Discussed is the problem of market relationships within higher school and in particular a notion from the sphere of paid-for education services, that is, a notion of soft commodification, under which the results of theoretical investigation are turned by the author of the investigation into a teaching material that may become a successful produce for the education market. This work is based on a wish to give a practical turn to fundamental research and even use the results of research in purely practical teaching activity. The practical tinge should be searched at advanced levels of an “educational institution — student” economic relationships, when the above dual combination embraces actors such as “research”, “author”, “textbook”, so that it looks as follows: “educational institution — author — research — author — textbook — student”. It is emphasized that the highest achievement as well as a thing of deserved pride for a scholar is his/her ability to make the results of his/her research understandable for students. This is what the author calls for, when he points out that a skill for transforming theory into a teaching material is highly valuable at present. This is an ability to distribute one’s work in the academic space in such a way that it fills in both its scholarly and educational parts and simultaneously enters the education market. The author offers an example of turning research results into a teaching matter. A sample textbook is based on the investigation of justice.

The presence of a school in the village is a sign of the concrete presence of the State to fulfill the basic rights of the community in the field of education. Remembering that schools always assume interaction with other elements of society such as parents, students, religious institutions and village governments, their presence also demands responsibility and involvement of all parties at the grassroots in synergic cooperation. Only through quality cooperation involving all parties, an educational institution can become the backbone of a society's progress. Quality cooperation can be evaluated by looking at how the community responds to the concrete problems they face in the field. One of the fundamental problems commonly found in remote areas of Indonesia is the low access to basic education services. By recognizing and identifying problems that occur in their own environment, people are encouraged to recognize violations of their basic rights. In turn, the people themselves are encouraged to collect their rights to the Government and at the same time are aware of being actively involved in development.

As education becomes accepted as a service like any other, the market for trade of education services has developed significantly, with a diversity of providers competing to provide education outside their national boundaries. As well as providing an international experience to students, this can facilitate the sharing of expertise among students, educators, and policy makers who can learn from successes in other countries. This appears to be particularly important in the education market for software engineers and computing professionals, where the knowledge base is rapidly evolving. This requires, however, careful management of the service provision, which results in increased focus on quality assurance. Assuring quality is made difficult by many factors, some shared with quality assurance of education in general, and others unique to the international context. We present seven factors that represent the core challenges for the quality assurance of international higher education, and as such, represent a valuable tool for computing educators and others either currently involved in, or intending to become involved in, the international education market.

Hope for creating a qualified outcome which meets people need is every person expectation. Educational institution in the era of global competition attempts to give added values and positive outcome towards its graduation in enhancing civilization. Education of Indonesia has not got achievement in regional and international competition as PISA released. At the same time, a teacher as a front liner in giving educational service is regarded not to have an adequate qualification in up to date teaching activity.
