This study aimed at examining the relationship between career management and employees’ performance in Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (MoEVT) in Zanzibar. Survey research design was employed in this study due to its nature. Data was collected from 95 respondents using questionnaires survey. In order to reach a credible result, an inferential statistical technique was used such as Pearson’s Correlation coefficient was used as a data analysis technique to measure the relationship between career management and employee performance in the MoEVT. The findings of the study revealed that, career management correlates moderately with the employee performance by 0.416 (42%). This means that, the increase of career management in the organisation does also lead to increase in employee performance. The study concludes career management can influence the employees’ performance by 42 percent only. The study recommends for more improvement in human resources policies in order to achieve better performance as well as higher productivity.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.

The background in this study is the phenomenon of vocational students who are found to have problems with sexual behavior deviations, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-control and sexual behavior in vocational students. The variable included in this study is self-control as an independent variable and as a dependent variable for sexual behavior. This study was conducted in vocational training “X” Mojosari, with a sample of 84 students, using Probability Sampling, Proportional Strict Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses the first two psychological scales of the Likert model, i.e., the thurstone scale for the self-control scale and the sexual behavior scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between self-control and sexual behavior in high school vocational training students. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson product moment correlation statistical technique using the Windows SPSS program. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.856 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a positively relationship between self-control and significant and unidirectional sexual behavior. So that the higher the self control, the more also high sexual behavior in students at vocational high school "X" Mojosari, as well otherwise. The contribution effective of self-control to sexual behavior was 73.2%.

The aims of this research are to determine the impact of incentivizing, motivation and discipline on the performance of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City employees simultaneously and partially. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 57 employees at The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City as a sample. Multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f-test and t-test were used in this research as data analysis technique. The results obtained from partial test (t-test) proved that incentivization, motivation, and discipline each had a partially significant impact on employee performance at the office of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City where t (count) > t (table) and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. Incentives, Motivation, and Disciplines have simultaneously significant impact on employee performance, where t (count) > t (table) and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. This research is an important contribution to the regulation of human resources in The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City so. The determination of discipline, incentives, and motivation tends to be neglected in improving performance so that it is necessary to examine the relationship to performance in human resources, which is an important contribution of research.

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).
