The creative industry is one of the industries that currently supports the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to formulate the distribution model of Jember's creative industry towards the international market. This study is quantitative-descriptive research conducted in Jember using SMEs as population. Furthermore, samples were taken by using a non-probability sampling technique with a convenience sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study was a fishbone diagram. The results of the fishbone diagram analysis showed several causes of SMEs growth problems such as the lack of HR skills in foreign languages, the inadequate of sophisticated technology in business, and the minimal amount of business capital. The inappropriate adoption of the technology was then identified as the root cause of the problem. Thus, the distribution model for the creative industry to increase competitiveness in the international market is the technology application in every element of the SMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia through the islamicity performance index approach for the period 2013-2017, by the principles of justice, halalness, and purification. This study using quantitative descriptive research. The number of banks sampled are five Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia that have been selected, through a purposive sampling technique first. These banks are BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, BCA Syariah, and Victoria Syariah. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the financial statements of each islamic commercial bank that is sampled. Through the islamicity performance index approach, the results of this study indicate that the financial performance of islamic commercial bank is unsatisfactory, based on the average of the variables that have been processed in accordance with predicate valuation standards.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. <pre>Schizophrenia is a disease that affects the brain and causes strange, disturbing thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements and behavior. Recurrence is a term that relatively reflects the worsening of symptoms or behaviors that endangers patients and or their environment. This study aims to analyse the characteristics of schizophrenia patients with recurrence at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Pekanbaru With quantitative descriptive research design. The research sample were 167 respondents taken based on inclusion criteria by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is univariate analysis. The results showed clinical characteristics of 167 respondents, received the majority of the respondents lived with the family 85 respondents (50.9%). Medical diagnosis of most schizophrenia paranoid 121 respondents (72.5%). Diagnosed for 1-5 years 82 respondents (49.1). Based on the most recurrence factor caused by treatment 120 respondents (71.9%). Based on the most predisposition factor caused by genetic 74 respondents (44.3%). while the precipitation factors resulting from family and socioeconomic 51 respondents (30.5%). Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the recurrence in schizophrenia patients is caused by a variety of conditions, so that it takes appropriate treatment and according to the characteristics Patients.</pre>

The differences  of  views  about Islam is single or  plural impact on the debate on the use of terminology of Indonesia Islamic education. This  debate on terminology actually arose among the Muslims who have more understanding about the conception of Islamic education. Therefore, this  study aims to explore the attitudes of the academic community of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga against the use of Islamic education terminology in Indonesia, so as to know the views of  respondents about Islam is single or plural. This research  uses quantitative descriptive research type. The population of this study are students of the third semester and the fifth semester at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN)  at Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK) Salatiga as many as 1763 respondents. Researcher took  355 samples of  respondents  with cluster random sampling technique. Data collection use questioner method. Data were  analyzed with descriptive  statistics. The data that has been collected then followed the stages of description, reduction, selection, discussion, analysis and conclusions. This research concluded that the majority of the academic community of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga were disagree  with the terminology of Islamic education of Indonesia. They are more amenable to use the term Islamic education in Indonesia. This shows that the academic  community of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Science Teachers (FTIK)  of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Salatiga views   that   Islam as   single rather   than plural. The study   also found  that  respondents who have more  understanding about the conception of Islamic education  who  reject the terminology   of  Islamic education in Indonesia  are greater  than   those   who   have less understanding of     the   conception   of  Islamic    education. Therefore, it   is   suspected  that   there is  a   negative   correlation  between  the   level   of   understanding of the concept of Islamic education with plurality attitude.

This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

A purchasing decision is a process of taking an opinion when making a product purchase. Thisresearch aims to know the simultaneous and partial relationships among Simplicity, Trust andRisk Perception to Purchasing Decisions of the OVO digital wallet users in Surakarta. The methodof research is quantitative descriptive research design. The sampling technique is the purposivesampling method. Data was taken directly using a questionnaire of 100 respondents. The analyticalmethods used in the study is Multiple Linear Regression Analyses. The results showed thatSimplicity, Trust and Risk Perception variables simultaneously & significantly impact onPurchasing Decision. The goal of this research was to know analysis between career guidance procedures and soft skills on the career competencies of Batam Tourism Polytechnic student. This research used a quantitative descriptive research design with two way anova methods. Population in this research of  was students seventh semester students of the Study Program of Culinary Management, Room Division Management, and Food and Beverage Management at Batam Tourism Polytechnic was 104 respondents. Sample in this research was 84 respondents that determined by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questions. The research shows that there was significant differences between career guidance procedures to the student career competences, significant differences between soft skills to the student career competencies, and significant interaction between the implementation of career guidance to the soft skills in determining student career competencies.
