The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by 20 experts, and the reliability of all three questionnaires was acceptable for all three questionnaires due to Cronbach's alpha above 0.79. The data analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The results indicated a significant relationship between the investors’ personality and their conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange. There was also a significant relationship between all personality components except for extraversion with the investor’s conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange.

The population of the study included all students of Payam Noor University in Ghorveh during 2016-2017 academic years. According to the principles of statistical methodology for correlational studies, 100 students from different disciplines were selected as sample of the study using simple random sampling method. In this research, King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire, Bar-Ann 90-questions Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, and Conner and Davison resilience questionnaire were used. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions) were used to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that there is a significant positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence and resilience. Regression coefficients showed that spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence predict 53.9% of the variation in resiliency.

It is a fact that the concept of innovation, which is a necessity in every field today, is now indispensable in the sports sector. Especially, it is thought that determining the relationship between the innovation skills of the students in sports education institutions and the entrepreneurship of the students who are candidates to work in the sports sector is important in the development of innovation awareness of the students who will work in this field in the future. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship skills of individuals who receive sports education according to different variables. The study group was formed by the voluntary participation of 240 people, 161 males (67.1%) 79 females (32.9%), studying at the School of Physical Education and Sports at Istanbul Gelişim University, and selected by the purposeful sampling method. In addition to the personal information form, the Individual Innovativeness Scale (IIS) developed by Hurt et al. (1977) and adapted into Turkish by Sarıoğlu (2014), and the Entrepreneurship Scale (ES) developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009) to measure the entrepreneurship levels of university students were used as data collection tools. After the data showed normal distribution, T-Test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Test were used in the analyses, and the Tukey test was used to determine the difference between the groups. According to the results, it was determined that the innovation skills and entrepreneurship levels of the individuals’ varied according to different variables. As a result, it was determined that as the innovation skills of students studying at institutions providing sports education increased, their level of entrepreneurship also increased.

This study aimed to examine the factors that facilitate happiness in leisure. The research was performed according to the relational screening design, one of the scanning models. A total of 260 students, 180 male and 80 female, selected by simple random sampling method, studying at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Sport Sciences participated in the research group. In addition to the personal information form to collect data in the study, the Oxford Happiness Scale-Short Form (OHS-S) developed by Hills and Argyle (2002) and adapted into Turkish by Doğan and Çötok (2011), and the Leisure Facilitators Scale (LFS) developed by Kim et al. (2011) and adapted into Turkish by Gurbuz et al. (2015) were used as data collection tools. Considering the skewness and kurtosis values of the research data, it was accepted that the data showed a normal distribution. Moreover, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation test were used in the analysis. In this context, while no significant difference was found between the happiness of individuals according to their gender, a significant difference was determined between leisure facilitators. Moreover, a moderately significant relationship was found between leisure facilitators and happiness. As a result, personal, interpersonal and structural facilitators were identified as factors that facilitate the happiness of individuals in their leisure.

The variables in this study are emotional support as the independent variable and psychological well-being as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Grati with a sample of 333 students who were taken by the sampling method used was probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. namely the sampling technique by providing equal opportunities for each element. Data analysis was performed by Pearson product moment correlation analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between emotional support and psychological well-being for students at SMKN 1 Grati. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.562 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. With an effective contribution of 31.6%, which means that emotional support affects the level of psychological well-being of students.

Objective - The study purposes three objectives, which is to recognize the level of employees' commitment (EC) among employees, to identify the level of IWE application among employees, and to investigate the relationship between EC and IWE. Methodology/Technique - The data was collected through a structured questionnaire from employees working at selected financial firms in Kuala Lumpur and has been statistically analysed using SPSS. Findings - The results showed that the levels of employees' commitment and IWE among employees are high, however the Pearson correlation test shows there is no significant relationship between EC and IWE. Hence, it is recommended for future research to explore a different angle of the management dimension to be tested with IWE and expand the context into a multidisciplinary field. Novelty - This research helps to broaden the employees' knowledge about the work ethics in Islamic perspectives and apply it in their organization. Type of Paper - Empirical Keywords : Organizational commitment; employees commitment; affective commitment; normative commitment; continuance commitment; Islamic; work ethics.

Abstract: Diabetes mellitus is still increasing in number in the future. Type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2 (T2DM) often appears in adults and the cause is due to a shortage of the hormone insulin on a relative basis, generally appears slowly and gradually worsens. One of the parameters to control blood sugar level is HbA1c. The high HbA1c increases the risks and complications in T2DM patients. This study aimed to obtain the relationship between HbA1c level and GFR among T2DM patients. This was an analytical study using the patient's medical record data. This study was conducted at the Endocrine Clinic and Heart and Hypertension Clinic with a total samples of 65 patients. The results showed that of the 65 subjects, there were 40 male patients and 25 female patients. The Pearson correlation test showed that the relationship of the HbA1c level and GFR had a p value = 0.05 > 0.462 and the correlation r = 0.093. Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between HbA1c level and GFR in type 2 DM patients.
