Background: Unorganized population administration information system is the major problem in village administrations, including in Soket Laok Village, Bangkalan Regency. This unorganized system has impact on poor population and village economic potential data. This evidence becomes a major obstacle to improve community welfare and creates a significant setback in attempt to distribute any kind of assistance from the higher government. Therefore, it is necessary to organize a population administration system based on simple information technology and to improve the skills of village officials in fixing the population administration system. Purpose: To manage the village population administration system using simple information technology and to improve the skills of village officials in handling the population administration system. Methods: the method used in this program was a simple application of a population administration system based on Memento's digital app, which became the main focus in subsequent training session. The training was conducted in a form of webinars through the Zoom app and simple tutorials via YouTube. Results: the result of this activity is the availability of a population data collection system using the Memento application, a simple application that can be operated by village officials with a smartphone without an internet network in accordance with the conditions of Soket Laok Village which has not been evenly reached by the internet network. Another result is the increased skills of village officials in collecting population data using the Memento application. Conclusion: In this activity, village officials can have the skills to manage the village population administration system.

This study aims to design and build a village electronic e-archive system. With the village population e-archive system, efforts to help manage outbound mail administration data become more systematic. So that data stored systematically will be easier to find, without slow access constraints due to poor file management. This system is designed using the framework yii2 with the concept of Model View Controller (MVC), PHP programming language, and MySQL. The result of this design is a  system that runs on a browser software, and is only used by the Nagari Balah Hilia Office. This population e-arschive system provides an autocomplete feature that makes it easy for operators to find population data based on Population Identification Number (NIK), so that making outgoing mail becomes more effective, efficient, and Systematic.Keywords : Archive, E-Archive, Yii2 Framework, Autocomplete Feature

The Village

The Evaluation of Pilot Project Universitas Membangun Desa (UMD) focuses on the development of villages in Bondowoso district of East Java province through the innovation of the use of information technology. This study presents an evaluation of the implementation of a pilot project of the Village Information Administration System (SAID) implemented in ten villages located in two wringin and cermee sub districts in 2016. This program is an innovative collaboration between Jember University, Community Collaboration and welfare services (KOMPAK) and Australian Aid. The purpose of this program is to build a Village Information System (SID) and utilize it to create an independent village in data and information, introduction of village potential and marketing of village superior products. through a qualitative approach, this research can describe the context and setting naturally through observation, interviews with stakeholders and beneficiaries of the program. The results show that the Village Information Administration System (SAID) is able to accelerate and improve the quality of village government services but there are several problems in its implementation such as internet network problems, low human resource competence, lack of support from village government and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The 1990 Village Potential Census (PODES) aims at collecting data on village capabilities, land utilities, transportations, population and environment, and agricultural, economics, educational and health activities in order to investigate village development in Indonesia. Part of the existing data is utilized for compiling sume indicators on poor and non-poor villages. To obtain certain criteria on poverty, 27 variables have been selected for the rural-villages regions and 25 variables for urban villages which are assumed as being relevant of being poor. The criteria of poverty is based on the total score average, village total score, and deviation standard.The result of the analysis only show the location of poor villages, and not the existing number of poor population. The criteria about a poor village should be extremely carefully utilized since part of the selected variables is based on the reports of majority of the village population only, so that the benefit becomes very limited. Information about these poor villages is more suited for the parameters of poor village facilities and infrastuctures. Information about poor villages, according to PODES, has several basic weaknesses which can be improved with the support of the data of the 1993 Agricultural Census or the 1994 National Socioeconomyc Survey.

Keterbukaan informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting di era digital saat ini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk peningkatan skill perangkat desa sehingga mampu memberikan informasi yang valid, informatif dan terperinci tentang kependudukan desa. Informasi data desa yang tersaji secara menarik, informatif dan  terperinci akan menjelaskan kondisi desa kepada seluruh masyarakat desa dan umum. Lokasi pendampingan ialah Desa Pekik Nyaring Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa, Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Desa ini termasuk kedalam daerah pemekaran menjadi kabupaten baru sehingga keterbukaan data penduduk sangat penting. Pelatihan pembuatan publikasi data desa dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, publikasi hasil pelatihan. Sosialisasi yang disambut baik oleh kepala desa dan perangkatnya menjadikan pelatihan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Data kependudkan desa yang dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif menggunakan Ms.Excel dengan pivot table, chart, data validation, dan fungsi statistika yang telah tersedia.  Selanjutnya hasil analisis deskriptif di analisis dan di desain menjadi menarik dan dipublikasikan. Hasil publikasi dapat menjelaskan semua informasi kependudukan desa seperti jumlah penduduk, pekerjaan, agama, tingkat pendidikan, demografi desa, kepala keluarga dan jumlah penduduk. Pendampingan yang mendapat respon positif dengan ditunjukkannya adanya publikasi data desa pertama kali yang berbentuk infografis desa yang dapat diperoleh di tempat umum.Kata Kunci: data kependudukan; infografis; pendampingan. Assistance of Village Apparatus for Training on Making Village Population Data Infographics ABSTRACTInformation disclosure is very important in the digital era. Community service aims to improve the skills of village officials so that they are able to provide valid, informative and detailed information on village population. The village data information presented in an interesting, informative and detailed manner will explain the condition of the village to all village communities and the general public. The location of the assistance was Pekik Nyaring Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Bengkulu Tengah Regency. This village is a region that has become a new regency so open disclosure of population data is very important. The training on making village data publications was carried out in three stages: socialization, training, publication. The socialization was welcomed by the village head and his apparatus. Village population data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using Ms. Excel with pivot tables, charts, validation data, and statistical functions that were available. Furthermore, the results of descriptive analysis are analyzed and designed to be interesting and published. The results of the publication can explain all village population information such as population, occupation, religion, education level, village demographics, family heads and population. Assistance that received a positive response by showing the existence of the first village data publication in the form of village infographics that can be obtained in public places.Keywords: population data; infographic; accompaniment.

Implementation of Population Administration Services in the Village of Kalimanah Wetan Purbalingga is still done manually. In the processing of data population is still conventional with a data collection system that is now felt there are still many shortcomings that occur, because the existing system still uses sheets of paper so that it can cause existing data easily lost or damaged. The system development in the form of a web-based Population Service system in Kalimanah Wetan Village is a system that provides information on population data and web- based letter printing services, so as to help speed and quality in delivering information and simplify correspondence printing services to be more effective and efficient. In this system, the web can only be accessed by users, namely citizens and administrators. The method used in developing this system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall process model. In this study, besides describing the theoretical study that is used as the basis of the preparation, it will also be discussed regarding system design and the making of Population Services web. So that it is expected to be implemented in a product that will correct any shortcomings in the old system.

The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

The existence of women farmer groups in the use of land for agriculture, such as existing fruit and vegetables, deserves a response to the follow-up, considering that the activities of women farmer groups have great potential. However, the professions as farmers and agricultural laborers, the income of female farmers and agricultural laborers does not necessarily depend on the season. With the ability to manage further processed agricultural products, they can have reliable income and use a marketing system that is adjusted to the times. This research is a model trial with the title "Business Information Technology Models for Women Farmer Group in Indonesia" with the aim of minimizing disparities in the village. By utilizing knowledge, skills and technology, it is hoped that poverty and disparity can be minimized or even eliminated. This research at a macro level provides benefits to stakeholders, namely human resources who supply raw materials, female farmers who are metamorphosed into entrepreneurs, so that domestic and foreign consumers will get superior regional products with high quality.

The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic  makes many MSMEs have to lose money and go out of business, whereas in Indonesia the most important joint that sustains the wheels of the country's economy is MSMEs. In addition to the pandemic, the challenge of MSMEs is rise of the digital economy movement is very  rapid  for making    MSMEs  demanded to understand information technology. The covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging human activity through the internet network. One of the simplest steps to build a brand through TikTok social media. In  2020 number of downloads amounted to 63.3 million both in the Apple store and the play store the best-selling application is TikTok. Indonesia  is the downloader of the application amounting to 11% of the total downloads of tiktok application, with tiktok MSME actors can build their product brand, considering it does not require a lot of cost and energy. The potential of the wider market and the future business will also be a consideration because tiktok social media is widely used by millennials who have high consumptive power.  This study uses qualitative descriptive, uses literature studies quoted from book journals as well as relevant websites. The purpose of this study is to encourage MSMEs to have a good brand so that they can compete with other products, and through social media, especially TikTok, the MSME market segment can be wider internationally. The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

This study aims to get information about: 1) How is the implementation of digital zakat finance in Indonesia?; 2) Why do zakat institutions need the Internal Audit role in the implementation of digital finance zakat?. This study is motivated by the development of zakat collection systems such as digital zakat finance system that uses a digital platform. Along with the development of technology, the role of internal audit is also expected to be expanded to the aspect of information technology audit. Internal audit division faces several challenges regarding digital zakat finance. Internal audit division has to ensure the zakat institution already mitigate the significant risk related to digital zakat finance. This study is limited to the audit aspect related to zakat collection system in BAZNAS that used digital platforms such as bank transfer collection system and collection system that collaborated with e-commerce. To achieve the study’s aims, this study uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques that are reinforced by interviews.
