AbstractDe Durian Park Wonosalam is a durian farming community in the Wonosalam community that does not cooperate with any party. De Durian Park Wonosalam's activities are engaged in the economy, environment, tourism, and utilization of natural resources. However, there are existing problems regarding De Durian Park, namely partners need an understanding of the topic of Utilization of Natural Resources that is oriented towards bringing maximum profit for the benefit of the surrounding community and Partners still lack understanding of plantation law and licensing as the foundation in managing De Durian Park. The method used in this community service is to provide a thorough understanding and understanding regarding awareness of plantation licensing and the use of natural resources that bring benefits and prosperity to the surrounding community. This includes providing guidance on how to apply plantation permits and involving the government to avoid conflicts. The solution to the problems faced is that the PengMas Team participates in conducting socialization so that the goals of developing De Durian Park can be understood and accepted by all parties and provide legal consultation sessions and plantation licensing when the next activity takes place until it is finished.Keywords: Natural Resources Utilization, De Durian Park, Development AbstrakDe Durian Park Wonosalam ini adalah komunitas petani durian di masyarakat Wonosalam yang tidak bekerjasama dengan pihak manapun. Kegiatan De Durian Park Wonosalam ini bergerak dalam bidang ekonomi, lingkungan hidup, wisata dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam. Tetapi terdapat permasalahan yang ada mengenai De Durian Park yaitu mitra membutuhkan pemahaman terkait topik Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam yang berorientasi membawa keuntungan yang maksimal untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat sekitar dan Masih mininmya pemahaman Mitra mengenai hukum dan perijinan perkebunan sebagai fondasi dalam pengelolaan De Durian Park. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pengertian dan pemahaman secara menyeluruh terkait kesadaran perizinan perkebunan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alamnya yang membawa keuntungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Termasuk memberikan pengarahan bagaimana menerapkan izin perkebunan dan melibatkan pemerintah agar tidak terjadi konflik. Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu Tim PengMas turut serta dalam melakukan sosialisasi agar tujuan dari pengembangan De Durian Park ini dapat dipahami dan diterima oleh semua pihak dan menyediakan sesi konsultasi hukum dan perijinan perkebunan pada saat kegiatan selanjutnya berlangsung hingga selesai.Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan SDA, De Durian Park, Pengembangan

This community service activity was carried out in Pringgarata Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency in August 2019. This community service activity uses field learning methods which are strengthened by demonstrations of local commodity development and assisted by experts processing soybeans into soy milk and dregs. soybeans become naget. Based on the results of community service activities regarding agro-industrial development based on local commodities, it can be concluded that: 1) The extension participants have given positive responses to all stages of the activity which is indicated by the seriousness of the participants in listening and discussing existing problems and participating actively in the demonstration of making agro-industry products, 2) In general, extension participants have acquired knowledge and skills in producing from agro-industry unit products, and 3) The next suggestion is to help increase household income at extension sites and at the same time encourage farmers to provide raw materials for agro-industrial development hence an active role from the government and related parties in policy makers is needed to implement a model of income generation program through community empowerment that has been carried out through activities outreach

AbstrakJantho merupakan sebuah daerah dengan dataran tinggi yang menjadi ibu kota Aceh Besar, kota Jantho menjadi pusat  kota dan menjadi pusat pemerintahan serta administrasi untuk daerah Aceh Besar, meskipun kota Jantho menjadi pusat administrasi, tetapi kota Jantho masih dominan dengan daerah perhutanan dan perbukitan. Gampong Jantho memiliki sumber daya alam yang besar namun belum dapat termanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah Aceh Besar. Melihat sumber daya alam yang besar menjadi ide dan daya tarik untuk mengolahnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian daerah tersebut. Permasalahan yang ada di Gampong Jantho adalah kurangnya pembinaan dalam sektor pembuatan kerajinan. Dengan terselenggaranya pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan dapat menambah dan mengembangkan wawasan masyarakat untuk membuat karya yang memiliki nilai jual. Salah satu  upaya yang ingin dikembangkan adalah membuat kerajinan batik celup, batik celup merupakan satu kerajinan batik yang sangat mudah dipelajari dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan sektor perdagangan masyarakat setempat.Kata Kunci: batik celup, gampong jantho.AbstractJantho is a highland area which is the capital of Aceh Besar, Jantho city is the center of the city and the administrative and administrative center for the Greater Aceh area, although Jantho city is the administrative center, but Jantho city is still dominant in forest and hilly areas. With the implementation of community service, it is expected to be able to add and develop community insight to create works that have a sale value. The aim of our community service program is to create promotion media of tourist attraction located in Menoreh, Samigaluh District, Kulon Progo Regency. Menoreh has a lot of not well-developed potential tourist attractions. There are not many information that we can obtain in internet about Menoreh attractions. This can be viewed from low number of visitors in Menoreh. Therefore a good promotion media is needed to solve the explained problem. Menoreh is a very potential area not only because of its natural resources but also because the government through the Ministry of Tourism establish Menoreh as a National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) Borobudur. There are many choices of promotional media that can be used, in this community service program we use Android-based application. Ministry of Communications and Information Republic of Indonesia in its official website predicts that by 2018 the number of active users of smartphones in Indonesia will exceed of 100 million users. Indonesia will be the country with the fourth largest smartphone active users in the world after China, India and the United States. From the that fact we can said that the promotion with smartphone-based application (by means of Android) is one of the most effective promotional methods today.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Riau Province had an impact on the economy of the community, including the people of Palas Village. Apart from expecting financial assistance from the government, one of the opportunities that the Palas Village community can take advantage of to develop the village economy is to take advantage of the CSR programs of companies operating in Pelalawan Regency. This community service aims to explain the use of the company's CSR program to empower the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of implementation used in community service activities uses the lecture method accompanied by direct dialogue with the community. Based on Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is stated that companies that carry out their business activities in the field of natural resources and / or fields related to natural resources are required to carry out CSR. The CSR program of PT RAPP that can be used by the people of Palas Village to build their economy is the Integrated Farming System program and the UMKM program. Before being given legal counseling, only 17.5% of the 20 participants knew the law regarding CSR. After being given legal education, there was an increase to 75% of the 20 participants who answered correctly. This means that this community service activity has succeeded in increasing the understanding of the Palas Village community.

Melihat sumber daya alam yang besar menjadi ide dan daya tarik untuk mengolahnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian daerah tersebut. Permasalahan yang ada di daerah Jantho adalah kurangnya pembinaan dalam pembuatan kerajinan. Dengan terselenggaranya pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan dapat menambah dan mengembangkan wawasan masyarakat untuk membuat karya yang memiliki nilai jual. Salah satu upaya yang ingin dikembangkan adalah membuat kerajinan lampu hias dengan media bambu, dikarenakan bambu merupakan bahan/ media yang mudah didapatkan di kota ini.Jantho is a highland area that became the capital of Aceh Besar, the city of Jantho became the center of the city and became the administrative center for the Aceh Besar area, even though became a city, but was still dominant with areas of forestry and hills. With the implementation of community service, it is expected to be able to add and develop people's insights to create works that have selling value. One effort to be developed is to make decorative lights with bamboo media, because bamboo is a material / medium that is easily available in this city.

In the article, the author reflects the existing problems of the fight against corruption in the Russian Federation. He focuses on the opacity of the work of state bodies, leading to an increase in bribery and corruption. The topic we have chosen is socially exciting in our days, since its significance is growing on a large scale at all levels of the investigated aspect of our modern life. Democratic institutions are being jeopardized, the difference in the position of social strata of society in society’s access to material goods is growing, and the state of society is suffering from the moral point of view, citizens are losing confidence in the government, and in the top officials of the state.

<p class="BodyA">South Manokwari Regency is a new autonomous region in West Papua Province with abundant natural resources. As a new autonomous region South Manokwari Regency will be experiencing significant population growth. Population growth along with development and modernization will give burden to electricity demand. Alternatively, electricity can be provided with geothermal resources in Momiwaren District. Based on survey conducted by the government through the Geology Resources Centre in 2009, the reservoir temperature of the geothermal sources is 84<sup>o</sup>C with non volcanic geothermal system. Thus, the geothermal resources in South Manokwari Regency could be developed into binary cycle electric generator.</p>

The area under sugarcane in Maharashtra state was found to be more stable and consistent rather than production and productivity. It may be due to the F & RP of sugarcane. In the year 1996, MPKV, Rahuri released a promising variety of sugarcane viz., Co-86032 which is very famous in farming community due to its hardiness, sugar recovery (percent) and resistance to the extreme rainfall as well as deficit rainfall. The total economic worthiness of university released sugarcane variety Co-86032(production technology) over other competing varieties of sugarcane in the Maharashtra was `51449.14per ha. The sugarcane growers in Maharashtra state earned net economic benefit of `11059.40 crores from improved sugarcane variety Co-86032. Therefore, it is suggested that the Government should allocate substantial funds to public research in sugarcane for productivity improvement.

Good governance is a ware to create an efficient, effective and accountable government by keeping a balanced interaction well between government, private sector and society role. The implementation of a good governance is aimed to recover the public trust for the government that has been lost for the last several years because of financial, economic and trust crisis further multidimensional crisis. The Misunderstanding concept and unconcerned manner of government in implementing a good governance lately have caused unstability, deviation and injustice for Indonesia society. This paper is a literature study explaining a concept, principles and characteristics of a good governance. Furthermore, it explains the definition, development and utility of an efficient, effective and accountable government in creating a good governance mechanism having a strong impact to the democratic economy and social welfare. It also analyzes the importance of government concern for improving democratic economy suitable with human and natural resources and the culture values of Indonesia.

This is an optimistic, and useful, book written at a pessimistic time. In an era when the nation faces many social problems - including alienation from the government and work, the fragmentation of the family, and an expanding materialism - this book promoting civic literacy approaches to service learning and seeks to help educators in their efforts to redefine the role of civics in contemporary society. The civic literacy approach to service learning is defined as pedagogy that combines community service and academic instruction and that focuses on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsiblity. The editors challenge community colleges to act as catalysts for a national movement of community renewal, suggesting that they may be our best hope for finding ways to solve our social problems.
