The article describes modern electronic voting technologies used in various countries of the world, such as Estonia, the United States, countries of the African continent, and others. The authors also consider the main technologies of electronic voting, which are currently widely used in Russia. With the development of digital technologies, there is a tendency for their ubiquity. Various democratic institutions, in turn, have excellent potential for digitalization. One of the results of this synergy was the emergence of such a phenomenon as electronic voting. Most often, electronic voting is classified according to the principle of their interaction with the voter. The first category is remote electronic voting, which includes online voting. This type of electronic voting is used for remote registration of the will of voters. Citizens, instead of visiting a polling station, vote using a home or work personal computer that is connected to the Internet. Can also use the computers installed in the booths in public places – in schools, libraries, etc. The second category in the above classification is voting using electronic means at polling stations. These include so-called «electronic» ballot boxes, electronic technical means for automating vote counting, and various automated systems for automating the election process as a whole and its various stages separately. In addition to considering the methods and technologies of electronic voting, the article also partially describes the methods and problems associated with the identification and formation of voter lists in electronic voting. The authors consider, among other things, the advantages and disadvantages of elective modern technologies. The main advantages of using electronic voting include automating the voting procedure, reducing financial and time costs, and improving the convenience of voting for certain categories of citizens. The disadvantages of the electronic voting technologies used are the lack of public confidence in electronic forms of voting, the likely violation of the principle of secrecy of voting, technical complexity, insufficient reliability compared to «traditional» methods of voting and summing up results, as well as problems with voter identification.

The utilisation of bioartificial organs is of significant interest to many due to their versatility in treating a wide range of disorders. Microencapsulation has a potentially significant role in such organs. In order to utilise microcapsules, accurate characterisation and analysis is required to assess their properties and suitability. Bioartificial organs or transplantable microdevices must also account for immunogenic considerations, which will be discussed in detail. One of the most characterized cases is the investigation into a bioartificial pancreas, including using microencapsulation of islets or other cells, and will be the focus subject of this review. Overall, this review will discuss the traditional and modern technologies which are necessary for the characterisation of properties for transplantable microdevices or organs, summarizing analysis of the microcapsule itself, cells and finally a working organ. Furthermore, immunogenic considerations of such organs are another important aspect which is addressed within this review. The various techniques, methodologies, advantages, and disadvantages will all be discussed. Hence, the purpose of this review is providing an updated examination of all processes for the analysis of a working, biocompatible artificial organ.

The objective of the research was to discuss distance education as a current and necessary object for contemporary education. The following research methods were used in the article: literature study, analysis, synthesis, methods of theoretical generalization. According to the solution research hypothesis, the following main tasks were: to define the concept of "distance learning"; to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in education. It is concluded that: although there are disagreements about distance education as a tool in presential school; its use is a path of no return. Teachers and technicians must be equipped to update and use them in a common way in their daily lives.

Population is growing and, at the same time, the need for food requires new methods of agriculture. Modern technologies help agrarian producers to improve yields in conditions where suitable fertile lands are decreasing every year and climatic conditions become unpredictable. In addition to global problems, agrarian producers face the competitiveness of large agrarian giants when business exists in tough market conditions. The use of the modern tools for improvement of productivity has influence on the big number of agricultural enterprises. The main obstacle to the widespread dissemination of these tools is the lack of experience in using modern means and technologies, including monitoring. The article discusses the most available method for entering to a new level of digitization, namely, monitoring with the help of satellites and drones. This method of increasing yields is widely used in the world, but is only beginning to gain popularity in Ukraine. The information which is provided in the article will help agricultural producers to assess the need of implementation of these tools for their own businesses and to understand the benefits of a particular method of monitoring. The article explains in an accessible way the advantages and disadvantages of modern methods of monitoring, mechanism of its action and implementation; provides a comparison of the quality of information of satellites and drones, and considers the problems and prospects of these methods of monitoring in the future.

For a citizen, voting is the fundamental tool to bring change in the country for good governance, through electing suitable candidates or a party to give them the power to govern. There are many forms of elections be it in the democratic or monarch systems. Each way, the vote has the power to elect the next people’s representatives. For a long time, paper-based voting was the only system being used globally for years; after the dot-com bubble, many countries emerged with electronic voting. But the problems such as security, transparency, and integrity of elections and the voting process are still under question. The issue with paper-based voting was accessibility, voter turns around and tallies, electronic voting has its own advantages and disadvantages such as a single point of failure, trustful systems, and loopholes to forge the electronic voting systems to alter the outcomes. To solve the problems related to the electronic voting process security, integrity, and transparency, an advanced approach is required to adopt. With the advancement of technologies, 4th industry revolution technologies give us Blockchain, Distributed Ledger and Smart Contract types of technologies which may be beneficial to solve the current problems in electronic voting systems. In this paper, we proposed a research-based case study to implement Decentralized Electronic Voting using Smart Contracts (DEV-SC) to solve security, transparency, and integrity-related problems available in the electronic voting process. This will ensure and enhance the voting process easily, trustable, and verifiable.

The article discusses the variety of facing panels of hinged façade systems. Typological classification was made on the basis of a variety of materials used for facing panels. The author identifies 6 groups of materials: clay, wood, cement, titanium dioxide, metal, special components. Analysis is conducted on the 18 names of facing panels according to the following characteristics: cladding material, exterior, image application technology, weight in kg / m2, attachment, durability, and manufacturer. The article determines 6 criteria and 2 requirements for ventilated facades. Based on the typology of the material, the author outlines advantages and disadvantages of certain types of facing panels. The article determines the criteria and requirements set for ventilated facades. Leaning on the provided typology of material, the advantages and disadvantages of individual types of facing panels for hinged façade systems are indicated. The relevance of this research is substantiated by the growing need for modern technologies and means to make buildings look architectural and expressive due to an assortment of combinations of facing materials in hinged ventilated systems.  The study reveals a wide variety of characteristics and types of facing panels. The market offer fully reflects the modern production technology capabilities with regards to construction materials. Despite a number of restrictions imposed by the normative acts, facing panels fully meet all the requirements, as the construct of hinged façade panels in general. Thus, is safe to say that facing panels fully satisfy the market demand. Titanium dioxide panels purify the air, which is in line with the current environmental trends contributing to emission reduction and environmental cleanup.
