Social partnership at the stage of professional education of a teacher of social minded school

The subject of this research is the problem of social partnership, which determines modern social processes, interactions, and spaces. The priorities and standards of modern educational policy actualize its significance. The purpose of the work is to consider the professional education of the future teacher from the standpoint of social partnership and its design in the socially oriented space of a social minded school. Using the methods of dynamic and contextual analysis of the educational system, theoretical analysis of literature, review analysis of the experience of foreign countries (France, Finland, Germany, Poland): 1) the definition of “social partnership” is theoretically formulated; 2) the concepts of “social minded school” and “socially oriented educa-tion” are substantively justified; 3) the social and educational components of these phenomena are noted, which allow them to become a unifying principle and a field of active social interaction between the state and society. We emphasize the practical importance of professional training of a future teacher for successful work in a new social minded school due to the wide possibilities of social partnership between the state, society and the interested civil community, as well as the re-source opportunities and innovative potential of the university where future teacher studied.

The purpose of the article is the theoretical substantiation of the didactic potential of the means of theatrical art in the development of the negotiation competence of the future teacher-mediator. The main idea of the research is to consider the problem of organizing the training of negotiators for the field of education at the interdisciplinary level, which ensures the complex nature of the educational activities of students-future teachers-mediators. More results consist in the presentation of an innovative approach to the development of the negotiation competence of the teacher-mediator, in particular, in development of the idea to Supplement the structure of the negotiation competence of acting component, the formulation of the scientific definition of acting competence of the teacher-mediator, development and justification of the conditions of realization of educational activity in the University by means of theatrical art, contributing to the successful professionalization of the future teacher-mediator. The theoretical significance of the research is to expand the understanding of the phenomenon of negotiation competence in relation to acting creativity, in particular, with acting technique, and to identify opportunities for developing the negotiation competence of a future teacher-mediator based on the methodology of theatrical art (on the example of theatricalization, forum theater and the use of acting and directing memoirs in professional training).

The problem of the development of social activity of the future teacher is actualized by the fact that for society, the creative activity of a teacher is the most important resource that ensures socially significant changes in society, and for the student himself, the manifestation of his social activity is the opportunity to manifest himself as a subject capable of navigating a complex socio-cultural space, in a political, scientific, sports, social, charitable activities. The assessment of the manifestations of students' social activity was carried out on the basis of a survey, expert assessments and observation. The sample consisted of 200 respondents: 48 males and 152 females aged 18 to 22, the 2nd year students in pedagogical programs at Yelets State University named after I.A. Bunin. It was revealed that all respondents note the importance and activity-based nature of social activity and consciously engage in various types of activities, while social and charitable (82%) and sports and health (64%) are priorities for them. Only 2% of respondents consider social activities useless and unpopular. The leading motives of students' participation in public life were determined: awareness of their pertinence (72%), satisfaction with the benefits brought (66%), additional opportunity for professional growth (55%), meeting interesting people (54%). Methodological recommendations for the development of social activity of students in the university are proposed, aimed at creating and implementing organizational and pedagogical conditions that determine the environment for the development of social activity of future teachers. The research is of practical value for specialists who develop content, technologies, management of professional training and education of a future teacher.

Professional training of future teachers in the twenty-first century is impossible without taking into account its global context. For professional success in a rapidly changing world, new personality traits are required: mobility, flexibility, adaptability, tolerance. In this regard, the internationalization of pedagogical education and the teaching profession is becoming a global trend today.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current situation of academic mobility in the Republic of Kazakhstan, identify barriers that hinder the development of academic mobility of students, experimentally test the effectiveness of the orientation course on academic mobility for students. In order to provide pedagogical support and develop motivation for academic mobility of students at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, we have developed and implemented an orientation course for 2nd year undergraduate students «Student Mobility: Opportunities and Prospects» in the first semester of 2020, which prepared and acquainted future teachers with the possibilities of international academic mobility programs and the features of credit technology of education. According to the results of the introductory course of the second year bachelor’s degree, changes were noted in the motivational component of readiness for academic mobility of students in the experimental group. In conclusion, we noted that to provide pedagogical support of future teacher for academic mobility at the university , it is necessary to use various kinds of programmes in the educational process in order to increase readiness of students for academic mobility. It is also necessary to carry out systematic pedagogical support of students for academic mobility, to involve tutors, advisers, teachers, coordinators of the international department to eliminate linguistic, organizational, informational, resource, normative, meaningful barriers to academic mobility of future teachers.

The paper deals with the cross-cutting tasks system use for the university education as a necessary condition of professional education orientation. The application of the cross-cutting tasks system promotes holistic students thinking and helps to master the means of action in a particular work situation. The paper contains a fragment of the system developed by the author for the course Subject-oriented economic information systems for bachelor students majoring in Applied Information Technologies in Economics. The course consists of several modules, the cross-cutting tasks system is used in the module Information systems of personnel management. The fragment of the system contains multiple plot lines that show methods of standard operations for personnel documents maintaining and enterprise personnel management, calculation and salary payment in the automated system. Specific tasks help to demonstrate continuity and connectivity of all sections in the module. The author of the paper considers some difficulties of the cross-cutting tasks system application: strict sequence of the methodology; difference in time that students need to perform the tasks; inability to include some tasks in the system; dependence on the results obtained during previous classes. The paper also contains possible ways of overcoming these difficulties.

The article is devoted to the planning of business career and professional training of personnel. It is noted, in particular, that the most important problem of forming personnel potential of employees is their career growth and training. The article emphasizes that the priority tasks of increasing the efficiency of the operation of enterprises is to equip them with workers who have the necessary qualities to successfully own a chosen profession, to create a system that allows them to maintain and develop their working capacity, as well as reliability. To perform such tasks, periodic control of the employee's functional status and the definition of objective criteria characterizing the qualitative composition of such units and bodies are necessary. The peculiarities of career growth and professional training of the personnel are investigated. The efficiency of the existing system at the enterprise level is analyzed. The authors noted that the key to a successful career is a symbiosis of such factors as the employee's inner desire to grow professionally, hard work and charisma. It is also emphasized that personnel training plays an important role. Advanced advanced countries of the world have long been exploring the impact of training on human productivity. Consequently, one of the strategic goals of modern Ukrainian firms and organizations should be to train managers to develop their own development and manage the development of their subordinates in the most effective way. For this purpose it is necessary to create a system of career growth, training of managers of all levels.

Introduction. The need for reforming the Ukrainian education system, improving it and raising the level of the quality of training specialists is a major socio-cultural problem that is largely conditioned by the processes of globalization and the needs for the formation of positive conditions for individual development, socialization and self-realization in this world.The process of modernization of higher education in Ukraine in the context of the Bologna Process most certainly affects higher education and higher education institutions. Taking into account the place and role of tourism in the life of society, the state, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism", proclaims tourism as one of the priority directions of economic and cultural development and creates conditions for tourist activities.Hypothesis of scientific research. The directions of training future tourism managers are considered on the basis of the model of a competent graduate. The criteria for the activity of teachers in higher education institutions and the possibilities for their selection are formulated. It is noted that the teacher should possess modern technologies of general and professional education, a set of effective methods and techniques, sufficient amount of professional knowledge to provide education for future tourism professionals (teaching, planning, management of didactic and educational systems).The aim of this study is to highlight conceptual approaches to the preparation of future tourism managers.Research methods:– theoretical analysis - to determine the state of disclosure of the research problem in the psychological and pedagogical scientific literature, the study of normative and legal documents in the field of education;– comparison, classification, generalization - for definition of joint characteristics of objects on the basis of processing and interpretation of theoretical sources on the problem of tourism education in universities;– diagnostics (questioning, conversation, testing, observation, expert evaluation);– mathematical statistics - for processing the obtained experimental data and calculating statistical indicators in order to test the effectiveness of the introduction of pedagogical conditions, models and methods of forming the readiness of future teachers for the organization of school tourism in the educational process of higher education institutions;Results: an approach is proposed to build a holistic process for the formation of a student's personality, which should be based on the characteristics of his upbringing in the system of tourism: education through nature, culture (the principle of visualization), the formation of tolerance; humanization of relations, education in a group (team), ecology of the individual.Conclusions: Work on developing the concept of professional training for future tourism managers led to the conclusion that a conscious and thoughtful program of actions for the organization of the educational process and vocational training precedes the training of students.

Цель статьи – раскрыть особенности проектирования и разработки электронных информационно-образовательных ресурсов в профессиональной подготовке будущих бакалавров теологии. Автором охарактеризованы особенности теологического образования, выделены этапы проектирования, принципы разработки, предложена структура электронных информационно-образовательных комплексов, используемых при подготовке бакалавров теологии. Статья предназначена для преподавателей вузов, интересующихся проблемами внедрения новых образовательных технологий в профессиональную подготовку в вузе, заинтересованных в разработке и внедрении в образовательный процесс электронных образовательных ресурсов. One of the directions for development of modern higher education is its Informatization, which opens up new opportunities for organizing the educational process. In this respect, the problem of designing, developing and using electronic information and educational resources in professional education, in general, and in theological education, in particular, is relevant. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of designing and developing electronic information and educational resources in the professional training of future bachelors of theology. The author describes the features of theological education, identifies the stages of design, development principles, and suggests the structure of electronic information and educational complexes, used in the preparation of bachelors of theology. The article is intended for University-teachers who are interested in the problems of introducing new educational technologies in professional training at the University, in the development and implementation of electronic educational resources in the educational process.

The experience of cooperation with organizations of employers of the Department of “Personnel Management” of the State University of Management has been explored. The main areas of interaction have been listed, such as the creation and maintenance of a club of graduates of the department, work with students of the center of additional professional education, holding round tables, master classes by employers on the territory of the university, participation in the career day, organization and holding of the annual All-Russian Inter-University Personnel Forum named after A. Ya. Kibanov. Close cooperation with employers ensures the integration of the educational process into practice and vice versa. As a result of cooperation, according to the data of HeadHunter Сompany, the Department of Personnel Management took honorable third place in the list of winners, releasing the most demanded specialists in the field of training “personnel management” to the labor market.

Problem setting. In the article the professional development of workers is examined in the context of requirements of time in relation to distribution of innovations. Target of research is to display the inseparable connection between education and manufacturing in the modern conditions of development and to describe the suggestions for the improvement of the Labor legislation of Ukraine in the mean of professional development of the workers as the essential part of the up-to-date innovative processes. Analysis of recent researches and publications. A comparative analysis of the results of research by scientists Braňka J., Kowolik P., Sparreboom T., Staneva A., with the conclusions and suggestions of Ukrainian scientists: N. Inshyn, S. Prilipko, N. Vapnarchuk, O. Yaroshenko and others is carried out. Article’s main body. Attention is accented on the fact, that taking into account fast-moving development of innovations and their introduction faced with the resistance from the side of employees. At the same time the problem of introduction of innovations by a great extent consists of conscious rejection of the validity of the mutual efforts by employers and workers, directed on the professional development of the worker. It is also focused on a legislation about the professional development of workers, which does not give the definition of the concept «professional development», which accordingly draws a different interpretation of this phenomenon in law and rights and duties both workers and employers. The number of consequences were made. Conclusionsand prospects for the development. Firstly, in Ukraine the scientific and educational potential for introduction of the special programs of professional preparation of workers according to the production necessities of employer is provided. For the realization of such a potential it is necessary to attract the government in the process of professional development of workers which is capable to assist the introduction of special programs for preparation as it is the proprietor of basic powerful members of market of educational services. The participation of the government in creating the conditions for professional development of workers will fully answer its obligation as a state-member of International Labor Organization and the realization of co-operation between the government, establishments of education, employers and employees will outline the new vector of the development of the relations of social partnership in Ukraine. Secondly, for the distribution of innovative development of Ukrainian society the state approach needs to be renewed for creating the conditions of effective employment, in particular by changing the obligations of the state in the first part of the second article of the Labor Code of Ukraine, which are related to switchover to the market economy on obligations which are conditioned by the importance of innovative development of Ukraine. Thirdly, the Law of Ukraine «The professional development of workers» needs the conceptual update, in particular in part of fixing of concrete law mechanisms of co-operation between the government, the workers and employers and their associations, in the process of continuous studies of workers for the increase of the level of their professional capabilities.

We present a detailed analysis of the essence and structural components of the university innovative educational environment. An essence analysis of the innovative educational university environment contains information about the purposeful process of its formation in both substantive and organizational aspects. This aspect depends on the goals and expected results that contribute to the formation of students’ not only professional knowledge, but also personal qualities necessary in an innovative economy. An analysis of the structural components of the innovative educational university environment is considered taking into account the influence of the ideas of synergetics, the cluster approach and pedagogical innovation studies. We give a detailed description of the substantial changes in the structural components of the innovative educational university environment, upon consideration of which we propose a new structural component - innovative resultative. We present the author’s definition of the innovative educational university environment. We substantiate the special influence of the innovative educational university environment on students, which helps to increase not only the level of professional training of students, but also the development of their personal qualities, which are in demand in the conditions of an innovative economy.
