In the work, the main attention is paid to the development and implementation of pedagogical conditions, the establishment of criteria and characteristics of readiness of future physical culture teachers for innovations and leadership in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School. The following pedagogical conditions have been determined: development of innovative and professional competence in teaching disciplines of the professional training cycle in higher education applicants majoring in «Secondary Education (Physical Education)»; assistance in the development of leadership qualities of student youth in the conditions of the New Ukrainian school by means of physical education (during the period of pedagogical (work experience) practice). New types of physical activity have been introduced into the physical education lessons: kid's strength, aero kids, fitball, functional training «Intelligent Body» with game elements; interactive teaching methods based on learning through acting, reproducing situations, relationships, tasks of students’ daily activity. Comparison of the experimental data has shown that as a result of the introduction of pedagogical conditions of readiness for innovations and leadership of future physical culture teachers in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School, positive changes occurred in the experimental classes. Thus, in grade 3, the number of students with a high level increased from 8.3% to 14.0%. The control group has shown almost no changes. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the introduction of interactive teaching methods, functional training with game elements, games and game situations for initiative and leadership development.

This paper deals with the problem of theoretical justification and development of scientific and methodological support for using the cloud service CoCalc as a tool for the formation of mathematics teachers’ professional competencies. The following contradictions exist concerning the processes of forming these competencies: between the level of abstraction of mathematical objects and the possibilities of providing their visualization by computer interpretation; between the expediency of widespread use of ICT services for mathematical purposes in the training of pre-service teachers of mathematics and the lack of opportunities for their provision to ICT subdivisions and pedagogical universities; between the feasibility of using ICT outsourcing of cloud infrastructure for the pre-service training of mathematics teachers in Ukraine and the non-adaptability of foreign cloud-based mathematical services to the requirements of national educational standards; between the possibilities of application of cloud mathematical services in the process of formation of professional competencies of mathematics teachers and the absence of an adequate method for their implementation. The paper describes the professional training of mathematics teachers in universities of Ukraine, and considers the national and foreign experience of using the cloud-based services in mathematics teachers’ pre-service training and also the tendencies and prospects of using CoCalc in teaching mathematical disciplines. The process of system design of mathematics teachers’ professional competencies is characterized, and the model of using the cloud service CoCalc as a tool for forming mathematics teachers’ professional competencies is developed. The indicators and levels (high, sufficient, medium, low) were identified for each component of the pre-service mathematics teachers’ professional competence system within the proposed model. The method of using CoCalc as a tool for forming professional competencies of mathematics teachers is developed and its basic components such as purpose, content, tools, methods and results are elaborated. Information regarding the stages of research and also the experimental work objectives and content are presented; the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the main stages (ascertaining, formative) of the pedagogical experiment is performed, confirming the hypothesis of the study.

The article considers the characteristics of the future pedagogue’s personality, the peculiarities of his / her formation as a person and a professional, which occurs for a long period: in the process of studying for the chosen profession, during independent pedagogical professional activity after graduation and throughout the entire professional life. Becoming a young specialist is associated with the formation of a professional position - determining a position in the system of relations with colleagues and students. The importance of personal abilities to self-development and self-design, flexibility, openness to the knowledge of the new, the presence of which, as well as individual behavior, characterize the competitiveness of a specialist, especially in the conditions of European integration is also noted. The relevance of the implementation of interactive teaching methods, particularly the storytelling, as a method in the professional training of future pedagogues, is theoretically substantiated. It is determined that the main difference between storytelling is the ease, lack of compelling suggestions; while listening or reading such a story, the audience will draw the necessary conclusion and will remember a lot more information. Submitting educational material in the form of storytelling develops the imagination, logic and enhances students' cultural education. Storytelling can be considered universal because its possibilities are wide and independent of time and place. Possibilities of introducing storytelling into the educational process of higher education institutions in Ukraine are analyzed in the article. The basic features of storytelling are confirmed, which affirm the relevance of the use of this method in working with students. A list of modern educational tools for creating quality content and interesting styling is presented, because in the educational process it is important not only to use such a method as storytelling but also to diversify the presentation and design of stories

Abstract The article deals with studying the process of forming physical education teachers’ pedagogical mastery in the context of native and foreign scholars’ views. It has been indicated that the problem of pedagogical activity and pedagogical mastery efficiency has been raised in the works of a number of scholars who developed the principles and criteria of such activity. Thus, such native pedagogues as D. Dmytrenko, S. Krysyuk, I. Maslikova V. Putsov, A. Volovychenko studied the organization and evaluation of pedagogical and methodical work of teachers as well as the measuring of teaching management effectiveness. We have concluded that the forming of future physical education teachers’ pedagogical mastery should include the analysis of the education content (syllabi; general, psychological and pedagogical, special subjects; their comparison and volume, etc.) and the study of future physical education teachers’ personality. It is based on the use of general approaches, namely, historical, theoretical and descriptive, experimental, qualimetric (sociological) and is carried out within the diagnosis of a more general concept – a level of professional training (professional competence, the ability to obtain and generate new knowledge, to creatively solve pedagogical problems).
