The article is devoted to the methodological foundations of identifying and assessing the precarity of non-standard employment.The Object of the Study is workers in precarious employment. The Subject of the Study is the production relations that characterize the economic and social situation of workers due to the development of flexible forms of employment. The Theoretical Aspect of the Study is the methodological basis for identifying the precarity of non-standard employment. The Empirical Aspect of the Study is the assessment of the spread of precarity of employment through the measurement of its indicators with the allocation of the level of precarity of non-standard forms of employment. The Purpose of the Article is ordering the conceptual apparatus of the study of precarious employment in the context of the interaction of production relations and the productive forces of up-to-date societies and assessing the impact of non-standard employment on the prevalence of precarity of employment. The Main Theoretical Provisions of the Article are associated with the methodological foundations of identification of the precarity of non-standard employment. The Empirical provisions are aimed at assessing the level of indicators of precarious employment caused by the development of non-standard employment.

The incorrect labeling of people with disabilities as people with special needs constitutes not only a violation of equality but also a special criminological and criminal justice phenomenon. There are no special needs, but just different ways of satisfying them. The subject of this paper is an analyses of the impact of labeling people with disabilities and language disability on a discriminatory process and considers whether the victimization of persons with disabilities engenders inequality. The labeling of people with disabilities throughout history will also be considered. A questionnaire was distributed via Facebook in order to explore the opinions of users of social networks on language disability and its impact on discrimination. The aim of the paper is to highlight the effect labeling has on the overall social situation of people with disabilities. It is argued that the accurate usage of appropriate linguistic terminology would help prevent the victimization of persons with disabilities and accentuate the realization of their full participation in contemporary society.

The article analyzes the definitions of the concept "digital economy". The study considers the strategic planning documents of the different states, dedicated to the project of digital economy, as the object of investigation. The subject of research is the interpretation of the category "digital economy". The theoretical and methodological issues in the study of the digital economy are considered. The paper makes an attempt to substantiate the problems that will follow in the implementation of the strategy under the conditions of a weak methodological basis for describing the existing techno-economic picture of the world. Among such problems, we emphasize the lack of attention to the production relations in the presented interpretations. We consider that building a digital economy, as a high-tech production ecosystem, will not do without understanding the essence of a new type of production relations. Without this understanding, it will be problematic to build the institutional basis of the digital economy and to create a regulatory framework to control emerging relationships in the digital economy. The paper critically analyzes the existing interpretations of the digital economy, presented in the strategic planning documents, and reveals the author's understanding of the studied category.

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of communicative influence, where the main attention is paid to its theoretical consideration in linguistics. The purpose of our article is to consider the linguistic foundations of communicative influence in the theoretical aspect. The aim is to solve the following tasks: to find out the linguistic nature of the impact; outline the influential potential of language; identify the main factors that laid the foundation of the linguistic doctrine of communicative influence, consider the suggestions of language levels. The object of research was the phenomenon of communicative influence, and the subject was the linguistic component of communicative influence.The theoretical value of our intelligence lies in the deepening of knowledge about the features of communicative influence as a complex phenomenon, in particular the systematization of knowledge about the linguistic component. The practical significance lies in the fact that the obtained results can be used in teaching Vyshiv courses in modern Ukrainian (lexicology, morphology, syntax), stylistics, communicative and psycholinguistics, suggestive linguistics, theory of language communication and others. The close connection of all warehouse communicative influences is outlined ‒ physiological, psychological and linguistic, where the latter is the main, leading. Suggestions / suggestogens of language levels are considered and it is proposed to analyze them according to the degree of intensity of actualization of marked saturation. This word has been proven to be a powerful weapon of conscious / unconscious processes, as it has the ability to reflect and shape mental experience. Penetrating to the level of deep structures with the help of certain words, the addressee can detect the hidden mental processes reflected in the speech patterns of the addressee, and influence them. We see the prospects of the research in further in-depth study of the suggestions of each language level in influential discourses.

The Subject

The object of this research is the normative legal documents that regulate the process of conducting various types of land surveying expertise. The subject of this research is the conceptual apparatus of land surveying expertise, formed by the indicated documentation. In the course of this study, the authors examined the organizational and legal framework of forensic land surveying expertise and state expertise of land surveying documentation; procedural experience in conducting these types of land surveying expertise; case law on resolution of land and property disputes; works of national and foreign scholars on the matter. The authors attempted to formulate recommendation on the arrangement of conceptual apparatus of land surveying expertise. The relevance of this research is substantiated by insufficient scientific-methodological basis and conceptual apparatus of forensic land surveying expertise. The scientific novelty lies in juxtaposition of the practice, conceptual apparatus, legal, and scientific-methodological framework of forensic land surveying expertise and state expertise of land surveying documentation. The conclusion is made that on partial nonconformity of the concept of forensic land surveying expertise to the type of works conducted thereof. It is proposed to amend judicial legislation with regards to allocation of the new type of forensic expertise, as well as cadastral legislation with regards to broadening the types of cadastral activity.

The study aimed to identify the impact of settlement on agricultural development in the Jordan Valley, to identify the reality of the agricultural sector in the Jordan Valley and its impact on the social situation and to analyze the impact of social, security and strategic settlement. The researcher used the descriptive approach on the theoretical aspect of the study, by studying the focus of the impact of the Israeli occupation on agricultural development in The Governorate of Jericho and the Jordan Valley. The study showed that Israeli settlement affects agricultural development in the Jericho and the Jordan Valley region and is the main obstacle to the development and growth of the agricultural sector. Long- term strategic plans for the development of the agricultural sector cannot be developed in the study area, and the absence of agricultural development in the study area will have a negative effect on the social, security and strategic situation.

Humans are social animals; consequently, a lack of social ties affects individuals’ health negatively. However, the desire to belong differs between individuals, raising the question of whether individual differences in the need to belong moderate the impact of perceived social isolation on health. In the present study, 77 first-year university students rated their loneliness and health every 6 weeks for 18 weeks. Individual differences in the need to belong were found to moderate the relationship between loneliness and current health state. Specifically, lonely students with a high need to belong reported more days of illness than those with a low need to belong. In contrast, the strength of the need to belong had no effect on students who did not feel lonely. Thus, people who have a strong need to belong appear to suffer from loneliness and become ill more often, whereas people with a weak need to belong appear to stand loneliness better and are comparatively healthy. The study implies that social isolation does not impact all individuals identically; instead, the fit between the social situation and an individual’s need appears to be crucial for an individual’s functioning.

The purpose of the article is to typologize terminological definitions of security, to find out the general, to identify the originality of their interpretations depending on the subject of legal regulation. The methodological basis of the study is the methods that made it possible to obtain valid conclusions, in particular, the method of comparison, through which it became possible to correlate different interpretations of the term "security"; method of hermeneutics, which allowed to elaborate texts of normative legal acts of Ukraine, method of typologization, which made it possible to create typologization groups of variants of understanding of the term "security". Scientific novelty. The article analyzes the understanding of the term "security" in various regulatory acts in force in Ukraine. Typological groups were understood to understand the term "security". Conclusions. The analysis of the legal material makes it possible to confirm that the issues of security are within the scope of both legislative regulation and various specialized by-laws. However, today there is no single conception on how to interpret security terminology. This is due both to the wide range of social relations that are the subject of legal regulation and to the relativity of the notion of security itself and the lack of coherence of views on its definition in legal acts and in the scientific literature. The multiplicity of definitions is explained by combinations of material and procedural understanding, static - dynamic, and conditioned by the peculiarities of a particular branch of legal regulation, limited ability to use methods of one or another branch, the inter-branch nature of some variations of security, etc. Separation, common and different in the definition of "security" can be used to further standardize, in fact, the regulatory legal understanding of security to more effectively implement the legal regulation of the security direction.

In this competitive environment, organizations strive to satisfy their customer by providing best quality service at affordable and fair prices with a view to enhance their revenues. To achieve the objective of revenue maximization, organizations strive to identify the factors that help them in retaining their customers. Drawing from the signalling theory of marketing, the current study proposes a novel conceptual model representing the impact of service quality with food quality and price fairness on customer retention in restaurant sector of Pakistan. The paper underlines an important arena of knowledge for academicians as well as organizational scientists on the subject. The subject of the research is the approach to the possibility of using the Solow model to perform the regression analysis on the example of the Ukrainian economy model. The purpose of writing this article is to investigate the notion of regres- sion analysis, Solow’s economy model, algorithm for performing regression analy- sis on the example of Ukraine’s economy model. This model can be adapted for the economy of enterprises. Methodology. The research methodology is system-struc- tural and comparative analyzes (to study the structure of GDP); monograph (when studying methods of regression analysis on the example of the Ukrainian economy); economic analysis (when assessing the impact of factors on Ukraine’s GDP). The scientific novelty consists the features of the use of the Solow model on the ex- ample of Ukrainian economy are determined. An algorithm for calculating the basic parameters of a model using the Excel application package is disclosed. The main recommendations on the development of the national economy and economic growth through the use of macroeconomic instruments are given. Conclusions. The use of the Solow model enables forecasting and analysis. The results obtained re- vealed the problem of low resource return of capital as a resource, along with the means of macroeconomic regulation of the investment process, using which can improve the situation. A special place in these funds belongs to the accelerated depreciation and interest rate policies.

The subject of the research is a set of approaches to the statistical analysis ofthe activities of small business entities in Ukraine, including micro-enterprises. The purpose of writing this article is to study of the features of functioningof small business entities in Ukraine. Methodology. The research methodology isto use a system-structural and comparative analysis (to study the change in thenumber of small enterprises by major components); monographic (when studyingmethods of statistical analysis of small businesses); economic analysis (when assessing the impact of small business entities on socio-economic phenomena andprocesses in Ukraine). The scientific novelty consists to determine the features ofthe functioning of small businesses in Ukraine in modern conditions. The influenceof the activities of the main socio-economic and political indicators on the activities of small enterprises in recent periods of time has been identified. It has beenestablished that there is flexibility in the development of strategies by small businesses in conditions of significant competition, which makes it possible to quicklyrespond to changing situations in specific markets. Conclusions. The use of acomprehensive statistical analysis of small businesses functioning in Ukraine willallow government agencies to develop a set of measures to optimize the activitiesof these enterprises, which ultimately will positively affect the strengthening oftheir competitiveness and will contribute to the growth of the national economicsystem.
