Modern Germany plays active role in global migration movement and public opinion has an important part in the adaptation and integration of immigrants. Their count has seen yearly increases and this will continue, also due to children born in their families in Germany. The country has seen debates ongoing for the last 10 years regarding the necessity of the immigration. The debates in political circles could not help but touch ordinary German citizens who meet the foreigners both in professional and everyday life. Nowadays Internet is the most convenient place for the local population to express its opinion. People can use website comments and blogs to openly express their position and get feedback from their fellow citizens. Migration crisis of 2015–2016 showed that Germans care about what’s happening in their country, they actively defend their opinion and urge the government to hear them. It is expressed in numerous discussions taking place on the Internet. This article analyses German public opinion based on publications in periodic mass media during last five years (2015–2019) and also their discussions on the Internet. A spectrum of the main problems is established which mainly cause debates: necessity of admitting refugees, country’s capacity for their integration, increase of Muslim population in the country etc.

<p>Food is the fundamental right of every human being. Communities or nations that are not satisfied with food sufficiency will have the potential to cause economic instability and even to bring down a government. Dependence on rice as a staple food can threaten economic and political stability when food is not adequately covered. One alternative that can be made to avoid the threat is to switch to other carbohydrates-based foods that grow in Indonesia, including sweet potato, cassava, arrowroot, and ganyong. However, those local food variety is still considered as second-class food, due to the persistence to rice-eating culture. Therefore, there is a necessity to create a local food campaign on internet media. The Internet is now growing into a medium capable to reach all kinds of people in a quick and precise manner. This descriptive study uses secondary data such as books and journals related to state defense and food security. The study finds that the use of internet as a medium for local food campaign to the community has not been implemented optimally, both by the government and non-government. In line with the rapid development of the internet and the importance of defending the country in all aspects, local food campaigns through internet media require the participation of all stakeholders.</p><p align="left"> </p><strong>Keywords</strong>: defending of the state, local food campaign, internet

China enjoyed a relatively “stable” and peaceful 2016. This did not mean that social problems had been addressed, but indicated that the authorities had strengthened their capacity to maintain social stability. The middle class’ rising grievances over the deteriorating environment and the incompetent legal system have aroused collective action in cyberspace. The government has strengthened its control of non-governmental organisations and public opinion on the internet.

Network Public Opinion is significant in maintaining social harmony and stability and promoting transparency in government affairs. However, with the development of economy and transformation of society, our country has entered a high-risk period, which is full of unexpected public events. Unexpected mass accidents also cause hot discussions among the Internet users once they are exposed on the network. Different ideas, opinions, emotions, and attitudes about unexpected public events will be collected and collide on the Internet. It makes Network Public Opinion play an increasingly important role in the evolution of unexpected public events. It could promote the spread and upgrade of unexpected public events and bring more and more profound influence on to our social life. We use the case study method to analyze and solve the problems by applying the dynamic principles of the SIR epidemic model, comprehensively considering the social environment and various influencing factors, and constructing a mathematical model for the spread of network group events. The study uses Matlab to simulate the change trajectory of the number of participants in the network group events. By adjusting the number of contacts φ in the model, the development of network group emergencies can be effectively controlled and managed. As long as the government takes timely intervention measures, the dissemination of network group events can be basically controlled. Combined with public opinion big data to discover the important factors affecting the spread of public opinion, the control effect is obvious.

This is a crossroads time for dictionaries in print in general and for bilingual dictionaries of Economics in printin particular. A time when the prevalence of information technologies supposedly makes access to specializedlexicographical information easier and faster. The present study first reviews briefly the current situation of bilingual dictionaries of Economics on paper and their viability in a near future. It then examines, with more detail, the specific lexicographical issue of incorporating (i.e. translating) English financial neonyms, which appear practically everyday in print and internet media, into English-Spanish/Spanish-English Dictionaries of Economics on paper, normally published in the lapse of years. This gap between the immediacy of the Internet and the delay of printing, seems to cause serious problems to bilingual lexicographers specialized in Economics especially when questionable translations of such neonyms are already circulating on the web. This, in addition to the ample presence of electronic glossaries and dictionaries, easily accessible by translators and professionals, but whose reliability, on the other hand, is not always guaranteed. Finally, a more active role is recommended to bilingual lexicographers in Economics by taking advantage of internet information media services and by joining efforts with finance experts and professionals.

Internet public opinion has developed rapidly in recent years, which has more influence on society. The relevant problems of Internet public opinion have become the hotspots of research. The complexity of Internet public opinion spreading brings difficulties to research and analysis. For the problems of Internet public opinion spreading, an evolutionary model of Internet public opinion spreading is built based on evolutionary game theory in this paper, considering three subjects including Internet media, Internet users, and government. Then, the evolutionary stable strategies of the Internet public opinion spreading system are studied. Finally, the influences of the stable strategy of the Internet public opinion spreading system are analyzed through simulation. Relevant conclusions are obtained. The results show that there are multiple possible stable strategies in the evolution of Internet public opinion. The different initial probabilities of the strategy lead to the different stable strategies of the evolutionary system. The stable strategy is influenced by some factors, such as the punished loss of Internet media, the gain of Internet users from government controlling, and the cost of government. These conclusions have a certain guiding significance to Internet public opinion management and control.

Following forced expulsion and campaigns of ethnic cleansing, substantial portions of national communities affected by conflict no longer live within the boundaries of the state. Nevertheless, existing wartime and postwar public opinion research is largely confined to countries directly affected by conflict. As a result, current research may overlook important war-affected populations and processes shaping their opinions. I address this problem by examining the question: does incorporation in settlement countries reduce support for conflict ideology? Examining this question requires new microdata. I examine the results of a large-scale survey of ex-Yugoslavs in Sweden. The findings suggest that incorporation undermines support for conflict ideology by increasing the socioeconomic security and social identity complexity of migrants. This has important implications for multiculturalism policies in the context of the current global migration crisis.
