Abstract Website is one of the internet media tools that functions to display, promote and can even be used as a media to find information needed quickly and without space and time. Kelurahan as one of the government institutions requires media interaction and socialization so that people both living in the region and the wider community can get all information relating to the region quickly. With a website it can be easy to access and become a media of information to be more effective and efficient because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This community service aims to provide learning education in the form of training on website management as a profile information on the Tangkerang Selatan village profile. With this community service, it is expected to be able to help the village in helping and using blogspot as a media for publication of profiles and information in the Tangkerang Selatan village. Kelurahan sebagai salah satu lembaga pemerintahan membutuhkan media interaksi dan sosialisasi agar masyarakat baik yang tinggal diwilayah tersebut maupun masyarakat luas dapat memperoleh segala informasi terkait wilayah dengan cepat. Dengan adanya website dapat mempermudah dalam pengaksesan serta menjadi media informasi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien karena dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pembelajaran dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang pengelolaan website sebagai media informasi profil kelurahan Tangkerang Selatan. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak kelurahan dalam memanfaatkan dan menerapkan blogspot sebagai media publikasi profil dan informasi di kelurahan Tangkerang Selatan. Home industry production results are only traditionally managed as promoted by word of mouth, and sometimes rely solely on the number of visitors to the sales place of the product, so the product takes a long time to increase sales volume. Now with capitalize a set of computers or smartphones that have been equipped with the Internet network can be used as a tool or media to publish all activities / promotional activities undertaken by the domestic business actors. In this activity, business activists will be given material about what the website, especially weblog and its benefits, how to make it, and how to use and manage it properly to support and improve the ability in promoting the product. This is not without reason, because almost all citizens who already have a household business is less understand the use of the internet let alone use the Internet media as one of the media to promote household products that they produce. The main target in the implementation of community service activities is to improve the ability of the community in the utilization of the Internet as a powerful medium as a partner of the government in moving the economic factors.

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has become one of the influential instruments for poverty alleviation. The argument is based on the fact that currently technology has played an important role in relation to the lives of many people. There are several projects conducted by the government in Indonesia utilising ICT to reduce poverty rate, such as establishing telecenter in some remote areas. This paper aims to identify the extent and the impact of the ICT convergence process that is carried out as an effort to improve the welfare of the community, specifically at Gubugklakah village, Malang Regency. The village is chosen as the locus of the research because the area, which is relatively far from the city center, received telecentre procurement assistance by the central government. By using descriptive qualitative methods, this study finds that ICT has not been converged to the maximum and the impact is less than optimal. Internet connection is only limited to middle and upper economic groups. The use of the world-wide-web at the village has also experienced ups and downs. For example, there is an improvement in the utilisation of techonolgy in education, tourism and government sectors which impact on a more effective work culture. People also usually surf the internet to search and watch educational, entertainment or trading content. However, the connection has a slow network connection which is problematic when many people use it. Furthermore, there is a need for educating people as well as incremental approach so that the internet can be in line with local culture.Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi salah satu instrumen yang berpengaruh dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Argumen tersebut didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa saat ini teknologi telah memainkan peran penting dalam kaitannya dengan kehidupan banyak orang. Ada beberapa proyek yang dilakukan pemerintah di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan TIK untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan, seperti membangun telecenter di beberapa daerah terpencil. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dan dampak dari proses konvergensi TIK yang dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Gubugklakah Kabupaten Malang. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokus penelitian karena wilayah yang relatif jauh dari pusat kota mendapat bantuan pengadaan telecentre oleh pemerintah pusat. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa TIK belum terkonvergensi secara maksimal dan dampaknya kurang optimal. Koneksi internet hanya terbatas pada kelompok ekonomi menengah ke atas. Penggunaan world wide web di desa juga mengalami pasang surut. Misalnya, peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, pariwisata dan pemerintahan yang berdampak pada budaya kerja yang lebih efektif. Orang juga biasanya menjelajahi internet untuk mencari dan menonton konten pendidikan, hiburan, atau perdagangan. Namun, koneksi tersebut memiliki koneksi jaringan yang lambat yang menjadi masalah ketika banyak orang yang menggunakannya. Selain itu, perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat serta pendekatan incremental agar internet dapat sejalan dengan budaya lokal.

<p>Food is the fundamental right of every human being. Communities or nations that are not satisfied with food sufficiency will have the potential to cause economic instability and even to bring down a government. Dependence on rice as a staple food can threaten economic and political stability when food is not adequately covered. One alternative that can be made to avoid the threat is to switch to other carbohydrates-based foods that grow in Indonesia, including sweet potato, cassava, arrowroot, and ganyong. However, those local food variety is still considered as second-class food, due to the persistence to rice-eating culture. Therefore, there is a necessity to create a local food campaign on internet media. The Internet is now growing into a medium capable to reach all kinds of people in a quick and precise manner. This descriptive study uses secondary data such as books and journals related to state defense and food security. The study finds that the use of internet as a medium for local food campaign to the community has not been implemented optimally, both by the government and non-government. In line with the rapid development of the internet and the importance of defending the country in all aspects, local food campaigns through internet media require the participation of all stakeholders.</p><p align="left"> </p><strong>Keywords</strong>: defending of the state, local food campaign, internet

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak  Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak  sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak.  Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan.       Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. Community empowerment is one of the keys to the success of a village to prosper the lives of its people, with the potential of existing villages, where the community can develop ideas, creations of superior products in the village that generate entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the provisions given by the government for village development. Padamatang Pasawahan Kuningan village is one of the villages that has a lot of natural resource potential that can be managed and developed into a superior product from the village including Processed Tempe and Emping (Melinjo). The method for carrying out this activity through several stages, namely the stages of preparation, socialization, training, and assistance. <p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>In 2014, the government and parliament passed Law No. 6 of 2014 stipulates the rights and obligations of the village. A key point in the Act is allocation large enough of the village fund for each village across Indonesia. As a follow up of the Act, the government has also issued Regulation of the Minister of the Home Affair No. 113/2015 on the Financial Management of the Village which serves as a guide for the government in the villages to manage their of village fund. Legalization of this Act rise polemic in community. Some argue that the village funds that will be allocated to the village would pose a potential corruption of village officials. Therefore, this community service aims to find a variety of problems related to  management of the village fund and to provide guidance of village fund management. The community service is done in the village and the village Giriroto Kismoyoso Ngemplak District of Boyolali. In the early stages of community service, a team do an observation and direct discussions with the Village Head of Kismoyoso and Giriroto. It aims to gain a deeper knowledge of the issues related to the management of funds of village. The observation and discussion shows that the main problem that arises is the lack of knowledge of the village head in both villages to the technical implementing financial management of villages based on Regulation No. 113/2015. It is coupled with a lack of facilitators from Boyolali district to assist in both villages. The team considers that implementation of the financial reporting using computerized system | is a solution to overcome these obstacles. With the computerized system, village fund reporting will be done quickly and the finacial statements will also be more reliable than reporting manually. Therefore, the team filed the application computerized reporting by using the reporting software that generates the village fund financial statements as set out in Regulation No. 113/2015.</em></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p align="center"><strong>SARIPATI</strong></p>Pada tahun 2014, pemerintah dan DPR mengesahkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 mengatur tentang hak dan kewajiban desa. Hal pokok dalam UU adalah adanya alokasi dana desa yang cukup besar untuk setiap desa. Pengesahan UU ini menimbulkan polemik dimasyarakat. Beberapa pihak menyambut gembira terbitnya UU tersebut karena adanya dana desa akan menjadikan desa sebagai pusat pembangunan. Sebaliknya, beberapa pihak berpendapat bahwa dana desa yang akan dialokasikan kepada desa akan menimbulkan potensi korupsi yang dilakukan aparat desa. Sebagai tindak lanjut UU tersebut, pemerintah juga telah menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 113/2015 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa yang menjadi panduan bagi pemerintah desa dalam penata kelolaan keuangan desa. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui berbagai permasalahan yang dialami desa terkait pengelolaan dana desa dan memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan pengelolaan dana desa. Pengabdian di lakukan di Desa Kismoyoso dan Desa Giriroto Kecamatan Ngemplak Boyolali. Pada tahap awal pengabdian dilakukan observasi dan diskusi secara langsung dengan Kepala Desa Kismoyoso dan  Giriroto. Hal ini  bertujuan untuk memahami lebih dalam permasalahan kedua desa terkait pengelolaan dana desa. Hasil observasi dan diskusi menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama yang timbul adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dari kepala desa di kedua desa tersebut berserta pelaksana teknis terkait pengelolaan keuangannya desa berdasarkan Permendagri No. 113/2015. Hal itu ditambah lagi dengan belum adanya tenaga pendamping dari Kabupaten Boyolali yang diturunkan untuk mendampingi di kedua desa tersebut. Tim pengabdian menganggap pelaporan keuangan dana desa secara komputer merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Permendagri No. 113/2015 hanya mengatur  format-format pelaporan secara manual dan tidak mensyaratkan adanya komputerisasi dalam pelaporannya. Disisi lain,  teknologi informasi komputer (TIK) telah semakin banyak digunakan karena biaya hardware dan software sudah cukup murah. Selain itu, sistem terkomputerisasi memiliki banyak keuntungan dibandingkan dengan sistem manual. Pelaporan dana desa mampu dilakukan dengan cepat dan output laporan keuangannnya juga akan lebih handal dibanding dengan pelaporan secara manual.  Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian mengajukan penerapan pelaporan berkomputer dengan menggunakansoftware pelaporan dana desa yang menghasilkan laporan keuangan seperti yang diatur dalam Permendagri No. 113/2015. Proses pencatatan dan output laporan dari software ini dikembangkan mengacu pada Permendagri No. 113/2015 yang menjadi pedoman pengelolaan keuangan desa uantuk seluruh desa di Indonesia.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.

Pasirmulya Village, located in Bandung, is a village that has several potentials such as coffee, handicrafts, and tourism. But there are still obstacles in marketing products from the village, especially handicraft products. The marketing techniques currently used are still not optimal, so the potential of handicraft products has not been optimally exploited. Online sales media proved to be very effective in marketing products to consumers, given the ease offered and not knowing distance and time. To start online sales, adequate knowledge is needed in terms of operating a computer and utilizing the internet network. At this moment, most of the participants were high school graduates, the rest were junior high school graduates and about half of the participants are 15-20 years old. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge in operating computers, creating documents with word processing software, processing data with worksheet software, and utilizing the internet that supports marketing activities. The target of this training is the members of Karang Taruna RW 06 and RW 12 in Pasirmulya. It is expected that after the implementation of this training the members of Karang Taruna can pass on the knowledge they have gained to other members of the village community.

The problem of poverty almost occurs in almost all areas including Traji Village. To alleviate poverty requires proper methods with careful calculations by the village government. The aim is to find out how the efforts of poverty alleviation by the village government in the Traji cultural village, Parakan District, Temanggung. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is a research that conducted based on a qualitative paradigm, strategy, and model implementation. The final result of this research is that in the effort to alleviate poverty in the cultural village of Traji, Parakan Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency, there are several problems, such as less than optimal services due to the limited facilities and infrastructure owned by the village, lack of training for village apparatus, and program achievements that are too minimal. thus making poverty alleviation difficult to achieve. However, the village government continues to carry out its duties by seeking various ways to alleviate poverty, such as holding Peken Lepen which can generate 6 million per performance and has a good impact on the village economy. Peken Lepen is a commitment from the village government to the economy of the local community. In addition, the government also involves all communities and government institutions such as the Activity Management Team Village Consultative Body and stakeholders by holding hamlet meetings, which is proof that the government is not the sole authority.

Community service activities are one of the activities that aim to assist the government in improving Good Government. Community participation is still very low in implementing the principles of good government. Yet society is a very important part of these principles. Because the role of the community is still very low, community service is held in the form of counseling and socialization about the importance of community participation in improving good government. To realize a civil society, good governance is needed, both at the center and at the local level so that they can work well together so that the goals desired by the community are carried out, and this is not the task of the central government alone but the government under it starting from the village government and local government. that is what we know as the implications of village autonomy. The village community is expected to become a useful community, especially in the process of administering government (at the village level in particular). Because the participation of the village community is a real embodiment of Good governance. This kind of society will be solid and actively participate in determining various government policies. In addition, this kind of society will also carry out an effective supervisory function in the implementation of government administration. If the community is not yet effective in front of the government and there are still many social problems in it such as conflict and group anarchism, it is very unlikely that Good governance can be implemented.
