mencari dokumen atau buku yang relevan dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada 18 karakter yang ada didalam novel Anak-anak Langit yaitu religius, jujur, tanggung jawab, disiplin, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, gemar membaca, menghargai prestasi, demokratis, peduli sosial, bersahabat/komunikatif, toleransi, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, cinta damai, dan peduli lingkungan. Adapun dalam menerapkan ke-18 karakter ini adalah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan atau program-program yang disediakan di lingkungan sekolah seperti ekstrakulikuler, intrakulikuler serta kegiatan-kegiatan rutin lainnya yang dapat dijadikan kebiasaan untuk siswa MI. Pawn included on one of the product financing in islamic banking. Bank BJB Syariah KCP Ciamis there is a product financing Gold Partner iB Maslahah. As known whether the mechanism of the contract that exists on the financing product Gold Partner iB Maslahah is in accordance with theory and existing regulations or not. The formulation of this research problem was how the mechanism akad rahn, qardh and finance on finance products Gold Partner iB Maslahah which is run by BJB Syariah KCP Ciamis. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. This study also uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary sources. The technique of data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and clonclusioan drawing/verification. Based on the research results obtained the conclusion that the mechanism of akad rahn, qardh, and finance in the financing Gold Partner iB Maslahah that the mechanism of each contract already well underway, with a wide Gold Partner iB Maslahah itself can facilitate customers who wish to borrow money quickly and it takes time. In the process of redemption of any bank to do it carefully and in accordance with the operational standards that exist. The Bank does not give excess or deficiency in the funds of the loan given to the customer.

The Arab Spring

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The problem in this study relates to the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures as well as direct and indirect expenditure in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) Garut district fiscal year 2013-2017. The aim of this study was to determine the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, as well as direct and indirect expenditure on Budget Realization Report (BRR) Garut regency Fiscal Year 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study is an analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) data, and 3) conclusion / verification. The result is the expenditures to Garut regency 2013-2017 fiscal year quite well.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education. The Village

This study aims to determine the potential conflict between Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru after conflict resolution. The research was conducted in the village of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru, Sijunjung Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to reveal how the existence of potential conflicts between the two regions today. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discusion) and documentation studies. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman which consisted of three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources. The results of the study showed: The potential for conflict is still stored in the nagari community of Padang Sibusuk and Kampung Baru villages after conflict resolution.  Community leaders to the two parties in conflict have not shown their sincerity together to obey the revolution.   The resolution is only an agreement but to comply with it is far from the expectations of those in conflict.

This study aimed to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students' religious understanding at SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan. The approach in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification while checking the validity of the data was expanded participation, observing accuracy, triangulation, and expert consultation. The results showed that teachers had implemented well except for the lack of infrastructure and learning time in optimizing students' religious understanding. Based on this research, the practical implications were used as material to assist teachers in optimizing and new knowledge for teachers so that teachers can improve students' religious understanding.

This study aimed to describe the social capital of the community in developing educational facilities in SD Negeri 005 State Petapahan Jaya, Kampar District. With the reality of a heterogeneous population inhabited by self-employed trans-migrants consisting of Sundanese, Batak, Minang, Malay, and Javanese. Economically the village had developed significantly, especially since the opening of the Palm Oil plantation. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews and document use. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that there were three elements of community social capital in developing educational facilities in SD Negeri 005 Petapahan Jaya, Kampar Regency: (1) Social Networking, in the form of community participation and solidarity (2) Trust in the form of honesty and cooperation (3) The existence of norms that jointly owned.

Abstract: The purpose of this research to determine the policy of the National Police in resolving criminal acts of minor theft through Restorative Justice (a case study of the legal area of the Indralaya sector police). This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this research amounted to seven people, three from the police and four from the community. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity test of the data used includes the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done before, it can be concluded that the policy carried out by the police in resolving criminal acts of minor theft through Restorative Justice is by conducting mediation. The steps to implementing this mediation are to bring together parties who are litigating, making compensation or compensation, and making a letter of peace.Keywords: Police Policy, Minor Theft, Restorative Justice Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan Polri dalam menyelesaikan tindak pidana pencurian ringan melalui Restorative Justice (studi kasus daerah hukum kepolisian sektor Indralaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang, tiga orang dari pihak kepolisian dan empat orang dari masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan meliputi uji credibility, uji transferability, uji dependability, dan uji confirmability. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan yang di lakukan oleh polri dalam menyelesaikan tindak pidana pencurian ringan melalui Restorative Justice yaitu dengan melakukan mediasi. Adapun langkah-langkah pelaksanaan mediasi ini yaitu mempertemukan para pihak yang berperkara, melakukan kompensasi atau ganti rugi, dan membuat surat perdamaian.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Polri, Pencurian ringan, Restorative Justice
