[Bahasa]: Pendidikan adalah jembatan dalam pengembangan retorika dan konstruksi sosial. Pendidikan mempengaruhi perkembangan dan pertumbuhan manusia dan perkembangan peradaban ke arah yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan peran semua pihak termasuk institusi pendidikan perguruan tinggi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan, meningkatkan pengalaman dan penguasaan teknologi informasi kepada sumber daya manusia di MTs Nurul Muhsinin. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman guru dalam merancang dan mendesain website sebagai bagian dari sistem informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan sekolah. Education influences human development and growth and the development of civilization in a better direction. Therefore, the role of all parties, including tertiary educational institutions, is needed in developing education. The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge, enhance the experience and mastery of information technology to human resources at MTs Nurul Muhsinin. This program is carried out through stages of observation, socialization, training, and mentoring. The results show that training and mentoring programs carried out can increase the knowledge and experience of teachers in designing and designing websites as part of an information system that is beneficial for school development. Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

[Bahasa]: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan santri tentang sistem organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan tujuan organisasi; (2) meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam menyusun sistem organisasi yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, metode penugasan, metode praktik, dan analisis perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan pengurus tentang pengelolaan organisasi berbasis sistem dengan memberdayakan struktur organisasi yang baik, budaya organisasi yang kuat, dan sumber daya manusia yang direncanakan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis deskriptif rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest yang meningkat, korelasi dan signifikansi korelasi yang kuat yaitu 0,706 dan 0,000. Namun pada aspek pengaruh belum menunjukkan nilai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 1,220 dan sig. 0,232.; (2) meningkatnya kemampuan santri dalam menyusun kegiatan-kegiatan terkait dengan struktur organisasi, sosialisasi budaya organisasi, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan menentukan visi organisasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan sistem organisasi dengan metode workshop dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan santri dalam berorganisasi sehingga membantu mereka dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: sistem organisasi; santri; pesantren [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to (1) increase students’ knowledge about the organizational system consisting of organizational structure, organizational culture, human resource management, and organizational goals; (2) improve the ability of students to compile a good organizational system which able to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The method used was the lecture, assignment, practice, and comparative analysis of the pretest and posttest. The results of this community service are (1) the increase of students’ knowledge about managing a system-based organization by empowering a good organizational structure, strong organizational culture, and supported the human resources. It is shown by the results of the descriptive analysis where the average score of pretest and posttest get higher, strong correlation and its significance reach 0.706 and 0.000. However, the aspect of influence has not yet yield a significant value with t value of 1,220 and sig. 0.232 .; (2) the increase of students ability to compile activities related to organizational structure, socialization of organizational culture, management of human resources, and determining the organization's vision. The results of this community service reveal that the organization's training system using the workshop method can improve the knowledge and abilities of students in the organization to help them achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Islam provided a very wide space for the development of the economy. One of the basic principles in Islamic economics is the bermuamalah sistem . Namely that all the legal changes, unless there is an argument that forbids it, become the main driver of economic innovation that accelerates the growth of Islamic economics. However, many problems occur in the economic sistem in Indonesia, including the sistem of socialization, marketing, human resources that are less competent, Products produced from Islamic economics, Sharia Banks Turns Not Yet Sharia and the lack of attention of the Indonesian government in responding to the concept of Islamic Economics in Indonesia. This paper aims to find several solutions in socio-economic problems. It focuses on the concept of Islamic economics. The purpose of this study is to determine what obstacles are faced in the implementation of the Islamic economic sistem in Indonesia, how problems that arise and can be overcome so that they can be significantly solved. The method used in this research is library research with descriptive-analytic approach. With the results of the study show  that the solutions in dealing with Islamic economic problems in Indonesia include Correlation of Educational Institutions in the Development of Sharia Banking, Attention from the Government, Show the Real Role of Sharia Economy, Implementation of Dinar and Dirham Currency, Office Network, Implementation of Firm and Sistematic Regulation, Improving the Quality of Human Resources that are Less Competent and Professional, Training / Education / Socialization to Employees and the Community, Innovative Marketing, Product Innovation, Reorientation to the Real Sector and Improving Services and Professionalism.

State financial reformation, which was followed by the issuance of Accrual-based GovernmentAccounting Standards (SAP), and the Village Law that strongly influenced the teaching skill ofgovernment accounting in Indonesia. This development requires the availability of competent humanresources to participate directly and actively in managing government finances so that goodgovernance in government sector is achieved. Human Resources who are competent in managingstate finances are produced from educational institutions where the teacher is one of the factors thathas the most significant contribution. Therefore, in relation to the development of governmentaccounting today, it is necessary to conduct government accounting training for accounting teachers.The implementation of Community Service activities is carried out by using lecture methods, tutorials,and discussions. Activities have been carried out properly as expected. The training activities werecarried out with the number of 25 (twenty five) participants in accounting teachers in SMA and SMKin Jayapura City, Jayapura Regency, and Keerom Regency. The training was carried out with tutorialand discussion methods as much as 60% of all training and problem training / practice activities asmuch as 40%. Participants feel they have benefited from the activities they have carried out.

This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare  in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

This research is based on the phenomenon that community service activities carried out by Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) from more or less the same year have not been linked to the results of research in the social religious field. As a result, the relevance, benefits, and contribution of PTAI to the community become less visible. This research is a field work research. Partisipatory Action Reseacrh analysis was used in this study. The results of this study are 1) Strategy to build public awareness about clean living in the environment is done by inviting them to work together to clean the environment starting from cleaning the mosque, TPA, Mushalla, and educational institutions around. 2) Strategies to develop a community mindset can realize the potential of nature and the surrounding human resources to be processed through socialization on the use of the natural environment, including household waste, training in making paving blocks from plastic waste, and processing waste into compost. 3) Strategy to build active communication between citizens and the government with assistance to citizens, and 4) Strategy to build a spirit of diversity in the community.

This community service program is carried out in Mulyajaya Village, Lasalimu Selatan District, Buton Regency. Some of the main problems that become a problem in Mulyajaya Village, Lasalimu Selatan District, Buton Regency, are the not yet optimal knowledge of the community regarding Environmental Sanitation and the lack of optimal socialization to the public about how to create and improve a healthy environment. The results of this PKM activity can be described through the role of social capital as a form of local knowledge, it can be used as a means of socializing the importance of environmental awareness. The process of increasing community knowledge about environmental improvement is carried out through three discussions namely socialization, mentoring and planning for making garbage cans and making latrines.

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) with their long historical journey have proved themselves not only as learning institutions still surviving to this day, but also as such a symbol of the power of culture and socio-religious diversity. Public confidence and very high expectations in regard with the birth of generations being able to bridge the building of knowledge on one hand and the great noble characters on the other hand, have still been devoted to the religious educational institutions. By photographing the long history of pesantren, their typology of learning and their presence amid competitive educational institutions today, this article tries to offer a concept aimed at revitalizing the pesantren to purposefully respond to the demands and expectations of their stakeholders. Efforts to reform the curriculum, build human resources capacity, and develop the learning system management could be carried out in revitalizing the role of pesantren.

AbstractThe credit union (CU) movement is very developed currently, including CU Sawiran, a credit unionthat exists to serve all members of society openly without exception. Problems that often occur arethat CU Sawiran as a creditor do not get clear information/data regarding the object of materialguarantee, among others, the certainty of the completion time of conversion processing if the letter C/ clerk D is submitted so that it is difficult to execute. So far, the solution used is through mediationamong the parties. This community service program aims to provide information to CU Sawiranranks, administrators, supervisors and staff regarding the right to information dealing with theobject of material security, the development of material security regulations, the role of theFinancial Services Authority as the supervisor of financial services institutions (LJK) with regard tomaterial security, and the method of drafting a good agreement. Assistances are conducted byanalyzing credit agreements and formulating agreements that are more informative and do not havemultiple interpretations. It was agreed that similar activities would be carried out periodically notonly for the management but also for the other parties in order to improve education in the field oflaw. AbstrakGerakan Credit Union saat ini sangat berkembang, gerakan ini merupakan suatu model yangsangat sesuai bagi kondisi masyarakat. CU Sawiran, hadir untuk melayani semua anggotamasyarakat secara terbuka, tanpa kecuali. Semua orang bisa menjadi anggota tanpa memandangtingkat ekonomi, pendidikan, agama, suku dan budaya. Saat ini CU Sawiran ada di 13 tempatpelayanan di beberapa kota di Jawa Timur. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi CU Sawiran selakukreditur tidak memperoleh informasi/data mengenai objek jaminan kebendaan secara jelas antara lainmengenai kepastian waktu selesainya pengurusan konversi jika yang diserahkan letter C/petok Dsehingga kesulitan melakukan eksekusi karena masa pengurusan belum selesai. Saat akan eksekusibenda diperalihkan kepada pihak ketiga tanpa sepengetahuan kreditur. Penyelesaian yang digunakanselama ini untuk menangani masalah di atas yakni melakukan mediasi mencari solusi yang terbaikbagi kepentingan para pihak.Dari hal di atas, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan informasi kepadaJajaran CU Sawiran, pengurus, pengawas dan staf (1) mengenai hak atas informasi mengenai objekjaminan kebendaan; (2) perkembangan aturan jaminan kebendaan; (3) peran lembaga Otoritas JasaKeuangan sebagai pengawas lembaga jasa keuangan (LJK) berkaitan dengan jaminan kebendaan; (4)memberikan cara penyusunan perjanjian yang baik kepada Jajaran CU Sawiran, pengurus, pengawasdan staf sesuai syarat sahnya perjanjian khusunya hutang piutang, tanpa adanya klausula perbuatanmelawan hukum (PMH). Hasil kegiatan sangat bermanfaat, peserta antusias mengikuti dan aktifdalam sesi tanya jawab seiring sejalan dengan dinamika hukum serta hak atas informasi mengenaiobjek jaminan kebendaan. Pendampingan dengan melakukan analisis perjanjian kredit di CU Jurnal Asawika Volume Volume 06 No.01 37Sawiran serta memformulasi perjanjian yang lebih informatif serta tidak multi tafsir. Kegiatan serupadisepakati akan dilakukan secara periodik tidak hanya diikuti pengurus saja namun juga pihak lainguna meningkatkan edukasi di bidang hukum.

This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.
