[Bahasa]: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan santri tentang sistem organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan tujuan organisasi; (2) meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam menyusun sistem organisasi yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, metode penugasan, metode praktik, dan analisis perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan pengurus tentang pengelolaan organisasi berbasis sistem dengan memberdayakan struktur organisasi yang baik, budaya organisasi yang kuat, dan sumber daya manusia yang direncanakan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis deskriptif rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest yang meningkat, korelasi dan signifikansi korelasi yang kuat yaitu 0,706 dan 0,000. Namun pada aspek pengaruh belum menunjukkan nilai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 1,220 dan sig. 0,232.; (2) meningkatnya kemampuan santri dalam menyusun kegiatan-kegiatan terkait dengan struktur organisasi, sosialisasi budaya organisasi, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan menentukan visi organisasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan sistem organisasi dengan metode workshop dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan santri dalam berorganisasi sehingga membantu mereka dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: sistem organisasi; santri; pesantren [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to (1) increase students’ knowledge about the organizational system consisting of organizational structure, organizational culture, human resource management, and organizational goals; (2) improve the ability of students to compile a good organizational system which able to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The method used was the lecture, assignment, practice, and comparative analysis of the pretest and posttest. The results of this community service are (1) the increase of students’ knowledge about managing a system-based organization by empowering a good organizational structure, strong organizational culture, and supported the human resources. It is shown by the results of the descriptive analysis where the average score of pretest and posttest get higher, strong correlation and its significance reach 0.706 and 0.000. However, the aspect of influence has not yet yield a significant value with t value of 1,220 and sig. 0.232 .; (2) the increase of students ability to compile activities related to organizational structure, socialization of organizational culture, management of human resources, and determining the organization's vision. The results of this community service reveal that the organization's training system using the workshop method can improve the knowledge and abilities of students in the organization to help them achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Purpose Organizations are currently set in a background of dramatic discontinuity, i.e., environments that require continuous change due to fierce competition and market latent demands. From this perspective, it becomes eminent for organizations to develop an organizational context that stimulates routines reconstruction and internal capabilities to continue to be a competitive organization. The purpose of this paper is to examine entry and exit relationships of knowledge management (KM). Entries are considered, in this paper, the foundation factors of KM, and exits are related to dynamic capability (DC). Design/methodology/approach Data were collected through a survey conducted with 550 companies of the automotive industry, which are registered in the database of SINDIPEÇAS (National Union of Automobile Component Industries) with return rate of 143 valid questionnaires. The hypothesis testing and analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling. Findings The research shows the organizational structure as the main contextual factor related to KM, that supports DC. Besides organizational structure, this paper also assesses the interaction between human resources and organizational culture related to DC. Practical implications The results may help managers of companies from the automotive industry to understand which initiatives promote DC and innovation. Originality/value This paper presents one of the few researches that compare contextual factors related to KM that support DC; and it also compares the connection among human resources, organizational culture and organizational structure related to KM.

Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

ABSTRAKPengembangan Kapasitas Usaha Mikro Desa Tanjungsari merupakan upaya untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha mikro yang ada di Desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Termasuk juga membuka akses pemasaraan melalui pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab perguruan tinggi dalam hal ini Universitas Padjadjaran kepada masyarakat sekitar yang diharapkan memberi kontribusi pada pengembangan perspektif kesejahteraan sosial dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan melibatkan 12 pelaku usaha mikro yang menjadi kelompok sasaran pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dilakukan  pelatihan pembukuan sederhana dan packaging serta pengenalan awal pemasaran melalui berbagai media disambut antusias pelaku usaha dalam rangka meningkiatkan usaha mereka. Pengembangan kapasitas usaha mikro perlu tersu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan kesinambungannya usaha yang ada di Desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Kemajuan dan kesinambungan banyak usaha mikro diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber lapangan pekerjaan dan penghidupan sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat setempat dan sekitarnyaKata kunci: pengembangan kapasitas, usaha mikro, pelatihan labelling, pelatihan packaging ABSTRACTTanjungsari Village Micro Business Capacity Development is an effort to provide understanding and increase the capacity of micro business actors in Tanjungsari Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. This includes opening access to marketing through the use of advances in information technology. This community service program is part of the university's responsibility, in this case Padjadjaran University, to the surrounding community which is expected to contribute to the development of a social welfare perspective in local economic development. The method used is descriptive analysis by involving 12 micro-entrepreneurs who are the target groups for development. Based on the results of interviews and secondary data collected, simple bookkeeping and packaging training were carried out and the initial introduction of marketing through various media was greeted enthusiastically by business actors in order to increase their business. The development of the capacity of micro enterprises needs to be improved and maintained for the sustainability of existing businesses in Tanjungsari Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

Background: The hamlets of Manggung, Kenteng and Buyutan are 3 sub-villages which part of Ngalang Village, Gedangsari. The three hamlets have different topography however they are having similar problems, namely human resources and infrastructure. Objective: To overcome this problem UAD Community Service Program carried out several activities with aimed improving the management of related hamlets. Method: Socialization, discussion, training, counseling and practice were used in each KKN activity. Then followed by a monitoring and evaluation. Result: This KKN activity run well with good community participation.

AbstrakKegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dari UPN Veteran Jakarta Bersama dengan pelaku UKM di Bogor. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat pelaku UKM di Kecamatan Ciomas dalam segi manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran di platfrom digital serta meningkatkan kapasitas sumberdaya para pelaku UKM. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini melalui kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan bimbingan teknis untuk pelaku UKM. Banyak UKM yang memiliki potensi namun masih memiliki ekndala dalam promosi dan penjualan yang dilakukan secara tradisiona. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarkat ini adalah para pelaku UKM memiliki wawasan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usahanya, penerapan dalam penggunaan aplikasi jual-beli e-commerce sehingga diharapkan bisa meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing usaha.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan; Pemasaran digital; UKM AbstractThis activity is Community Service Program from UPN Veteran Jakarta in Collaboration with SMEs in Bogor. [Bahasa]: Pendidikan adalah jembatan dalam pengembangan retorika dan konstruksi sosial. Pendidikan mempengaruhi perkembangan dan pertumbuhan manusia dan perkembangan peradaban ke arah yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan peran semua pihak termasuk institusi pendidikan perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan, meningkatkan pengalaman dan penguasaan teknologi informasi kepada sumber daya manusia di MTs Nurul Muhsinin. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman guru dalam merancang dan mendesain website sebagai bagian dari sistem informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan sekolah. Education influences human development and growth and the development of civilization in a better direction. Therefore, the role of all parties, including tertiary educational institutions, is needed in developing education. The Community Service Program (PKM) for internal lecturers tries to collaborate with The Bani Umar Waqf Institute, an institution that is concerned in collecting and developing waqf assets to be more productive. The method used is case studi, with direct involvement with the Bani Umar Waqf Institute for approximately 6 months. From the initial review of the author at The Bani Umar Waqf Institute, found two crucial problems that exist within the institution, namely regarding the lack of human resources and marketing channels. Then, the authors propose two concepts to answer these crucial problems, namely the concept of Human Resource Management based on volunteers, and create digital-based marketing channels.

Abstract : Human resource management is one of the functions of the organization, and when the function is running well, the organization is expected to strive for employees to provide optimal performance in accordance with the expected. Factors that may affect employee performance are transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership is a state in which employees feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for their leaders. Organizational culture is the norm, belief, attitude and philosophy that embraced someone in achieving organizational goals. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes the relationship of employees with the organization and that affects employees will remain in the organization or not. The object of this research is Secretariat Staff of DPRD Surakarta. Based on presurvey in Secretariat DPRD Surakarta has a phenomenon of human resources problems, namely: the leader can not be a good example for employees, there are leaders who often come late, not obey the rules set. Employees have difficulty completing tasks on time, so the job becomes ineffective. Employees are also less confident about the organization, because of the lack of rewards for employees who have good performance.Abstraksi : Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu fungsi organisasi, dan ketika fungsinya berjalan dengan baik, organisasi diharapkan berusaha agar karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja yang optimal sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah keadaan di mana karyawan merasa percaya, mengagumi, kesetiaan, dan menghormati pemimpin mereka. Budaya organisasi adalah norma, keyakinan, sikap dan filosofi yang merangkul seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Komitmen organisasi adalah keadaan psikologis yang mencirikan hubungan karyawan dan organisasi yang mempengaruhi karyawan akan tetap berada di organisasi atau tidak. Objek penelitian ini adalah Staf Sekretariat DPRD Surakarta. Berdasarkan presurvey di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Surakarta, ada sejumlah masalah sumber daya manusia, yaitu: pemimpin yang tidak memiliki contoh yang baik untuk karyawan, ada pemimpin yang sering datang terlambat, tidak mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan. Karyawan mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, sehingga pekerjaan menjadi tidak efektif. Karyawan juga kurang yakin tentang organisasi, karena kurangnya penghargaan untuk karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik.
