The aim of this research is to evaluate the formation of students' knowledge culture through information technology with student views. In the research, qualitative methods were used to collect the data, and the content analysis method was used for the analysis of the data. The data were collected by the researcher through semi-structured interview forms prepared for the teacher and the students. The participants of the research consisted of 40 primary school 4th grade students studying in Almaty, Kazakhstan in the 2020-2021 academic year. The results of the research reveal that students sometimes benefit from information technologies while doing research for information purposes and for doing their school homework. At the same time, as a result of the research, it was determined that the students always benefited from information technologies for activity purposes. The results obtained from the research reveal that education systems, teachers and parents have great duties in the effective use of information technologies by students. The aim of this research is to conduct a comparative analysis of the mobile learning trends of students of the physical education teaching department studying in The Republic of Kosovo and Russia. In this research, causal comparative research method was used. The study group consists of 40 students studying physical education teaching at various universities in Kosovo and Russia in the 2020-2021 academic year. A total of 80 students participated in the study. The research data were collected by the semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher and the data was analyzed by content analysis method. The research results reveal that students studying in both countries have a high mobile learning tendency. In addition, students from both countries have similarly defined the advantages and disadvantages of mobile device use in education.

The aim of the present study was to determine the views of pre-service teachers on artificial intelligence. In the present qualitative study, conducted with the phenomenology design, that data were collected from 94 pre-service teachers attending different departments at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Education during the 2018-2019 academic year fall semester in Turkey. Data were collected with semi-structured interview form and written interview form, developed by the author. Collected data were analyzed by using content analysis method and classified under themes. Analyses demonstrated that pre-service teachers assigned different meanings to artificial intelligence, felt basically negative emotions for artificial intelligence, and did not want to live in a world ruled by artificial intelligence. Furthermore, it was found that pre-service teachers considered that artificial intelligence could have both several benefits and risks, and it might have both positive and negative effects on education. Based on the study findings, various recommendations were presented for future studies and implementations on the topic.

Раскрывает актуальность применения информационных технологий с точки зрения повышения эффективности автоматизации информационных процессов, что является необходимым условием для ускорения темпов научнотехнического прогресса. В статье акцентируется внимание на роль компьютерных технологий в приобретении навыков получения научных доказательств и проведения научноисследовательских работ с использованием методов компьютерного моделирования. При разработке междисциплинарных научных проектов использование информационных технологий лает возможность выработать научноисследовательскую составляющую для творческого подхода решения поставленной научной проблемы Информационные технологии, которые составляют фундаментальную основу образовательной и научноисследовательской деятельности вуза, позволяют повысить качество высшего образования на многоуровневой платформе. The aim of the study is to examine the thoughts of teacher candidates on Science and Technology Teaching based on effectiveness. For this purpose, data were obtained by using qualitative research methods. The research was conducted from qualitative research patterns in the phenomenology pattern. In the 2017-2018 academic year, an easily accessible sampling method was used in the research conducted at a State University in Istanbul. In this study, ten students were interviewed by using semi-structured interview forms and data were obtained within the limitations of these Interview Questions. In the semi-structured interview form, questions were applied as pilot practice with the participation of two students and the understanding of the questions was tested. The data collected was analyzed by content analysis and the students ' perceptions about activity based learning were determined. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the learning approach with an activity-based approach affects the thoughts of teacher candidates in a positive way. Based on the findings obtained, it can be said that activity-based learning in Science and Technology Teaching increases the effectiveness of teaching.

The conception of modernization of higher medical education in Ukraine is focused on the model of training physicians who have a broad outlook, able to integrate their potential into the activities of all medical workers, meet the current level of medical science and society, capable of self-improvement and self-development using innovative information technologies. The modern health care system is in need of specialists capable of continuous professional growth and self-improvement. The aim of the article is the formation of future physicians self-by means of information technology (IT). In the article review importance of IT in the professional activities of doctors, the prospects for the development of computer technology; formation and development of the knowledge base, skills and abilities necessary for the effective use of modern programs; development of the ability to independently master software and update and integrate the acquired knowledge. In a modern information society that is constantly evolving, it is important to develop the skills of IT skills among future doctors to make important decisions.

This study focused on examining how the roles and responsibilities of teachers about information technologies in Aydın district/Turkey are perceived. Qualitative research method was used in the study and descriptive content analysis was done. Computer and instructional technology department academic staff, students and information technology teachers were interviewed via semi-structured interview forms. According to research findings; it was observed that the works expected from the teachers have spread to a wide range of technology. Qualities of the ideal information technology teacher include, following developments in the field, using them in daily life, being prone to interdisciplinary work, dominating not only the application dimension of the field but also the theoretical concepts. According to participants' opinion, the status of teachers of information technology is expected to gain even more importance due to the increasing use of technology in society.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the opinions of class teachers about digital game-based teaching. The model of the research, which adopts the qualitative research approach, is the case study. Within the scope of the purpose of the study, opinions were obtained on a voluntary basis from the class teachers selected by the criterion sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods. The participants of the research are 30 class teachers working under the Ministry of National Education in the 2020-2021 academic year. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. In line with the findings obtained, conclusions and recommendations have been given.

The aim of this study was to examine the opinions of secondary school math teachers regarding the examination system for the transition to high school which was implemented for the first time in 2017-2018 academic year in Turkey. The research was conducted in the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year, a semi-structured interview form was used as data collection tool. In addition, the sample of the study consisted of 30 math branch teachers working in central secondary schools across a province in Eastern Anatolia. The interview form consisted of 6 open-ended questions prepared by the researchers after receiving expert opinions. Content analysis method was used in analyzing the data. As a result of findings, it was understood that while some of the teachers had positive opinions about this new exam, some others had negative thoughts.


Information technology is an increasingly important element of organizational products and services and the foundation of enterprise-wide processes. The tight linkage between IT and organizational processes means that the IT unit cannot bear sole responsibility for the effective use of information and IT. As a result, “getting more value from IT is an increasingly important organizational competency, and leaders throughout an enterprise must develop this competence” (). This message is strong evidence for the necessity of a better understanding of the mechanisms that govern the information life cycle, and consequently, the correspondent information technologies inside and across enterprises. Aside corporate governance, the IT governance is becoming a crucial activity in modern enterprises, and for this reason, this chapter presents the most important aspects that relate the architecture dimension of enterprises and the architecture of markets to the growth of enterprises and of markets. The chapter also examines some aspects of measurement of IT governance implementation and presents important recent features of IT governance in financial markets.
