Na década de 1940, a constatação, pela Arquidiocese de Natal, dos problemas sociais vividos pelos migrantes rurais, no meio urbano, fez com que parcela do clero empreendesse ações que visavam um amplo trabalho educativo junto às populações rurais. Esse trabalho tomou formas diversas: desde a criação de Centros Sociais e Missões Rurais ambulantes, até ações mais permanentes, como a criação da Missão Rural de Educação do Agreste e das Escolas Radiofônicas. O Movimento de Educação de Base-MEB foi desenvolvido nesse contexto. Esse Movimento possuía objetivos e currículo voltados às necessidades daquelas populações rurais e tais objetivos refletiam-se no ensino de Matemática. Naquela época, no Brasil, o ensino de Matemática estava sendo modificado sob a orientação de movimentos internacionais, como o da Matemática Moderna - MMM. O MMM foi divulgado, em nosso país, principalmente por projetos apoiados pelos acordos MEC/USAID, que priorizaram a formação de professores. Porém, no MEB, a Matemática continuou a ser ensinada a partir das necessidades provindas das situações de trabalho vivenciadas pelos alunos. Essas diferentes formas de ensinar a Matemática existiram simultaneamente em atividades educacionais desenvolvidas no Rio Grande do Norte. Este artigo realiza um estudo histórico comparativo entre essas duas ações educativas, identificando aspectos mais próximos à educação popular, no ensino do MEB, e aspectos salvacionistas da educação na forma mais tradicional do ensino.THE TEACHING OF MATHEMATICS IN THE RN: between the MEB and  the USAID (1950-1960)Abstract: In the 1940s, the confirmation by the Archdiocese of Natal of the social problems experienced by rural migrants in urban areas. So, some members of the clergy took actions that aimed educational work  the rural populations. This work took the form of the most diverse, since the creation of Social Centers and Rural Missions, until more permanent actions, such as the creation of Missão Rural de Educação do Agreste and Schools   Radiofônicas.  The basic education movement-MEB was developed in this context. This movement had goals and curriculum geared from the needy of those rural populations and these goals was reflected in the teaching of mathematics. At that times, in Brazil, the teaching of mathematics has been modified under the guidance of international movements, such as the New Mathematics - MMM. The MMM was discloved, in our country, by agreements between MEC and USAID that prioritized the formation of teachers.  However, in the MEB, the teaching of mathematics has taught from the needy of student’s working situations. These different ways of teaching mathematics existed simultaneously in educational activities developed in the RN. This article conducts a  historical comparative study between these two educational actions, identifying aspects closer to popular education, in teaching of the MEB, and aspects salvationist of education  in form more traditional teaching.Keywords: MEB/USAID Agreements.  Basic Education. El MMM se lanzó, en nuestro país, especialmente por medio de proyectos apoyados por el MEC y USAID, acuerdos que priorizaban la formación de profesores.  Sin embargo, en el MEB, se la matemática continuó siendo enseñada a partir de problemas emergidos de situaciones de trabajo vivenciadas por los estudiantes. Estas diferentes formas de enseñanza de las matemáticas coexistieron en las actividades educativas desarrolladas en RN. Este artículo realiza un estudio histórico comparativo entre estas dos acciones educativas. The increase in media importance in different communities is due to the creation of media tools, and the importance of individuals in society with these tools, especially television, so we see if media or television are in a way Positive is used in a way that plays an important role in bringing about the social change of development and development in all aspects of life in society, and if it is misused, it will have a bad effect on all individual parties in society, so this study contains three goals: - knowing the role of television in creating anxiety by students in a general way Knowing the role of television in creating anxiety by students based on gender change Knowing the role of television in creating anxiety by students according to the stage change Researchers used the method of resolution, the limit of this research by Raparin University students for 2020-2021, the Research Society consists of all students of the Basic Education College whose number is 1216, the sample of research consists of 100 (1,4) stage students from all different departments, the scale of the study prepared by researchers, The most important results of the research are anxiety by the example of the study, which is no different from the gender and stage changes.

Resumo: Este trabalho decorre de uma pesquisa de pós-doutorado mais ampla. Ele tem como objetivo desenvolver uma análise no sentido de apresentar uma perspectiva de abordagem sobre as drogas a partir da Educação Popular. Para atingir este propósito, metodologicamente, apoia-se em dois pressupostos: 1) uma revisão da literatura em língua portuguesa, espanhola, francesa e inglesa; 2) um estudo empírico realizado no Uruguai, em Montevidéu, no contexto da implementação da política de descriminalização e venda legal de cannabis, focando, entre outros aspectos, a dimensão educativa da política. Alguns dos seus resultados são, por exemplo: 1) a abordagem da Educação Popular sobre as drogas requer um escrutínio sócio-histórico delas no contexto da relação sociedade e desvio social; 2) a Educação Popular demanda uma mudança discursiva na forma de se referir às pessoas que usam drogas, na perspectiva de superar a linguagem estigmatizada; 3) o trabalho socioeducativo no âmbito das ações de redução de danos, sob a Educação Popular, implica conhecimentos interdisciplinares. Dentre as conclusões, afirma-se que o estudo das drogas necessita ser situado analiticamente no plano social, e não na esfera dos fatores individuais, que tendem a definir o seu uso como uma patologia estritamente pessoal. Palavras-chave: Educação Popular. Drogas. Políticas. Sociedade.Abstract: This paper is the result of a larger postdoctoral research. It aims to develop an analysis in the sense of presenting a perspective of approach on the drugs according to Popular Education. In this way, methodologically, it is based on two methodological assumptions: 1) a review of literature in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English; 2) an empirical study carried out in Uruguay, in Montevideo, in the context of implementation of the decriminalization and sale policy of cannabis, focusing, among other aspects, on its educational dimension. Some of its results are, for example: 1) Popular Education’s approach about drugs must carry out a socio-historical scrutiny of them in the context of the relationship society and social deviance; 2) Popular Education requires a discursive change in the way of referring to people who use drugs, to overcome the stigmatized language; 3) Socio-educational work in the field of the harm reduction actions, according to Popular Education, demands interdisciplinary knowledge. Among the conclusions, it is affirmed that the study of the drugs must be analytically situated in the social plane, instead of being in the sphere of individual factors, which tend to define its use as a strictly personal pathology. ABSTRACTIn Venezuela, the social network Facebook has a huge popularity among teenagers and young adults in urban areas. In education, the new form of socialization part a matter of debate which interweaves the use of Facebook and the possibility of distortion of the social and professional image of teachers. The use of social network Facebook by Venezuelan teachers belonging to the subsystem of Basic Education and the impact on the valuation of your social and professional image is discussed in the next job. Starting talks on a focal group discussion it was established that sociability mediated virtual network is acquiring a new ontological dimension, where the possibility of distortion of the professional image of teachers is manifested as socially accepted behavior modeler.RESUMENEn Venezuela, la red social Facebook tiene una enorme popularidad entre adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos resi-denciados en las zonas urbanas. En el ámbito educativo, la nueva forma de socialización enmarca un tema de debate que entreteje el uso de Facebook y la posibilidad de desfiguración de la imagen social y profesional del docente. En el siguiente trabajo se discute la utilización de la red social Facebook por parte de docentes venezolanos pertenecientes al subsistema de Educación Básica y la repercusión en la valoración de su imagen social y profesional. A partir de conversaciones en un grupo de discusión focal se pudo establecer que la sociabilidad mediada por la red virtual está adquiriendo una nueva dimensión ontológica, donde se hace manifiesta la posibilidad de desfiguración de la imagen profesional del docente como modelador de comportamientos socialmente aceptados. Contacto principal: [email protected]

This article aims to analyse the strategies that jazz musicians in Barcelona adopt to develop their artistic careers. It focuses on studying three main areas that influ-ence the construction of their artistic-professional strategies: a) the administrative dimension, characterized mainly by management and promotion tasks; b) the artistic-creative dimension, which includes the construction of artistic identity and the creation of works of art; and c) the social dimension within the collective, which groups together strategies related to the dynamics of cooperation and col-laboration between the circle of musicians. The applied methodology came from a qualitative perspective, and the main research methods were semi-structured inter-views conducted with active professional musicians in Barcelona and from partic-ipant observation.

The attention sustainability and its impact of social status in the class are current issues concerning the field of education are the reasons for delay in assimilating the learning material and early school dropout. Behind both of those problems stand psychological causes such as low attention sustainability, poor communication skills and lack of positive environment. The presented article aims to prove that sustainability of attention directly influences the social status of students in the class, and hence their overall development and the way they feel in the group. Making efforts to increase students’ attention sustainability could lead to an increase in the social status of the student and hence the creation of a favorable and positive environment for the overall development of the individual.

Abstract In recent decades, we observe a significant disorganization of family life, especially in the sphere of parental functions performed by unprepared for the role emotional, socially and economically young people. Lack of education, difficulties in finding work, and the lack of prospects for positive change are the main causes of their impoverishment and progressive degradation in the social hierarchy. Reaching young people at risk of social exclusion and provide them with comprehensive care, should be a priority of modern social work and educational work. In order to provide help this social group and cope with the adverse event created a lot of programs to support systemically start in life. Accountability report is a written description of creative experiences as an artist or a photographer of aesthetic exploration efforts on the image and the idea of a human as a basic stimulant for the creation of works of art photography. Human foot as an aesthetic object is a problem that relates to various phenomena that occur in the social sphere, culture and politics in Indonesia today. Based on these linkages, human feet would be formulated as an image that has a value, and the impression of eating alone in the creation of a work of art photography. Hence the creation of this art photography entitled The Human Foots as Aesthetic Object  Creation of Art Photography. Starting from this background, then the legs as an option object art photography, will be managed creatively and systematically through a phases of creation. The creation phases consist of: (1) the exploration of discourse, (2) artistic exploration, (3) the stage of elaboration photographic, (4) the synthesis phase, and (5) the stage of completion. Methodically, through the phases of the creative process  through which this can then be formulated in various forms of artistic image of a human foot. The various forms of artistic images generated from the foots of its creation process, can be summed up as an object of aesthetic order 160 Kaki Manusia Sebagai Objek Estetik Penciptaan Fotografi Seni in the photographic works of art. It is specifically characterized by the formation of ‘imaging the other’ behind the image seen with legs visible, as well as of the various forms of ‘new image’ as a result of an artistic exploration of the common image of legs visible. In general, the whole image of the foot in a photographic work of art has a reflective relationship with the social situation, cultures, and politics that developed in Indonesian society, by value, meaning and impression that it contains.Keywords: human foots, aestheti,; social phenomena, art photography, images

This article discusses the conditions, reasons and factors of characterization of religious style as a functional style in the field of linguistics. In addition, religious style and its main peculiarities, its importance in the social life, and the functional features of religious style are highlighted in the article. As a result of our investigation, the following results were obtained: a) the increase in the need for the creation and significance of religious language, particularly religious texts has been scientifically proved; b) the possibility of religious texts to represent the thoughts of the people, culture and world outlook has been verified; c) the specificity of religious language, religious texts has been revealed; d) the development of religious style as a functional style has been grounded.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню шляхів вивчення перформансу як культурного явища. Зростаюча увага до цього феномену зумовлена відсутністю лінії розмежування його з життям, створенню особливої реальності, спроможністю викликати потужні емоційні стани та взаємоемпатії. Проблематичність у вивченні його полягає у складності архівування, хиткий своєрідний наратив, що вислизає зі сприйняття непідготовленого глядача, міграція з виставкових зал у соціальну сферу, супроводжувана жанровими новоутвореннями. Даним дослідженням зроблено спробу аналізу шляхів пізнання культурного явища перформансу, визначені особливості побутування, виявлено закономірності проявів та варіативність в сучасній культурі. The article is devoted to the study of ways to research performance study as a cultural phenomenon. The growing interest in the phenomenon of performance art is due to the lack of a dividing line with our life, the creation of a special reality, the ability to cause strong emotional states and mutual empathy. The difficulty of study is also in trouble archiving it, shaky kind of narrative which escapes the perception of the unprepared viewer, the migration of the exhibition halls and in the social media sphere, followed by the creation of new genres. This analyzes the ways of understanding the cultural phenomenon of performance art. The features of being are determined, patterns and a variety of its manifestations in modern culture are revealed.

Ongoing population growth and urbanization can cause pressure on water systems, especially in urban areas. Several previous studies have found evidence of an influence between population and water quality. However, the phenomenon in Indonesia is slightly different, because although population growth has decreased trend, but the acquisition of water quality index still fluctuate in several years. This study aims to determine the significance influence of population on water quality in Indonesia. Data analysis is done through regression of panel data of 33 provinces with fixed effect model, The results showed that the population has a negative influence on water quality in Indonesia. An increase on population by 1,000 people tends to lower the water quality index by an average of 1.13 points (cateris paribus). Population growth control becomes absolute and priority in Indonesia. However, these efforts need to be accompanied by continuous improvement of competence and welfare, so that the social awareness and economic capacity of each population are increased in order to achieve a better maintenance on the quality of the environment.
